With this channel we move even deeper into our connection with our Lightbodies. This makes our third channel in which the Goddess spoke of this new vibration. During this channel we all gathered together in the All That Is into the forum that is sometimes used. The Arch Angels, the Ascended Masters, the Ray Lords all came forth to create a foundation for this new energy to come forth and speak. A beautiful brilliant light came forth and began to communicate with us. There is a detailed message from him within this channel and he speaks of the next steps available through you ascension process. He spoke of telepathy, levitation, tele-transport and shape shifting to name some of the changes. As we integrate this energy our physical bodies are going through profound changes. Hello, Hello, I greet you! This is such a time of excitement; this is a time of amazing transformation taking place upon the earth.

 Let yourself feel the excitement, let yourself feel the awareness if only for a moment. Breath in and let it flow through you; let it flow up and down through your body and just feel the excitement and the joy and let yourself have that sense of abandonment as if you just let go everything, just let it rip. [Deep breath]  Ahh..Yes! This is how you can tap in to my energies and you can tap in to these energies of flow and light that are coming more and more fully into the earth.

We have been speaking about your Lightbodies. This is becoming more comfortable to you as we work with them and as this energy is more prevalent upon the earth. I invite you, to take a moment and allow your focus to go, to the back of your head at the base of your skull and consciously feel as if that center is opening up. And then if you take a deep breath in, consciously just breath in energy and light and you can feel it flow through you from within that center.

This is where you have access to your Lightbody; it is linked with the other energy bodies that are around you. So before we even begin, I invite you to just take a breath in, letting your focus go within your heart center. Feel it there within your chest, feel it swirling, breathe in an illuminated light and let yourself feel, see, sense, know that it is there and there is a flow. Have a sense of consciously expanding until you link with your mental body and then that comes back into your physical. You reach out and you link to your emotional body and that comes back to your mental and into your physical.

With another breath you reach out and feel your spiritual body around you and that too moves back to your emotions, your mental and into your physical presence. And now reach outward with the intention of linking to your Lightbody and this to comes back to you spiritual, emotional, mental and into your physical. You are connected while you are still here in this grounded state with every breath that you take in you can expand your energies until you link with all these energy bodies that make up who you are.

There is a flow that moves in and out of you, it moves upwards and down and at many different angles through you. You will find that your Lightbody feels different than these others, that there is more of an abstract motion or movement to it because it is not aligned with the positive to negative flow of energy as your other bodies are.

This is you, as you are beginning to live your life in alignment. Feel with joy; feel the excitement of what's happening here. I myself feel like I'm bouncing up and down as I speak through Shelly, because this is a profound change that's taking place. You have been asking for greater ease in your life, you have been asking to be able to manifest heaven on earth, you have been asking to be able to utilize your abilities; be it your psychic, your energy healing, the gifts that you would like to develop or even just in your daily life. You have been asking and it is here; so it is a time to celebrate. 

I invite you, to take this moment and take one more breath deep within you. You have already expanded your energy field through this alignment with the various energy bodies that make up who you are. So have a sense as you breathe in of pulling them in to a degree so that you may anchor that part of your essence within you. You breathe all the way down to your heart center into your abdomen and down into your core essence. 

From there you are able to reach out as you breathe in and as you exhale have a sense of your energy moving upward from your physical body. You release your physical and as you do so you move into the energies of the magnetic grid. Within this grid let yourself feel what it is to align with your higher self and as you align with your higher self have a sense of looking around, of seeing the impulses of light and energy that move through here. 

Some of these impulses I sent out from you, others are the other individuals, both upon this group and just those humans who are within this space at this time. You know this space. You come here on a fairly regular basis as you are living your lives. Have a sense of letting go of the magnetic pull of the Earth. As you do so, you find yourself moving through the interlocking grid until you arrive within the energies of the crystalline grid. 

As you move up and down through this vibration or this crystalline space, feel what it is to be in that pure essence of energy. Your Lightbody, is in alignment with the crystalline energies; the new energies that are so much more fully incorporating the Earth. So consciously bring up your Lightbody energy and as you do so and as you look around within this grid have a sense of how similar the vibration is to your own.

There is something just so nurturing about being within this space. You come and work within this space on a very regular basis; you may not always remember, but it is here, it is yours, it is a means of supporting you in all that you do during your daily life. Have a sense of shifting once more. Through intention, you shift into the energies of the soul plane. As you find yourself within this space, look around, perceive all the energies that are here that make up who you are. 

You may have a sense of your I AM presence; you may automatically align with it. If you have not as yet done so consciously reach out and let yourself perceive who you are within all of your divinity. Yes, this is you, and if you feel as if you are looking as far as your consciousness is able to perceive, know that you can push even further and there is more. 

Your I AM presence, is the culmination of the multitude of experiences which you have had as a sole essence. There are times in which you may have lived a life and it did not have a particular impact upon your I AM presence or your divinity but there are other lifetimes that have been profound and the impact last, sometimes over several millennium other times just a short period. 

Tonight as you consciously blend with your divinity open your heart, open your consciousness and feel the flow, know what this is. When you are aligned with your divinity there is only love, there is only acceptance, indeed moving beyond that, there is vast knowledge and experience. Your perception of all that is here comes to you through your personality of the individual that you are in this lifetime. So be aware of how you perceive your divinity. Release any limitations. Release anything that holds you back. 

Now I the Goddess, move into this space in which you are. I reach out to each one of you and I enfold you in my embrace! Allow yourself to feel my love and my awareness for you. You will find yourself immediately shifting into the All That Is. As you arrive within the All That Is, let your perceptions shift or expand even further. This space is transforming in response to all that you are doing; both within this space and upon the earth. 

There is such a direct connection between the universal energies and the earthbound energies. Each one has their own separate unique vibration and order of experience, yet the ways in which they are in alignment creates a flow that moves easily back and forth through the threads of consciousness that you have created.

As you look around this space you may perceive that there is kind of a different gathering tonight. Allow yourself to come into the amphitheater that we sometimes use. Even this has transformed because all of you have transformed. We call it an amphitheater simply because it is a gathering place. It is essentially without walls, there is a sense of different perceptions in heights but each one of you has plenty of space all around you and you have a direct view as you look towards the center. 

There is a light, an essence that is making its way towards the center of this group. This light represents Archangel Michael, many of you have worked with him, but I invite you to perceive what may seem different. He is able to come into your presence with more of his individual vibration or his higher vibration than how you have connected with him in the past. 

We also see coming into this gathering, the energies of all the Ascended Masters, we have a sense of expanding to consciously allow for more of these essences, to make themselves known to you. The Ray Lords now come forth. Because this gathering is growing in a somewhat unexpected manner, the other archangels join Michael. 

Some of you have been working directly with highly evolved guides; they too come into this presence as you look with your heart and with your inner consciousness feel yourself make that connection and alignment. All of these energies or essences, beings of light, have chosen to come and share some time with you; so many of you are already familiar with many of them. Allow yourself to simply relax and feel as they begin to pulsate a vibration that comes out from them in waves. This pulsation can be perceived as light, as sound, as sensation. They have chosen to come so that they may work as the liaison. 

I invite you to once more look, and there is another brilliant light that is moving down into the center of this group. Many of you, as you look at this light may think, ‘Ahh... It's the Goddess'! Indeed I am very aligned with this energy, but it is not me in my entirety. I have been working with this essence, which is a Universal energy. As he, I use ‘he' simply as a generic form. This energy is feeling and creating an alignment with the Angels and the beings of light that surrounds him.  And as soon as he is able to create that alignment it will be as if that brilliant light shifts or transforms until you are able to take in or perceive what may loosely look like a human form. 

He/She, because he is androgynous, has been considered an extraterrestrial. He has worked on the universal ships that move throughout, sometimes in protection, sometimes in exploration. He has worked with all these energies of light and they have been balancing and transmitting his energies in such a way, that each of you were able to understand and perceive who he is.

We have spoken in the last couple of conferences about your Lightbody energies. This is the purest Lightbody energy and he is coming forth so that he can speak with you about your own Lightbody; how to work with it and some of the opportunities that will be coming your way. I'm going to shift the awareness, so that I may more fully align with him, but as I speak there may be aspects of him or if we are able to create a vibration in which he can more fully communicate, he will do so.

Greetings! 

I am creating an alignment with the person who is speaking and this may take a moment or so. 

I am a culmination of many, many vibrations. There may be a little tiny particle of each one of you that makes up the energy that is me, because I am a collection. 

Am I souled energy? As in Do I have a soul? Yes, indeed, but I also represent an over soul, a soul made up of many, many others soul essence. I have been eagerly awaiting this time to be able to come forth and work with you. There has been many, many, one could say, eons of time and experience that has created just this moment, but it is not about this moment, it's about what's going to be happening upon the Earth as the next phase or the next step of the integration of the crystalline energies upon the earth. 

Be at peace, feel calm.  As you can see, everyone around me are those teachers, those energies, those guides that you've already been working for, or working with for a very long time. You can see how I so fully aligned with them and yet I'm different. 

I am different because I represent the next step. It will not take long before my essence and my energy will then become the norm. 

There's so much to say and I wish I had the time to say it all at once. Actually I do! And I send out a transformation, a transmission, that's the word. I send it out from me to you with what I seek to say in its entirety. I now find the human words to be able to interpret what I just sent out.

This next phase that you are in the process of integrating is called Lightbody; light, meaning that the vibration is a higher, lighter vibration, light, as if you are more illuminated with light. It constitutes many different things. 

The foundation though is the crystalline vibration. There have always been crystals upon the earth and within the earth, just as there are out within the Universe. Some of these crystals are beginning to transmit energies that are at a higher frequency than they have used in the past. Other crystals, [that] have never been able to conduct or transmit energies, are now doing so. So too, the Universe is transmitting reciprocal energies that support and anchor what you yourself are aligning with at this time. The Universe also continues to transmit into the earth, that which you will be stepping into. 

As you look at me I demonstrate, you see, how easy it is to rise in a vertical manner. There are people on earth who already have this ability. It is one of those though that will become more common. It's something simple and yet it will generate fear in those who do not understand. Telepathy, transmitting impulses, thoughts, ideas, sometimes to another individual, sometimes to a group. Telepathy will occur with greater ease as you're moving into this next phase. 

Tele-transport, another thing that so many of you think of as something fun to do and you seek it with excitement, it can happen. Shape shifting, shifting sometimes into an animal, sometimes into a tree and then shifting back. 

Working with alchemy, this has been done in many different ways throughout the millennium of the earth plane and consciousness, it too is changing, it is transforming. 

I speak of these things as but the tip of the iceberg. I speak of these things, as what will be happening over the next, in some cases as little as six months to a year in other cases as long as the next 5 to 10 to 20 years. The foundation is being created right now, or shall I take that back or re speak that. The foundation was created out here within the Universe a long time ago. The foundation as far as the earth plane and the people who are ready to do so has now been created and is being activated as the Lightbodies are activated. 

Be at peace, allow yourself to be in a space of acceptance. As I lookout I see some of you in essence bouncing on your toes with excitement, I see others with knowledge of the sense of Yes!, you knew it was coming and now it is here. There are some who are cautious, not sure how this is going to affect you and how much you wanted to affect you. Indeed I remind you, it is completely free will; what so ever you choose, is what you will have. You need not do it all, or you may do it all. It is completely up to you. 

So I am Lightbody energy and I invite each one of you to take this moment and consciously link with your own Lightbody. Feel that vibration, feel that essence of that energy that at this point still feels different than the other aspects of who you are. Simply putting forth the intention of aligning with your Lightbody allows it to take place; and now I send out an impulse so that we create a relationship, we create a link with one another, right now. 

It is reinforced within me who each of you are. Feel my essence, I move in and out of the earth plane sometimes with ease other times it's a bit of a challenge for me. This is one of my first contacts with such a large group of people consciously aligned upon the Earth.  Therefore it is going to expand and anchor these energies that much more fully, which in turn will assist each one of you. So too, it will assist me as I am working with you upon the earth. 

Yes, I hear your question, are their more of me? Are there more people in my group? I have been working with a group of energies and so far myself and one other are the two that are most in alignment with you at this time. The others are of a vibrational alignment in which you might have difficulty recognizing or perceiving their frequency. I will assist in drawing these energies into a frequency that works with you but look up and see around me those who are with me in this process. So you see, I am not alone. 

I am going to shift my energy so that once more I blend in with all of these in the group around me and as I do so the essence of the Goddess of Creation will once more takeover in speaking with each of you. But for now I reach out to you, I acknowledge you and I say to you that I am very excited about what is happening and what is going to be coming up. I am very excited to be able to work with you. 

So look for me in your Lightbody energies, feel me and I will work and play with you to assist you as you are more and more integrating and working with your own Lightbody energies.

This is the Goddess of Creation. I once more separate myself from his essence.  And so look at him now in his purest form, so that it is something you recognize. You may feel my energies and think, ‘Oh, this is the Goddess coming to play', but I too will be a conduit to assist with bringing his energies into the earth, so if you feel me, most likely you are also feeling him. 

A portal is opening; it comes with the fall equinox. If you listen to this or read this after the equinox has passed that is fine. The portal is open and available to you. For those of you in this moment and everyone who comes into this moment, we can experience the balancing of the energies, let yourself feel who you are as a human. Everything that has made up this existence for you when you say the words; ‘I AM That I AM', you feel and know who you are. As if on the other side of that balance there is the Lightbody energy.

With you standing at the center, feel the flow and knowledge of who you are and everything that brought you up to the moment. On the outside of that or the other side of that, feel the flow in the energies of the Lightbody and let them come together within you, let them blend within you and here, during this time of the fall equinox let it flow. Know that you are in the balance, you are completely open to the Lightbody energies, you are who you are. 

I see you and I see the potential within and around you. Breathe deeply, let that flow through you; feel it and know it. Here within this forum we release that sense of a gathering, we shift the energies into that which feels like a bunch of people coming together for conversation. Feel yourself as you move through these energies. You may feel yourself communicating with the Masters, with the Angels, with your own guides or sometimes with each other. But we transition this essence or this energy in such a way that there is a flow and an alignment of vibration which is created. 

Mr. Lightbody, we'll call him for the moment, is here too. Practice creating an alignment with him so that you can feel his energies, feel how it might assist you in shifting and transforming your own energies, feel this presence. 

This party is one that will go on indefinitely; it is a gathering to celebrate this new prospect that's coming into and around each of you as you live your life upon the Earth. For some it may be a feeling as if you are stepping into what you knew was a potential. For others it's as if it might be opening up a door for something you had no idea even existed. Breathe in, feel the awareness; know it for what it is. 

I know that you would like for us to stay within this space and continue to talk and continue to share. Allow yourself to remain if you so desire, but remember that you may always come back, it is always available to you and the more that you work with this energy the easier your transition in and out of this space will be.

Have a sense of a hologram of the Earth coming up within this group. That light or that energy that represented the Lightbody creates a ball of light or essence and that hologram comes up and is suspended within that ball of light. This is a means of infusing that pure Lightbody energy into the hologram. Each of you may also transmit your own energy into the hologram as it creates diversity and increased alignment. 

The hologram itself begins to rotate, you may have a sense that it moves in a different direction; you may sense that it is even more transparent and all of this is a result of the Lightbody energies. The hologram as it's ready to do so, begins to transform, it moves downward, it moves through the crystalline grid, and as it does it moves up and down every aspect of the grid moving out towards the New Earth. So too, it moves down moving through the magnetic grid and it continues downward until it goes within the physical Earth upon which you live. As it moves into the physical Earth it anchors within those crystals that make up the heart or the center of the Earth and within these crystals there is an answering alignment of vibration or perhaps you could say an answering frequency that is transmitted or communicates with this hologram. 

As it's anchored, as all of that takes place, there is a sense of the remainder of the hologram or the energy from that, coming outward.  It moves through all the layers of the earth itself. It moves outward and it comes up through the grass, the water, the rocks, the trees; it comes up into each one of you as a human. Feel it coming within you and anchoring within you. It moves until it goes through every layer or energy within and around the Earth. It is creating a greater alignment to the Lightbody energy, to the crystalline, to all of that, which constitutes the transition the transformation and the movement of the new energy into the Earth. Shift your perceptions until you once more reconnect with your consciousness in the All That Is. 

As I said there are some of you who may wish to remain within this space but for the remainder, I invite you to have a sense of shifting.  As you do so, you realign with your divinity in the soul plane. Take a look at your divinity; you may become aware of an even greater amount of your divinity as a result of this change in your vibration or your frequency.

It is there, it is you, it is available to you. And then, have a sense of shifting once more allowing your consciousness to begin to descend or begin to move back towards the crystalline vibration or the crystalline grid. As you align with this grid work it's as if there is a sense or a perception of your own energies as they come back through the crystalline grid, and as you move through here, you'll have that sense of linking with the magnetic grid. 

As you move through the magnetic grid allow yourself to once more perceive this space in which your higher self resides.  As you do that you may also perceive as if a new dimension or new frequency is available to you and this is the Lightbody frequency. Continue to shift your consciousness, this time feeling it as it comes back within you. 

Let it come back into your physical presence and as that happens allow yourself to shift as much as you may need to, so that you can accommodate this greater perception. As you are anchoring or creating an alignment, allow yourself to once more open up your senses and feel what your Lightbody means to you. Feel it move through you, feel how light you are. Let it amplify your own energies let it be a conduit to assist you in receiving perceptions and as you move through your day.

Question (paraphrased) Hello Goddess. I made a journey a couple of weeks ago to the medicine wheel. I have a deep resonance and connection with that place. I'm wondering if you can tell me of anything that I need to be aware of because of my journey there. 

Answer: We are seeing it as a landing place for ET's. We are seeing a ship that came in at the time you were there. You went upon this ship and linked with the energies out in the universe. It feels as if it was during your sleep state. It feels as if bits and pieces came to you during meditation and communication with others. It feels as if Mr. Lightbody, as I jokingly call him, was one of the essence with which you linked up while at the medicine wheel. So we have this sense of a ship that landed and the transportation of you out into the universe and coming back with all this greater knowledge. This knowledge is going to then be transmitted through you into the people you will work with. It feels to us as if it gave you expanded information about a different way to work with people in which you work with them energetically as well as through voice or words, the way you currently do. It also feels to us as if you set up a type of healing or release for not only the place you were located but also for where you live. It feels like there was some sort of a link and it feels like there was a release of energies as a result of this energy you brought back with you. Does that resonate with you? 

I had not clue any of this was going on! (chuckling) I had my dog with me up there, I was a little distracted by that. I made 3 circles around the wheel and I met two women while I was there. We talked and actually had dinner together afterwards. But being aware of all that, gee I had no clue. I knew it was going to be an important trip for me to make. 

The people you met upon the journey and the physical things you did; it was a way of binding what was happening in the non physical realm with what was happening or going to be happening in the physical realm. Sometimes what feels as if it's a distraction is what keeps your analytical, human mind busy and occupied while all this is going on in the background; through your lightbody, through your unconscious and then it moves into your consciousness.

Will I remember any of this any more or a sense of it, anything like that.

We know how much you enjoy ritual and we see you creating a ritual to open up. We see you using sage and some other herbs to create a cleansing and opening. We see you invite down the energies of this journey to be present and in the room with you. We see you doing this in a state of meditation and we see flooding into you a great deal of information. It may not be that you remember all of it at the same time, but we feel it will assist you to open the door or create a means to allow you to receive the information.

Okay. 

That medicine wheel has been used as a transport docking station so to speak for many many years. It was used in the beginning at the time when the first ET's first came in. Then the natives who were in the area created a space of the landing or the opening of the portal you could speak of. Then the medicine wheel as you know it right now was created at a later time as a means of honoring what the ancient ones had spoken of. That is how you were able to tap into that energy. 

I was told I am one of the ones who built that. 

But of course! 

(chuckling) I built as a reason so that now I could remember some of the wisdom of then. 

It's about the wisdom of then, but it's more so about the bringing in of this new energy. (Ah, okay) The wisdom of then is just something because you have always been interested in it and curious about it. Indeed it will help you, but it's more so about what is coming in and what you are creating right now.

Question (paraphrased): I was just wondering if you might be able to help me with this black hole I am in, I can't seem to find my way out. It's physical, emotional even spiritual at this point; it's highly unusual for me, but it's very stuck space. 

Answer: It feels to us that part of the reason this black hole was developed was because you are straddling two places. It feels as if you have been eagerly anticipating what was going to come with this journey tonight. At the same token, there is a part of you that has been putting on the brakes because there's a part of you that says 'oh my gosh, if I take this next step I'm really going to be committing myself'! Does that resonate with you so far, about being split like that? (yes) The truth of the matter is, that as people are on a spiritual journey like this, as you are seeking information, as you are seeking what is real for you in your life; whatever your journey may be, you get to the point where you have to make a conscious commitment that 'I AM that I AM'. Simply saying that phrase is one of those that will take you back into focus within you. If you will allow yourself to fully commit to being human, being present in the moment, being present in whatever is going on around you in your daily life it will allow you to reconnect and be fully present in whatever might be going on in your life. By doing that it gets you out of this hole and out of this separation that's been taking place within you. It allows you to be able to reconnect in this way that you speak of. 

[This is a clearing for this person, but it will work for anyone who connects with the energies of clearing.] 

Now I would like to do one thing with you. I invite you to close your eyes for a moment. As you do so, have a sense of reaching out a hand to me as I am reaching out towards you. I'm going to consciously take in a breath. As I do so, I breathe in all the love, all the essence, all the compassion. As I breathe out, I'm going to breathe through your energy I'm going to let this breath of light and energy flow through you and around you. I invite you to let go, let go, let go --the Goddess took a deep breath in and out-- anything that you are comfortable with releasing and letting go. Pause, there we go. It does not feel complete, but it feels like the first step you needed to take. Now we invite you to shake your shoulders like they talk about people shaking it off; this is what you are doing. Move your arms, your shoulders, your head and neck. Then once more take a deep breath in breathing deep down within you. Once more breathe in and center within yourself. Feel your divinity come down within you. Feel your presence. Feel the essence of your light body. Feel all of it come down within you. Then I the Goddess, I reach out and extend both my arms and I consciously send forth an essence or an energy that clears your energy field and clears out everything within you, clears out everything around you. Then with whatever is left over, I invite you to breathe in and let yourself feel who you are and feel yourself as you choose to be who you are in any given moment. It's not that you have to leave behind one thing and become something totally different. It's all aligned and you can be fully comfortable in any given situation. Alright, so we have a sense of a change in you, do you feel the change in yourself? 

Yes, thank you so much! 

Excellent. So for that part of you that fears that this change will be so dramatic you leave behind everything you know; that's not the case. Let yourself trust that no matter what you are doing, no matter what path you take, no matter what direction in which you move; that is whatever it needs to be in that moment. You can still be fully present in yourself and you can still be fully present in the family members and the loved ones around you. You can still be upon this path. Alright, whew! Does that feel better for you now?

Question: (paraphrased) Goddess? Is there some kind of care and feeding of the lightbody? Is there something we can do to make it..... over the next weeks....I don't really know how to phrase this, but to keep it going as best is possible at the highest frequency possible.

Answer: we actually think this is a fabulous question because it is something that people are going to notice; there will be times when people will feel it strongly and times it's not as strong. The care and feeding of your lightbody, we love that! In essence, it's about nurturing yourself. It's about nurturing who you are in this lifetime. It's about recognizing and understanding that you are integrating a new vibration, another essence of yourself. This lightbody as it is integrating within you is just as much you as are your thoughts or your emotions or your physical body. So the ways in which you can nurture it or support it is by reaching out to get to know it better. By allowing it to integrate and flow through you and create an alignment with the rest of you so that it's not something foreign to you that you call on at random times. The more it's fully integrated within you and it's a part of you, then it is self nurturing or self supporting. 

If you are asking what kinds of food are good, how much sleep to get, how much meditation, yoga, exercises; things like that is completely up to the individual. It does not have to be a particular diet, exercise regime or anything else like that. The lightbody is most fully assimilated through self love, self awareness and self nurturing.

I would be very grateful for any comments or guidance. I seem to be and I'm sure I'm not alone in this; in something of a holding pattern in this 3D realm. I would like to know if there are any insights or suggestions about how to prepare for the shift to my new life. I feel as if there is a very different life for me very soon.

Answer: We feel this question has several different layers to it. On one layer, the shift you have been so eagerly awaiting is essentially what occurred on this journey tonight. You have prepared so much you have released so much, you have let go, you've cleared your energy, you've cleared your life, you've cleared your relationships; there are just so many things you've done in anticipation of manifesting a higher vibrational essence of yourself and this is what took place tonight. Now you are going to be integrating it and allowing it become a part of you over the next few weeks. It may feel as if it's not complete, you may feel as if you are still in that place of transition. Then it also may be that tomorrow you wake up and feel 'it's done' and you snap your fingers and that's that. So we think that is the most overriding essence or energy about this question you are asking. 

We see that as a result of some of these transformations that are taking place that there are potentials around you with work. It feels as if you are considering moving to a new location. We see that as an opportunity and feels like a strong opportunity. Then as a result of that we feel as if there is something that allows you get back closer to nature. We feel you in a place that allows you to be in the trees, allows you to connect with Gaia and allows you to have that sense of presence or sense of self. We think that is what you have been seeking. We feel the type of work you will doing is similar to what you've done before if you so choose, but you will going back with a completely new and different perspective. We also have a sense that you are very good with communication and you are very good with working people in transitioning energies; both for yourself and another individual. We see that whatever work you will do will involve other people. We don't have a sense of you as a social worker, but for some reason we keep having a sense of that. Are you a social worker?

No, but I tend to counsel people wherever I go.

Exactly! And that's why we have that sense around you. We didn't think you were officially one, but I guess unofficially! 

My angels always bring up those opportunities! 

Exactly! And you've always embraced it too, you've always been very open to that, you've allowed it to flow through you. Which is one of the reasons why things have worked out the way they have. Our sense is that it's kind of difficult to give a time frame, but it feels like things are going to speed up. It's like you've been walking in slow motion and you've stepped onto that speeding highway, and now things are going to just take off! We have a sense that through looking and talking through the internet, through networking; it feels like things are going to just come to your awareness, several different things over the next few days or weeks and then you will make some choices.

And my partner is going to appear before too long.

 

Umm, that feels like that comes secondary to these other shifts that are taking place. That's in essence why we have the sense of you moving. It feels as if there is a different location that allows you to be closer to the earth and that different location and the people you meet through it will also bring to you this partner you are seeking. 

Hmm, very wonderful! I have really been inviting some comfort and inspiration. This is very special and I'm very grateful. 

Excellent. We are so pleased that we can give you that love that support, that nurturing. Know that you have done it! You have done the work and we want to put that stamp on your official papers. -STAMP-- And it is done!

Question: (paraphrased) My name is Norma from Sarasota. I'm just sort of stuck about where I'm supposed to be going next. It seems like I'm just stuck. I'm so tired all the time, I feel like I can hardly move. There are a lot of physical manifestations going on.

Answer: It feels like much of your stuck energy has to do with ties to the past. It feels as if there is a lot of regret around you and second guessing the choices you've made in life. It's like we see you and there are chains anchoring you to the past. Before you can move beyond this stuck energy and get into a new life or potential for yourself it feels to us as if you need to take that time to just consciously release the chains, consciously release whatever it is that is holding you back before you can move forward. It feels like you think you have done so or that you have done some work around this but energetically there are some emotions that still holding you connected to whatever it was. Does something come to your mind as we speak of that? 

Well my finances. Yeah, I had bought a house and then had it foreclosed. I thought that I had dealt with it, but maybe I haven't yet. 

We definitely can see how that's a part of it too. As you speak of that we also see things around work, things around relationships, it's like everything is all together in this essence or this one thing. We can't go into too much more detail right now but we would invite you to take a minute and breathe down within yourself, into your heart center. I am going to breathe with you and I invite you to -whether you think of it as chains or connections, whatever it might be that is holding you back-- then take a deep breath in and link with whatever it might be. (Deep breath) Then as you breathe out, as you breathe out, consciously let go and release those chains or anything that has kept you in that stuck energy. It's like we saw you in this murkiness and now there's this more brilliant light or there's a brightness around you. It's like you have been climbing up the stairs and you are wiping off your arms and your legs. It feels to us like you have washed off that essence of the past and allowing yourself to step more fully into the light. (Deep breath.) Can you feel that change for yourself? 

Yes I believe I can. I am feeling lighter. 

Exactly. What we would say to you because we have a sense this is an engrained pattern for you; just as you wake up every day (deep breath) have a sense of releasing the chains and breathing in light and letting yourself feel light and vibrant. As you do that, you may find that over a very short period of time you will suddenly be able to be in that space without consciously creating it; then you will find more opportunities coming your way.

Question: (paraphrased) Hello, this Venetia I'm calling from New York and this is my first time. It's very exciting and thank you for this experience. (You're welcome.) I guess I have a lot of questions and I can only have one. I am in the middle of a very severe battle in the courts for my young child, in the federal court coming up in November. I think I'm very fortunate that I'm alive and I'm on my feet. I believe in faith and miracles and if my divine angels out there will connect with me as I go through this. I'm battling a very powerful person, with power and money. 

Answer: As we are looking at you, we see you as almost a completely translucent, white energy.  What that is saying is that we see you have brought your divinity down into you.  We think the types of meditation and yoga and the ways you've been working within yourself have all been very, very effective.  Especially when you ask to have angels within and around you, surrounding you they are there. They are fully present.  They are a part of this brilliant white light that we see when we look at you.  In terms of what's going on and what's happening in the courts it's one of those things that has so much energy around it that it has the potential to draw you down into what we'd call the abyss.  So we encourage you to remain in this brilliant white light that you have worked with.  As you come up for these experiences, as you come up for this time in court and this time with your children; it feels as if it's not finished.  It feels as if there is more that needs to be done to prepare.  It feels as if the foundation is good but it feels as if there is some information that is not getting out.  It's not coming to us real clearly but we see one of your angels coming to us and showing us a paper.  It has information and if I could read that paper believe me beloved, I'd be glad to do so!  But it's just eluding us what this might be.  Is there anything that comes to your mind? 

Well it might be the paper because there is a lot going into working on the settlement.  There is a lot of resistance on the other side.  Also during the last three weeks I'm shifting careers in the midst of all this.  I'm in art galleries so I'm shifting into a new career of flower arranging.    

It feels to us as if it's something to do, perhaps because of your shifting of your career, it feels like from the other side there is a lot of bitterness and resentment.  So what we would say to you is that as you are preparing for court and getting ready to go, continue to remember who you are as a human and as a divine essence.  As you connect with him through court-it feels like there is a lot of intimidation or pressure being brought upon you.  We remind you to stay in that space of your divinity. Stay in that space of the angels.  Let all of that energy flow through you and let it go out the others so that it comes across as being contained within yourself, that you are centered, that your love for your children, or your child it feels like there is one.  So that that love and that commitment that you have will be what is most present or most evident throughout all this process. It feels like it will be noted upon and that will work to your benefit.

The people who have decided to include being *Lightworkers* in this life could also be called Warriors.  I was told by the Lord that it is time for the Warriors to get prepared.  For the last year the messages flowing through me have been about clearing out your energy through forgiveness, focusing on your own path instead of inserting yourself onto others paths, working on not judging others, raising your understanding of love, to name a few.  Now it is time to walk the easiest path with the most power and get ready so that you can take action in a moment’s notice when called upon by Spirit.  We never know when that moment may be.  And now the moment is going to come suddenly.  We may think it makes more sense to come through direct contact with our clients.  We may think it will only be about our family.  And we are prepared for it to be in those areas of our lives.  But we don’t know exactly when and for whom we will be called on to serve.  As *Lightworkers* walking this higher path, we are telling Spirit daily that we want to serve at any time and for anyone.  I am being told that you are going to get called upon suddenly. 

Here are some examples:

You may be driving to work when suddenly you come upon a car crash where someone asks for your assistance.  You may not have ever helped in this manner so you ask Spirit what to do. 

You may be at work and suddenly your co-workers find out they are losing their jobs.  You did not lose yours.  But Spirit wants you to comfort those people.  Spirit calls on you to serve them.  What do you say to those people?  You ask Spirit to speak through you if words are needed, if not you just listen as they work through their emotions.

You may hear there was a sudden death in your friend’s family.  You get called on by Spirit to spend time with family.  You are not sure what to say since your outlook on death is not the same as society.  You view death as a momentary glitch in the play where the person gets reunited with the Soul and there is no loss.  There is only joy and happiness that there is no more perceived separateness.  What do you say to the family who is grieving?  You ask Spirit to give you the heart-felt words of comfort and peace and if no words come, you hug and hold their hands and listen.

You may be at home watching the news when suddenly there is a news alert that says that your country is being attacked.  Your first thought is where all your family members are.  Then you notice that Spirit is tapping you.  So many thoughts are going through your head of what to do, who to call, how to proceed.  Suddenly you notice that Spirit is tapping you harder.  You breathe and then remember what to do.  You ask Spirit what you are being called on to do knowing that everything is in Divine Order. 

This last example is the strongest example of how a *Lightworker* is going to be called on to help serve in the coming days.  It could be a terrorist attack.  It could be an earthquake, volcanic eruption, hurricane, flooding, unfortunately there are so many things to list.  Spirit will be calling on *Lightworkers* who have cleared their hearts to be able to still hear clearly in a time of crisis.  When our emotions are involved, it is harder to hear.  Working on the clearing of your energy now will help you be able to connect to Spirit more strongly no matter what is going on around you.

Here is something that an Angel told me recently.  They showed me a hand and on each finger were these words:  Peace, Stability, *Light*, Love, Peace.  The Angel explained that when we worked on Peace for our lives, Stability was the result.  When we then worked on having Stability, more *Light* was available to us.  When we worked on calling forth more *Light* into our experience, Love was the result.  Now when we are calling forth a greater and higher Love for our lives, we gain Power.   This kind of power is not used in a negative way.  We are talking about a focus, a new strength in your Soul.   Through this new 5th Dimensional Power after you have accessed a higher Love in your life, you vibrate and can utilize all the other things in the list…peace, stability, *light* and love because each one built upon the last.  And you can share that with others in a greater way.  As Souls, we don’t have experience with this new kind of power because it wasn’t available to us until now.  And that is because we are on the Heaven side of the Earthplane.

With this new power, we are being called on to get prepared as Warriors of *Light*.  Another way to say that is we are being asked to be *Lightworkers* with more focus.  Or *Lightworkers* with more strength.  We have been teaching each month on how to vibrate the *light*, send the *light*, make the *light* grow in intensity, expand the *light*, etc.  These teachings and visualizations were not just to make you feel good.   They are to help you like working on your multiplication tables helps you with knowing how to multiply.  When you have the need to vibrate, send, intensify or expand your *light* to serve others, you won’t have to figure out how to do it or think you can’t do anything to help.  You will automatically reach within once you are called on and just do it.  And it will be perfect. 

Practice makes perfect.  When my children were young, I taught them to ask if they should go out on a particular night or if they should go to a particular place.  I gave them a lot of ways to talk to Spirit daily.  I taught them this because at that time I was receiving my spiritual instructions from three End-Times Angels on what my work would be in the future (now) so I was aware of what was to come.  But also and more importantly, I taught them so they would have good strong spiritual muscles.  And I knew if they practiced, if they were ever in a crisis situation in the future, they would remember they could ask Spirit what to do and trust the answers they received.  Rather than being one of the “Uh-Oh!!” squad. 

We may not like all of what we see around us in the world because of the choices of other Souls but we can utilize all our spiritual abilities to help serve when called upon to help them.  Staying on the easiest path, being prepared and most of all, answering when called is the highest choice we have at this time.

How many times have we kicked ourselves for not following our intuition?! Much of the time we receive divine guidance but we discount it or allow logic or doubt to prevent us from listening to and acting upon our intuition. We are becoming more and more sensitive and our intuition is opening up to heightened levels of awareness. All we need to do is quiet our thoughts, slow down our bodies and pay attention. When we are in a balanced state, we possess the ability to connect with the energy around us and make choices and decisions that honor our highest good.

Many times we pray and ask for guidance, yet we are so preoccupied and scattered that when the guidance arrives we don't notice it. Prayer is talking to God, while meditation is listening. I don't believe that it is necessary to have a daily meditation practice in order to receive guidance, however, it is beneficial in connecting with your Higher Self and Source. The most important thing is honoring your divinity and needs.

When we are stressed out and anxiety ridden we are not in a balanced state to receive the guidance. If we are so busy focusing on the problem and worrying we are not allowing the solution to present itself. Many times we are so preoccupied trying to figure out how to solve it and when the answer is going to arrive that we actually miss receiving it when it does come!

We are in a time where we are being pushed to our very limits. Challenges are coming from every which direction. It is in our best interest to stay in a peaceful, trusting state in order that we are not bombarded by the harsh energies that are surrounding it.

The best way to handle the challenges is by staying present (not fixating about what we could have done differently to prevent whatever from happening or worrying about how we can resolve it). Next, asking for guidance and assistance from the higher realms. God and the Angels cannot intercede on our behalf without our permission, since this is a planet of free choice, therefore, we must ask for assistance and guidance. Then, letting go of the outcome and our expectations of what the solution should look like and what it could be. We cannot force it, rush it or control the outcome. Finally, and most importantly, trusting and having faith is essential.

We are truly loved and protected. What is happening is for our highest good and the issues we are facing are assisting us in resolving situations that have limited us up until this point.

When we are in the divine flow, taking care of ourselves and our loved ones, being mindful of our choices and what we are doing, and remaining present in our lives (rather than being haphazard, distracted and overdoing things) we can be aware of the signs of which direction is best for us to go in. Many times we ask for guidance but we are so distracted that when the guidance or solution arrives we don't notice it because we are spreading ourselves so thin.

Making a daily practice of quiet times is imperative in quieting our thoughts and relaxing our bodies. Meditation is a very important practice. Many of us have a hard time quieting our mind and relaxing in order to meditate. Taking a walk, yoga, jogging, or some type of light exercise can be helpful. Playing peaceful music, lightening a candle and just sitting quietly can be really beneficial. Even if it is a time without the TV or background noise (telephone on silence) when you can tune in and connect while you make dinner or do simple chores. However, you can incorporate a daily practice of mindfulness is something that you will grow to crave and come to depend upon.

We are all born intuitive; it is our God given gift. We are all One with Source and none of us are more special than the other. We are all connected and each deserves guidance. Some of us were discouraged from accepting our gifts and other times we sabotaged ourselves into allowing our mind to tell us it is not logical, or doubting our own intuition.

Fear is the biggest obstacle from listening to and following our intuition. We get so caught up in the what ifs and the worse case scenarios that it can become paralyzing. Fear limits us into not trusting, believing God has forgotten about us and we lose faith in life. Fear has a way of blocking things from flowing so that there is no possibility that the answers can appear. We become frightened of making the wrong choice that we choose nothing at all, forfeiting our right to choose, thus we are left with whatever is chosen for us. Once we let go of the fear, we navigate to where the possibilities reside.

When we are trusting that everything will work out in its own way and time it DOES. Little clues appear that put you in touch with the right person, place, situation that ushers you along in the direction you are meant to go in. All it takes is following the energy that feels good and right and you are gently and easily guided on your merry way. Trust me, it really works that way, and it really IS that easy.

Serendipity and synchronicities happen when new people and opportunities appear in our life or someone from our past returns. When we are open, they guide us to our connections. One thing leads to another as events and people play out. All it requires is that we are aware of the purpose that others play in our life and follow our guidance.

Intuition is the gut feeling we get in our stomach. It is the strong feeling we receive telling us to do something or to stay away from doing something else. We KNOW what is right or wrong for us. We hold the answers within us. Somewhere along the way many of us gave our power away to others. Perhaps by turning to others for answers and discounting our own knowingness. Perhaps we grew up in families where we were told what to do, how to do it and were not encouraged to think and feel for ourselves. Other times we've had bad experiences and began to doubt or mistrust our own judgment and intuition.

There have been times I felt strongly I should do something and it turned out badly and I wondered why I didn't get the signal to make a different choice. Other times I knew I shouldn't do something and did it anyway, when inevitably, it turned out wrong I kicked myself for not following my gut feeling. Either way, the guidance was not wrong because I grew from the experience and it showed me something about myself and life.

Ultimately there are no wrong decisions because we are on path of experience. Either way we are experiencing love and loss, joy and pain, happiness and sorrow. Just being able to FEEL and experience life is what it is all about. I cannot be filled with regret for the many opportunities I have had to make love, feel love and experience love. Sometimes it has lead to pain and loss, but even in the worst experiences it has been laced with things I would never trade for anything in the world.

Learning to trust ourselves is the most important lesson. Knowing that we hold the answers and can overcome any limitation or obstacle we are facing. Look back to a year ago from today, or two or three years ago. See how far you’ve come? Think of the problems you were facing back then. Realize the solutions came and things worked out in the end.

A year ago today I was facing a really big nut to crack. I had no idea how I was going to handle it. It seemed insurmountable and there didn't seem a way of resolving it. Fear blinded me. Once I let go of the problem and came into a place of peace and trust the solution arrived. It took an entire year to solve the issue but it is done. I know as we review the issues in our life we can see how things miraculously worked out once we allowed.

Sometimes life brings us to our knees. We hold on, and hold on until all we can do is let go and let things be. I don't know why we have to allow things to go so far as to the point where we are screaming "mercy" but you know how humans can be, we need to be in control. During this profound, intense time of change and growth for all of its inhabitants, as life has us on our knees calling mercy, believe it or not, it is an oh so sacred experience. We are being prepared for great things.

We are learning to trust our instincts, our intuition, to connect with Source, to connect to our fellow humans, we are learning to open our hearts and allow tenderness in. We are learning to stand up for our needs, respect and trust ourselves and others, and have faith; we are seeing the beauty in the simple things and experiencing our feelings. We are finding that we need less and have far more than we thought we did. This is what this time is all about.

Following your intuition is about letting life in...trusting yourself and the process of life. Knowing that there are no mistakes, just experiences. Knowing that only you know what is best for you. Turning inward when you have a decision to make and listening to what you body tells you, trusting your feelings and being in the divine flow of life to see where you are guided.

Prayer

Sweet Spirit, Source, God/Goddess,

Please guide me on my path. You are my guiding light. Show me the way. There are times that I doubt my judgment and don't listen to my intuition. I want to trust my gut feelings and never give my power away to others. Only I know what is best for me. I can turn to others for advice or someone to talk to but ultimately I hold the answers within me. I know that my guidance comes directly from you and that as long as I stay mindful of my thoughts and feelings that I will always be in communion with you. May I stay in the divine flow and follow the path that feels right. I feel you gently nudge me along and I trust that everything is happening for a reason.

Thank you for your sweet, gentle guidance that comes through my intuition and opportunities. I am grateful for your ever-abiding presence.

And so it is.

P.S. I wanted to let you know my dog, Staci, is doing wonderfully. I knew that she wanted to live and I have done everything in my power to keep her healthy and happy. I have used alchemy in her healing process and I wanted to share it with you for you to use in areas of your life. She has been on antibiotics for months now, plus I have used holistic remedies to assist. Everything I give to her I bless with love first. I actually say I love you, I love you, I love you, into the pills before giving them to her and call on God and the Angels to bless them with the highest frequencies. I also keep her medication on a sacred picture of an angel, with angel figurines, crystals and pyramids on top of and next to the bottles. I'm also using music therapy throughout my house and of course giving her energy healing and prayer. Her energy level and spirits have only gotten better. You can't even tell that she has health issues! It really is a miracle. I know that when it is her time to go, she will let me know. I am just honoring her process and following her lead. It is not necessary to know all the answers. It is not even necessary to know all the questions you might ask.  All that is required is that you know that you are not alone, that you are surrounded by the hosts of heaven, by angels and spirits, by love unbounded, by caring and attention.  Know that you are deeply loved.

Go ahead, walk your life.  Walk it as a man or woman walks, solid and centered, true to his or her own truth.  Walk it making choices and decisions, being as brave as you can be, opening doors and saying yes, trying new things, being open to the newness that flows uninvited from the world.  Hold your head high and do your very best to shine out unafraid as you travel the path that is laid out in front of you.

And as you walk, be certain of this one thing:  you are surrounded by love, by help and guidance.  At any moment, you can take a deep breath and ask:  What shall I do now?  How shall I handle this situation?  How shall I face what I fear is behind that door?

And in that moment, an answer will come.  Not an explanation, not a way to set your mind at ease with formulas and processes, not a map for all the steps to take.  But an answer, an answer that says:  Right now, in this moment, do this.  And that is answer enough.

For in this moment, things are as they are.  It does not matter what happened to make them as they are.  Right now, things are as they are.  This is not a statement of despair or resignation.  This is a statement of truth, of wisdom.  Things are as they are. 

And the blessing is that there is always a response to things as they are, even if that response is to sit quietly and wait for the sun to rise another day, for the earth to take another turn, for the moon to pull the tides toward a strong and brilliant new day.

Have faith in yourself and in the help that is there for you.  Trust that in its great mystery, the universe knows all and that this keep knowledge, that contains all that is and is likely to be, is conveyed to you when you ask your simple question.

All the wisdom in the world is contained in a single drop of water as it falls from the heavens.  Hold out your hand and catch it.  Watch it spread and fill your palm, then your heart, then your life.  Gaze into the deep waters of grace and know that the answer is there.

And what is that answer?  You are loved, you are deeply loved.

With Mercury going forward once again, the final piece of our new arrival is finally in place. And with this event, we will see much more of a forward movement and a secure locking in of our very new spaces.

This means no more waking up pre-dawn, at 3:00 a.m., 4:00 a.m., or 5:00 a.m. and unable to go back to sleep! For many of us, we will finally be able to sleep through an entire night! We are removed from the higher realities, or what occurs in dream state, at certain intervals during the ascension process, as much is going on at these levels, and we need to be clear and removed while things are re-calibrating and being put into place. Thus, we may fall asleep comfortably, but continue to wake up precisely at the same time each morning, with an inability to go back again. It is all part of the process of moving forward.

As our disconnections have occurred in their entirety, and our new spaces finally and completely prepared, we need now only step into them with all of our being. Who will be alongside of us now? Who and what has “made the cut,” and is now residing where we are residing? (A brief note to forerunners: There are fewer souls at your level, as you are the ones forging very, very new territory, but rest assured, you will connect with your partners none-the-less.)

Individuals and energies who have assisted in bringing forth our new places and spaces, may suddenly depart, as their role was in assisting us to get where we needed to be, and now they will depart for their rightful  and true spaces, if even no longer in ours. On this note, this final anchoring in will herald the new way in regard to the earth angels as the official caretakers of the planet. In times past, we assisted in bringing up the vibration of the planet, left for a new reality of our making, and now we will absolutely and unequivacably be at the helm, in control, and able to create without resistance and challenge, a very new earth within our very new reality. There will now be a distinct changing of the guard in regard to who or what is now in our new spaces.

Many are reporting sudden arrivals of new money. Whether in the form of inheritances, early retirements, gifts, or the like, these new sources of income will assist in placing many of us right where we need to be. These gifts from above, are supporting us in being where we need to be, creating our new release and new freedom, so that we can now completely anchor into our very new spaces. Like sudden synchronicities from above, we can know that all is in divine and perfect order as we are being supported as never before in strange and miraculous ways.

And yet some are still feeling stuck in between. Feeling stuck can occur when we have not yet been willing to really let go of what we need to let go of. If we are still hanging on to things, we will be placed in the energy of the old, where we no longer live and vibrate, and this can feel very uncomfortable at best. Another way to get “un-stuck” is to stay in positive thinking. To identify and envision what we really and truly want for ourselves in all ways, and know it will finally be arriving very soon. Going back to the old, no matter where we are now residing, can feel downright awful. We cannot go back, as the lower rungs are simply far too dense, and at this point, will feel like a reality where we simply no longer belong…somewhere from a distant past that belongs to someone else. And it can even make us feel ill and decaying.

With this new movement, rapid heartbeat can occur once again, as the energies are moving, and feelings of hyperventilating can occur as well. Before we arrived in this space, in weeks past, we may have experienced a definite squeezing, as though we were trying to push some density through a tight hole. This manifested as headaches, severe allergies, body pain, and an overall feeling of barely being able to move around. This has now passed, and feeling lighter, with perhaps lots of energy moving around in the head area, and even weight loss that actually stays off for a change, can be common symptoms as well. I have been thrilled to have lost 25 pounds in the past few months, and it is finally staying off, restoring me to my normal and familiar weight before the ascension process began.

As we begin to arrive in these very new spaces, we will also begin to connect with new people as well. Having lost so many with the advent of the separation of the worlds, we will now connect with very new families who will be right for us in every way. Some will be at lower rungs of the vibrational ladder than we may be, but will be needed in arenas where we need to establish our store-fronts. Others may be on higher rungs, but will be needed to guide and assist us. It does not matter what rung, as we will all connect in relation to where our energy overlaps, or what we have in common, and seeing the divinity in each and every face, is all that is ever needed.

Feelings of insecurity that we may have experienced in the past, due to having no sense of place and a loss of our old identity, will now cease to a large degree…thank goodness! With the advent of very new roles, perhaps new geographical residences, and new brothers and sisters to mingle with, things will now feel back to normal, if even a very new normal.

Most recently, and in times to come, energy shifts will arrive in big bangs. Like a missile hitting dense targets, we will feel big shake-ups for no apparent reason, and they will most likely not affect us at all. We are simply feeling the shake-ups that are occurring in the old world and old reality….a place where we no longer reside. These big bangs are like bombs going off behind a closed door, as although we may feel their impact in an indirect way, we will not be able to see and experience what they are creating, as we will be in another world entirely.

So although we will now have the world at our fingertips, becoming too giddy, focusing too much on having our own way and thinking it is all about us and what we want, will only serve to activate immense ego energy within, and defeat the purpose of the ascension process and all it has created up until now. Over and over I have seen this pattern…”Wow! My book has finally been published! Yipeee! Things are finally going my way! I got my new land! I bought a new house! I’m finally back on track and happy again!”

Yes, of course we are supposed to be happy. And yes, we are supposed to be able to create what we want. But what the ascension process creates, is a loss of our density within, or our ego states. So as we progress ever forward expanding and growing in consciousness, what we may have wanted to create in the past, no longer fits where and who we are now. This is why we are frequently blocked with the ascension process in regard to creating, as what we may have wanted to create at one time, no longer fits and we would simply have to undo our new creations, or back out and go somewhere else.

As we expand and evolve, we begin to notice what is around us, and most importantly, who is around us. Thus, it is not about us and what we want for ourselves, but much more about how we now fit into the whole. What do we desire to create, that fits into the whole and serves to support the whole? And know as well, that having large swings in mood in regard to being blissfully happy and joyous as everything is going our way one minute, and down and depressed because nothing is happening for us, are signs as well that our egos are running the show.

Stay centered with your new creations. Remember what the ascension process has taught us. Remember that suffering always serves to connect us to a higher place and to our source, as well as bringing us together. Know that we are always where we need to be, no matter what that looks like. Remember that there is no good, bad, right, or wrong, but only source within us at any given moment. And remember as well, to notice who is by your side, who has helped you the most, and who is in your new space, while you revere and honor their creations as well…as they are very much a part of your very new reality and will serve to sustain you in all ways.

Pero sepan también, que cuanto más alto vibramos, más llegamos a saber que todas nuestras necesidades son siempre fáciles de cubrir puesto que siempre tenemos todo lo que necesitamos en este momento.

 

Después de alcanzar una cierta etapa en el proceso de ascensión, vamos a encontrar que simplemente “sabemos” que hemos alcanzado un nuevo nivel en el que nunca hemos estado antes en esta vida. Vamos a “saber” que nos hemos ganado esta posición, y por lo tanto, “sabemos” que siempre serán satisfechas todas nuestras necesidades. Les puedo decir esto porque me sucedió a mí después de luchar durante muchos años con pocos ingresos y una gran tensión en cuanto a cómo cuidar de mí misma, a pesar de que todas mis necesidades se cubrían habitualmente. Poder relajarse en esta conciencia de “saber” es muy útil. Si alguna vez empiezo a sentir pánico y sentirme como una víctima, ahora sé que debo ir a ese espacio donde nada de esto realmente importa de todos modos, y a ese espacio de “Ya estoy demasiado cansado para que me importe”, o incluso a ese espacio que dice, “ya no más”.

 

Si debíamos ser los precursores y mostradores del camino para este muy Nuevo Planeta Tierra, así como ser una parte muy importante del proceso de ascensión al experimentarlo a través de nosotros mismos, entonces ciertamente seremos cuidados y apoyados para que podamos llevar a cabo nuestras tareas pre-destinadas.

 

It feels to me as if every day is an invitation to choose between Big Self and Little Self...or what visionary Barbara Marx Hubbard would call Universal Self/Local Self.

Who do I want to be today? Who do I want to be right now? Do I want to be Big Neale or Little Neale? Do I want to experience myself in the space of Creation or Reaction? Do I choose this moment to be about the Dance or the Drama?

I don't want to simplify things here, because this is a very complex experience we are having, this thing we call our "life", but when one gets right down to it, that is the question. Who do I want to be right now?

Conversations with God says that every act is an act of self definition. That puts things rather simply, and even a little bluntly. It makes it very clear that every single thing we think, do, and say defines and recreates who we are. Now the only question is, do we want to decide who we are beforehand, or do we want to find out who we are afterward?

I mean, in the space of any event or moment, do we want to experience our Selves as an Afterthought, or a Forethought? As a Creation, or a Reaction? Which?

Then, following the making of that choice, what do we wish to experience of ourselves? Do we wish to experience ourselves being Big or Little? We can make either selection, whether we are coming from Creation OR Reaction. We can CREATE ourselves as the Big Us, or we can REACT in a way that demonstrates our Big Us. And the same for the Little Us.

The Big Us has no attachments, no fears, no needs, no requirements of anyone or anything, and no thought but love, peace, joy, forgiveness, compassion, and caring. (Yes, you can have "caring" without "attachment.") The Little Us lives in doubt, hesitation, fear, nervousness, sadness, disappointment, anger, and self-absorbtion.

The Big Us is not concerned about the Self at all, because it knows that the Self does not even exist. Not as a Separate Entity with separate needs and a worry about its survival and happiness. The Little Us is only concerned about the Self because it thinks that the Self actually exists as a thing apart and separate from the Whole. It believes that the Self has needs and requirements and that it somehow might not survive.

Not surviving is not possible, but this is something that the Little Self does not know. Every day is a journey, and the difference is that the Big Self knows where it is going and the Little Self does not. It has no idea where it is headed or what it is doing, and so it goes around in circles, facing the same problems and encountering the same feelings every day -- usually sadness and disapppointment, followed by resignation and then, even bitterness and rage.

The Big Self has a Larger Agenda and the Little Self thinks that life is about this afternoon's appointment or tomorrow's deadline or the weekend's opportunity for at least a tiny bit of fun in this life...

The Big Self wants to do nothing but dance and the Little Self seeks only the drama. When the problem is solved, the Little Self does not know what to do. So it goes out and creates another problem. The Big Self sees nothing as a problem, and cannot get into a "drama" if it wanted to.

The movement from Little Self to Big Self can be made in the blink of an eye -- and, the trick is staying there.

I want to explore this business of Big Self/Little Self this week, examining the whole concept further, and much more deeply. I'll enjoy being with you in the discussion.

The true purpose of your life journey is being revealed to you as you proceed into your ascension for this is when you can discern between the different roles that ego and spirit play in your reality. This is a profound truth that humanity has tried to understand without success because when approached from the ego, your purpose is seen as being to conquer the world. From spirit, your purpose is to heal, grow, transcend your humanity and bring light to the world. You are to be your purpose in all things and you will achieve success when you approach your task from Spirit.
The ego connects to the energies of fear and is afraid of being dominated, so it finds its power and conquers its fear through domination and control. Its belief that the world is wrong and is to be conquered and destroyed is the reason for the power that darkness appears to have in the third dimension. But the ego is not aware that the world is an illusion, created from the thoughts and beliefs of humanity. In trying to destroy the world, it is attempting to destroy an illusion that is perpetuated through its fear. This is a struggle that will not end until the connection with Spirit is made.  
Spirit provides another alternative. Spirit knows that the world is an illusion whose purpose is to provide the ego with the lessons required for its transformation. There is no reality or truth in the illusion, which constantly shifts according to the energies that humanity resonates with. Thus it is an ever changing paradigm, whose purpose is to show the balance of light and darkness that is being created. Your purpose is to bring the light and when you focus solely on this, you allow Spirit to magnify even the smallest amounts of light and create pathways to ascension for all of humanity.
The promise of ascension has always been your salvation, a reminder of the reconnection that is the promise that was made to you with your first incarnation. It is through the pathway of ascension and its lessons that you are reunited with your divinity and allow the blending of Spirit and ego, the balancing of light and dark and the creation of heaven on earth. The darkness is an illusion that is illuminated by light and through your constant light presence you complete humanity's cycle and return the family of humanity to the light it came from. Be your purpose, which is to be the light for yourselves and the world. No matter how dark the world appears to be, the illusion of the dark will always be dispelled by the light of divine truth.

The sacredness that you seek, comes forth to you in the upcoming times as you breathe in the possibilities of your un-birthed tomorrow’s.  On the autumn air comes an issuance of decrees and knowledge that has been hidden and awaits your arrival. It exposes itself surmounting the borders of non-disclosure, entering you through the air, your breath, and your intention. 

You each hold and house records of what has come, records of what will come, and records that forever exist through space and time documenting what has been.  You hold within you ancient truths that did not work, and ancient truths that succeeded. These escaped ancient truths are a platform, a base, and a Voice.  Decree what it is that you seek, what it is that you desire, and bypass the chaos of manifestation. 

The world is not haphazardly created by outside energies. Earth herself has the quantified ability to manifest for and with humanity.  These thoughts that run in your minds, hearts, and in your everyday existences are asking for solutions, not from a government, not from a board or a committee, not from a book or a dialog with a wise one, but from you.  You house and host the truths, the wisdom’s, and the solutions to all thoughts and problems within your sphere of existence.  Everything that is issued to you in thought, in action, or in decree can be solved by you in thought, in action, in decree! 

When you ponder injustices, you awaken a cellular vibration and knowledge of every time throughout existence that that injustice existed.  At that point of awakening you can strengthen or dilute the injustices by your thoughts. Your woes, and your non-solutions can command the elements into disaster or you can embrace your inherent power by using your breath, your intent, and your manifestation ability to assist in the solution of the problem. 

You inherently hold all questions, all answers simultaneously.  In this upcoming experience of humanness, when you have a thought that involves or revolves around a person’s decisions, a place, or disease, or injustice – your biological essence is asking you to add your thoughts of completion to it.  It is crucial to add your thoughts in a positive element to the outcome, not to hold on to the negativity and the injustices or ask why on any level (body, mind, and spirit) that the problem is not solved.

Each time your thinking goes forth to the place of "why something is not acknowledged or fixed," then you to become aligned with the problem not the solution.  Your destiny is to be part of the liquid solution of all things that you seek.  you are part of the solution.  Do you understand that with each thought throughout your day, you are influencing the outcome of humanity, of earth, of this Universe that you exist in.   You think that you do not make a difference but you do. Every thought you have is a deciding vote.  Every desire you have to make right, to do good, is a deciding vote in favor of illumination, ascension, and evolution. 

Will your dreams live or will they die?  You decide.  Will the earth live or shall she pass into star dust.  You decide.  Will disease be conquered, You decide. Make a difference from heart.   Decree from heart.  Hold the focus on what you want to see.  You are the deciding factor in everything that you wonder about.   We are the Sananda Council of Light and we will speak more in the future.  Open your eyes to your gifts.  We leave you in love and in knowledge.
