From the questions I have been receiving from many of you, I realize that there is some confusion about how to create that next step. Once you have learned your lessons and have their understanding, what do you do next? You do not want to create more lessons so you are careful about what you are manifesting. You have learned about effortlessness and sometimes wait for guidance and direction, which does not always come to you. This is frustrating because you are ready to more forward but that direction is not very clear. If you are at the point of effortless manifestation, do you have to do anything at all?

Is "no effort" the opposite of effort? If we can manifest effortlessly, does this mean we can just sit around doing nothing, waiting for the next thing to manifest? Not exactly. The opposite of creating through effort, where we work hard to make things happen, is not 'no effort', it is intention. Instead of working hard and pushing ourselves to create, we use our intention to manifest what we want. That sounds easy, we can sit around and think about what we want and it happens. Not exactly.

Intention is more than just thinking about having something and it appears. Intention requires faith and trust, our beliefs have to be aligned with our intention, we must be free of fear and detached from what we want to create, which leaves us open to the highest possible outcomes, miracles and blessings that are beyond our imagining. Intention requires patience because we are working at the level of all of humanity, the entire Universe and beyond. Manifesting through intention is working at the level of pure energy and creation at a quantum level, uniting our desires and the flow of the Universal energy to create in an effortless stream.

Using effort and hard work gives us the satisfaction that we are doing something. Intention requires some physical effort but beyond that, we have to trust that everything is moving forward even if we do not have immediate proof. And we must be willing to go through any doors that open, look at every opportunity that presents itself and decide whether it is aligned with what we want. With intention we create effortlessly because we are working at our highest level, being powerful, with faith and patience, aligned with our purpose and believing that miracles do happen, and they can happen for us.

Welcome. I am the energies, the frequencies, the perimeters and the parameters of the one that is known as Merlin. I come on this day to introduce you again to the magic that you have forgotten, the magic of transforming all that is dark and dingy and dank in your life into beauty, into love, into golden opportunities. I have walked throughout time wearing many hats of position. Originally as Thoth, as Hermes, as Joseph of Armithea, as St. Germaine, and as Merlin. I come forth on this day to infuse you with the remembrance of how you can turn the 'lead of your life into gold'.

You all have the innate ability to transmute through a thought, through a word, through a glance, and a touch. You have the ability to move past time and space as you know it and by-pass the speed of light and laugh at the speed of sound. Intertwining your energies with all of life. Dancing with the eagles, swimming with the whales and dolphins, fencing with the wind. You have forgotten the beauty of the elements of your planet.

Do not wait for the state of ascension as you are amended to the union of heaven on earth. Do not wait until the light announces to you. "It is time to ascend, it is time to rise from a leavened state. Hesitate not, for it is time to go beyond what you are capable, removing the veil that has hidden you from yourself. You stand at an intersection of light and remembrance waiting for the light to turn. But it is you that must announce and pronounce that incoming light to every cell of your body in a tone of celebration, and a movement of dance that goes beyond what you once knew to be space and time. Come forth fully – do not stay in the hidden depths of your being, in the basements of the past, in the rooms without windows that darken your hopes.

Alchemically your timer and timing is set to engage as your humanness enters the Apex of the Photon light and the planet earth comes fully into a concave elliptical lens of the future. Changing all of life's perspective as it sees itself in the new life that reflects off of a dual Daystar (Sun).

Move the alchemical unit of you into every aspect of your life. For all of it is interconnected and inter-woven and you cannot separate yourself from what you are creating and what is creating you. For every inch of you, every hair, every thought, every iota creates continually with or without your permission, with or without your knowing. Creation stops for no one and no thing. So knowing this, create the gold – instead of the lead and the rocks that you trip upon daily. See every situation, no matter how it looks to your human eye as an opportunity to express to yourself, the true beauty and the true love of what you are about.

I Merlin did not sit in the dungeons upon my hands, grinding up life with a pumice stone but I walked amongst life as you do. You have forgotten your Magic. The magical part of you, --- the part of you that can in a thought move from one location to another. The part of you that can open doorways that are seemingly boarded and bricked shut. The part of you that can fly, can breath underwater, can transform into any animal, any leaf, and any stone in any minute. I come to strip you of what you know to be yourself, to pull away the follicles and the hairs of your humanness to expose a unit of light so grand, so magical, so divine. You wear these vehicles life after life, time after time – and still you do not like them. Every time you wish them away. Yet always they serve you well.

Your humanness comes into a format of being very sensitized and sensitive at this point in time. Do not push it away with words that are not wise, with words that are not loving, with words that hold no feelings, but embrace this time and day fully. Tell it thank you for you are about to enter the doorway of the Apex of the Photon. Look closely at your flesh, for it sparkles. Look closely at the colors of your eyes for they have changed. Look at your thoughts.

All of these elements make up you. You are a body of earth. You are a body of light. You are a body of heaven. And you are a body of man and woman. Treat yourself magically.  You have a doorway within you to all dimensions, to every civilization that has fallen and risen again, to every lost continent, to every lost star, to every lost galaxy.

Time does not exist for you. It exists because of you. I leave you with magic in your heart. This Magic comes from the stars. It comes from you in the future that sits there announcing to you in the now – what is to come undone and what is to come to be. Now I leave. Merlin

It is a day of new beginnings. It is the dawn of a new era. It is the light of hope shining brightly to restore your faith in the path that has led you through the mire of human mis-creation. I AM Metatron, greeting you in your vibrational home, that of the 5th dimension.

We, the holders of light and keepers of the flame, come forth this day and on this unprecedented occasion to present each of you with your well-earned robes of honor!

You, those who read these words and take them deep into the inner recesses of your lighted heart flames, step forth in the name of oneness to herald the new day.

Our beloved countenance has fallen upon you and you have risen to claim it. You have held your composure in the name of adversity & great human strife. You have sown the seeds of new life. You have healed the great divide in separation consciousness, and you have worn your dignity well.

You, the first wave warriors, are the new leaders, the bright lights that will shine upon the darkest hours. You are the fallen angels, resurrected and reborn into your rightful place as forerunners, path-pavers and pioneers of a new earth.

Brothers and sisters of light, pray tell.

We are your family... we are the realm that you now inhabit and we come with you, to walk hand in hand into this familiar, yet foreign land. This new territory that you have dutifully claimed as your own now holds you in vibrational alignment with all that is God's glory.

You have presented an opportunity for all of earth's inhabitants to grow toward the light, to reach out and claim what rightfully belongs to each and every one of God's children. You are those who have made this journey possible for all.

Praise yourselves and come together now to praise each other, to hold each other up and to share your love for and with one another... for this magnificent adventure could not have been made possible without your divinely-human strength and blind endurance in faith of a better world.

We cry tears of joy and dance in fields of greater potential for earth's people, and we come together this day to celebrate with you, in honor of you and to show you that you are the ones we have all have been waiting for!

We are your co conspirators in creation of the higher way, but it is you who has made this journey possible.

We share that darkness is soon to fall on your planet once more, yet again to shake the foundation of those who are still deeply steeped in the depths of greed and hate.

We say this to you not to heed warning, but as a reminder that in this coming transition, you are the keepers of the christed flame, you are those who others shall turn to in their darkest hour. You have been well prepared for this role and you are about to exercise your mastery most profoundly.

In the light of the next full moon, there will be a changing of the guard. This change will commence as a result of new galactic and interstellar alignments that will precede the entrance of a new cycle.

This new galactic cycle is a pivotal step in consciousness that will again expose the outworn ways and disrupt the flow of any system based in separation. We assure you that no stone will be left unturned in the coming days, months and years. For this reason it is paramount that each of you, the masters of light, remain diligent in your thinking, anchored in truth, and that your actions stem forth from a place of love.

Stay in your space of hopefulness and joy and regard those who begin to awaken as the same shimmering radiant beings of light that you have heartily become. For deep down, beneath all of the calamity and chaos passing thru the heart of every soul, is the flickering flame of eternal goodness which never ceases to burn.

My friends, stand tall and proud. Your efforts have marked the most significant and magnificent transformation ever to have been achieved on this beautiful planet of love.

Yes, Love is the new standard now that you have achieved it. Love is the action that you have put forth in remembering your worth...love is the action that you have put forth in remembering your power...and love is the action that will heal every wound, feed every mouth and reunite the world under one God, indivisibly, with liberty and justice for all.

Let these words seep deeply into the core of your divine essence, your sacred blueprint, for Love will soon become the common denominator for all fellow lifeforms on this planet.

Love is the potion, the elixir of all miracles. Love is the feeling of completeness, the experience of overflowing fullness, of having it all and sharing it all... for anyone in Love knows that there is always more to be had.

The lives and experiences that each of you knew were yours to have are now attainable...not by your wanting them, but by the love that has filled you up to replace all wants, all needs. In the purity of divine love there is no want, no lack, only that which is whole can exist in pure love.

Have you never wondered why the human body exists with little sustenance...food, water, rest....when in the throes of new romantic love?

Think on this dear ones, and know that the physical release of endorphins activated by new romance results from the rapid increase in vibration that sustains you in love, reminding you of what it is to be home again.

Waves of love-filled bliss will surely overcome you here, as you adjust to the new heights. These waves will continue to pulsate through every cell of your eternal being-ness, altering your genetic and physical makeup, resurrecting all in its lighted path and releasing those same endorphins that sustain you in Love.

And in this space you will want for no longer. It is not as if you will be without, for you will undoubtedly have it all...but the difference...the important difference my friends, is that you will not need it all. You are merging into completeness within yourselves, that which activates the universal source of abundance to fulfill you in all ways.

Surely you knew where this path was leading, now lets observe how you fare! Surely it will take some getting used to...yes?

We will be with you to guide you to use your newly acquired powers and we will continue to offer you ways to grow and to attain higher and higher levels of mastery... but in truth, you already have all you need to live & dwell in grace.

Our love for each of you is unending and soon you will understand just how and why you are revered so dearly as humans of sublime virtue.

Greetings!! Greetings!! Greetings!! My Beautiful Beings of Light. Welcome to the monthly messages.

The Creator sends you Love Waves to wrap around yourselves. Imagine this Love Wave as a  etheric luxurious Creator’s Pink Fuzzy Robe Gift that you put on and relax in. Close your eyes and just feel the softness of the robe material, smell the rose scent embedded into the fabric, feel the weight of the garment as you put it around your shoulders. Sense and feel the Love that The Creator has imbued within this robe, just for you. Allow this Creator’s gift to sooth you on all levels of your Essence. Remember this gift and enjoy it. Wear it whenever you need a lift of spirit.

You are seeing time speed up along with more and more chaos forming around you.

When major stress impacts your life, it puts a damper on your spiritual frequency levels as well as damages your physical body, unless it is cleared.

Use this meditation as a gift to yourself. With your permission this Messenger would like to join you on this journey within yourselves, My Beloveds. Allow yourself to use this meditation often. Clearing of the debris fields will be best for your spiritual, physical and emotional health.

Arrange yourself in your chair or lie down on a bed so that you are comfortable and secure. Keep your legs and arms from crossing if at all possible as this blocks the flow of energy. Spread a light blanket over your physical form if you chill easily. You need to be comfortable and undisturbed for a while as your meditation journey guides you within.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath, then let it out.  With each “in” breath, you are breathing in love. With each “out” breath you are releasing fear and doubt. Take another deep breath in and let it out.  Take another deep breath in and let it out with a sigh.

Feel your body relaxing from your toes to the top of your head. Give yourself permission to feel the calm and peace settling around you. Your muscles are feeling loose and limp, so relaxed, so deliciously serene.

Direct your ego self to perch on your left shoulder. Instruct your ego self that it is only to be an observer on this journey, it is not to participate. You may picture your ego self in any way that is beneficial for you to separate it from your spiritual self. If it helps you to visualize by identifying your ego with a symbol or as an object please do so.

In your imagination ask through prayer, for The Creator to send you down a protective Ray of White Light by praying mentally something like this “My Creator I AM asking for a protective Ray of White Light to enfold me and lift me up so that I am experiencing the very highest of vibrations during this journey into my inner most depths of understanding and Being. I am protecting myself My Creator, from anything that is not for my highest good on this journey. I am thanking you My Creator, for assisting me by sending this Ray. I see it in my imagination now coming down through the corner of the area where I am meditating. It is entering into this physical form, permeating all that is within my I AM presence.”

The Creator has answered your prayer and has gifted you with an Iridescent White Ray plus a Deep Emerald Green Ray along with a Pink and Golden Ray for this journey. The Rays are entering into your body through the soles of your feet and moving up through your physical vessel; permeating throughout all of your energy fields & physical vessel and into all corners of the actual area that you are meditating in; then the rays are exiting through your Crown Chakra. The Rays are returning to The Creator and cycling back down through you again and back to The Creator in a continuous circular loop. These protective therapeutic rays are in continuous motion while you are in meditation.

You are now divinely protected at this moment and nothing can even communicate with you, which is not for your highest good, without your permission.

My Divine Beings of Light You are breathing very slowly and evenly now; you are feeling secure and safe.

Breathe in deeply My Beautiful Beings of Light and feel the lighter relaxed feelings of being protected & divinely guided into this meditation. Breathe in deeply and know that you are breathing to the Pulse of The Creator. Listen to The Creator’s spiritual heart beat and feel the unconditional love that courses through you each time you think about this moment.

Breathe in deeply allowing and seeing within your spiritual imagination your Guardian Angels and Invited Guides join you.  The Angels take your etheric essence’s hand and guide you out of your physical body and direct you into your etheric Spiritual Heart Chakra. An Angel has been stationed to stay with your physical essence until you return from your meditation.

You are seeing, feeling and sensing this within your imagination, Your Guardian Angels, Spirit Guides and special invited guests are now with you, within your Spiritual Heart Chakra. Your Angels and Guides are helping you locate the door and turn the door knob of the Golden Door that says “To My Highest Guidance Within”, you cross over the threshold knowing that you are on a spiritual growth adventure.

You find yourself in a white marble corridor. Touch the white marble walls with your hand and feel the coolness of the stone. Notice there is a small table to your right with a vase sitting on it that is filled with your favorite flowers. Breathe in and smell the luscious fragrance of the flowers. Glance at your appearance in the mirror hanging above the small table. You notice a bowl of your favorite treats on the table as well. Unwrap a piece and pop it into your mouth. Hum!! You think to yourself, delicious. You sense your Angels and Guides beside you as you offer them a treat as well.

After everyone has had their treat your Angels & Guides are directing you down the hall.

You are looking for the door labeled “to your crystal palace deep within”. Your Angels and Guides are here to assist you every step of the way. This inner space you are going to is a very private place and only those that you have invited may ever enter. Another step down the hall and there to your left you find the door in front of you. You turn the handle and step over the thresh hole.  You look up and realize that this door has led you into a meadow.

You look around and see a brook up ahead running alongside the bank. You see the tall beautiful trees shading the spots along the brook banks. Listen to the brook as the water giggles rolling over the small smooth pebbles. The brook is saying to you “Welcome! I love you and it has been a long time since I’ve seen you.” It makes you smile and you thank the brook for its greeting.

You feel a gentle breeze brush against your cheek. You smell the essence of beautiful growing things mixing with the breeze on this beautiful sunny day.

A sturdy wooden arched bridge is in front of you, it crosses the brook. You walk across the bridge reaching the other side. You stop, being still for a moment; you sense and feel a definite shift of frequency has occurred, just by crossing the bridge, as if you have reached another milestone in your spiritual journey.

As you look up, you see and sense in front of you a mountain with hundreds of steps up the side. An Angel is stationed next to the steps. The Angel asks if you desire to remove and leave your backpacks filled with your problems, worries and frustrations at the base of the mountain. The Angel tells you that you may pick them back up again on you return if you so choose. You make your choice quickly and decide to leave them. The Angel takes the backpacks as you hand them to her, so that you may leave them there while you climb the mountain steps.

Oh My! You think to yourself, how good that feels to have the weight of the backpacks taken off of your shoulders. Your frustrations, fears and worries were so heavy to carry. It is so freeing. You say a silent thank you to yourself for giving yourself permission to leave them there for a while.

Following your Angels & Guides You begin the ascent up the steps and as you climb to the next higher step you are feeling lighter and lighter. Your Angels and Guides are smiling as they are observing that you are almost floating up the hundreds of steps.

Upon reaching the top step, you peer off to the side as you turn to view what is on top of the mountain. Your Angels tell you that you are now in your Garden of Serenity. They tell you that you are to create this garden along with the complete journey within your mind’s eye or imagination.  It can look however you wish to see it. Does it have trees or plants? Perhaps there is grass or maybe waterfalls? Does your garden have animals and what do they look like? Your Angel taps you on the shoulder to show you a white unicorn; can you picture it there to your left? Take a whiff of the air what fragrances do you smell? The Angels hear birds calling over head they ask you what types of birds have you selected for your garden. Linger only a moment longer as you know you can return here anytime you choose, now that you have remembered the way. You will constantly be adding things each time you visit your Angels tell you.

Walking through your garden you imagine in front of you a path. In the distance about a 100 feet ahead you notice a large crystal palace emerging in the air, sparkling and glistening in the sun light. It glows and feels so warm and loving just to look at it shimmering there. Walking closer now you see at the entry there are two white marble columns. The Angels tell you that all of your incarnated birth dates are inscribed on each column.

Between the columns is the palace doorway. As you look closer you see the door is made of solid gold. A closer look still and you see your name as it is in this incarnation. Under your current incarnated name is the name that you were gifted with, when you were birthed into your initial creation of the Universe. What does it say? Underneath that name, there are hundreds of other names that you have assumed throughout your many past lifetimes and incarnations. Some maybe in languages that you do not understand, symbols or markings that you do not recognize. Do not be concerned if you do not see any other names but the one that you presently hold. If you do not see any other names do not be concerned this information is not ready for you yet and it will come forth again when the moment is appropriate.

You turn the handle on the golden door and step inside. It looks however you desire it to be. It is beautiful beyond compare filled with all the gifts and wealth that are yours to hold. The light is filtering into the inner hall area refracting all the wondrous colors of the rainbow from all the facets of the crystal walls above. The crystal’s refracting light is causing rainbow spots of color on the floor before you. You can walk and stand in each color if you like. Feel the differences between each color as each carries its own energies and attributes. You will know just the right one to stand in and when. That knowing and remembering is all coming back to you now.

You notice that there are many many doors inside this crystal palace and wings still being constructed. Your Angels tell you that you are always under constructions so don’t be alarmed at the new wings and rooms springing up at each visit.

Each door is labeled but you might not be able to read the signs on each door just yet.  Only when you are ready will the names become visible to you. The door closest to you however has light emanating from all around it and under it. You can feel a presence behind the door like no other. The field of Love that is pulsating all around the door is unbelievable. You walk closer and the sign on the door says “The Creator”. You look around and are able to read more door labels: One of the door signs says my Angles, another My Guides, another my Spiritual Family, another Spirit Physicians and on and on. There are many more doors, but you know where you are going now. This seems very familiar, your Angels are guiding you and you are walking down a hall and turn, you are standing in front of the door that says “Healing and Releasing Room".

You enter this room and as before you make it as beautiful as you can. Fill it full of all the conveniences and amenities you think you will desire as you will be spending a great deal of time here. An area of the room has been designated for discussions with other’s higher selves and releasing those old painful feelings and relationships. One area is designed to evaluate your spiritual frequency levels so that they can be adjusted as needed for your healing. One area is designed to infuse you with The Creator’s Grace and Love to help raise your spiritual frequency levels. One area is designed to view your judgment cord attachments. One area is designed to clear and balance the Chakra system. Another area is designed to scan your Essence and determine what it needs to heal. You will find a pool within this room. You might want to label it the Healing Pool. Perhaps this pool has healing soothing emerald green water with lotus blossoms floating on the surface. It looks so inviting, so very safe and secure.

Your Angels would like to determine what your spiritual frequency level is at this point. You are directed to the area where you see a long crystal wand. The Angels are showing you that this will determine your spiritual temperature or frequency level. You stand on the small golden circle on the floor that the Angels are pointing to. Then the Angels take this long crystal wand and hold it sideways about six inches from your third eye or forehead. You notice after a few seconds that the crystal wand is glowing somewhere in the middle of the wand. The Angels nod to each other and say that the frequency level indeed needs to be raised for you to feel your best.

They guide you over to a special mirror and they explain to you that this mirror will show you all the cords that others have sent that are attached to your body. They explain that each time, one makes a judgment about another a cord immediately goes out from the judging person and attaches into whatever Chakra is affected of the person being judged. These cords stay attached until you actually cut them ethereally and remove them.

You turn and look into the mirror and low and behold you look like a mummy wrapped in all of these judgment cords. There is very little free space anywhere on your body. The Angels also share with you that these cords suck your energy constantly. This is probably why you have been feeling so tired the Angels relay.  The Angels hand you some special scissors and you begin to cut each and every cord. As you cut them they immediately are sent back to the individual that put them there. The mirror also shows you that as you cut them the circulation is restored to that location on your body. You finally have cut the last one and you can really tell the difference you feel so much freer.  Good job the Angels tell you, good job.

The Angels direct you to the Chakra clearing area next. You stand on another specified golden circle on the floor. There you watch as the Angels scan each Chakra and clear each one that needs work simply by tapping it with their Angelic finger. After this is finished they take their tuning forks and calibrate each Chakra to its designated perfect tone. You are finding this fascinating and you notice as they clear and calibrate each one you are feeling stronger and better.

After your Chakra work is completed you are shown to the area that will infuse you with The Creator’s Love and Grace. You see this golden mattress sitting on the floor. The Angels ask you to lie down on it. You follow their instructions. After you are settled on the mattress you notice above you a large double terminated crystal hanging at a position right over your Heart Chakra. This is even more fascinating your tell yourself. You smile as the Angels turn the knob to the correct number on the dial that illuminates the giant crystal. You watch as the crystal lights up and begins to beam The Creator’s Love and Grace into your Heart Chakra. It only takes a couple of minutes. You notice a wonderful warm glowing sensation in your Spiritual Heart Chakra and feel the Love and Grace flowing through out your entire body. It feels so good you tell yourself.

That process finished your Angels have you stand again on the golden circle so that they can once again gage your spiritual frequency levels. The crystal wand glows completely this time and Yes the Angels say it is now perfect.

They tell you that you have done so very well and should be feeling much better. You nod and thank them for their help. You indicate to them that you are feeling so much better.

A nice dip in the healing pool will be your last step the Angels tell you. Your Angels point to a dressing room and tell you that there is a bathing suit waiting for you there, go change so that you can enjoy this beautiful healing pool. You go and change and to your sheer delight this bathing suit fits perfectly and makes you look fabulous.

The Angles tell you that the stress of your daily physical life has contributed to your feeling very harried and drained. Allow yourself the glorious privilege of stepping into the healing pool. You see the steps leading down; as you step into the pool feel that luscious warm and inviting emerald green water slide over your body as you walk down the descending pool steps. A water raft that is gold and pink is waiting for you to lie on. You hop up on the raft and lay back.  If you like, invite those you asked for support to join you now around the pool. You might also ask Archangel Uriel, Archangel Gabriel and Archangel Raphael to join you as well.  Allow them to surround your pool and beam their healing and loving energies into your pool to help you re-energize and revitalize.

You lie back against the raft cushions and just feel the tension and stress melting away. You realize that the emerald green water is actually drawing all this negative stuff down into the water and transmuting it instantly for you. Your Angels, Guides and Archangels are beaming you positive energies. The Archangels are placing special crystals and jewels around the pool and sending healing vibrations through them into the water and into you.

You are starting to feel ever so much better. As the stress leaves, your gratitude is returning. Your smile and laugh are returning. Yes you tell yourself, you feel more alive and vibrant than you have in years.

Your Angels motion that you are all recharged and ready to get out of the pool you tell them you really hate to leave the pool it is so wonderful. They tell you that you can return on your own anytime now that you have remembered the way.

You hop off of the raft, splash back down into the pool and walk back up the pool steps. You notice as you step out of the pool that you don’t even need a towel you are perfectly dry. You laugh to yourself, how fun. You return to the dressing room to change back into your clothes.

Dressed and ready to leave this room you follow the Angels back out of the room and into the hall. You follow them back into the main room where you see that The Creator’s door is open. You see this blaze of light in all directions coming from this room.

As you walk closer to The Creator’s room you hear The Creator say to you “Come in My Child it has been a very long time since I’ve seen you. “ A little sheepish at first as you enter the room and feel The Creator’s Essence surrounding you with Love. Feelings of The Creator’s Love & HOME bring tears to your eyes. You hear a faint lyrical music playing in the background. Your trying to recall where you have heard it before. The Creator responds, “The music is your song. That is the song that was created just for you as you were being birthed into the Universe.” The Creator asks, “Will you dance the way we use to when you were HOME last.” The veil is thinning for you now and the memories of you dancing with The Creator are flooding back into your awareness. “Yes”, “yes” you answer “yes”. You take The Creator’s etheric hand and assume a ballroom dance position as The Creator whirls you around the dance floor in a slow glorious waltz, to your very own song. The tears of joy roll down your cheeks as you realize that this Love from The Creator is the love in your life that has really been missing.  You whirl and twirl some more really not ever getting enough of this Great Partner holding you. The Creator slows and you hear The Creator say, “You know I hate for you to go but you have a mission to complete. Your work on the Earth Plane is so important. It is time for you to go now but please come back more often, I miss you and I love you so much.” You tell The Creator that you feel the same way too.  The Creator gives you one last hug and you reluctantly turn around and follow the Angels out of the room.

The Angels guide you back into the main room and back into the entrance corridor with all the crystal refracted colored dots on the floor. You cross back over the main crystal palace threshold and find yourself back in your Garden of Serenity.

You walk back down the path a bit sad but realizing that you can come back here as much as you want, now that you have remembered the way. You reach the mountain steps.

You walk back down the steps of the mountainside. If you must you may pick up the backpacks filled with problems, worries and issues that you left, ask yourself before putting them back on, did you really miss their presence and the stress that they presented in your life. If you choose to put the problem laden backpacks on again, notice the tremendous weight that you have once again saddled yourself with. If you choose to leave them, see the Angel instantly vaporize the backpacks and all their contents. In making this choice to leave the backpacks you have allowed your Angels and the Universe to assist with the contents of those backpacks for your highest good.

Cross back over the bridge; tell the brook “goodbye” until next time. You continue on down the path and see the door in front of you that leads you back into the white marble corridor.  You take another treat from the bowl. You glance again at your reflection in the mirror. You see yourself glowing with radiance and health that was missing before. The Angels lead you back through the door where you find yourself back in your etheric Spiritual Heart Chakra then the Angels assist you in rejoining your own physical body that has been awaiting you while you were in meditation. Re-joining your body now, reorient and when you are ready, open your eyes, wiggle your fingers and your toes. Give yourself a few minutes to completely come back into the NOW presence, you have been in the presence of the Highest of Vibrations.

Go about your day remembering that your inner Wisdom and Angelic support staff are always at your service working with you to help you reach your highest most appropriate potential.

Beloveds you are blessed beyond words and loved beyond measure more than any Earth Plane language can ever express.

We are once again in a cycle of intense inner shifts and changes. It feels to me like this is the "big one"...the moment when we make that Quantum Shift!

A few days ago I had a dream. It was fairly complex, but the essence of the dream was that I had made a huge shift and I had "arrived" in a new place, but that my physical being was yet to "catch up" with this shift in order to make full sense of it.

I have also been told by Archangel Michael that the 9:9, 10:10 and 11:11 portals this year will "lift" us into this new awareness, so that by the 12:12 we will have integrated what is necessary to make this shift a part of our inner and outer reality.

I have also noticed recently how many of us who teach and channel have been through experiences where we have been "down" or inactive for a while. In my own case, I needed to have very minor surgery a few months ago that necessitated a general anaesthetic. I was told by Michael that this "time out" allowed for a very quick but major "recalibration" of my entire system, like rebooting a computer after an upgrade. Which, of course, links up with the dream I mentioned earlier. Along with this shift has gone an increasing sense of dissatisfaction with what I call the "ascension comfort zone".

Yes...the "comfort zone"...I think it feels to me that we are becoming so accustomed to the idea of chaos and change as a way of life that we are not seeing what is really happening. Or maybe, we just haven't caught up yet. And yes, I am speaking for myself and my own experiences.

The channels I do with Archangel Michael speak about the New Earth as "Now". They speak about Unconditional Love, Oneness and Miracles and changed perceptions. Yet, as I speak with people and listen to the voices of Lightworkers, I have the feeling of "not there yet", or deeply wishing to be there.

But we are there. Now.

We have reactivated, realigned, recalibrated and brought online our Light Bodies. It is done. We have activated our crystalline Pineal glands. It is done. We are there. Now.

But we are still thinking and acting as though something were still to happen, or we are going over the same territory again and again. The Quantum Shift has happened. We are there. And yet is difficult to express quite what it is and means as we "feel" our way forward into the New.

This is how it "feels" to me. The Universe in Love. All is Love. Every experience is Love, Growth, Expansion. The Universe is designed to keep expanding the nature of Love. Love, and its expression, keeps getting bigger and more beautiful every day. Yet, we still seem to focus on the "evidence" that we live in a traumatic world of chaos and suffering that is in danger of being destroyed.

Perhaps, as a Collective, we are just afraid to open ourselves to the overwhelming experience of Love. Maybe it is too much for us to bear, that we are so loved and so honored, and so we create illusions and stories to validate our perceived unworthiness to receive the great abundance of Love that is offered to us.

I just finished watching a new movie called "Passengers". It is about the "survivors" of a Plane crash. The twist at the end of the movie is that no one survives, but those who think they have are being assisted and supported through a process of adjustment to their new reality by angelic beings, until they can move on in Peace. I was so touched by this perception of reality as deeply supportive and loving. The first time I watched the movie, I felt, in turn, uneasy, uncertain, bored, judgemental and, eventually, fascinated. I watched it a second time, and then, understanding the love that motivated everything, I was awed by the Love and Support for every being that was being suggested.

I feel that maybe we are in a similar process. To me it feels like we went through "the end" in that period between 1998 and 2005, and yes it did feel like a plane crash to many of us. Now, we are in the "New Earth". Those of us who have worked this out, have come to terms with the "death" of the old and are "moving on" into the New. The rest are being "assisted" to come to terms with the "death" of the old reality and are rebirthing into the new in their own way and at their own level of capability. For this is a new earth entirely, and we have all "died" and been reborn into this place, this new reality.

What is it? Well , I could explain it as a Human Angelic Reality, a place where Divine Humans express their essential nature. But what does that mean? For me, two things.....firstly, the Universe is Love and everything that happens is a gift of Love, even if we cannot fully comprehend all of what we can see initially. Until we can see with the eyes of Love, we will never "see" true reality. This is also so much more than "non-judgment". It is seeing everything in a "Unified Field" that is created, produced and manifested only from Love. It is understanding that everyone and everything in our (unified) field is a gift of love. It is understanding that the nature of Love is to expand and become more and more radiant. And that to be a part of the expansion of love, we are challenged to move beyond our "comfort zones" and embrace the ever increasing and expanding blessings of love.

Secondly, it means understanding that when we cease to limit our perceptions by the expectation of negative events, we allow for the creation of the "Dream of Love", as I will call it, where everything is Love, is created by Love and supports the expansion and expression of Love in our lives. This change in perception fires the neural system and the pineal gland, and brings "online" many of the higher gifts that are our birthright in the New Earth.

In this state of "Unified Field Essence", we will begin to "see" what was not "there" before, but of course was always there! The Love. And those who are the agents of that Love in both the physical and the non physical realms.

Ultimately, we will "see" beyond the veils of illusion, because the illusions are what kept us from the experience of the full power of Unified Love. Reconnecting with the Love reconnects us with our power to be expressions of that Love. We cannot express Unified Field energy by focussing on the negative, the darkness, the dualities, for this takes us into the illusions and the stories that we create to hide the Love. Only by seeing and expressing the Love can we access the Unified Field potentials within our own Being and within the Collective experience of Being on our Planet.

It is indeed time for our physical reality to begin to express our Divinity and our potential to be Angels of Love in every way.

The Quantum Shift, for me, is about this, allowing physical reality to shift into patterns, coherent patterns expressing Divine Love for all of us at all times. And to perceive and feel these patterns at work at all times.

It is also about seeing and perceiving the "unification" of Spirit and Matter, not only within ourselves, but also in the world that we project and create. To be able to see the "miraculous" is not just to be able to create events that ensure that we survive in comfort and wealth, but it is to experience the numinous and radiant aspects of daily life. To be able to see the angels that enter life every day and are part of everyday reality.

It really is time for our physical bodies, the physical vehicles of our Soul's Light, to begin to perceive and express the Divine Light that we all carry in our every day lives. The Divine Light that we all are.

The portals of 11:11 and 12:12 will help us to align with the Quantum shift and to find the courage and the strength to release our insecurities, and to finally embrace the Love that we Are in our Lives.

These are interesting times indeed, as we are in unchartered territory and much of everything is wide open. When we crossed over into a new energetic reality and experience, there was really nothing here yet. The forerunners are at the foremost territory of bare energy, while others are just behind with more company, and even so, we are all having experiences that perfectly fit where we are now residing.

In this way, there is an emptiness, or perhaps just a feeling of no energy present. We may reach out with our hands and feel great space, lots of air, or even a nothingness that we cannot quite place a finger on. We may feel separate and alone. In this new land, nothing has been created yet, so in this way, the palette is still empty, waiting for our brushes to place something upon it, and mostly, to connect the dots.

In times past, we were much more able to connect to Source or to a higher vibrating energy from above, all by ourselves. Now, in this new land, because we hold so much more light within us, which also gave us the entry keys to the other side, we are now being called upon to connect to each other, as a means of connecting to the light. We may find that if we go back to our usual patterns of being alone or separate, we will simply sink like a rock, seemingly unable to find the light, to connect to anything at all, or to even remember where we are, what we are doing, and where we are going.

I moved to a new physical location this past week. The day before my move, while I was still at my old home packing, the contractor who will be building the first structure on the Angels Rest land mysteriously showed up. I had not seen him for awhile, nor anyone for that matter, and while in the midst of conversation, he impulsively gave me the number of someone who could help with the move, even though I already had a few people lined up.

The next morning as I arrived back home with the truck, I noticed some empty boxes at my door…I had run out of boxes while packing, as my house is a very long way from any place where I could get empty boxes, and things had just not flowed like they usually did. It was a nice and very welcome surprise. As I entered my house and checked my voice mail, there was a message that my movers had cancelled at the very last moment. So there I was with a 24 foot truck that I had just driven in from Corrales, and no one to help load it. I had indeed called the person the night before, that my contractor recommended, just in case, but really did not know what would transpire next.

Within a few minutes, a car arrived, and three young men emerged, ready to help load up the truck. Like little angels, they loaded and loaded, all the while laughing. “Keep laughing!” I continually told them. “I love it! Thanks so much!” When they were done, they perched themselves at the back of the truck, legs hanging over, and asked all about me. After many hugs that I insisted upon, they got in their car and drove off.

My twin grandbabies had just had the flu, and because we are all so very close and always cuddling, and because I have been run down of late and exhausted, I immediately got it. (The new Emerging Earth Angels e-book Crossing Over gives a detailed account of how I re-connected to my daughter and grandchildren after a brief and very sorrowful dis-connect, along with much more detail about the new blueprint for living on the other side.)  After the movers left, I still had a few fragile items to load, and then I still had to clean the house, as the drive to my new home was 2 ½ hours away, and I did not want to return back to my old house the following day just to clean.

At this point, I was feeling very ill. Every few moments I would lay on the floor, trying to gather some more energy. In times past, I have been good at pushing myself when needed, rising above it, and getting a second wind, but this time I was really spent. I asked the angels to revive me, fully expecting that I would feel the usual energy surge and floaty feeling, and then be ready to complete my work. Nothing happened. “This is weird,” I thought. What I had failed to remember, was that we are no longer separate. I had asked for help in order that “I” could finish what I needed to finish, completely forgetting that I could have asked instead, that help arrive to assist me.

Finally, while talking to my daughter on the phone (with the babies, she was not able to come and help), we finally agreed that I would simply have to drive back to Corrales, and then come back again to clean and load up any remaining items. My legs were like rubber, my body was pounding, and I had absolutely no energy left to take one more step. My gas tank was below empty…there was no hope. I was drained beyond belief.

Very suddenly, two cars drove up. My contractor and two helpers jumped out, offering to help if needed. These two helpers loaded up my truck and cleaned the entire house! Like little angels with fluttery wings, they swept, mopped, vacuumed, cleaned windows, all within an hour, and then we were done.

We can no longer go it alone, stay in our personal sanctuaries, and do everything by ourselves. When we do, we will now feel empty, drained, perhaps depressed and in some kind of sludge, and feel a dis-connect that we have not experienced ever before. Like a lone being on a deserted island, the new reality does not allow for separation.

When we connect to others now, our energy immediately rises, we fill up, we lighten up, and we very naturally go to heightened states of being that exist in a higher vibrating dimension.

When I recently bought my new home here in Corrales, New Mexico, I was very blessed to connect with a most amazing real estate agent (www.corralesrealty.com ).  Greg’s sole purpose was in helping people, and within a short time, this was very evident. After everything was complete and I had the keys to my new home, I sat in his office and said, “Thank you so much. I could have never done this without your loving hand and continued presence by my side at every step of the way.” Expecting that we would now part, he immediately said, “I am not done yet! I still need to introduce you to great members of the community, to be there with you when other aspects of your financing agreement become due, and please, feel free to come by the office any time and use whatever you need here. And in a few days, I will be over with some champagne to toast your very new house. You are going to love it here. And call me if you ever need anything.”  

Whenever we would be together, amazing things would transpire. And whenever I get together with my contractor, amazing things transpire. We are creating the new reality with our connections. And when we connect to each other, the vibrational space goes much higher, and it is then, that anything can happen.

Recently, I re-connected to my friend Lynn who lives in Colorado. Whenever we talk on the phone, the energy goes up and we feel invigorated and revived. We were recently commenting the very same day, that we had casually looked down at our arms, and thought, “How did my skin suddenly get old? I feel so very young inside, and aging simply does not fit in with the picture. Something feels really off! “ Roughly the same age, deeply within, we never thought that we would ever grow old, and just knew, that this was not part of the plan. But as we looked in the mirror…Lynn in Colorado and me in New Mexico, while we continued to connect and talk, we noticed that we suddenly looked much younger.

These connections we will have with each other, will create and place us in the new reality or higher vibrating dimension. It is here that disease cannot exist, that aging cannot exist, and where we can create much of anything that our heart’s desire. It is here, through our connections to each other, that we can stay in a higher vibrating space at all times. And continuing to think positively does not hurt either!

What if we do not know how to connect to each other or to find each other?

A few days ago, I was in line at our local health food store getting some groceries, and an interesting thing occurred. In front of me was a beautiful man with dark skin and a long black ponytail. He was telling the cashier that he had just been to a singles gathering with no luck. On and on the conversation went, as he was available and “looking.” My girlfriend has been in the very same situation, and looking for a man to come into her life, who looks exactly like this man did. I immediately thought of her, only I was standing next to him and she was not.

A few days prior, I had been telling my girlfriend that I was ready for a long sit on a lazy porch swing. The next day, she found herself at someone’s home, sitting on a porch swing on a beautiful day and thought of me.

My daughter came to this world to bridge the races. When she was young, she would draw pictures of children with all skin colors, holding hands in a circle. Yesterday I went to get my mail, and one of my beloved readers had sent a box with several dolls in it with different skin colors, all holding hands (www.PeopleHoldingHands.com ). My daughter will be moving back to North Carolina on Saturday to complete her mission, as she is now finally very ready to do so, and  then we will re-unite again, so these dolls were so amazingly appropriate and supportive. These dolls were most certainly for her.

With the new ways of being now, we are so very connected that we create for each other. We bring to ourselves things that relate to and that are needed by those we are connected to. This is because we are now beginning to form the very new grid, and assisting each other will be paramount, as offering to each other whatever is needed, will serve to support this grid in some exciting and loving ways. We will have so much to offer each other as we come together, thus creating an all needs met situation as well as our new heaven on earth comprising of everything we have ever wanted or dreamed about. The time is here, and this is how it will come about…through the connections we will have with each other.

We will connect to each other oh so naturally now, and if we are open to reaching out to each other, to offering what we have to each other, and to realizing that there is no separation while we make this a very real way of living and being, we will indeed find ourselves in heaven on Earth.

A message from the Ancient Guardians of the Water site of Tipon, Peru

The following is the message that we received in Tipon . . . just as we received it. As you read, just imagine that you were there with us . . . Before we tune in to see what messages Tipon has for us, I want to give you a little back ground information about this site, and what lead up to us coming here today. On the plane, while flying down to Peru, the Andean Masters gave me a message, a first clue to what our pilgrimage was going to be about. The message was about the fact that our dimension of Earth has integrated and merged the male and the female polarities. Now that this has been completed, the integrated male and female energy transforms into a Violet Flame. This Violet Flame is then encapsulated in a Golden Flame. This is the Golden Flame of Christ Consciousness and the also the pure creative energy of the universe; the unlimited potential of abundance.

The day before the group arrived, a few of us went up on top of a sacred mountain, and visited an ancient site called Ankasmarka, the City of the Eagles. There we were handed a bundle for our group (this bundle is also for those who read this message). The bundle was filled with the memory of our authentic selves, and a great knowledge or coding that is not based in a dualistic world. From the guardians of Ankasmarka, we got a clear message of how incredibly awesome, huge, confident god-master beings that we actually are. The illusion is that we believe what we see in the mirror. We look in the mirror, and we remember our history, and we think that we are this history, and we are the size, shape and face that we see, and that is not true.

At the moment when our group finally gathered together in Cuzco, we started getting blasted with very strong energy. At this point, the Andean Masters gave me another message. This second clue was informing me that the Andean Masters (with our permission) were going to stretch our vessels. We think this is our vessel (Aluna points to her body). This is actually an illusion, because we are not this physical body. They are going to stretch our energy vessel so we can hold more of this Golden Flame of Christ Consciousness. We are much bigger than we think we are. We look in the mirror, and we assume that we are the size we see . . . and the planet is so much bigger than us. This is an illusion that our eyes play on us. It is a trick. Size does not matter, but small perceptions do.

Today we are in the sacred water site of Tipon. I have come here many, many times, and it is always quite beautiful. But today I have never felt it so sweet. Quite a few of you felt it so deeply that you almost came to tears, and some even did. Over the years, I have learned about this site by holding pieces of rock and pottery that I had found. I learned that there were vessels buried in this site that held knowledge, wisdom and memory. This is not a mental knowledge and wisdom that is in our heads. It is a deep heart knowingness and BEingness that we are living Masters. So it is very fitting that this morning I heard that they are going to start stretching our vessels in a place that had vessels buried all around here.

Also, over the last several years, I had brought the essence bowl up here to make an essence, and I was told "No . . . not yet." I had even started making an essence before, and I had to toss it out, because the site wasn't ready to give its energy. Today we are finally invited to make an essence. The site is ready to give its energy to us. You can see that there is wire fence all around these sacred springs. We are not allowed touch the fountains anymore. So just now I handed the local guardian our essence bowl. I thought it was going to be impossible to make an essence, but this beautiful local guardian here offered to collect the water for us. He told me one fountain is male, and the other is female. He rinsed the bowl with great care. He collected a bit of water from each fountain, and then, as he raised his eyes to the sky, he spun the water in the bowl. He merged the male and the female energies for us. He did such a beautiful job collecting the water for us.

When we arrived I was shown that this site was emitting a huge amount of abundance . . . unqualified pure abundance. This energy was not at this site before. This is newly released energy of abundance that is offered to us so that we can create anything within our divine life's purpose.

This abundance is funneled into this site from four different directions. I asked what the 4 directions were, and they said they were the unlimited memories from the four different ages of the past. They also told me that we are now entering the 5th age . . . an age of the Sun. The Maya say the 5th World is the Age of Flowers. I see this huge giant cross with all this energy funneling down into the center of this site. It is manifesting in this site as an abundance of water. So the energy that we feel today is a blending of the potential of unlimited abundance, wisdom and memory of all four ages. This abundance is merging into the age that we are moving into right now . . . The 5th age.

Recently we just crossed over a tipping point where we now have our feet planted more solidly in the new world than we have in the old world. We have been in a frustrating and stalled place, in between there and here, for about 3 to 4 years. If you have noticed, it has been really hard to know which way to go. We didn't receive much direction, because there was no direction . . . because we had a foot in each world. We have been vacillating back and forth like a teeter-totter. Well, around the last part of August and the first part of September 2009, I felt humanity finally put both feet solidly in the new world. So now we are able to access a new wave of abundance from the 5th world which is also a merging of all the light of the four past worlds. I don't think we understand the magnitude of this as yet.

Ok, I am going to look again here . . . OK . . . the Andean Masters want to work with us today to help us activate and receive this new, unqualified potential of unlimited abundance. (If this sounds good to you, read on and join us).

All of our guides, guardians and angels are already here with us. The Star Elders, the guardians of this site and the Andean Masters of this site are also here. They watched us come into the site (they are watching you as you read this message). The guardians are sharing with me that they are so thrilled, excited and happy that we are here, and they are sending us all such a beautiful love energy.

They are going to work with each one of us to help us stretch our vessels, so we can hold more energy of the Golden Flame. So if this is OK with you, just allow them to do this. If it does not feel comfortable, or if it is too much energy, tell them to back off. If you want more, and if you are a spiritual speed freak, which I am guessing a good portion of you are, ask for more.

Now . . . imagine the 4 past worlds' unlimited memories coming to you from the four directions. Imagine that this looks like a grand cross river of gold. This river is arriving here in a huge pool. The color of this pool is between a sky blue and a turquoise blue. It reminds me of the light of the new sun which they showed me when we were at Ankasmarka, the City of Eagles.

Now . . . imagine that this pool is the center of your heart.

Now . . . imagine that this pool of blue/white light in your heart begins to stretch and fill your entire being.

Now . . . they say to stretch this pool even further beyond what physical space you think you hold. Imagine that it flows beyond what you think is your physical self. Allow this pool to stretch 5 feet, 10 feet around yourself.

This pool inside of you is the energy of unqualified potential of unlimited abundance. They are giving this energy to you to use to accelerate and further your divine purpose here on Earth. It will be up to you to qualify this energy . . . to direct it to your higher purpose. You may not be aware of your divine purpose today, but this does not matter. The questions "Who are we?" and "Why are we here?" can take a life time to understand, and that is OK. You don't need to know today. Just know that this process is going to further your divine purpose

This potential of unlimited abundance is anchored in the impeccable new world and operates from the positions and foundations of this new world. It cannot be used if you are still holding onto the old world and its ways. This is a blessing as we will get quite clear about where we are holding onto the old world. This energy will self destruct if you qualify it in order to harm or control others. Greed, anger, and most of all fear will automatically unplug this potential to keep you and others safe. It has its own protection built into it.

Also, this abundance pool inside of you is also going to help you tap into deeper depths of the sacred sites that we travel to during this journey (and deeper into your our personal life's journey). This morning I was guided to shift the schedule and come to Tipon first. They wanted us to come here first, because the water was going to give us an abundance of energy that is the merging of polarities . . . . So we can become ONE… and end the separation while yet maintaining our wonderful diversities. This is an essential foundation stone of the new world that we are building.

OK . . . I am watching what is going on now . . . The Andean Masters say that we have stretched out more than 100 feet and more now. We have filled up this entire sacred site (and our homes, offices, cities etc…). Every one that is near where we are now, is now in this new 5th world abundance energy. For the rest of this day, the Andean Masters and our guides and guardians are going to fill us up like they would a giant cosmic swimming pool. While we wander, meditate and work through our day, we will water the world with this potential abundance. This huge overflowing pool is the creative force of the universe; a pure, untainted abundance for us to build a new world with.

OK . . . now again I am watching what is going on . . . OK . . . another thing that the Andean Masters and our guides and guardians are going to do for us today is to help us reboot our body's limiting memory. This memory acts like an ancient skipping record that tells us over and over that we are small, and the universe is huge. This is our DNA's memory that we have in our physical bodies. We learned these limiting programs from our parents and our ancestors. The Andean Masters said that they are going to start working on this by pouring the 5th world abundance water over these memories, so they will wash away. They will help us wash away our feelings of being small, and limited and ineffective. They are going to wash away all limiting ideas and beliefs that have no place in the limitless presence of the creative power of the universe. So now, when we look in the mirror and see ourselves in the morning, we won't buy into the illusion that we are what we see. Remember . . . it is a trick . . . just a limited physical illusion of who we are.

When we stretch our limited perceptions of ourselves individually, and as a group, this also affects the whole world around us (and now all those who read this message today will also affect the whole world around them). This is true, because we are ALL connected to every living thing. So what we do for ourselves is not just for us; it is for everyone we are connected to and every living being on this planet. Sounds kind of grandiose today, but by the Andean Masters standards, it is a natural process that is not seen as anything grand or big. It just is.

I think this is what they wanted to share with us today. They are going to continue stretching us all through today and the rest of our journey. Remember, use discernment . . . if it feels like too much energy, ask them to back off. If you want more stretching, ask them to bring it on. Remember . . . everywhere we go from now on, we are going to be like little watering cans for the 5th dimension or the Age of Flowers. We are going to be watering our newly planted garden. May the new Garden grow with great abundance!

The world as you know it is coming to an end. This is not an end of the physical world, which you fear may bring earth changes that will disrupt your life although some of the physical world will change. But your material world is an illusion that you create, it is a manifestation of the collective consciousness. This is the end of the world that Jesus spoke about, where the lion and lamb would lie together, the end of duality and polarity and the end of the world which reflects it.

Every beginning requires an ending and the world as it is in this moment must end in order for a new one to manifest. Rise beyond the limitations of the physical which creates fear because you believe that the world of your five senses is the only world that exists. There are many worlds beyond what you can see in the third dimension through your physical presence. To not fear the end of the world you must expand your thinking beyond what you can see and remember what you have been taught, that the partnership with ego and spirit, the blending of material and spiritual, the creation of heaven on earth, is the next step on humanity's journey.

What do you do when that which you have been working towards finally arrives? For some this is the end of a long journey. For others their work will take on new aspects and for many, the work has just begun. There are people who are hungry for new knowledge and understanding, those who are ready to take a leap of faith and need to know where they will land. The new world is being birthed at this moment and you are part of its creation. It is a new life, waiting for your guidance because the new world is your creation, it is your gift to the Universe, the creation of new hope and potential for humanity.

You have brought the human experience full circle, which includes the Earth's experience as an ego-based energy, and all ego-based structures are ending because they have fulfilled their purpose. The ending allows an expansion into higher vibrations of spirit, encompassing all you have been and creating new potentials. The earth will not die, as it is necessary for the next part of this unfolding journey. Be in joy for the new world is being created and you will create a smooth transition through your learning, guidance and love. Celebrate the end of the old world, be glad for the proof of your efforts and bring the new world in with love, gratitude and joy.

Greetings, I am Metatron, Lord of Light. I greet you once and always in unconditional love.

And so we speak this moment of what may be termed the 'Heart of the Dove'. On the winter solstice of 2009, the 'Heart of the Dove' will be activated into parity field. On the spring solstice of 2010 it will join with the Head of the Dove in the in the Crystalline Activation of the Cosmic Trigger.

Masters, we tell you that quickening changes are occurring throughout the planet, and among the most relevant is the balancing of the planetary energies. Areas that are considered overly industrial, overly corporate, overly dictorial are being immersed in a softening energy. This is indeed a crucial aspect of the 'Return of the Dove', for indeed the Dove brings in a gentle nurturing, that termed feminine, and thus the balance of the masculine overage. Ascension is harmony, and harmony bequeaths symmetrical balance within the polarity of the planet.

Feminine Balance

But let us be clear, while the influx of feminine energy is necessary to achieve energetic equity on the planet, do not misinterpret that feminine energy is better than masculine, rather it is what is needed to balance the current overage of masculine.

You see LeMuria was out of balance in an overage of feminine energies, and masculine flows were fluxed into at that time to achieve parity. So we tell you Dear Ones, the desired energy of the planet is one of balance, neither male nor female, but of balance.

In truth the ushering of the Crystalline Age raises the planet within that termed the 5th dimension to an initial accessible field of non gender in non- duality. You see crystalline energy is zero field.

As such certain nodes on the planet are now being activated for this purpose. These will serve as influx portals to bring the balancing frequencial fields into synergy for the crystallization of the planet. You must understand that the Unified Crystalline Field is the epitome of balance, indeed it is a non dual, non-polarity frequency, and it is zero field. Thus these 'feminine' nodes will bring in an enormous influx of that termed feminine energies between the December Solstice of 2009 and the spring equinox of 2010. Certain nodes will be the major facilitators, and indeed will disseminate this energy globally.

Heart of the Dove

One such primary node exists within the 'Hill Country' of Texas. Called Enchanted Rock, it is a unique and potent energy source that is being activated in the fore described role of planetary balance. It serves as the capstone of the Hill Country vortex.

Enchanted Rock is closely connected to the Sacred Goddess Energy, and to the Emerald Crystal of Atlantis. This we will speak more of later in this assay.

So understand that Enchanted Rock is indeed the epicenter of a powerful vortex-portal complex that is being vaulted in mega status in what is termed the 'Return of the Dove'. It can be said that Enchanted Rock is the Heart of the Dove', for it is intricately involved in softening and balancing the energy within this critically important area of the Americas.

The Dove Energy is feminine, but better said, it is nurturing and balanced. You humans assign genders to attributes that in higher dimensions are not gendered at all.

Parity Calibration of Gender

We tell you that those seekers who visit and do ceremony on Enchanted Rock are capable of balancing their fields into parity calibration within its unique inner field. That is to say, those overly masculine in frequency as well as those overly feminine in frequency can achieve harmonic stasis and proportion within the immediate vortex of Enchanted Rock.

Now, Enchanted Rock is natural sacred geometry. It is a half-sphere dome, not unlike a massive version of what caps many of your sacred geometric churches in Europe. However it is a dome that covers a full square mile and is composed of unique violet-pink granite that is over 1 billion years old, as such it is among the oldest domes on the earth.

How could it not be sacred? We tell you it is a living Cathedral, with a mission!

The Heart of Texas

The hill country region is in itself a very unique area in the 'heart' of south central Texas. As the channel has told you, this specially coded land is a somewhat triangulated region of approximately 200 miles on each side. This encompassed region has a uniquely condensed energy field, much much higher in frequency than the surrounding area. Sensitives in the area can easily discern the subtle nuances in the energy which creates a sense of well being. This field is plastically fed by a webbing of hydrolines and a major telluric ley line that traverses from the Yucatan into San Antonio and Austin as it encircles Enchanted Rock and the waters of New Braunfels. It can be said that every river and stream within the aquifer fed area is in fact a hydro 'ley' line.

Masters, such energy fields exists in pockets all over the world. They are indeed special, they are alive, and they are absolutely involved in the ongoing graduation of the planet.

The 'Return of the Dove' Vortex in the hill country of Texas, as we have said is under a special mission of balancing energies. But in fact it does more than just that. Indeed it has for millennia been directly related to the higher quality of life and sense of well being of the triangulated 'hill-country' region.

Hydro Lines Enhance Well-Being

It is this very energy that has drawn intellectuals, artists and free thinkers to this area. It is why the area is noted for its quality of life, universities, artists and musicians. The harmonic frequency of this energy field is uniquely conducive to creativity, especially music. Are not Austin, Kerrville and Luckenbach renowned for their music venues and festivals? Is San Antonio not recognized for its culture and artistic expression in the area you refer to as the 'Riverwalk'?

Indeed the water that flows throughout San Antonio is very beneficial, it is charged from the earthen spring-pools of a potent ley-energy aquifer. It creates a plasmic field that brings a joy and tranquility. It is why the area is considered so 'charming' in your vernacular.

You see, this water is exceptionally ionic and carries an electromagnetic charge that is very beneficial for both the physical and etheric bodies. The aquifer charging zones, or springs, found in New Braunfels, San Antonio and Austin are exceptionally powerful and healing. Yet they also promote exuberance and well being.

Atlantis in Texas

The indigenous have always recognized subtle energies of the living earth. And so the Native Americans of southwest Texas were well aware of the energy of Enchanted Rock. They recognized and held the lavender granite rock in awe as did the Atlanteans before them.

Yes, we said Atlantean. The fact that trhe land areas of Texas were habited by the Atlanteans should not be too surprising to you, there is indeed logic to it.

You see, this part of Texas was along the land bridge that connected Atlantis to the Yucatan, sea levels being much lower before the demise. Even then the Enchanted Rock was recognized as a natural amplifier, and thus the leys that ran thru the Pyramids of the aquifer enhanced Yucatan were connected to the aquifer enhanced areas of the hill country.

The cave labyrinths below the Yucatan still in fact connect into the hill country as well as the areas of Santa Fe, Grand Canyon, Lake Tahoe, Shasta, Arkansas and Sedona.

We tell you that there was a pyramidal complex located very near Enchanted Rock that was used ceremonially for the calibration of Crystal Skulls in alignment to the energy of the granite dome cathedral. The Pyramid was aligned between the energetic ley of Yucatan and of the Pyramidal complex near Galveston island, triangulated with the two.

Additional there is a massive underground chasm containing a Temple complex with a smaller version of the Emerald Crystal of the Divine Feminine near the area of the sacred spring waters of New Braunfels. It is still somewhat accesible throught he cave network of the area,

The Energy of Enchanted Rock remains very much attuned to that of the Crystal Skull, the 13th paradigm pattern of the Divine Human.

Crystalline Structures & Leylines

Your geologists have correctly told you that Enchanted Rock is actually the obtrusive portion of a massive, ancient lava (magma) flow. The greatest part of Enchanted Rock is actually below the surface. And when magma is held under, it solidifies more slowly into coarse-grained rocks with larger, visible crystals. These are intrusive, or plutonic, rocks of which granite is the most common example. Some of the finest examples of crystals, such as quartz, topaz and tourmaline are formed from chemicals that have been dissolved in solutions within rock cavities. Here, they have both space and time to grow. Enchanted Rock is, in a sense, a massive grouping of crystals, and it most certainly contains hollow pockets of prolific quartz crystals

Now, the electrics you refer to as ley energy, (leylines) are a great part of the dynamic of Enchanted Rock. In this area, the ley energies are intertwined with the more feminine hydro line ley energies. This effects the manner in which they are absorbed, amplified and conducted by the mineralogy and shape of the physiographics of Enchanted Rock.

Granite, as the channel has explained, contains a high concentration of quartz. This mineral compound is quite unique and is known to be a transmitter, receiver, amplifier and conductor of current. Very few materials can match the energy transmission of vitreous quartz, especially in the ultra-violet and infrared ranges. We tell you that quartz also stores energy and high dimensional light. Quartz is capable of converting energy to electricity.

Granite domes, conical and pyramidal shaped mountains also have this property of energy conductivity and storage. The conical shape influences the manner in which the energy is conducted.

Natural Capacitor

Now, the differentiating characteristic of Enchanted Rock is that it is a natural capacitor. Granite enhances this ability. The domed shape of this living stone allows the dual charges and integrates them in microbalance. It is capable of infusing beneficial electromagnetic and light energy to all who go there. This transference occurs in very low amperage, suitable for human physiology in such a way that the body physical is balanced and restored. This charging is congruous, evenly distributed throughout the body physical. The etheric body, the Chakric system, is also balanced and robustly so.

The geometrics of this area are spherical, thus the balance, but a tetrahedron and hexagonal matrix are enclosed within the sphere.

Closing

This region of the United States particularly benefits from this balancing vortex. It is emerging into greater potency in preparation for the planetary ascension. The 'Return of the Dove' has the role of bringing higher dimensional feminine energy into an area that has had an imbalance over the past 500 years.

Enchanted Rock is in essence a satellite of the Emerald Energy of the Divine Feminine, and that is being activated in the quickening of the winter solstice of 2009.

In the scope of North America this energy is being fed into Sedona, Monterey, Santa Fe, Shasta and Tahoe in the west, and Atlanta, New York and Carolina in the East.

Enchanted Rock is connected globally and hemispherical in this role. It is the manifold apex of numerous triangulated fields on a massive scale that includes Uluru, The Tor, Table Mountain, Samaipata and Sinai.

2010 holds much in store in the Crystalline Activation of the Cosmic Trigger, the Dove is intricate to this activation.

Beloved ones, I reach for you. I reach right in with all of My Love and all the potential of life and joy and freedom. I bring forth a new awakening for all of you that comes from the perfect gift of these times. I would like to present a new vision of that which is offered in these trying times. I am pushing you individually and collectively out of the limited perspective of how you see the world and live your lives that you might discover true freedom.

Beloved ones, your heart can bring you now, right now, to Me that I might lift you free of this dream of limitation and give you your true inheritance, freedom beyond anything you can ever dream as a human being. Many of you are calling out now in confusion. Some of you are in desperation and in fear as that which you had believed was the source of your daily bread shifts or even disappears.

Dearest ones, rejoice. Rejoice. Behind this mirror image lies the truth that true abundance, the abundance of the Love I Am, is so vast, so glorious, and it is yours. I Am asking you to revel in it, to feel what it means to be My heart, that the very cosmos is not yet big enough to begin to embrace all of your good.

All that you are is alive in the infinite explosion of MORE that is the truth of My being. When you understand with your heart – with every atom and electron of your being – that not only am I your supply, but that your supply encompasses everything -- All That I Am made manifest to be expressed gloriously through you that in the truth of Love. Your every breath is creative.

As Love rushes through the Twin Flame heart that is the truth of you, it offers you continually the choice to let Love multiply within your heart, that you, beloved ones, may then follow it as it rushes forth to endlessly give the full expression of the depth of My Love and its forever capacity to care the opulence, every stream of life within the whole.

Oh, reach out with your heart and let Me fill you with a freedom that is so passionate and so exhilarating that every increment of your vast energy is so alive that the wonder of Creation is continually expressed within you and through you so perfectly that it feels as if Love has choreographed this dance that you dance, as the wonder of the cosmos knows itself in you.

In other words, it is time to let your heart launch you into the delicious experience of this freedom. As you experience this, it releases you instantly from every dream of limitation and brings the song of Love that is the truth of your being to the fullest, that every moment you remember that the heart of God you are is ever cared for. It must be, for you are the core of Me, the center of My living being. How could I not support, not nourish richly My own heart? It is impossible.

As you feel your heart expand and embrace this freedom, reach further. Go higher. Open your heart wider to feel My presence as I reassure you in every way that beyond your wildest dreams, you are the wealth of God, of Love, the ecstasy of Creation, and it is all here for you when you allow the Will of Love to live through you.

From this place of vast abundance, of endless joy that is beyond orgasmic it pours through you and says sweetly, “Come and fly with me as the truth of God!” Bring this into your life in the world that this blaze of Love and glory can be made manifest as the truth of your heart, as your unlimited consciousness, as the explosion of life going forth as you.

Live, beloved ones, in wonder, saying “Yes!” to this freedom and keep inviting Me to show you the doorway, to open your heart wider and wider until you can slip out into the living cosmos in a grand enough way to even begin to embrace your abundance and freedom. As you rejoice in this vibration of endless glorious ecstatic freedom, when you allow Love to be the force that then moves to deliver this abundance as My hand and heart, you will see the true alignment with Love’s power and with the Light that makes all possible.

Every moment this greater truth of who you are sings forth a song of joy

and full expression of your true identity and all your gifts you bring to humanity. In this freedom, beloved one, you entrain the Love. You hold this pure vibration of unlimited giving that is how I give to you and how you are meant to forever give selflessly to others. The smaller self simply dissolves in the rushing river of glorious life and the abundance of God.

Now, as you embrace the freedom of which you are made – now, you can come into the world and love freely every precious life. The heart of God in you is fully present to bring this freedom to the world and to live it. So it is true that when you see only the Earthly life and it seems so real that you cannot feel this heart, then it behooves you to do the work of transforming those old beliefs that keep you from flying. But, oh, dearest ones, the moment you can, use your open heart to feel Me and feeling Me, to allow Me to lift you up into the sweet and endless Love and all it brings, the heart of which is My guarantee that My support of you is eternal and absolutely and totally without limits.

Knowing as you do that vibration is everything, how much more can you give when you are living freedom? With every breath you become the very breath of life reaching into the vastness of the living cosmos and know yourself as ever and always perfectly loved and totally supported by Me. Limitless, endless, glorious, exhilarating, orgasmic freedom rushes through your heart and fills your being, giving you the truth of your heart as the limitless winged being that is everywhere the open and eternal conduit for the Will of Love to give of itself perpetually through all of you.

Hold the high note, the very highest note, as you fill yourself with this grand communion with Me. Then carefully bring yourself back to the view of the world and let Love, through you, begin selflessly giving. I use this word that you might release the little self that wants this abundance to be about you, but I say to you, it is when your heart is passionately engaged in being the outward reaching conduit for giving Love that true freedom makes its home in you and in your life.

Every moment that you can, feel this freedom. Feel My presence in you and with you and feel your glorious heart. Feel the power of the very Moment of Creation itself as the winged Twin Flame being of your spirit, and let that truth live you, that it might rush into you. It will bring you visions of what Love asks you to bring into the world as a blessing for all as your contribution to holding the keys that open the heart of humanity, collectively and individually, that every precious one can taste and know this Love and this freedom that moves beyond every human sub-creation and embraces the truth of this communion that we share eternally in pure delight and endless joy.

Make the choice to move through your heart into the realms of Love. Reach far out into the living hologram and feel the vibration of pure abundance vibrate within your endless being until you know it is the truth and it must give itself infinitely through you.

When looking at abundance from within the dream of a world of duality and ego identity, you often hear, “Do what you love and the money will flow…” This is true because it raises your vibration. But if you do what your ego loves, which is to “get” for yourself those things that glitter or are comfortable, you cannot leap into this endless freedom.

When Love gives with passion and exuberance through your heart and the outreach of your great being, then you become a part of this communion of Light that is so endlessly magnificent that no dream of limitation can find its home in you ever again. The life I Am it passionate, engaged and exuberant, and thus will you find as Love truly makes its home in you and your heart opens and your true identity is revealed, that Love itself will bring to you an experience of life that is truly beyond anything the mind can imagine where you are consciously part of the glorious pattern of freedom now being revealed in the hearts of humanity.

Thus you become the voice of Love, the heart of God, the eternal expression of grace that feeds you, thrills you and lifts you ever higher into a more and more grand experience and vision of the living cosmos and how it comes to make the connection now with the world and the hearts of humanity. You will be filled with more gifts, more joy, more life, more wonder than ever you have imagined.

There is a moment, dear ones, when you stand on the cusp and you must release the little dreams of the human identity and let your vision soar higher. Let your heart fully open to this communion and let this Love show you what it means to be unlimited beyond the wildest imagining, part of the riches of the living cosmos.

Then you become the living gold. You become the Light that feeds and awakens all beings. You become the pure and open heart through which every being can truly see at last his/her own freedom. Words cannot convey this glorious freedom. Allow Me, dearest ones, to bring you the experience, that both your consciousness and your heart might reach out and become the riches of life in all its glory named by Love as the greater truth of you, that from now on, as you affirm your abundance, your wealth, you reach that point at which you open your heart and walk with Me through this doorway where you truly can revel in the perfect freedom of the living and endless abundance I Am that you are also.

Feel Me alive within you. Feel Me also as the one who holds you in such tenderness and unconditional Love that I shall always give you all of the Good I Am and nothing else, for I Am only Love and My heart is yours. It is you. So All I Am is yours as well.

Then, let this arrow of Love’s intention focus your consciousness and your whole being on the mission of Love in its waves of giving, that the golden coins of Real life fall into your hands to do Love’s Will always. The Will of Love is to bring this communion back to every heart that has forgotten it, that every moment can be a miracle and every touch what Love makes manifest as you and through you.

So, beloved ones, rejoice! Rejoice in this freedom and bring it into your lives, listening always for what I give you as you step in trust on Love’s mission, allowing it to be delivered through you, perfectly. I promise you that everything you thought you’d dreamed, you wanted, everything that would please you will not only be given but far surpassed as Love shows forth My true nature and Real abundance which is always more than can be imagined.

With every breath, remember that to experience true abundance is to experience Real freedom and glory in it. I Am ever here with you and I Am your true abundance, always.

Does this mean that I am asking you not to envision those things that would make your life more joyous, more comfortable? Oh, dearest ones, not at all. I Am just asking you to fly higher as well, to know that as you envision your life as you prefer it, you are giving Love an anchor, that Love then may blast apart to open up Love’s Real conduit that is the pure heart beyond the ego’s dreams. It is the freedom of God more vast than the cosmos, but it will use the path into the dreams of your life as the beginning.

Just be prepared for Love’s great blast that opens up dreams of limitation and catapults you through the doorway to the truth and glory of the heart’s true giving that brings you fulfillment, passion, exquisite joy beyond anything even yet experienced, beyond even the touch of the Twin Flame Love at the heart of your being.

When this Love is joined with the purpose of the living Will of God I Am and rushes forth, given your permission to be Love’s Will in action right here on Earth as you, then you shall find that everything you longed for was just a prelude to the Real joy and true fulfillment of this endless freedom of being Love’ expression.

Yesterday I had the honor of teaching with Dr. Christiane Northrup during a day of self-care and healing for women in Boston, MA. I use the word "honor" because I consider Dr. Northrup to be a brave pioneer in the field of women's health - someone who's been willing to rock the boat, speak the truth, and stand up for what women really need to know to live fully empowered, healthy lives.

Her work certainly changed my relationship with my body and my approach to healthcare more than fourteen years ago when I first read Women's Bodies, Women's Wisdom. And her subsequent books continue to have a significant impact on my life and my work. As a matter of fact, Women's Bodies, Women's Wisdom and The Wisdom of Menopause, were required reading for all of my female clients. I consider studying them to be a vital act of self-care.

I taught in the morning and Chris taught in the afternoon. She's smart, engaging, and very funny. During her part of the program, I took notes and thought I'd share some of her wisdom with you. You might want to take the one or two statements that jump out at you and copy them down. Then look at them throughout the week and notice any message or action they might provoke.

The period between age 40 and age 55 is a time when a woman becomes the "Queen of Herself." It's an inward phase of starting over when all that you haven't dealt with comes up to be addressed.

The mind can stay engaged with data forever but it's the heart that actually instigates change.

There is no illness that is incurable.

Divine Love is the most powerful healing force of all.

Women report having the best sex in their sixties and seventies.

Just because you have a uterus and breasts does not mean you are biologically designed to do grocery shopping.

The era of the "Battle of the Sexes" is coming to an end and we are now focused on learning how to effectively work together.

Menstrual blood is loaded with stem cells.

The issue of this century is educating women and girls. It's the one thing that will make the planet green, stabilize the economy, and put an end to terrorism and war.

We must die to the outmoded ways of behaving that no longer work for us in order to truly live.

Every thought you think and every emotion you feel changes your hormones.

Illness is the only acceptable form of Western meditation.

These are just some examples of what Chris shared with all of us, and I'm happy to report that our daylong event was recorded and will be available as an audio program next year. This year totally sucked for me. Okay, that's not a very spiritual way of defining things. So much for the sarcasm….I'll try again. This has been a year rich in opportunity to grow in strength and wisdom, through various challenging situations. I have come to some major awareness regarding old patterns that no longer serve me, and was able to clear out a lot of emotional and mental baggage that I was carrying, disengaging from some old patterns. Better put?

It's been a really intense year doing such deep soul work. Many of us have had this blessing of letting go of the old and renegotiating what we really want and need in our lives, what we want to bring into our future. Our entire planet has been given this opportunity and we really need to prioritize what’s important to us and figure out the value of things. Not just monetarily, although that seems to be what the focus has been placed on. Instead, deciding on the value (emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually) of what we want (not what we thought we needed) and what is it really costing us to overextend ourselves in this way. Is the stress and anxiety really worth it??!!

My intent was to become a much more conscious and aware person. Not only in my choices but how my actions and behavior affects another. It has been full of beautiful and sometimes painful lessons. When we really see how we are so interconnected and the power we wield in each other's lives it can seem like such a major responsibility. It is. Our level of conscious awareness has the possibility of helping another or harming them (and ourselves). Being mindful of what we are doing and being truly present in the moment can assist us in doing things that are in alignment with what we want to create and prevent us from being detached and unavailable.

Many of us are feeling a sense of lack in one form or another. We feel that we don't have "enough" resources. We fear that there is not enough money, food, jobs, resources, or love to meet all of our needs and for the needs of those on this planet. When we are in this space of not feeling fulfilled or feeling that our needs are not being met we haphazardly reach out and try to fill the empty spaces with "stuff". We create diversions that take us out of the present moment. We all consciously and unconsciously create these diversions in order to not feel the fear, anxiety or loneliness that we are experiencing.

Many common ways we detach from the present moment is through excessive television watching or computer surfing, spending time on the telephone, overworking, shopping, and enmeshment in relationships or keeping ourselves overly busy. When we are preoccupied we can bury our thoughts and feelings and not have to feel or face them.

Another way we create diversions as a method of denial and avoidance is by being in co-dependent relationships where we are always involved with what someone else is doing or feeling. Getting overly involved in someone else's problems and needs takes the focus off of us and puts the spotlight onto someone else. We can say we are doing it to help, but in reality we are just trying to rescue and fix someone else rather than focusing on ourselves.

We may also take on additional responsibilities, which keeps us extra busy with things that go beyond the limits we are capable of handling. Before we take on extra stuff, we need to ask ourselves if we have the resources to do so. Resources may include money, time, prior obligations and the stamina to handle it (emotionally/physically). There are times we jump in without thinking it through and create a situation that is beyond our capabilities. We then spend time trying to juggle more than we can handle, subsequently trying fix the mess we made or deal with exhaustion and frustration because we have more going on than we can deal with.

If we could just sit with the uneasiness for a little while and accept the present moment as it is, we could allow things to unfold through the grace of God. We need to allow ourselves to feel satisfied with what have. To appreciate what we do have and realize that what we have is enough. Our needs are being met in the present moment. Whatever unfulfillment we are experiencing is only momentary. Everything is in a constant state of change. If this moment isn't exactly the way we want it to be, we need to accept as is, because it is what the Universe gave to us, for it is what we need. It's not going to last forever for everything is in a constant state of change. Accepting this moment is all we really have. When we can see through the eyes that are content with the blessings given to us, we will be ready for what is to come.

We are constantly struggling with allowing things to be. We think we can try to control things, which is an illusion, of course. If we can take the path of least resistance and go with the flow things can manifest with ease and grace. If you pursue a path and it is fraught with difficulties, hold ups, and blocks, then perhaps it is not the route meant for the time being.

By uncomplicating our lives, by letting go of what doesn't serve us, refusing to take on more than we are capable of handling, and not allowing ourselves to get preoccupied with another person's stuff we can focus on living our lives with ease and grace. Ease and grace is living a life where we know that our wants and needs are provided for by Source and that as we go with the flow, accepting the present moment and allowing things to be what they are, that things will naturally unfold for our highest and greatest good. Gracefully living a life that is blessed with ease, because we don't try to complicate things with our will.

Once we are aware of the times we are creating diversions to avoid and deny the present moment we can take back our power by disengaging from these behaviors and choose ease and grace instead.

Prayer

Sweet Spirit, Source, God/Goddess,

I accept the present moment with ease and grace. I am a source for infinite abundance. I am so grateful for the many blessings I receive. I know we are all going through such major changes and adjustments, rather than denying and avoiding what is happening, I instead take the opportunity to deeply and completely love and accept myself. I trust all is well and as it is meant to be.

And so it is.

God morning, beloveds,

To another new moon time to begin anew again. Aren’t you glad the cycles just keep coming around again to support a slow transformation into your new selves? Otherwise spontaneous combustion would occur; be thankful for each moment on your path of transmutation!

By now, you know intimately that the process includes the constant reaching into the higher vibratory way while simultaneously surrendering the ways of the old. One hand reaches, the other releases. One breath builds, the other deconstructs. The in breath and the out breath, the ebb and flow, the waves of ascension. You are great at aspiring to the new, but not so great at letting go. You know that you are greater than your little mind, but your little mind holds on to what it’s got in case there may not be as much coming, or you may not like it as much, or you will have to change too radically or, or, or…and then the negotiations begin. We are sorry to report that the negotiations are closed and all you need to do is get in the boat (without oars, of course) and trust that the stream of greater perfection (that is not your version) will carry you, naturally, on the most beautiful journey there is: the one captained by Spirit. Why settle for the Amazon when you can flow in the Great River of Paradise? Let go. Surrender. Give it up. Allow. Relinquish. Bow. Accommodate. Serve. This great turning of the tides is from the one to The One. From the singular me to the Great We. The sum is oh-so-much greater than the parts. Give up your singular stance and surrender to the grace of the All That Is, and when you have the power of the whole within you, just imagine what great works will be done. You will laugh when you realize that you have exhausted yourself waging great causes as a gallant flea when you could simply become the silent grace and all-pervasive power of the wind. Become the wind. Become the water. Become permeable and malleable in the guise of Spirit. Allow your little self to become the Great Self by willingly joining it. Surrender your little cause to become the Great Cause. Relinquish the fight for nothing other than your own little domain. Your deep exhaustion will be eased, your angry battle will cease and your heart will know greater purpose. Until then, you are kept small by your own will when you are so much more!

How do you get there? Ask for greater perspective. Ask for understanding. Ask to be shown the Greater Way. Ask for the experience of Oneness. Ask to have the courage to lift yourself up out of your own mire. Ask to be lifted up over the wall of your illusion to peer - like a child over a garden wall - the great, magnificent expanse on the other side. Then you will know what you have settled for. You will know you have been the flea when you can be the sea! Ask for nothing less than to participate in the Great Amalgamation of one to One. You have known separation, and that part of the play, the experiment, the story, is coming to an end, that you may now return to your original wholeness, unified purpose and state-of-being. The little ego loves to put up a stink, a snit, a drama, a fight about it that feels very real and serious and all-pervasive at the time – but the All Pervasive you experience in the Great Unification is the ultimate goal, the big reward and the highest purpose you are here to accomplish at this time.

So give up your little ways so that you can become the Big Way. The irony is that you already are this, you just have to show yourself that this is true!

Last month I shared a tool that can help you make separations from others whom you find yourself thinking about long after you have left their presence.  This month I will share another tool with you that will enable you to give others back the energy they left with you while at the same time calling your own energy back home to you where it belongs.

Jen enjoyed her daily lunchtime walks with Jeffrey, or at least she mostly enjoyed them. They talked about work projects, sports, pets and family dramas. Those were the parts Jen enjoyed. The aspects she didn’t enjoy included Jeffrey’s flirting and inviting her to have dinner with him. She liked him but not in a romantic way.  In class, Jennifer used Jeffrey as the subject for this Energy Tool.  The following day at about 2 p.m., I received a phone message from Jen. During their daily walk, Jeffrey “out of the blue” apologized for bugging her and hoped they could still be friends! Jen never spoke to him about her irritations, but simply gave him back the attention and energy he had left in her space.

Making Separations - Tool # 2

1. Clear your space to play. Ground and Run Energy.

2. Be comfortable in the Center of Your Head.

3. Imagine or remember a white Rose.

4. Think of someone you’d like to return energy to.

5. Visualize putting him in this Rose and watch what color the Rose turns. That is the color of his energy in your space.

6. Create another Rose next to the first one. This Rose represents you. Notice the difference.

7. Give the command to your friend’s Rose to collect up all of his energy from your Rose.

8. Give the command to your Rose to collect up all of your energy from his.

9. When the Roses are finished exchanging energy, thank your friend and explode his Rose or make it disappear. His energy will return to him where it can benefit him.

10. Now find your Rose again. Fill it with gold and allow it to enter your body. It has the wisdom to travel and refill your system with the energy it has just gathered.

11. Take a moment and completely replenish with your Golden Ball of Light. Be sure to fill those areas of your body that you may have noticed responding to the energy work.

Remember, keeping a person in your conscious awareness or even your subconscious awareness does not benefit either of you.  

Question: I am deeply distressed with my life as I approach my 50’s. I have always considered myself to be a compassionate, spiritual and aware person. I was kidnapped and raped at knife point at 23, widowed suddenly at 32 with 2 children, and recently divorced.  There have also been many unfortunate deaths in my immediate family. Though I am a seeker who reads, meditates, and studies, I have become fearful, depressed, full of anxiety and extremely lonely. I feel like I’m wasting my life and can’t seem to find a way toward peace and happiness.  Can you help?

Leonard’s Answer: Everything that occurs in your life is directed towards one end, which is your own awakening. Every difficult or painful event is a reflection of what is in need of healing at the soul level, and reveals the primary lessons you must learn if you are to awaken. Every painful experience is an indicator of the limiting beliefs that you acquired in childhood that are affecting your experience of life. Often these limiting beliefs originate in a previous lifetime.

And what do I mean by awakening? To awaken is to free your self from the pain and limitations of the past and open into the unlimited world of Now. It is to know yourself as an Eternal Being, totally transcendent of the circumstances and story of your life, which until now have been defining you and giving you a sense of who you are and what your life is all about.

If you look at the circumstances of your life, you will be able to identify the limiting beliefs that have affected you, the lessons you are here to learn, and what is in need of healing from your past.

More than likely you have been abused or violated in the past, and I am not limiting the past to this lifetime. In a most mysterious way, your experience of abuse in this lifetime is an opportunity to heal a wound that most likely exists at the soul level. Of course this does not in any way excuse your abuser. If he had known the terrible karma he was bringing upon himself, he would never have abused you. He will have to live with the consequences of his actions.

Losing your husband at such a young age is also a reflection of some deeper soul wound or experience. If you believe that life isn’t safe, it will manifest in a way that will affirm this belief. If you believe that others will hurt you, they probably will. If you believe that those you love will die or leave you, it is likely to happen.

These wounds and beliefs are all based in a painful past, and for the most part they function at an unconscious level. As long as they remain unconscious, they will continue to affect every aspect of your life.

This is because the outer world manifests as a reflection of your inner world. If your inner world is filled with these limiting beliefs and emotional wounds and impressions from the past, your life will manifest in a way that corresponds to your inner world. That is why it is so important to bring it all to consciousness for healing, completion, and release.

If you learn the art of being present, you will be completely free of the past. As you deepen into Presence, and heal and release the past, your inner world will open into love, gratitude and peace. You will know that the present moment is safe. What world will manifest as a reflection of your inner world when you are present?

You say that you have become fearful, lonely, depressed and full of anxiety. It is because you have not recognized your true purpose in being here. It is very simple. Your true purpose in being here is to be here. Most of us are not here. We are lost in an illusory world of the past and future. We are lost in a dream. Some people are lost in a happy dream. There is no motivation to awaken from a happy dream and so it is unlikely that they will awaken. But those who are caught in an unhappy dream have a greater chance of awakening. But it depends. Will you choose to remain in the dream, hoping that it will get better? Or will you free yourself from the dream and awaken into the present moment, which is free of the dream? You also say that you feel like you are wasting your life and that you can’t find your way to peace and happiness. The only way to peace and happiness is to free your self from the dream and awaken into Presence.

From Steve: So, what will it be like living in the Age of Empowerment?  In this channel the group talks about some of the important points we will be seeing right away as we reach this next level of evolution. One of the points they made in this channel was that the original 500 templates of humanity can no longer contain the energy. In the beginning of humanity in the physical form there were only 500 beings who took physical bubbles of biology to populate Earth. Until now each one of us has been a direct descendant of one of these templates.  The problem came with our evolution, as we outgrew these original templates long ago.  The group even indicated that much of the weight problem on Earth may be partly due to this one issue.  The good news is that now thousands of new Human templates will now find their way onto planet Earth, and we are not restricted to keeping the template we currently have.  The basic idea is that the new templates give the spirit a lot more room to stretch out in the body.

Dear creators of planet Earth, we bring you Greetings from Home.

Moving at the Speed of Love

You have journeyed such a long way through many different forms throughout the universe to be here at this critical juncture for mankind. We wish to address today what that looks like to us, so you can see the larger vision of what we see happening on planet Earth right now. We tell you that you are moving at the speed of love, which is actually a little bit faster than the speed of light. The reality of it is that you are changing so rapidly now that many of the challenges or problems that you experience in your life are related to the speed of the growth that Is occurring. We see it happening all over the planet and yes,, it is raising you to a higher vibrational state. It is very common among humans that every time you grow you experience some pain, but we tell you that the misery part is entirely an optional experience because you do not need to stay in that pain. Allowing it to flow completely through you and move to the next level is one of the most important traits you can acquire. Also, we wish to share that you are not alone on this planet. You will find your connection to other people and the other aspects of yourselves and this will start dissolving some of the internal struggles that many of you experience on planet Earth.

What we tell you is that every person on this planet carries a different ray of god. Just imagine that god is a great light shining out into the universe. The light travels through a prism and breaks up into small vibrational ranges which you call colors. Yet if you look at the larger picture, each one of you is a unique color. Each one of you has a unique expression of the god within you. That uniqueness is your gift. If you can find that expression, if you can find any portion of that in another person, you enlighten, empower, and strengthen them. If you can do this with the people around you, guess what happens to your own life? It magically starts to be on track and you become empowered, because you are helping others to step up at the same time.

Energy Vampires and Inner Beauty

It is very challenging sometimes, for there are people who certainly aggravate you. There are people who do not vibrationally match you, or sometimes drain your energy.  All of you have known such people in your lives that we refer to as energy vampires. It is not something they are doing intentionally, but sometimes they feel as if they need energy so much that every time they are around you they must drain your energy. They take as much as they can because they may not have another chance. We tell you, dear ones, that is starting to shift. It is changing now because energy is not transferred in the same way. If you can ever find that inner beauty inside of them, that is all it takes to break down the barriers and work through this energy field.

We also wish to repeat something that we brought through in another channel recently. It is very important to understand what is taking place on planet Earth. We have told you about the re-wire of humanity. The short version is that the two halves of your brain are eventually growing back together as one. That will also dissolve the separation you see with each other and yourselves. It will dissolve much of the illusion of polarity on the gameboard and help you to react much faster as it happens. It is not just happening in the brain, but is also occurring energetically throughout the whole body. The pineal gland is certainly being activated in many people on planet Earth as we speak; it is done through intention.  Your thoughts will activate it, and as you evolve your own perception of the world around you will continue to change.

Releasing the Old Templates

As humans, you were here from the very beginning of Earth but you did not have physical bodies. You had ethereal bodies much like what you consider angels to be today. The bodies had no density, and as the Earth began to cool over a very long period of time you began to lose your connection to her because she was gaining density. Your advancement in those days was actually lowering your vibration, not raising it. Today you think higher vibrations are better than lower vibrations. However, there was a time when you were striving to lower your vibration to stay in connection with planet Earth and that was when you first took the physical bodies. If you look at the timeline of Earth, it was only in the very last seconds that you took these physical bodies. When you took the physical form, there was a separation that had to happen because there were only 500 souls that adapted 500 physical bodies with a tremendous connection throughout the universe. Six primary parental races came to planet Earth to help adapt the physical bodies of the apes to house your spirit for what was expected to be a short duration on the gameboard of planet Earth. You have done very well with that, although there were only 500 templates. Even today, each and every one of you is a direct descendant of one of those original 500 templates. This is part of the reason that you can see someone walking down the street and you could swear it is your brother, but it is not. This also explains why someone may act exactly like or says the same thing as your aunt or your grandmother. You re-member these people as they are reflected through the other prototypes of those same templates that each of you can be traced back to.

These templates have also caused challenges. Many times, especially in recent years, your energy field has outgrown its template. This is one of the major causes for weight gain on planet Earth and it has happened in many areas. We are not speaking just of people that have gained weight beyond their expectations, but of those who can actually stop eating and still gain weight. We can now share this process with you, because you are no longer limited to the templates. The templates are beginning to change as humanity transitions through this re-wire. Not only do you have the capability of changing the template that you are already in, but the children being born are bringing in a whole new series of templates—a wide variety of possible templates that humans can take when they come into these physical bodies. The possibilities of this are very exciting. We will share with you how you can change your own templates.  You can change how your body holds your energy, because the physical bubbles of biology are only temporary containers to hold your energy and they are always, at every moment, the perfect container for your energy. If you have a sick body, you have sick energy. If you have other things that are transforming, you have a body that is growing and you have growing energy. It is literally a perfect reflection. However, the limitations that you have always had with the physical body on planet Earth are starting to lessen, and will eventually go away as these new templates become in process. Of course, if you were born into a new template it would be no problem. Changing the old template into the new possibilities is going to be more work and take a little bit more energy. It is only a question until one or two of you start mastering the process and teach it to others. This can happen on planet Earth now more than ever before.

On Purpose

It is a critical juncture of time and space that you are in. You have placed yourself here quite on purpose, dear ones, and you have made it to the junction you were trying to make. Welcome Home! You are creating it on Earth right now. That is what is taking place. You have the help of the universe, for the six parental races are back on Earth trying to help you change. You have a tremendous amount of help—ambassadors from all over the universe, on planet Earth right now just to help you to move to this next level. You made it!

Many of you are in back up plans, because your timing on planet Earth was more important than your surroundings or even your parental structures. What you have done is to set up a lot of your life to be able to be in a key place at a key time. The key time is now. It has finally happened. What you will find is that as you start stretching your own energetics and energetic container, you will find new ways to run energy through the body. The moment that you do this, turn around and share it with someone else. Give it so someone else and do with it whatever you need to do, but get it out. Share it because this is the information that is going to be incredibly important on planet Earth.

We see that many of you are discouraged about what you watch on your news. We have the Keeper watching the news regularly, even though sometimes he does not like to do so. When something comes up on the news we are able to share with him how it ties in with what is happening in the overall picture. Let us explain what is happening now, because he is very frustrated with what he sees on the television.  There are huge advancements taking place in the collective vibration.  Recently, you reflected your hope in a person who was elected to a very important position. Now you are starting to take your own power back and that is very appropriate. It is no longer appropriate to give your hope to anyone, because that is exactly what humans did with Adolf Hitler. That is exactly what humans have done over and over, and over again. What you are seeing is that all of humanity was becoming excited about the new possibilities. Now after moving two steps forward, you are taking an entire step back. There is confusion, anger, frustration and a lot of negative energies coming up. Although a lot is taking place it is simply a venting process, because much of what you have set into motion is well underway and moving in the direction you are going.

Please do not get discouraged when you look at all the evidence to the contrary. When everything appears to be the opposite and seems to be getting worse rather than better, it is because there will be no more secrets on planet Earth. This is happening already. It is happening in Iran, in the United States, and it is happening all over this planet. Those are the things to celebrate, because never again will humans follow the leader in the way you have always done before.

Empowerment 101

Now is your opportunity to take your true empowerment. Empower yourselves first by taking as much responsibility for your own life as you can. It is not a race, and you are not ahead of or behind another person. Everyone has his own path to follow. It is not possible to compare the paths of two spirits on planet Earth, so stop trying and embrace what satisfies you. What brings you joy? What makes your eyes light up when you talk about it? What makes your heart sing? What is it you would do if you had nothing else concerning you? If you had all the money in the world and no other cares, what would you do? It is time to step into that in any way you can…now.  Move in those directions and let your light shine and be seen. Stop looking at all the reasons why it will not work, and know that it is already yours to claim. That will change planet Earth very quickly and you will witness less fear over the next six months than ever before.

Right now, you are still experiencing the backlash in the energy field. You are still feeling the one step back. For the most part you will see your recovery from this economic squeeze, and it will follow a very similar path of three steps forward and one step back. But it is still moving forward and that is the most important part. Do not doubt yourselves. Just let it go. Let yourselves feel the energy come through. When you see another human being,  try to find god in their eyes, even if only for a split second. Try to find that spark that lights them up, so that you can reflect it back to them. That is the key to finding inner beauty. That will be the most empowering part on planet Earth, and the next five years will be very critical in everything you do. The nice part is that you are on a very beautiful path, so enjoy the ride.

We ask you to simply treat each other with the greatest respect. Nurture one another every chance you get and play well together.

What if you could re-invent yourself, create a new "you" that was free of all of the pain, mistakes, bad choices and limitations that you believe have created the person you are at this moment (and may not like very well). What if it was possible for you to let all of that go, pretend it did not happen and instead, create the life you wish you had chosen? It is possible to reinvent yourself and it does not take a team of Hollywood makeup artists. You can create a new "you" just by wanting it but there are two criteria, you must get out of the way and you have to choose what you want to be.
 
Every night as we sleep our body undergoes a wonderful process of regeneration and renewal. These processes are essential to life and they are done when our conscious mind is turned off because it would get in the way. So we are put to sleep so our body can do its cleanup work to create a new "us" in the best and most efficient way possible. And here's pare of the secret to self re-invention, every morning we awaken with a new body, cells and potential for a new life.
 
We have two ways of looking at ourselves, as misfits and failures or as powerful beings who can be re-created any day and at any time. But the concept of limitless is just too much for us. So we create boundaries to our limitless power by remind ourselves of our mistakes, bad choices, fears and limitations. This satisfied the ego's need for boundaries and we feel better about not honoring our limitless nature. And we wish we could re-invent ourselves, change our life, make different choices and become a different person. It is possible when we stop wishing, trying and judging ourselves into a new reality.
 
If we suspend our judgment we would see how life is simply a series of choices that are no more than events on our life journey. They have no meaning other than the one we give them and what one person would describe as terrible another would see as a miracle. These events reflect our ego's need to feel powerful and the soul's desire for healing. So every "bad" choice you made is just a choice. To reinvent yourself, do a daily memory cleanse, where you purge your judgments about yourself and your life, replacing every limiting thought with a positive one. Let us go now to a sacred place, a place deep and quiet.  Go now within the depths of your heart, to that place where peace reigns, where you are completely alone and completely yourself, that place deep and quiet, so quiet that it almost echoes with its own silence.

Go there now and feel the sweet wonder of your heart of love, the place within you where love flows, where there is nothing but love, that chamber of your heart that is untouched by anything other than love, the place that survives no matter what happens, that stays ever within love.  Let us go there now, to this sacred chamber of the heart.

And here, within this space, relax and feel how peaceful and safe it is.  You are held here within your own love, a space that you created for yourself and that is always here.  All it requires is that you take a deep breath, close your eyes, and let silence lead you.

And now, deeply within this space and place of love, become aware that you are not alone at all.  Become aware that this sacred chamber of love is full of spirit.  Yes they are here at all times, these angels, filling your heart with love and light.  They live in this sacred space and glow for you always here, no matter what is happening outside, no matter what your mind is saying, no matter if you are peaceful or troubled.  They are still here, shining for you, and sharing their love with you. 

And now, from this place, expand outward.  Take this quiet place of love, this deep connection with the angels, and expand it outward from this tiny chamber of your heart until it fills your entire heart, your chest, your torso, your entire body and now expands out for several feet around you, so that you are a zone of love, an expanded state of love and grace, glowing for all to see and feel.

Let your own glow of love and connection touch all those whose lives touch yours.  Let your heart of love overflow into everything you say and do.  Let the peace of your wondrous being of love fully enter into your mind, so that you embrace being this person of sweet flowing love, of glowing light, of wonder and beauty.

This is who you are.  And even if you forget it for a time, this presence of your true being is here deep within your heart, in the sacred chamber of love.

Ankasmarka had several round chulpa-like buildings, much like the ones at Silustanni near Lake Titicaca. A chulpa is said to be Inca tombs, but that is just archeology talking. A sacred site expert said to me once "Archeology is not history. It is assumptions." We have to think with our hearts, not our heads, to understand a culture that is very different from our own.

We found a nice chulpa to rest inside, and we began to receive messages from the site. I quickly began to have a vision of an androgynous god-like being from a distant age unknown to us now. He/She was full of brilliant blue/white light. This one was connected in a collective family of master beings called "The Bird Tribe family", or what I call the Masters of Ankasmarka. I was aware of their feelings of immense love and a vast, yet egoless, sense of self. They have a very advanced and intimate relationship with our earth and the entire universe. I was struck by the fact that they didn't feel small like we do when we look in the mirror in the morning. These ones know they are as big and as powerful as the mountings that we were standing upon. They know that they are as big as the planet and the solar system.

The message was clear . . . it was time for us (humanity) to quit thinking that we are small and have little effect on the earth and our circumstances in life. It is time to quit hoping and keeping the faith, and KNOW that we are living masters. Faith has little to do with awakening or being aware. The only thing that stops us from being livings masters is that we believe that we are the small ones we see in the mirror. It is our belief that we are small and powerless that keeps us small. To the Masters of Ankasmarka, size does not matter; only small thinking does.

This was the message that we received . . . just as we received it. As you read it, just imagine that you were there with us . . .

A bit of history . . . In the ancient past, a family, which we call the Andean Masters of Ankasmarka, lived on Earth in this dimension. They didn't understand separation, duality, and especially the creation of the separation of genders. The world was regarded as a dense world of duality, but duality wasn't in their natural coding. They had to learn to adapt to it while they were here. At the end, but NOT the fall, of a great but nameless age of light, they returned to an inner dimensional world to watch over the evolution of humanity. They kept watching through many other great ages of time. They are coming to us today to help set us free from this duality and to help us see ourselves as we truly are.

The Masters of Ankasmarka have begun to call for the return of ones that had the courage to continue to reincarnate on Earth. There is a now a trickling of people coming back to Ankasmarka that are part of this ancient family. Some have come before us, and many, many more will come after us. They share that many on Earth are part of this ancient lineage which didn't understand duality and the unnatural separation of male and the female. Even though they have had male and female bodies, it didn't seem to matter. They carried the code of the ONE unity between the two. We were part of the universal ancient ONES that came here.

So now I can see that the Masters of Ankasmarka are bringing us what looks like a ancient bundle. They are returning it to us now. It looks like they have been saving this bundle for a very long time. What they tell me is that this bundle helps us ignite a golden flame inside of us. This golden flame can only be ignited when we have the male and female side integrated in our bodies, but all of us on a spiritual path have done that a long time ago.

This bundle is full of rays of light. The Masters are showing me what happens when the blue ray (male) and the magenta ray (female) is merged together. It creates a violet ray. They say this is why we have been attracted to the "I AM" Master teachings, because we have already ignited the violet flame in us. This violet flame has been used for purification and clearing of consciousness. Now the Masters of Ankasmarka are gong to help us encapsulate our violet flames within a brilliant golden flame. It is happening for us here at Ankasmarka, but it is also happening for ALL of us in the world who hear this message. This gift is for the collective of humanity. Since humanity has now placed their feet solidly in the new world, it is available to all to have a golden flame encapsulating the violet flame.

What does the golden flame do?

The golden flame is the pure energy of the SUN. Not just the sun that we see in the sky . . . but the great central SUN, and also the great Sun within each of us. The light of the Sun holds the unadulterated creative power of the universe. A physical manifestation of this golden flame was created in many Solar disks that are now in safe keeping in a multi-dimensional crystal city inside of Lake Titicaca. They have been safe keeping this golden flame until now, because we still had a foot in the old world of duality until just recently. It has been kept safe because the golden Sun flame could have been used to further the effects of duality. We might have hurt ourselves and others while we were still in a world that was so fractured and convoluted. This would have been dangerous for humanity, the Earth and the universe. This is one reason why Masters of Ankasmarka abandoned this sacred site and many other sites around the world like Chaco Canyon, Sillustanni, and the dimensional doorway of Lord Meru at Lake Titicaca. Secondary sites that hold the Golden Flame would be Machu Picchu, Ollantaytambo and Pisac. Moray acts as a bridge between the sun and earth. There is another bridge. The bridge at Ankasmarka is at the center of the body of the Eagle (The center of an eagle-shaped site). It is a bridge between the Earth and the sun. In the center is a beam of golden light that radiates out for several miles. So it doesn't really matter that you are standing right on the center point. Getting fairly close to this place is enough. Some will make the hard trek up the mountain, and some won't. It does not matter.

I asked the Masters what we can do with this information when we leave this site.

They answered by saying that they turned the energy off in Ankasmarka, and other sites, like you would turn off a water faucet . . . only very slowly. They did this very slowly until there was no energy of the sun left. Now they are going to trickle the faucet back on. The faucet is now dripping golden light. It is going to get stronger and stronger over the next few short years. More and more people will get their golden flames ignited. Some will know this when it happens to them and others won't. It doesn't matter if you know or not. But you will feel the effects of the Golden flame. The Gold Flame of ONE will change how you will react in the world, and how the world will react to you, because there is something different happening inside of you. So all we have to do is listen to your hearts and follow its lead.

There was something else in the bundle. In this bundle is memory of the awakened parts of ourselves. We left this memory here to be kept safe. It is the memory / self awareness of our ancient selves. They say that we might start feeling that ancient part of ourselves return. We could not have that memory while we were in the density and duality of this world, and while we were going through the dark cycles. This would have caused too much pain.

Also in this bundle was an advanced wisdom. They knew that the wisdom was going to be remembered by each one of us at some point in time. They knew that we would treat it with the utmost respect. It doesn't look like wisdom or knowledge as we understand today. It looks like a feeling that is returning. It doesn't look like knowledge or technology or teachings. It looks like a state of being; a state of feeling. It is like a little piece of a giant puzzle. The great library of the wonderful ancient past is now being given to us.

If you received this knowledge without the memory of your ancient self, you wouldn't be able to understand the knowledge. If you received only the memory of your ancient self, then the knowledge would mean nothing to you. This is one of the ways that we protected the knowledge. The contents of the bundle was protected by this two fold process. If we didn't evolve to a certain point, we could never access the knowledge in the bundle. So the worry that people could steal and misuse ancient knowledge is an impossible feat. There is no way anyone could access this wisdom / memory if their consciousness / frequency was low. They couldn't get to it. It had its own protection. This bundle is the higher mind connecting to the higher heart. Once this is done, this ignites the golden flame. So now, the Masters of Ankasmarka are starting to leak out the energy of the Golden Flame. Archangel Michael just popped in and said "It's a cosmic drip system." So they are going to start dripping it into us like an galactic IV; a little bit, by little bit, so we can start remembering our authentic selves, and start reacting to the world with a knowing that comes from an ancient place. It will change our reaction and the world's reaction to us.

As I enter your Light field listen closely. Listen... Do you hear them. The trumpets call. Rise. Rise in glorious celebration of Light and Oneness. Rise above your lower thoughts of lack, of fear. Why do you worry so much of tomorrow, when your thoughts of today create your future? Your mind tallies with mental fantasies of what may or may not be, then quickly shifts focus to another desire.

When I ask you to rise, I ask you to rise to your Higher Self. It is here your true future may be seen, your path as it is in that very moment. Of course this may also change. How you ask?

There is the possibility of change as long as free will is able to change the circumstances of an event.

As long as another is able to step in with their free will, their thoughts and decisions. Of course this will distort and change the previous picture. It is an outside influence creating a new outcome.

Of course if you remain focused through your Higher Self, not giving any energy to the outside energies, then - then my friend, you create a new path to walk for yourself. A new experience, you see. Yet while your mind keeps changing and switching scenarios and ideas you merely create confusion. We can do nothing to assist - nothing. The helpers here cannot act nor give assistance while there is confusion.

Staying in the higher consciousness will enable you to gain clarity and renewed focus.

We bring you back to truth. You may think that what you create around you is truth - it is not. It is merely what you have chosen to experience, to learn from. Many have difficulty with this concept. My brothers and I have discussed this at length. We could not understand why man would have such difficulty in understanding what is to us, very simple. We sat for many hours of your time. Then I recalled my final life time on Earth - and I remembered. My soul memory came forth. And I understood. We understood. For your conscious mind does not recall that which is held in the soul. So what you see as difficult, frustrating, is an illusion. That is why I tell to focus through your Higher Self.

Relate to everything through your Higher Self. For it will all look so different.

Your priorities will shift. Solutions will be given to you. Uriel will protect and guide you as you build your Soul Light center

In this center you will know, live and create in peace. All else will be left behind you. This will be your choice, not ours. I have said many times to simplify your life. The time is now. You are nearing the completion of another year. As you look back over this year what do you see?What have you accomplished? What have you created? I am not asking if you have been successful or not. This is unimportant here. I am asking you to review, to see if you are content with what is around you, content and at peace. For you see all of your experiences this year, whether good or not so good, have brought you to the place where you are now, today. To your understanding, your growth. Have you achieved Soul growth, or material growth? Which is important to you? These questions I ask of you are all part of your review of your life.

As the Eagle soars and sits atop a tree he sees all? He looks down with clarity and sharpness of vision. Can you say the same?

I tell you when you sit and connect to your Higher Self you become like the Eagle. Free, focused, able to look with clarity from a great height. For here you see all. Close to Earth you see only that which stands in front of you. It is from a great height that you are able to see all. To your left, to your right, behind you - and in front of you - all in the stillness of the higher realms. When you connect to your Higher Self you connect to those realms where all can be seen. Wisdom can be gained. But first you must learn to be still, and listen....
