Question: Is it possible to collectively merge with others in the physical?

Abe: When you individually come into vibrational alignment with who YOU really are, now you have become that collective consciousness, and so now as you are connected in that way, and now pursuing your life in physical form with others who have also done that, then what you are talking about is exactly the case.

But we want you to never lose sight of the idea that while that sounds blissful and wonderful and alignment with your Source truly is what you're all seeking, that it is also a wonderful thing that you deviate in your asking from your physical format, because it is only out of that variety, that new ideas can be born.

In other words, if we were really only all of one mind, then there would not be the variety that gives birth to yet the new improved idea. And so thats why you were willing to go from your collective conscious status... Do you know thats what it's like for us, we are a party that hangs around together just like you were describing, where we are of one mind you see.

But then you said, "I'll go forth and I'm willing in my physical, human, leading edge, brilliant, genius, creative form... I am willing to deviate from the perfection of that alignment and mix it up with the variety of others who are seeing life in different ways, for the purpose of seeing how far we can finely tune this expanding world", you see.

And so, don't worry. In other words, you'll never get everyone on your wavelength, and that is a very good thing. And you will come into vibrational alignment fully with who you are, when you finally embrace the idea of their differences. In other words, thats the strongest point of alignment that we would like anyone to achieve.

If you could get to the place where you could look out into a divergent world, and even aware of things that you do not want to personally live (and you'd just assume that nobody else did either), but you rise above the nitty gritty of trying to choose for them, and instead you say, "I choose not for others, I choose only for me, but I condemn others NOT for what they choose." ahhhhhhh

Get ready! October will bring in a full manifestation of our new roles, our new purposes, and a whole new set of “responsibilities” to our beautiful planet earth. Our “careers” will blast off, as we will then be poised and ready to offer the services of our heart’s desires to those in need of them. Not only will our new store-fronts or portals for receiving money be activated and greatly utilized, but many miracles, higher connections to others, new arrivals of hopes and dreams, and much of everything else will fall in our laps as well. There will be so much going on for us in October, that we will barely be able to keep up!

During this lull of the past several weeks and even for awhile longer, we are undergoing a process of preparation for our new roles. We are opening more, and readying in many ways to be carrying new responsibilities. We will be holding much more light, and thus, carrying much more responsibility for the awakening and evolution of the planet. Our very new “assignments” are being placed within us most assuredly now.

Within this lull or eye of the storm, it can seem very quiet. We may think that our jobs are drying up, that our source of income is waning and perhaps over forever, or even that we are sitting here twiddling our thumbs with nothing much occurring anywhere for us. We needed a rest and we needed to rejuvenate from the gut wrenching energies of July and the latter part of June. After this restful period and still within the lull, we then began the “re-wiring” or rather preparation period for our service to humanity…our service to those on differing rungs of the evolutionary ladder. And we will indeed be needed.

The full solar eclipse of August 1st opened the door for these new arrivals. It was the start of a very new beginning….at last. Most recently, it was time to really let go of much. It was time to cleanse and clear out anything in our lives which no longer fit us, which dragged us down, and which placed us in a less desirable space that what we would have preferred. The interactions and manifestations of the past year and a half that were not as pleasant as we would have hoped, were now very over. The time for doing what we really did not want to do is now very over. Experiencing any unpleasantness is now very over. Any sacrifices on our parts are now very over. (Apologies here….I have been writing on my book so much of late that I’m having a hard time putting a sentence together!)

We have literally left one world behind and are now fully enmeshed in another reality. This new reality is so very light, so very quick to manifest our every thought, so very loving, so very there, so very free, so very complete, and so very magical indeed. Currently, these energies are surrounding us but in a much more quiet and peaceful way. Come October, they will be much more forceful, moving, and will manifest so much for us that we may become overloaded with too much of a good thing.

During this time of movement into the new, some of our animal companions who embody much of our old energy are chosing to leave. Although they will not be going with us in their current form, they have already made plans to come back into different situations and are so very excited about their return...whether returning again to us or to our loved ones.

If you are currently not experiencing any of the peaceful stillness mentioned above, I would suggest to you that you have not yet let go entirely of the old world or the old reality. All you need do is to close the door. Close the door and open another one. Tap into something different from what is falling. Tap into something different from the old outside manifestations. Remove yourself from the old, literally or not. Take time for yourself. If you are still in a job, when you arrive home, turn off the phone, the internet, the television, and take a wonderful walk, read a pleasure book, bake or cook, do something creative, take a hot bath, and simply be in another space altogether.

Remove yourself from the old

Refuse to be a part of it. Refuse to participate in the dramas of others. Look ahead. See a new horizon. Know that it is indeed there, just waiting for you. Decide what it is that you really want to do now. Know that there will be a place for it. Remember what it is that you wish to offer the world. And know that this gift of service has been within you always…you need not learn anything new. And know as well that a gift of service can be a work of art, a piece of music, or anything that serves to connect others to a higher light.

In order that things become stabilized during this massive transition from the old world to the new reality, a few things have been set into place to hold the energies firm during the fall. Firstly, the new babies are arriving. These new little ones are coming in rapid numbers, in twos and threes, and arriving as quickly as they possibly can. Because there are so many of them, and because they carry such a high vibration, they are thus laying a very solid grid for the creation of the new. Another stabilizing force is Barack Obama. He will be poised and positioned perfectly to bring the entire planet together, there-by creating yet another grid of unity that will serve to stabilize things as much as possible during the fall. We will connect and support each other through his divine and highly evolved leadership. All, as always, is in divine and perfect order. Things are being put into place very perfectly indeed, including us! We will be an additional piece which will hold things together during the fall, as we assist those in transition.

So now is the time to examine what it is that you really and truly want to offer to the world. I can assure you, when you connect to your soul’s plan, you will be miraculously poised to offer it to the world. You need not know how, you need not plan in great detail, you only need connect to your heart’s desire, begin it, and the rest will fall into place all on its own. 

Let go of the old. Leave your old responsibilities behind if you are comfortable doing that. Know that the struggle is over. Know that you need no longer hold anyone or anything up ever again. Know that unpleasant energies cannot be where you are…if they do show up, ignore them, as they only want your energy and your light…you have better things to do.  Dis-connect from the old reality and trust that when you do, you will find yourself at the gates of Heaven.

Wishing you heaven in your heart, starlight in your soul, and miracles in your life in these miraculous times...

As we enter the time of light and life that has been prophesied by many we are asked to relocate our original thinking about the duality and the polarity of this plane of existence. We have been stretched to opposite ends of the poles and opposite ends of ourselves as we travel around and around again in our thinking. Declaring what is we want who we are and what we believe in. the great emergence demands a mergence with itself calling all parts of itself back into the whole, fractions of truth need to unite with the common denominator as humanity enters a gate that will allow them the playing felid to perform past previous standards of recognition.

You may have noticed as of late that biblical and holy texts asks you to reread its initial paragraphs in a new light that allows you to see with the inner eye of wisdom what is hidden in the invisible ink of the past. Even though your human self rolls their eyes at some of the holy dialogue the human eye is also deciphering the numerical sequences of information and events in actual time.

Many phrases and verses have encoded messages that seem to confuse the self making no sense at all, when in reality they hold within them deep truths that need to see the light of day.  Like a computer-coded program they relay messages and insights that we need to embrace at this time. We logically may not see this effectual wisdom but it is directed by a group of optical cells which will get it to the church on time, so to speak. They know the intended destination as they have been born for such duties.  Therefore, when someone quotes the bible to you understand there is a message to behold. It may not apply to your life as it is, but the numbers dancing within the words do apply to upcoming energy and planetary events. The EMERGENCE demands all parts of the whole to reunite and reinvent themselves into a new light

Beloved Masters, it is important that you understand that Spirit is all pervading. It is found in all elements and can be reduced to one primal element called Adamantine particles, which is the energy of all Creation emanating from the Heart Core of the Supreme Creator.

Adamantine particles are an intelligent force which is aware of Itself, for it bears the consciousness of its Source. Therefore, it is called the Spirit which flows out into this universe via our Father/Mother God and it is the Diamond Ray Flame sent forth from the Supreme Creator. A Spark of this blessed gift resides within your Sacred Heart and is called your Diamond Core God Cell. Remember, as we have told you, the half-spectrum Light that is available to humanity-at-large is neutral and can be re-qualified. In other words, it can be used in a positive or a negative way.

As you journeyed further and further away from your God Self, the column of Light that connected you to your Source was stretched to the maximum, until it became a thin Silver Cord instead of a brilliant Light column the width of the crown of your head. You are now reversing that process, beloveds. As your vibrational frequencies are raised and you return to a harmonious level of resonance, your Silver Cord of Light begins to expand until it will be, once again, the width of the crown of your head. In paintings, the halos you see around the ascended masters and saints are representative of the glowing crown chakras that are visible to those with inner sight.

Those who exist in the illusion of the third and lower fourth dimensions receive only a small stream of Living Light from our Father /Mother God via their Higher Self. The Breath of Life is restricted, and only a minimal amount of primal life force energy is available to them. You might say they are on a ‘starvation diet' for they are not receiving all the ‘Light nutrients' they need to function as an ‘empowered Spiritual/human Being.' The air the masses breathe at this level of existence is only oxygen; however, as you gain access to the higher dimensions, you also tap into the Living Light called Adamantine particles or Prana. For you see, when you are resonating with the more refined levels of consciousness, the air is filled with the Elixir of Life, and through dedication and intention, you prepare yourselves to become vessels for the Living Light. This Christed Light cannot be re-qualified, it can only be used for the greatest good, for it must be activated by your pure, loving intent. Otherwise it remains dormant.

Conscious Breathing With Pure Iintention Could Be Called Soul Breathing, and once you have connected to the Stream of Life/Light via the Cities of Light, the Infinity Breath exercise and Binary Sequencing, you will have a never-ending supply of Diamond Ray Life/Light flowing into you and through you. That is when you and your world will be forever changed, and the illusion of the third/fourth dimensions will slowly fade into the background. You will become immune to the negativity swirling around you as you become a living, radiant Sentinel of Light.

Many of you ask: "How can we connect with our guardian angel, the Masters and the angelic forces?" We say to you, ‘turn within and move your consciousness into the sanctuary of your Sacred Heart.' The silence within the Still Point is a place of unlimited power. Concentrated power plus focused intention results in perfect, conscious union with the ALL THAT IS. Thus the saying: ‘Be Still and know that I am God.' Our Father/Mother God speak to you through the still small voice from within. Your vaster Self in Spirit form is always trying to nudge you in the right direction. The nudgings via inspiration and subtle, positive occurrences increase as you begin to listen and take positive action for the greatest good. The motivating forces of the universe are silent, but powerful. The universe is teeming with the Elixir of Life just waiting for you to claim your Divine Birthright.

When you accept the fact that a sense of self-worth must come from within, you will stop seeking validation from others and outside yourself. No matter how many riches you accumulate, or how many accomplishments you have to your credit, if you do not have a deep-seated connection with your inner Spark of Divinity, you will forever be seeking approval. At the center of your soul is the Sacred Heart and in the center of your Sacred Heart is your Diamond Core God Cell. The Sacred Heart and Sacred Mind connect you to your higher intelligence and create infinite awareness.

Many of you have also asked: "What is the purpose of the Binary Sequencing exercise?" We have endeavored over the past few months to help you understand that your return pathway home was established aeons ago. The purpose of the Binary Sequencing exercise via the Infinity Breath is to open those refined pathways, and to reestablish your connection with the higher dimensional planes of existence. As you, the Sentinels of Light, integrate more and more of the higher refined frequencies from the Cities of Light into your physical vessels and radiate them out into the world, the process of reconnecting with the higher realms begins where you will, once again, have access to the full spectrum Light which contains the Prana /Adamantine particles of Eternal Life. Remember, in our past explanation to you, we stated, ‘By performing the Binary Sequencing exercise, you will reach all the way up to and connect with the Eighth Dimension, the Infinity / Prosperity gateway, and also the ninth- dimensional angelic gateway.' This is the highest level that is available to humanity during this particular round of ascension. Via your intention, by breathing the Infinity Breath and saying each number while you pause during the Still Point moment, you are opening the circuits (so to speak) to each dimensional level from the first to the ninth:

Those of you who have returned to an acceptable level of duality within the broad spectrum of Light and shadow have already cleared and opened the refined channels for the first through the higher-fourth dimensions, and are in the process of clearing the pathway into the higher fifth-dimensional levels. Some of you are now accessing some of the Light frequencies from the sixth dimension via the City of Light in your area, and adding those components to your "Energetic formula of Light." Hopefully, this will help you to understand how important these exercises are and how the results will not only help you on your path of ascension, but will assist all humanity and the Earth as well. Many of you have promised and agreed to bring forth the maximum Creator Light that you can humanly contain within your physical vessel, and through your loving intent, you are sharing this Light for the greatest good of all. Do you see now why we are calling you ‘Sentinels of Light?'

Beloveds, these are times of monumental change throughout the Earth and your solar system, and each of you is in the midst of an accelerated initiation process whether or not you acknowledge it. You can either move forward with ease and grace or fall deeper into the chaos and suffering of the lower dimensions. Remember, the moment you begin to believe in scarcity and limitation, that is the moment you begin to experience those limitations in your life's experience. The choice is yours, for you are the creator of your reality. Know that the challenges and opportunities before you will bring rewards beyond anything you can imagine, and so do not be afraid to step out of your comfort zone as you reach for the stars. You must learn that true happiness is not a gift on the earthly plane; it must be earned and is unattainable without an inner sense of self-worth. You are in the process of finding your true Self, as all the illusions, distortions and misconceptions are gradually cleared away. However, you must love and honor the person you are at the present while you are striving to become the person you wish to be. Many of you are becoming aware of the power of truth and right choices.

Accept your cloak of radiant Light, for you have earned it. Follow your own path and do not fear being different from those around you. We know you feel lonely at times, but you are never alone. Call on us and we will guide and assist you in every way possible. Be bold and steadfast, my brave Bearers of Light. Know that I am with you always and you are dearly loved. I AM Archangel Michael

This is one of the channels from the essence of the dolphins.  As you know, I will channel them from time to time as we are moving through this shift in consciousness.

Hello our wonderful humanity!  Hello all who choose to come and swim with us!  We the dolphins leap from the water; we spin, we flip, we jump.  We send our greetings to you and invite you to come and play with us.

The time for each one of you to step more fully into who you are or what your potential for yourself is here.  The moment is now.  The opportunity can be as much or as little as you would like.

We first of all encourage you to create a space in which you are either holding onto our fin or you are simply swimming in the water and the dolphins are here with you.  If you hold onto our fin and allow yourself to move through the water with us, let that be an opportunity to let you cleanse as the water rushes past.  Bring up anything within you that you would like to release and let it go. 

We are here as a support to you, but we are also here to assist you in moving forward or moving into a new potential.  So often you become bogged down with daily life.  Some times there is a lot that is happening within your life.  You are busy going from place to place.  Sometimes you get bogged down with the emotions of the people around you.  So whether this is something that has to do with your daily life or the emotions that inundate you; it matters not.  In this moment in time, release it.

Feel yourself move through the water!  Feel how light you can be-and there it goes. 

How often have you thought about being able to communicate with the angels, the teachers, the guides?  How often have you considered the various abilities that you have within yourself?  How often have you wished that you could see the auras around people that you perhaps could see the angels that you perhaps could see light and aspects that are around the earth in a non-physical form?  This is a potential for you.

The crystalline vibration that is becoming so much a part of the earth, emanates from within the earth, it is also a part of the universe.  Therefore there is a reflected energy out within the universe that has an impact upon these energies that are within and around the earth. 

Now that you have taken the opportunity to cleanse the energies and release anything, find yourself in a space where you can truly ‘find' yourself.  The energies of the dolphins are here for you. This space is yours.  So allow yourself to be suspended or feel as if you are floating in a raft upon the water, but you need not have a raft.  You may float just upon your own.

Now as you allow this water to support you, once more look around and this time ask to perceive what aspects or energies around you may be in alignment with the crystalline.  This is a space that allows you to see the sparkling energy.  That allows you feel what it is.  Therefore, you may find yourself as if suspended between the crystals of the earth and the crystals of the universe.  As that crystalline vibration moves up and down from the earth to the universe, let yourself immerse within that flow.  What this does for you is activate and align energies that are within you so that they may become stronger and stronger within your energy field. 

What does it mean to have a crystalline vibration?  Some of you picture crystals and think ‘well they are very solid, they are very hard'. But when you link with the crystalline vibration, it's actually more fluid.  It is very light.  Therefore as you consider your life, your physical body, your emotions and consider what it would mean to have that crystalline vibration; it will change your perception.  It will allow you to have more abstract thinking.  It will assist you in moving into this next phase within your life. 

If we were to speak of the world we'll give it 50 or even 100 years in your linear time frame; the people walking upon the earth will look different than what you look right now.  The physical bodies will very similar.  The gravitational pull will continue to be a part of the earth.  The trees, the lakes, the oceans, the grass, the ground-- all of that remains the same.  As the crystalline energies become more and more prevalent upon the earth what will happen is that there will also be changes in the actual vibration.  There will be lighter, finer, angels, fairies, and people that will walk upon the earth. 

Many, many more people will be able to perceive what is happening around them.  There will be many more people who will move in and out of their physical bodies as needed.  Let me through out that potential for you... there will be times when you walk in your physical body, there will times you walk without it.  Some call this dream walking, some call this astral projection, there are other words that people use.  The difference is that as this crystalline vibration which is fluid, which is without a positive and a negative, as this energy becomes so much more prevalent upon the earth, people will be able to shift consciousness with a much greater ease. 

Society at this time has a great deal of fear within it.  There is a great deal where people control and manipulate and that is always based upon fear.  What we speak of is something that will be used in alignment with transitioning or transformation to assist with the benefit of individuals and it will be unable to be used against anyone else. 

Consider the time of Atlantis.  At that time there was a crystalline vibration in and around the earth.  They used them with lasers.  They used them as a means of transporting.  They would use the crystals and could hover large blocks of solid granite.  So this has been within the earth before and the people of Atlantis because that was the mindset used it for control and manipulation.  And eventually Atlantis fell.  Even today, people are continuing to release what was put into place during the time of Atlantis. Was that an opportunity for the Earth itself to explode and be no more?  Yes it was.

There is a large group of people who one might consider the protectors of the earth.  They stepped in to keep that from happening.  We the dolphins as we swim through the ocean work with these protectors of the earth, if you want to call them that.  That is why it has been considered the dolphins who have maintained the expanded DNA and the expanded potentials for all these thousand years.  We have done so from the time that man inhabited the earth.  We did so before that because we set up the preparation or the energy as a potential for people to move into. 

We of course could say that an aspect of our energy go directly back to the protectors of the earth.  They are the Ancient Ones; they are the highly evolved individuals that chose to be the guardians.  There have been many, many times that people have communicated with them they have worked with them.  They are always there. 

It was agreed between us, between them, between humanity; that this shift would take place.  Exactly the way the shift would play out, was of course unknown.  But now is the time for more and more humans to step into the potential of who they are but also the potential that is available to them through their DNA.  You are not alone!

Breathe deeply within yourselves.  Feel yourself as if suspended and the dolphins swim around you.  We are creating a pattern or a grid work that will allow this new step to come forth.  Feel and know that we are here linked directly with you.  When you know that you are linked to us or aligned with us; breathe into your heart center in such a way that it opens larger and larger within you.  Now take an opportunity to breathe even deeper within you so that your breath moves through your lungs and into your heart. 

It moves into your blood stream and it moves down through out your body.  We have worked in the past with you by going into the core cells within the body.  There are four, as if you are looking at a four leaf clover.  They are physically located around your root center but not directly within it.  In most people it is around their perineum, perhaps moving deeper inside their physical body from there. 

Now within those four cells that make up your biology, move into the one that represents your physical body.  You might call this your signature cell.  You might call this your master cell.  From this one cell all the other cells within your physical body can be affected.  Move deeper through that cell until you link with the DNA which is located within. 

This DNA represents you in this lifetime, you as biology, you as a human.  As you blend your consciousness within this DNA, consciously ask to see the strands that represent 1 through 12.  They immediately come into your awareness as if they are lit up.  Many of you can look beyond that and see other strands that are already illuminated.  Whether or not yours are illuminated, consciously move through as if you are an impulse of light that begins with that 4 basic strands and move up through 18.  As we say this, that impulse of light shoots through illuminating these aspects or these strands.  For some of you it will be as if for the first time, for others it is already done. 

Move through the next six so that it equals 24.  You have now doubled the energies of your DNA that were already activated and illuminated.  Move further until you move through 36, through 48 and beyond.  The vast majority of people will activate through 18 or 24 within this lifetime.  There is more and more potential and some of you choose to consciously work with opening to or aligning with these strands of DNA.

Some of them will have to do with medical changes upon the earth.  Some of them one might consider with mutation; meaning that as you shift aspects of DNA you may create changes in disease.  There is of course all the controversy that comes up as a result of that.  There is of course that potential that individuals will then begin to use these changes in DNA in a way that would be negative and create harm for others.

There is put forth, we can feel it right now from the collective consciousness of humanity, we can feel it from the Guardians and the Ancient Ones, we can feel it from within YOU; that intention that it will not happen.   We see cases in which people attempt to manipulate and control and in those cases it falls apart.  We see where they continue to change and they tell the world we have this, we can do this; but again unless it is something that is for the benefit of an individual or the benefit of all, it falls apart. 

You within your life; what would this mean to you?  We are working energetically with this expanded DNA; it can have an affect upon your physical body.   We strongly encourage that you keep this for the time being as an energetic alignment without specific control or manipulation.  What we mean by that is that as you expand your energy and align with the expanded DNA you do so with the intention of allowing whatever may come your way that is in your best interest. 

Perhaps this will be feeling strength within your physical body.  Perhaps it will be feeling balanced within your mental body.  Perhaps it will be a greater connection or communication with loved ones.  Perhaps it will be that you are now able to see the angelic realm that is around and within you.  Perhaps it will be......something else. 

Simply transmit a vibration of light illuminating expansion in your DNA and this does so within this signature cell or this most basic cell within your body.  Then take a deep breath in, breathing into that cell and release it.  Allow that cell to connect with every other cellular structure within your body.  Allow your blood flow to move through your body expanding into every tissue, into every ligament, into every muscle and bone. 

Open to create a change within yourself through expanding your DNA.  This may be very subtle or it may be profound.  Allow that it will be whatever it will be.  Be open to recognize there may be changes within your life.  Listen within your heart.  Let yourself vibrate in expansion.  YES this can be YOU!  This can be available.

With every beat of your heart, your blood is circulating throughout your body.  Allow it to circulate the expanded DNA.  You send it out, you receive it back; it circulates.  There is giving and receiving.  There is sending and allowing.  Feel as it moves through you. 

Some of you may feel this in your fingers, your toes, perhaps your joints throughout your body.  If you do, if it feels as if it becomes congested, then consciously send the blood flow, send the energy, send alignment all the way down into every finger, every toe, send it into every joint every ligament within your body.  And no beloved you do not need to consciously connect with every single one!  Simply putting forth that intention and then allowing it to happen will create the shift you are seeking.

This is how you become more transparent.  This is how you become more in alignment with where you are seeking to go within your life.  Shift a moment that you may release that physical cell.  But now send that expanded consciousness that expanded DNA into your emotional body.  Feel what that does for you.  Some of your emotions are released because they are no longer in alignment with this expansion.  There is always the potential that aspects of this expansion you feel right now will shut down or be diminished.  Be not concerned if that happens, it simply means it is not in alignment at that moment.  As you work within yourself, as you work within your body, within your emotions; let it go so that you open to your highest potential.

Continue moving into your mental body.  Again the expanded DNA within this space has a different vibration or a different perception.  Are there any beliefs within you that would keep this from truly moving?  Open and allow that belief to be shifted if you so choose.  Are there thoughts that hold you back from your potential?  Are there thoughts that keep you in a space that feels bad, feels depressed, feels let down?  Breathe the conscious awareness of your expansion into those thoughts, into that moment.  Let it transform, let go those thoughts, those beliefs. 

Breathe deeply.  Breathe within yourself.  Allow your mental body to be in alignment with this, your spiritual body already is filled up with these energies.  It's been there, it's been waiting.  So now let yourself move into that experience.  Feel it within you. 

As you are ready to do so, let all four of these (cells) blend so that now all of you as the human from your physical most solid aspect throughout your lightest most transparent aspect. Feel the balance, feel the expansion.  Know that this is you.  This is you with more expanded DNA; this is you with activated increased strands within your DNA.  Integrate it, feel it, and believe in it!

Once more consider you suspended between the crystals of the earth and the crystals of the universe.  Let this become even more activated within you. 

Once more bring yourself back until you see the dolphins swimming around you, supporting you, loving you; creating the pattern of energy that allows for this to occur.  It can occur in other ways, but this is our way of working with you.  And we do so with joy and with fun!

Once more, you move through the ocean. You see, feel, sense how you are so much more a part of the water.  As you look at us, as you touch us, you find yourself blending with us so that you become the dolphins.  If you so choose, you allow us to come in and blend with your energies so that we are within you.  This is a potential.  Why would you choose to do this?  So that you may more fully enjoy the energies of moving through the ocean, the energies of communication, of being a part of a community or whatever else may come to you. 

We share with you all that we know and all that we are.  Release your connection to us in this moment, knowing that you may come back to us at any time.  As you release that, we release you.

My dear friends,

I salute you. We are most pleased with your presence here today and we celebrate your being on earth at this time. Before I shall say anything about the subject matter of today, the children of the new age, I wish to draw attention to you. Each and every day, you try to embody more of your light and inner being on earth. You often experience heaviness in your lives and it seems sometimes like you are imprisoned in your body or in moods and emotions that suffocate you. We would like to tell you that we trust and respect you for all that you go through and accomplish in your lives. We love you just as you are and we wish that you would have more respect for yourself and all that you have already done in your life so far. By staying hopeful, cherishing your dreams and goals even if the light around you is temporarily fading and you have to deal with setbacks, you show your greatness and enormous strength. You are planting seeds of light on earth and these will bear fruit. Thanks to your inner work, you have created a bridge for a newly incarnating generation of souls who wish to shine their light on earth. It is about these souls we wish to speak today.

Before we talk of them directly, I ask you to go back in time and feel who you were when you entered the realm of earth as a newborn. Feel the innocence and beauty of your energy. Sense the sincerity of your intentions and the delicacy of your energy. Ah, you have been connected to earth for so long! So many times you have plunged into the deep as a small babe. Now feel what your intention was this time. You probably carried some personal baggage that you wished to solve in this lifetime. There may have been wounds deep in your soul that you wanted to heal and overcome. But apart from that, you were also guided by a vaster and more universal ideal, which is to enhance spiritual awareness and growth on earth. You knew you were going to be born in an age of transition, an age of crisis as well as opportunity. You knew there was “work to be done”, work on the inner level that would open up new pathways in thinking and feeling. You felt a connection with this great global transformation on earth and you were prepared to take the plunge into the deep once again to help make true this old vision of a peaceful earth: a new consciousness of unity among men and a renewed harmony between all living beings on the planet.

Time and time again you have broken through old boundaries of thinking and feeling. Every time you felt suffocated in traditional structures and rules, knowing deep inside that your soul could not flourish in a fear dominated environment or relationship, you have felt the necessity to break free. It has been painful at times, to say goodbye and travel new roads, yes difficult and very heavy, but you had to stay true to your sense that something wasn’t right, that it did not make sense to you or that something was missing. This nagging sense reminded you of the original intentions and goals of your soul. You have not been able to become well adjusted to the demands and ways of society, because they did not correspond with what you as a soul wanted to live by on earth. You were destined to be “different”, not because God or any other external authority planned that for you, but because you are who you are. You have, at some point of your soul history, become inspired by a new consciousness, that we may call Christ consciousness, awareness from the heart, or love. It is not so important how you call it. What matters is that you have been touched by it, that you have been hit by a sparkle of inspiration that has ever since propelled you to go on searching, dreaming and expanding your consciousness. The sparkle that is kindling a new consciousness on earth is now hitting many. For that reason, the “children of the new era” feel called to come. For that reason, they have been incarnating on earth for several decades now in great numbers. They are here to complete what you have started.

You who belong to the previous generation of lightworkers, roughly born before 1980, were the forerunners and trailblazers. You were inspired by the same ideal as the “new children” now; it was the same calling of the soul. But the grounds that were opened up by you, especially in the sixties and seventies of the 20th century, were much more marked by conventional beliefs and deep-seated fears about freedom of self expression, emotions, creativity and sexuality. When you go back forty of fifty years in time, the collective energy field of earth looked much different from now. It was less transparent, more dense and clouded and therefore less accessible to the loving and clear energies that are now finding their way to earth. One of the things that have enhanced this gain in love and clarity is the rise of equal rights for women (starting at the beginning of the 20th century) or in other words, the growing awareness of the equality and unique qualities of the female energy. The badly needed rehabilitation of the female energy has supported a growing awareness and validation of the dimension of feeling in life. During the sixties and seventies of the last century, much has opened up in the area of emotion, intuition and creativity.

Much work has been done by the older generation of lightworkers and it has cost them much, for they have crossed the inner valleys of self doubt and loneliness, before they could open up a new horizon for the generations to come. If you are part of that older generation, know that you have set a beacon of light for the ones after you.

Now you are passing on the torch to a new generation. And as you are passing it on, you can provide them with support and encouragement, while they can inspire you by their passion and the purity of their hearts. They are “different” to an even larger extent than you were. While you could temporarily or partly adapt yourself to an environment that didn’t truly resonate with you, they are unable to do so even at the level of outer behavior. In other words, they cannot even fake it for a bit. Their emotions and their physical body protest at a deep level as they are confronted with the limiting energies of many traditional education systems or ways of raising children. Adaptation is not an option for many of these children. Especially the most sensitive among them will physically and emotionally crash in an old energy environment and their behavior will become so problematic that the environment has to respond and change. Repressing or ignoring the problems is not possible anymore. The children that come in now will force society to deeply reflect upon its own assumptions about children and about life in general.

The children who are being born now (and have been incarnating on earth for some decades) carry a larger part of their full soul consciousness into the earth realm than most of you did. As you enter the earth realm, you go through a “veil of ignorance”, which keeps you separate from the dimension from which I presently speak. This veil is like a pair of glasses which, once you wear it, makes you believe you are a separate I, locked into your body. In fact, the veil of ignorance enables you to experience duality on earth, so it has its value, but at this moment the time is ripe for the veil to become more transparent and allow more communication from one side to the other. There are more and more people who reach through the veil and who realize they are one with something bigger than just “this body” and “this personality”. The more people do this, the more a channel is formed through which loving cosmic energy pours into the dimension of earth. On this wave of cosmic energy the new children ride in.  

Try to feel the energy of these children for a moment. Sense the wave of cosmic energy they are riding. Don’t think about it, just open your heart and allow the sensations to come through you. They vibrate at a higher level. Their energy may feel playful, light and butterfly-like but at the same time uncommonly wise and deep. They choose very consciously to embody a greater part of their soul, their divine self, on earth. They do this as they want to contribute to the transformation of consciousness on earth and they fully realize it might get them into trouble. At the level of their higher self, the most aware part of them, they have consciously made that choice. But on the level of the emotional self (or “inner child”) they might get traumatized by the clash they experience with the reality of earth. They run the very real risk of getting lost and troubled in the realm of earth, as they cannot switch off their sensitivity and higher vibration when they are in a less developed environment. Thus, they will have to either find a space on earth to express their energy safely and freely, or they will have to cope with intense doubts and frustrations inside. You can see how courageous and loving these souls are, running the risks they do. The same courage and power of love were displayed by you, when you incarnated on earth.

I will now go into some of the characteristics of this new generation of children. Not all children are the same of course, and some children display these characteristics more than others. There is a sense in which all children are “different” nowadays. They enter through a different (thinner) veil and with the intention to express more of their soul into matter than ever. But every soul has its own development and within the new generation of children there are the extraordinary sensitive ones, which are more different than the rest and which are often called “the children of the new era” or simply “the new children”. I will now list some of the most important characteristics of this specific group of children, and bear in mind that these characteristics also apply to a lesser degree to all children nowadays. Actually, by the development of consciousness on a collective scale, a “new human” is arising on earth. An evolution is taking place towards a socially and spiritually more intelligent human species, capable of living in harmony with nature and connected to its fellow humans by a sense of unity and respect. The development towards this “new human” is foreshadowed by the children. 

Characteristics of the new children

- The new children are increasingly clairsentient, empathic and telepathic. They easily absorb other people’s moods and emotions. The boundary between the world perceived by the five senses and the invisible world of feelings and energies is very fluent for them. They perceive the inner side of things often as easily as the outer (physical) side. They are not misled by outer behavior that does not truly mirror what is going on within. Their intuitive perception is astute.

- The new children are peacemakers.  They feel the impulse to bring together opposing parties and appease conflicts. Together with their intuitive abilities this often means that they mature early and are wise beyond their age. They often understand their parents at a deeper level than the parents understand themselves or each other. They try to help them or build a bridge of understanding between them. They easily become the “parent of their parents” and this may take away from their spontaneous, uninhibited, childlike part. When they identify strongly with the role of helper they may carry too great a burden of responsibility.

- The new children are idealists. They are spiritual, philosophical and imaginative. They are inspired by ideals such as equality, fraternity and respect for nature. In their aura you can often notice that the upper two chakras are wide open. Through these higher energy centers they often receive plenty of inspiration, insight and enthusiasm. But on the other hand they can easily get restless, overly dreamy and unrealistic because of these widely opened higher chakras. Their energy has not become fully grounded yet; it still has to connect fully to the body and the earthly plane of reality.

- The new children are feelers more than thinkers. They have trouble adjusting to preset structures and rules that leave little room for intuition, unpredictability and individuality. They are actually here to teach us how to break free from a tradition in which thinking and analyzing was overemphasized. All children are to some extent feelers rather than thinkers. But what distinguishes the more sensitive new children is that for them it is physically and emotionally impossible to adjust to a rigid and overly structured environment. They become sick or display severe behavioral disturbances. They are already anchored into a heart-based consciousness to such an extent that they cannot go back anymore.

- Because of their strong intuitive awareness and their inability to adapt, these children may be viewed as obstinate, rebellious and “different”. It is actually not their intention to be rebellious. They just want to be themselves. But if they feel there is no room for that, they can become isolated and even drop-outs living at the edge of society. As they are less driven by fear and the need for self-preservation, they are less responsive to discipline and authority. Yet they can suffer intensely and be confused by the lack of understanding they encounter. They can feel alienated and lonely because of that and wonder what is the meaning of their presence on earth. If they do however find their way in life and start to express their creative and spiritual energy in material form, they will flourish and many people will be touched by the profundity of their ideas and by their gentle, non-competitive way of dealing with people.

Problems faced by the new children

Summing up these characteristics already shows what problems the new children may run into. The biggest problem is that their specific energy is not recognized and understood by the people around them. When they are not given the means or opportunity to express their feelings and there is a lack of real communication, several “behavioral disturbances” may arise.

Children may become rebellious, hot-tempered and hard to handle. They feel misunderstood and mistreated, and they really want to say “no” to that, but they do not know how. They do not have the right expression and communication skills yet. What happens after a while is that they themselves do not understand anymore what is going on inside. When their inner life is not mirrored back to them by an understanding parent or teacher who gives a name to their feelings and listens with an open heart, they can get locked inside themselves and act out in ways that seem unmanageable and irrational. At that point it requires a lot of attention and a deeply attuned awareness to understand what is moving these children, as they themselves have lost touch with their feelings.    

It can also be the case that children, feeling not welcome or misunderstood, withdraw and disconnect from the environment. They do not vent their emotions through aggressive or unruly behavior. They are locked into their own little world and it is difficult to get through to them. Often these children are extremely sensitive, reacting strongly to discordant energies around them. As it is hard to imagine what it is like to be so sensitive, their boundaries are easily overstepped, and to survive emotionally they shut down their feeling center. This survival mechanism is generally called “autism”. It is a paradox that autistic children are called non-empathic (i.e. not able to see things from another person’s perspective) because they are extremely sensitive. One might say that they have so much trouble holding onto their own boundaries, that they cannot allow themselves to reach out to others, to expand their consciousness in such a way that it includes the other. They feel their world would break down if they do so, and they would be swallowed by chaos. The non-empathic behavior of the autistic child therefore stems from an enormous impressionability regarding the energy of others. It is in dealing with this overwhelming sensitivity that the autistic child seeks to protect itself and shuts down emotionally. The non-empathic or non-social behavior of autistic children is a survival mechanism and not an essential characteristic of the soul.

Children who try to solve their problems in an extraverted way (rebelliousness, agitation, lack of concentration) as well as children who seek an introvert solution (withdrawing and shutting down emotionally) share a number of common features.

- They feel unwelcome, unrecognized or not truly appreciated for who they are.

- They are not firmly rooted or grounded in their physical bodies. This you can literally perceive in their aura which often does not fully connect to earth at the underside. Practically it means that they lack an emotional foundation or anchor of safety inside from which to explore the world in a relaxed and open way. There is a basic “not feeling at ease” which makes it difficult for them to “just be” in a carefree way.

- As a result, they may display physical symptoms and disorders and/or react strongly to certain foods or substances.

- As they grow up and become teenagers, it can be difficult for them to find their place in society (by finding the right form of education or a job that suits them)

I would like to say a little more about the ways in which these children and teenagers can be supported to feel more welcome and find proper ways of self-expression. But first I wish to emphasize that it is very important not to think in terms of guilt as we speak about the causes of the problems the new children experience. The parents of these children often do their utmost to support and take care of them. A number of parents is very aware of the special qualities of their child and is getting more and more intuitively tuned into them. By their openness and willingness, an enormous learning process takes place. It is these parents who, together with their children, will pave the way in society and prepare the road for new ways of dealing with children.

The sometimes painful confrontation the new children experience with the reality of earth has been consciously chosen. They come to bring something new and they know this in their heart. This puts their difficulties in a different perspective. At the soul level, they take responsibility for what they encounter in their life; they accept the setbacks and obstacles. Society is not “against them”. Society is sleeping in many respects. It is the sleep of old habit and the coming of the new children is a wake-up call. Yes, they are a bit like you, can you feel it?! The previous generation of lightworkers has gone through the same dilemma’s as these children, with this difference that in the current age things are gaining momentum and reaching a turning point. The new children are both cause and effect of this acceleration. 

Guiding the new children

In guiding the new children, as their parent, teacher or therapist, the starting point is always an inner connection to that individual child’s reality. The foundation of all real help is the willingness to open up to the child’s way of experiencing life and the ability to tune into what it communicates to you verbally or non-verbally. The most important quality one can possess if one want to coach these children is the ability to listen and be open to something new.

It is less relevant whether you have specific knowledge or skills. These can even be in the way. Theories about (new age) children often depart from general classifications of outer behavior. Syndromes and diagnoses are based on externally observable symptoms. But what’s missing here and what’s vital for successfully reaching out to these children is that an inner connection is made to what the child is experiencing: the feelings and emotions that give rise to the outer behavior.

To look at someone in an open and unbiased way, one has to let go of preconceived notions and expectations. You can only genuinely connect to someone else (who ever) if you first release everything you think you know about the other. Only then is there room for being present in the now in a truly sensitive and intuitive way. This also is a beautiful way of welcoming someone, for you are now allowing yourself to be touched by their very soul’s energy.

From such a fundamentally open attitude, which is feeling in nature rather than thinking, you can enter into a communication with the other person that is beneficial and enriching to both. The interaction with a child is never one-way traffic. In the relationship the both of you are teacher at some points and student at others. This is what characterizes all spiritual meaningful relationships.

When the relationship between guide and child is defined is such a clear and transparent way, there are many possibilities for supporting the child in its development. I will indicate some ways in a general fashion, which does not pretend to be complete but rather to point to a certain overall direction.

- Positive appraisal for their unique qualities (which make them “different”)

Help them remember who they are. Help them realize that their high sensitivity and idealism belong to the most beautiful qualities they possess. Let them articulate themselves in what respects they feel “different” and encourage them to find out how these qualities enrich and contribute to the world. Find creative ways of expressing their (high) sensitivity so that they can experience joy in it. Bring them together and let them exchange experiences and share their energies.

- Intuitive development

To train their intuitive skills in a playful way, helping them to connect to their body and their emotions, reinforces their self awareness. Grounding oneself, knowing your boundaries from within and using your intuition to find out what is good for you, are skills that these sensitive children can easily learn when they are young and unrestrained. When they are older, they may feel more inhibited regarding their natural tendency to feel, imagine and fantasize. If that’s the case, it is important to first help them become aware of the emotions or limiting beliefs that block the flow of their intuition. If there are problems in this respect, almost always the energy flow in the lower three chakras has become blocked. There are fears, frustrations and disappointments in these children as a result of which they may feel insecure, depressed or even wanting to die.

- Respect their maturity as a soul  

Know that their high sensitivity and “being different” has been a conscious choice on their part and trust their inherent capacity to solve their problems. Do not treat them like victims. Appeal to their gifts and talents and, as much as possible, let them find their own answers and solutions. Encourage them to get in touch with their passion and inspiration and help them find out how to express and manifest their inspirational energy on earth in a practical way.

- Make room for self expression

The energy of the new children or teenagers can be so ethereal and idealistic that it may seem intangible. It is important for these children to express themselves in material form. This may be a creative form such as painting or making music, or it can be through sports or games. What matters is that they know how to ground their energy and make it visible to others. In that way they channel their energy to earth. In all of these things, the starting point should be that they enjoy expressing themselves in material form. When they are encouraged to freely explore and experiment, they will find the forms that suit them on their own.

- Alternative medicine

Gentle, holistic forms of treatment such as reading, healing and alternative meds can be very helpful in dealing with physical symptoms in these children which are related to their overall energy and psychological condition. As they are so sensitive toward energy, these children respond easily to ways of treatment which are focused primarily at the energetic level (the psyche) and only secondarily at the body. It is however important here also that one does not choose a treatment or medicine based solely on external symptoms but that one makes an inner connection with the unique situation of a particular child. As a parent or therapist one can ask the child on the inner level whether the treatment is beneficial for them. And once it is old enough, the child can be involved in the choice themselves. 

- Education

Enlightened forms of education take the child and its inner world as their starting point. In the past, knowledge has often been “poured into” children in a top-down fashion. They were considered to be empty vessels which needed to be filled with useful knowledge and skills. However, if one regards the child as a mature soul with their own interests and goals, education takes on a very different form. The challenge is not so much to make something out of nothing, but to awaken and liberate something that is already present within the child: its natural soul energy that wants to manifest and express itself in the material world. There is a natural tendency in the child to want to learn, to explore and find out about the world. It is only when they are systematically forced to take in knowledge that is not related to the way they experience things that they become reluctant and unwilling to learn. Preserving and working with the natural eagerness in a child to learn is the foundation of new education. In this approach, the role of the teacher is very different. What is asked of them first and foremost is to be present with the child in an open and intuitive way. The teacher starts from the assumption that one can trust the natural and unique abilities of each child. They allow the child to lead the way, supporting it by supplying the knowledge and materials it needs to attain its goals. 

Dealing with the suffering of your child

When you are the parent of a sensitive child and you notice the hardships it has to go through in dealing with the world, you dearly want to protect or save them from harm. Unnoticed, you may get to view the outside world as the enemy and your child as the vulnerable victim. You may be afraid and wonder whether your child will ever make it without you. Watching your child suffer can throw you back on your own deepest fears, sorrows and disappointments. Nonetheless, the presence of this particular child in your life always has a hidden logic to it. There is a deeper meaning with a positive intent. One way of unveiling that logic and meaning is to look at the child with different eyes. To not see it as a helpless little being but as a teacher – an angel if you want – who has come to bring you a message. I invite you to go along with me in the following meditation. If you do not have a child yourself, you can simply invite an imaginary child to come to you.

Imagine you are walking through a lovely garden. Open your heart to this world of peace and serenity and let your gaze wander around. There are many plants and flowers in the garden. Feel the rhythm of the seasons, cycles in time which alternate gently and slowly all by themselves.
Now you look at your side and you notice that a child is walking next to you. Take the first child that comes up in your imagination. It silently takes your hand and together you walk through the garden, taking in the beauty of nature.

After a while you notice an inviting place to sit down, it may be a little bench or an open spot on the ground. You both sit down. Now you take a better look at the child. See her or his little face and look deeply into her eyes. After a while you observe a transformation taking place. Slowly the face of the child changes into that of an angel. You see how the child gets a shining radiance and becomes more ethereal, belonging to a different world. Perhaps you notice colors surrounding the angel-child.

Quietly you watch this angel and you are in awe of its appearance. You feel yourself becoming smaller, like a child again. Release the burden of being a grown-up for a moment and feel that sense of wonder again that is so natural for a child. With wide eyes you look at that magnificent angel facing you and then you sense that she (or he) wants to say something to you. This she does first by conveying an energy to you through her eyes. You take in that energy and feel the essence of it.

Then you ask a question to the angel. “Why did you come to earth?” you ask, “What is the gift you are bringing?” You let the angel speak. It does not have to be in words – she can also speak through feelings. Then you suddenly know, without words or images intervening. 

When you have received the answer, let the angel know and ask: “What is the highest thing I can do for you? How can I best support you in your mission, your endeavors?”

Let the angel-child tell you, in words or in feelings.

Then say goodbye while you feel that a lasting connection has been made between you from heart to heart.

Often, the thing the child needs from you most is the thing that helps you too. The character trait or energy that is needed most to support the child is often exactly the character trait or energy that you on the soul level wish to develop and master for yourself. Let us give some examples.

It may be the case that you have an introverted child that hides its feelings and is hard to communicate with. What this asks of you is that you learn to intuitively tune into him, be patient, and be willing to look at your own feelings in depth. This helps the child. Very often, to develop the qualities that are helpful to the child is exactly right for you as well, regarding your own inner development. Perhaps you are someone who has strong beliefs about a lot of things, or someone who is very practical and efficient, and you have never explored the realm of emotion and feeling that much. Your child invites you to restore that balance. So although superficially, the child seems to present you with a problem only, there is a deeper meaning hidden inside the problem: the challenge for you to develop certain qualities which fit very well into your own specific path of inner growth.

Another possibility is that you have a very lively and strong-willed child who easily crosses your boundaries and forces you to speak up and clearly indicate what you do and don’t accept. This child may frequently upset you and you may feel overwhelmed at times by her or his presence. What this child asks of you is that you get clear about what your boundaries are, so that you can communicate your needs and wants in a resolute and self-conscious way.  If there’s a lot of struggle between you, it generally indicates that you haven’t made up your mind yet about what you do and don’t tolerate. Your child invites you to define your own space clearly and to determine where you stand in the relationship to her - and very often this also throws light on all your other relationships. The behavior of the child (and your reaction to it) magnifies a problem that was already there. Very likely you already had a problem with assertiveness before your child was born. Now the child asks of you to become truly aware of who you are and to stand by yourself, and this is precisely what you need on your own path of inner development.

When you develop the qualities that support the child, you are helping the both of you. By your added understanding, love, independence and self-awareness, you can become a role model for the child, a beacon of light. In that fashion, in a mutually inspiring process of growth and healing, a new energy is being born on earth. A torch of light is being passed on from generation to generation, and it is shining ever more brightly.

We praise you for your dedication, love and commitment. We wish that you experience joy and fun on this journey of exploration that you and the new children are undertaking. We hope you have compassion for them but especially for yourselves as you will surely make mistakes. (Remember that mistakes are always the most important learning tools). We trust that your torch will keep on burning and will spread many sparkles to the torchbearers who come after you. But whatever you do, whether you experience joy or despair, whether you have compassion or are judgmental, whether you are open and trustful or down and depressed, we love you and will keep on offering you our support and encouragement. You are welcome. Always.

What can I do for my autistic daughter who is 6 years old?

First I would like to say that you love your daughter immensely and that your love is very palpable for her. With this, the most important thing has already been said. Your love cloaks her in a constant, silent embrace. That doesn’t take away the problems she has, and the difficulties you experience in relation to her, but it is the prerequisite for things to work out in your lives.  So feel that for yourself for a moment, feel your integrity and the sincerity of your love: this is the most precious gift one can bestow on a child.

It’s understandable that you feel doubtful, even desperate at times, but at the core there’s a deep love that unites you. If things are not going as you planned or expected, then it is not you or her that should be blamed. There is something she wishes to go through and deal with in her life, a special reason why she has this particular problem. It is her intention to be here on earth in a very pure way.  She carries a very pure and knowledgeable energy inside of her, which will touch many people. But a lot of patience is required, on her and your part, to have this energy come down on earth intact. She has chosen – it’s complicated to put into words exactly – to bring a pure and evolved energy to earth and to be relatively unprotected in this. So her energy is not attuned to the energetic reality of earth and she needs a translator, someone who helps her make the translation to the reality of earth. She consciously chose this relative unprotectedness and high sensitivity because that way the vibration she carries within can remain at a high level.

One can put it this way (I’m speaking more generally now). If you have a “normal child”, in the sense that it easily adapts to the expectations of the outside world, the child will more easily forget themselves, i.e. lose touch with their original soul energy. It will more easily be influenced by the demands and standards of society and even the most sensitive and enlightened parents cannot prevent that. Children with behavioral disturbances such as autism do not adapt so easily. But because of that, the soul energy of the child is more easily preserved; it does not budge so to speak. The people around this child will have to adapt instead of the other way around. This situation is often quite difficult for parents, teachers or doctors. But there’s a hidden treasure in the problem. The child’s “being different” challenges the environment to find new ways of communicating, reflect upon assumptions that seemed self evident before and to be truly open to the inner reality of the child.

What is asked of you in relationship to your daughter is especially to have trust in this child and to tune into her needs. You do this very well! You have a lot of inner space in your being. Trust that your child has chosen her life path, that she has outlined certain milestones in her life and that she chose you as their parents, so that you together could enable her to shine her Light on earth. You’re doing an excellent job.

Additional notes by Pamela: after the session I did a short intuitive reading of this girl for her mother, on the basis of a picture. This showed that her autism was related to a past life experience. This is a literal transcription of the reading:

I see a lot of light blue energy above her head in the form of shining transparent stones which are linked into a standing oval above the crown chakra. There’s an energy there of high vibration; it contains a profound understanding of life and the human psyche.  I feel she lived on earth one time and had a strong spiritual or clairsentient experience during which she felt a lot of insight come to her, like an epiphany. As a result, the behaviour and the motives of the people around her became transparent to her, including the silent power plays that were going on in her community. But it was difficult for her to integrate that knowledge into her daily existence. I sense that she got ill, that she got unwell both at the bodily and at the psychological level.  She could not express her truth, because her environment would not understand, not grasp it. This made her feel very anxious; she had the feeling she possessed knowledge that could help other people and prevent them from suffering, and yet it was impossible to speak up about it because she would be locked out. My impression is that she could not solve this dilemma during that lifetime and that she broke down due to emotional stress and physical problems which were the result of not being able to integrate that higher consciousness into her physical being. She shut down emotionally and this had an effect upon her throat (self-expression), her heart (connection to others) and the lower three chakras (feeling safe and wanted).

Now (in the present) this higher knowledge (the blue oval) is hanging above her head, exquisite and pure, and it is her intention for this lifetime to integrate it with her physical and emotional reality on earth. I feel strongly that is the reason why she came to you (her mother). You also carry something of that blue energy (the quality of higher awareness) in your auric field, so there is a natural connection with her. You also have red in your aura near the lower chakras which shows that you are able to stand up for your truth, although it has been hard for you at times. My feeling is that your presence alone has a healing influence on your daughter. That’s wonderful. She wants to heal in this lifetime, step by step. You as her parents are part of the solution, not part of the problem. 

Both of my sons are highly sensitive, but in very different ways and therefore they fight and argue all the time. This very hard for me to watch. I find myself struggling and arguing with them also, while I am truly someone who needs peace and harmony around her. How do I deal with this?

It is very important for you to stand up for your own truth, to stick to your gut feelings and put our some clear boundaries in relationship to others. Your consciousness easily slips into the highest two chakras (third eye and crown), from which you tune into other people’s emotions and understand their reasons for it. But you lose the connection to the lower three chakras, which tell you what you feel, what you need and what you want. You lose touch with your own inner child (the seat of the emotions) and you become ungrounded.

You are very sensitive yourself and your sensitivity contains a lot of empathy and reaching out to others. You have the desire to be connected, to be together with others, but in this you often sell yourself short. It’s important for you to take your own emotions of anger and resistance seriously and allow an energy shift to take place within you so that the balance between giving and receiving is restored.

The struggle you find yourself in with your children is there for a reason. It challenges you to become clear about your boundaries and demand respect from them. Often, this is a problem for parents who are very sensitive and who want to understand their children and not hurt them. In the role of parent they often lose their balance because they repress their own emotions and lose track of their own inner child. You should become more assertive and “self-centered” in the relationship with your children.

By becoming more self-aware and assertive, you will be able to set an example for your children and show them what it is like to be both a highly sensitive and a self-confident person. By embodying this energy of balance, you teach them more than words can ever do.  

Children pick up your energy, the feeling tones of who you are, especially sensitive children. So allow yourself some space to express yourself and you will see that it’ll make you more grounded and give you the real peace and harmony you are looking for. 

How do I realize my intention and desire to work with children? I feel inspired to work with children in the manner you described but at the same time I am inhibited by my fears of failure and my doubt that “no one out there is waiting for me”. Again and again, I am “interrupted” in my outward flow of self-expression by my insecurity. How do I deal with that?

There’s an authentic longing inside of you that stems from your soul. It’s important to cherish that longing and treat it in a gentle and caring way. Apart from enthusiasm, this longing also awakens fear inside of you. It brings to the surface an old hurt, which goes back to your childhood and beyond, to previous lifetimes, in which you were rejected for the specific qualities you now want to express once more. The experience of (violent) rejection has left a trauma in your soul. This trauma now makes you resist and waver as another part of you wants to manifest your soul’s true energy again. Understanding and accepting this heritage is the first and pivotal step towards healing yourself. By being impatient with yourself and by judging your fears and insecurity, you deny the pain in you that wants to be recognized and brought to consciousness.

Take your time for healing the hurt inner child inside. Your enthusiasm points at the right direction but it can also make you restless, as you are trying to get over your inner wounds too quickly. Remember that essentially, this process you’re in is not about your manifestation in the outside world. It is about your healing. The first and foremost goal of any soul incarnating on earth is self-realization: to love and accept yourself as you are and to experience the intense liberation coming from this. That is the foundation for all truly creative, spiritual energy. Once it is laid, the outward manifestation flow comes easily and effortlessly.

The fact that you want to live and be in the world from your heart, shows you are prepared to go to the core of the fear and darkness that is still with you. The longing to express your very own soul energy on earth always comes at a time when you are ready for a deep level of self-healing. As you prepare to express your heart’s inspiration on earth, you will, more than ever, let go of your past, your education and of relationships that no longer nourish you. Connecting with your soul creates a lot of movement in your life and it may seem like you are putting one step back before your spiritual energy can gain material form. Changes occur in your life and things may even get chaotic and messy for a while. This is precisely as it should be. Do not doubt yourself when the process of manifesting your soul’s desires comes with jerks and jolts along the way. It is these jerks and jolts which make you realize who you truly are and what you have to offer to others. Going through the fear and the insecurity, facing up to them and accepting their presence, makes you all the more loving and compassionate towards others. As you let go of judgment, and truly accept who you are at this moment, you become wise. You understand that it is really about you and not the others. And at that moment, the others will start to come to you. They will see something in you that inspires them. Opportunities to manifest your soul’s inspiration will present themselves easily. You are ready and you will know it.

Clients often call for readings when they are facing difficult life situations, particularly when those situations involve people who are creating problems for them. This can be problems with someone at work, in a relationship or within a family. When faced with the sometimes truly horrible behavior of others, the question is 'what about them, when do they pay for what they do and why do they get away with it?' When we are walking a spiritual path and doing our best to be in integrity with our path, why do we have to suffer and someone else apparently gets to behave badly without intervention from the Universe?
 
We may be spiritual beings but we are playing on a human field, with human emotions, desires, thought processes and experiences, some of which can be quite difficult. It is a human emotion to want retribution, to want someone who is creating so much pain for us to be held accountable for their actions. How do we know this isn't already happening? What if their objective was to make us more afraid than they already are? What if they want us to be more afraid of them than they are of us so they can feel that they have control and the upper hand?
 
Those who create the most problems for us have been doing so for lifetimes-while we are in the midst of a difficult experience with them now, it is part of a much larger cycle that we have been repeating for years. In this lifetime it can appear that it is our turn to suffer but we may have been through this with them from the other side, where we are the ones have been the aggressor or the abuser. What is our lesson in this and what role do they play for us? Can we get past the drama and find where our own fears are being exposed? Can we find the other person's pain and realize that this is where they are acting from?
 
The most difficult people are also the ones who have the most fear. They will have their day of atonement and may already be in it. That is between them and the Source. Maintaining our equilibrium, staying on our path, not giving up and being strong in the face of what can seem to be relentless drama and chaos is our lesson. Our teachers take us to our central fear, the overriding issue of our lifetime, the one thing that we fear above all else which for may be anything from physical death to loss of power and control. And this is also what we do for them. Rather than asking 'what about them' consider what is in this for you, what your lesson entails and let Creator handle the rest.

We are of the Sananda Council of Light. Within our Triad, there are 10 other Councils of Light including the Lords of Karma and Restructuring Councils. It is joyful to our hearts to watch you burst forth into your own laughter and into your own joy. For each of you, it is too long in the making. You try to walk so straight and stringently, in your quest for holiness. You forget that laughter and pure child like joy is the quickest way to a higher light and vibration.

Each and every day you are given pebbles of distress. Some land in your head, in your body, in your stomach, in your back as granules of confusion and pain. They sit heavy in your body. They tend to make you feel less buoyant and more dense. Everyday you go forth in your world and you collect more of these pebbles of distress and confusion and allow them to gather in the body anchoring you like a rusty anchor from a freight that has been sunk.

You blindly walk through the passageways of your life entering each door, each day, and each situation. How much of your day is bringing you joy laughter and ease and peace what percentage? Even those that you love, those that your heart belongs to, do not bring you the joy that you once knew. You can blame them or you can take credit for that yourself.

You have all been issued programs as a child that you must grow up and be responsible for your actions, for your world, for your bills, for your relationships, for your health. In that responsibility you have been stifled choking on what you are supposed to be, gasping for a clean fresh breath of air. It is as breathing in asbestos from a crumbled building and negativity from a once said anger.

In your day you walk through your mind thinking about an injustice that was done to you, a fear that was given to you, a reference that once hurt you, a word that cut you. You sit abreast the merry go round of these past injustices changing horses but never getting off. Imagine your world as a Hall of Mirrors within a maze.

You walk slowly through the labyrinth of your mind trying to figure out why someone said this, why someone did this, what did you do to bring this into your life, why you have not found trueness of love and purpose of spirit. This labyrinth of mirrors is reflected and amplified in your world by all those who act and interact with you. They give to you reference points, beginnings and endings, past, present, and future for you to monitor the temperature of your learning’s. This perception has served you up until this time and place and event of being. For too long, humanity has sat and licked their wounds of the past. Not allowing that area of hurt, of distress, of maiming to be healed but Continually focusing on it and licking day after day.

Earth is starving for nourishment from her children. As the starving continues, people themselves tend to gain in weight on their bodies. Their soul is hungry, they sense a hunger, and they sense a need to fill, a need to be filled. Some do this with food, others with alcohol or emotional dampening drugs prescribed so lovingly by their trusted physician. As you come into the understanding that your soul is starving for what truly gives it joy and sustenance, there will be an awakening. In this awakening, you will be gifted with new insights.

The neuro pathways of your brain has within it many cul-de-sacs, dead-ends, and curvatures. When you have an insightful thought, electrical impulses are felt in your brain. A passion runs through your body for a moment. Adrenaline spurts in the blood. And then the passion ends. Sometimes it is you that aborts that passion other times it is just a word, a sleight of hand, a sleight of vowel, a sleight of consonant that cuts you dead in your tracks. Your spirits are dampened, the passion is extinguished, the lights go out, and you give up.

How many times in your existence have you given up on an idea, an invention, a place to live, a love to gain, a friend to make because you aborted it before it could be birthed? Your brain has a file cabinet of disappointments. You keep a second molecular file of these same disappointments in your heart. Everything and everyone that ever disappointed or hurt you is kept spinning around and around in the neural synapses of the brain and also in the heart. You base your future experiences on these disappointments. Up until now there has not been a section of the brain for success, housing all the miracles and wonders to come.

You are about to acquire section in your brain tuned only for success. a new cellular file that houses your divine hopes, dreams and abilities that are to come. Imagine a very old machine that has sat there and never been used and then one day someone decides to use it. The machine sputters and chokes on this new electrical connection not knowing what it is to do with it. Your brain is now receiving electrical cosmic input in order to trigger it into firing up sections that have been dormant since your original 12 strand DNA was downsized. Allow the integration of this 'success region of your brain' to be activated.

Each day think about how you have succeeded with your very first breath. You succeeded in waking to this new day, many did not. You succeeded in going to work and many do not have a job. You drove there in a car, many had to take the bus or walk. You succeed on many levels throughout the day but you do not count those successes. You reference the places that you have failed, the places where you were disappointed. You think, 'It did not work the last time I tried that, so I will never try again. It did not work the last time I loved that person, so I will not love again. It did not work the last time I tried to lose weight, so I will not try again.'

Your future is based on a 'labyrinth of failures' and disappointments because that has been the structuring of the brain up until now. That will all change as you walk toward 2012. You may find that you have headaches or eye aches earaches or neck aches as this re-structuring begins its final descent into you. You may find that your hair hurts on occasion as this energy enters the cranial sector of your human brain.

Each and everyday remind others about their success instead of their failures. As this re-patterning of the brain re-structuring is occurs, a doorway within the crown chakra is allowing in higher levels of light. There will be new guides, new Light Masters and new Ascended Masters that will grace each one of you with their presence. They come forth to give you a lift into the next level of your mission statement that lives inherently within your heart.

Each of you tends to sabotage yourself in some aspect of your life. It is this continual sabotaging that keeps you less than, running in circles of difficulty. We will dissect for you verbally why you do this. You have within you a fail-safe mechanism. You gave it to yourself as a reminder. You also gave it to yourself as a 'Gateway of Initiation'. Each time you sabotage yourself (on whatever level), there is a doorway into a higher level of awareness that is hidden within the sabotaging sequence. What this means is – when you feel like destroying something that you have worked on or worked for or worked toward -- then that is a sign 'from you' that there is a need to press harder, to do more, to go past previous boundaries. It also represents that you are at the edge of succeeding.

The edge of succeeding is booby-trapped for humans. Always at the very edge of succeeding and success, there is an 'initiation via potential sabotage'. You watch yourself do this and you wonder what is wrong with you? Why are you trying to sabotage your success? Your soul is asking you for the final propulsion through and off the edge of success – which means -- at the edge, – you will fly into another level of experience, a higher level of succeeding. Oft time the human energy does not want to succeed fully. It is comfortable in succeeding a little bit, but not succeeding in totality. That is why you issue yourself a decree of sabotage.

As these new Light Masters come forth into your being and enter your energy field, they will assist you in going past previous boundaries that you have found to be shackles in your life experiences. They will open up new passageways of energies allowing in, a flow that assists you, instead of limits you. This issuance comes forth to all of earth. Of course you realize that there are varying degrees of these Light Masters that come forth. They will be aligned with your vibration at the next level, which means their vibration will assist you in moving up a few more rungs of the ladder in order to succeed in what the heart mission is asking you to accomplish.

We the Sananda Council have come to explain to you intricacies that you have not understood until this time. It is important that you walk in peace in all of your actions and re-actions. The war in the Middle East of earth is a personal war that exists in each person on Earth. You all come from the body of Earth. Your flesh is from her flesh. You process what she processes. You have upheaval in parts of your body that she has upheaval in, and that is part of your journey. When you make peace within your own Inner Middle East, when you feed your own starving children, – then your world receives the blessing of that same enactment externally. You must fight your own war and achieve internal peace inside. Then and only then have done your part.  We leave you in love. The Sananda Council.

I come today to touch your hearts and to open them in their radiant splendor into the magnificent cosmos of pulsing living Love. All of life is communicating with a glorious thrumming energy that is meant to be the nectar of life for you, humanity, as the glorious hearts that you are. In their splendor your hearts are like a switchboard for the cosmos. Your hearts are truly a great antenna, an omni-dimensional receiving station in which every life is known intimately and perfectly, as of course it would be known by My heart.

So every life, beloved ones, in its magnificence -- be it microscopic or be it truly omni-dimensional - every one of them, every part of the living whole is to be loved by you. But not in some general way, loving everything from a distance. Oh, no, My beloved heart. You are meant to love every precious life in the living whole intimately and deeply. Every life is yours to love, individually, perfectly, intimately, as well as being fully aware of the ever-pulsing whole.

The hologram is unlimited life in all its potential, realized. Every nuance of energy is yours to know and to care for. As it says in the holy scriptures of every type and language, the God I Am knows and loves every hair upon every head - every sparrow, every leaf, every blade of grass, as well as the magnificent Angels and the Twin Flame hearts you are.

Ah, but you are the instrument through which I love them and it is this living dance of which I ask you to become aware - both the glorious whole of Love and every intricate part. For as I have continued to show you with the hologram, every part is a perfect expression of the glorious Love I Am, yet each is unique. All of it is singing together to create a song of harmony that truly is the upliftment of all life in the living Now.

You are meant to love both/and - both the vast and glorious whole and each intricate and living part. You are meant to do this dance perfectly, the in-breath and the out-breath, as the living song of your soul as it sings to you of your purpose and of our communion as life.

This is about becoming the bridge that encompasses both the expansiveness and each part I cherish, each life in its uniqueness. Each is a Light that burns so perfectly as an expression of My Love. Therefore, I am showing you ever more deeply and profoundly your joy in being the heart through which I love it all.

This is why you cannot just spread your wings and fly off into the sunset, releasing the bonds of Earth to become the limitless sky. Rather, you must be that which is worshipping every dew drop as the perfect prism through which the Light of My Love is reflected and dances. The heart of Love I Am is giving life to the whole, to the cosmos in continual exquisite communion, blessed by the ongoing LoveMaking that is the engine of life.

Thus do I begin now to show you, each one of you, My precious heart, how to hear the voice of the living spirit I Am as it speaks in everything, through the expression of My living energies, both microcosmic and macrocosmic, given its reflection as the perfection of Love through you.

We have spoken many times of unconditional Love and of unconditional positive regard as that which is necessary for a life stream to truly know itself as unique and honored and to accept its place in the universe and its part in the song of the whole. You are that universal mirror. You are the eyes of God looking and the heart of God loving each life perfectly.

But in that loving and in that sight you bring a gift to every life that is indescribable in its necessity, its power and its gift to every life stream. You are the heart of God acknowledging each life in its holy purpose and acknowledging the truth of Love as that which ignites each living spirit. You bring it to the table of life as a glorious contributor offering its gifts in giving because it knows itself perfectly through My Love and through all that I give it in acknowledgement of its essence and its glory. This I do through you, always.

So you begin to understand that you are necessary, that your place in the whole is uniquely powerful, and, beloved ones, you come to understand that no one else can do this for you. No one can bring this gift to others as you do. In every moment you are acknowledging your part as the clear heart of God, reflecting each life in the whole and loving each precious one perfectly that it may be fulfilled in its purpose now.

Thus do I bring you to this time of balance where you have learned to break the bonds of the illusion and fly free, and you have touched the face of the cosmos and known Me. Now know Me, dearest ones, as humanity and as every precious life in the panoply of the living hologram, for you are the electrical current through which I charge up all life and give it energy and purpose to serve Me.

We come to this time of returning attention to the energies of the world that you may love them, that you may be this reflecting heart, this giver of Love and pure acknowledgement, the eyes and heart through which I show unconditional positive regard. You must hold the cosmos alive in your cosmic consciousness. In your energy field, you are totally blended with Me and you are this great Twin Flame Love, the great Double Helix, that is the code of life for everyone -- not just for humanity and not just for the lives that are manifesting as part of this whole that is Earth life now becoming cosmic.

You are more than this. You are the heart of God loving the All and in you, within your heart it is all alive and functioning. You are ready now to ignite the flame through which you gift this energy to every life to strengthen the flame of their own unique candle. The fire of Light and life within them. Within every life that is in Me. Each one is yours to acknowledge and to feed and to build up this flame until through this communion of resonance, the exchange of life energy is accepted. Then each life knows itself as perfectly whole and wholly perfect - uniquely and completely loved by Me now.

So, open your heart to the living song of life in a whole different way today, dearest ones. Let each life speak to you of its song within your being and bring Me into the acknowledgement of their splendor. Carefully and consciously feed each life their perfect amount of energy from God to ignite their joyous ecstasy and their remembrance of who they are.

As the remembrance comes, the awakening, be the reflecting heart. Be the mirror of consciousness in which they see that they are loved by Me always. Then, pull back and elevate and feel the living whole and take in the explosion of life from the very Moment of Creation, beloved ones, and be nourished.

Be transformed. Be awakened electrically, charging up the battery of your magnificent Twin Flame Love - that you might feed each life and love them and bring them the gift of acknowledgement. Through this gift you bring them freedom. Bring it to yourselves also, for as you join this dance of the universe and exchange this breath of life, know that you are fed by the living song of God I Am, as the hologram also shows it parts. In the Vertical experience of life, you are aware of both at once for time is transcended through the heart.

So for now let us practice this awareness of each voice as it speaks clearly into the chamber of your heart. Feel it resonate there within you and feel the joy that it generates as you begin to give forth Love in response. Know that your expanding of this experience of every precious life truly does become the living song of God awake in your hearts. This song of life is meant to feed you. It will bring you pure energy to feed you and it will show you your true self, that from which you are made always, that you might drink it in and delight in the nourishment.

You can live on Light as some have discovered. Ah, but you are also meant to live on this energy of heart communion that is your food emotionally in your true Light being.

As you reach for this communion with all life and you open to the true experience of the in-breath and the out-breath, you will notice the expansiveness of your heart and how the communion begins to resonate within it. The essence of the exchange is undeniable and unmistakable as is the gift of joy it brings you and the surge of Love that is elicited automatically. It comes straight from the Moment of Creation through your heart that is waiting to be the vehicle of this Love and this grace.

Listen to the song of your heart and it will show you your greater being. Listen to the song of your heart and it will bring you your Twin Flame. Listen to the song of your heart and you will find this sweet life communion and every life will be open to you in this communion.

You shall know and be known deeply and perfectly, but - and this is a warning that I ask you all to take - do not make the mistake of filtering this through the ego mind because if you do, it will tell you many things. It will tell you that you must be in love with the individual with whom you share this energy. The truth is that it is way beyond the ego's comprehension. It is the pure exchange of life that is the dance of God as Love. You are its vehicle in your purity, not in your ego.

True Love is an experience of the Twin Flame heart and it is unmistakable in its energy signature. It is only really experienced in the realms of the Real, not in the realms of the ego. The Love that is part of this gift of your purpose is your emotional food but different from the communion of Love that is life itself. It is different from that which you are with your Twin Flame, that is such an integral part of your being there is no ego mind. When you are loving as the heart of God, you are loving as a Twin Flame being and thus, you cannot be looking outside of yourself for anything, for it is alive as part of your being.

You do have divine energies in motion which are emotions but far different from the reversed feelings of the ego. Yet, it may take a while to develop the discernment of what it is you are doing in the Real and in the world, as you partake in this energy communion. This giving and receiving as the pure heart of God reflects unconditionally the perfection and beauty and gift of every life.

My Love is given unconditionally to each life. Then you feel the expansion into the whole. Then, the giving to the great matrix of sweet and pure identities, of the living energies of God. And then, the expansion again, the in-breath dissolving into the living and glorious hologram and the out-breath, the dance of life energies and the great ecstatic joy of giving.

It is a rhythm that is eternal, never ending - continual and reassuring in its regularity. It is the essence of the movement of life. It is happening through you as the Love I Am breathes you in and out and you acknowledge the joy and the awareness of your truth as My heart. You are the voice of My Love giving you your true identity and setting you before the panoply of life in all its unique and glorious splendor as the pure reflection of My joy in each precious one of them.

When you have read those words that beloved Jesus spoke on how I love, how I know every sparrow, every feather on every bird, every leaf on every tree and every flower - and how every life is cared for so perfectly - you have not realized that how I care for them is you! You, My heart. How could it be otherwise, for you certainly know a heart is what you love with. I love with you, My heart.

Give all the gift of unconditional positive regard, not as an ego, as a human being -- but as the heart of the living cosmos. Observe how it feels to be Love living here and everywhere you are in the hologram. Delight in the million-voiced song of life singing to you boldly, joyfully and purposefully, and honor that which I give you to love, dearest ones, by being the open and clear vehicle.

Be pure Twin Flame Love and you will be the acknowledgement by Me of every life that I bring into your heart's resonance. You will find such nourishment and such joy in your purpose that every other detail of life will follow this effortlessly and take care of itself easily as it should, as the energy of your being is kept moving and you are the heart of God endlessly giving Love, giving Love, being Love and living this communion as Twin Flame Love, a Twin Flame heart in ecstasy now.

Imagine that the new paradigm Earth was a location you could move to, leaving your old life behind to start fresh. Consider what it would look like, how it would feel, who would be there, and how you would be living your life's purpose.

As you read this right now, check in with your heart and intuitively guided reason, inviting a response to the following questions about this imagined place. Set your intention as you do this that you will not censor your imagination or the visuals and feelings that come to you.

Give yourself permission to acknowledge anything you visualize that matches your current experience. Why? Because you may already be residing in the new energies at least some of the time right now!
Approach this with a sense of play and allow it to be fun!

You may want to write down what comes to you from your intuition as you imagine this new environment.

What it Looks Like

First consider the terrain and other outer world elements of this new paradigm "home."

How does this new place look different from the one you currently inhabit? When you imagine it, are you living in the same home, neighborhood, and general locale? What are the biggest changes you notice? What remains the same as you have now?

What kind of physical environment do you spend time in, and how does it look different from today's? What sort of colors or other decorations are beautifying the space? What do the colors and style say about you as a physical being living as soul? What are the main differences in your décor, furniture, type and amount of space, and things like the view and level of quietness?

How is the space configured to support your connections with spirit? How is the place arranged to help you connect with nature? Does the place have fewer things than your current one, allowing you to visually find objects quickly when needed?

Where is your home located in relation to where you do your work or service for others? If it is not in the same place, how do you travel from home to the other location, and what do you do to maintain a peaceful and joyful inner experience as you travel?

If you work or provide service from your residence, how do you balance your life and your life force? If you work outside the home, what does your work environment look like?

What it Feels Like

Now that you've considered what this new paradigm "home" looks like, shift your focus to feeling. How does it feel to you to be there?

When you imagine each element of your new location, notice any feelings of joy, delight, lightheartedness, contentment, balance, inner security, connectedness, spaciousness, friendliness, relaxation, inspiration, creativeness, productiveness, mental alertness, wellness, physical aliveness, passion, empowerment, bonding with spirit, and being at home in your own skin.

Who is There

Now that you've gotten in touch with some feelings of the new place, consider who is there with you. Do you see some familiar faces, and if so, who are they? Who are the new people and what makes them stand out as people you want around you? Get a sense of how you meet them, including any actions you take and the state of your inner life that magnetically draws the perfect people to you.

Who is missing from the picture? If you don't see them in your immediate vicinity, expand your view to discover whether they live nearby, perhaps no longer interacting with you in intimate ways.

Who seems gone from the picture altogether? When you tune in to their energy, does it seem as though they are now in spirit form? If they are still residing in the physical, consider that they may exist in another dimensional realm not directly a part of your reality.

As you visualize this place and who you are sharing life experiences with, allow a knowing to come to you about how you interact with key people. Who are your close friends and companions for life's journey? Do you have a life partner, and if so, what are they like? How does sharing your life with this person enhance your life experience and help you to accelerate your enlightenment?

What types of groups of people are you interacting with? A group of people can be small or large, from two friends who share a common interest to an international group of likeminded light workers. How have you developed your ability to connect with these people? What specifically has helped you to make the connections? What common bonds or interests do you share with these people?

Focus on your work environment in the new place and get in touch with who is there with you. Notice any familiar faces? In general, who are you working with or serving?

Pay attention to how many people you see in your work sphere. Perhaps the number is different than in your current life. Where do they live? Has your ability to touch others with your gifts expanded to other locations?

Imagining a map of the world, see where these people are. Also, notice what qualities these people have, and how these qualities are in harmony with you and your spiritual path. Imagine how your work interactions with an expanded and more enlightened set of people helps to feed you on a spiritual level.

Living Your Life's Purpose

As you visualize this new paradigm "home," allow your heart and intuitive right brain to connect you with specifics of how you express your purpose.

What is your approach to life that allows you to live fully and to express your gifts? See pictures within your mind, as though on a movie screen, indicating what it means to live life as fully as you were intended to do. No holding back. No waiting for approval. No seeking of an outside source to tell you everything is OK. No anger about the past. No worry about the future. Simply living, now, as soul.

As part of that, imagine some of the gifts you alone can express in the world. Open your awareness to the really big picture here. Big picture doesn't mean your ego is running the show with lofty ideas of who you are. It simply means stepping back enough to realize the jewels that reside within you.

These are the qualities and abilities that, when fully expressed in the world, are distinctive to you. Most of these are quite simple. Some may seem to be related to what other people also express or can do. However, know that your gifts cannot be expressed exactly the same way by anyone else.

Keep in mind, as you read the list, that your real gifts are more about "being" than "doing." If there is a "doing" element involved, what's important is "how" you do it.

A few examples you may relate to are included here.

*Able to listen deeply with compassion and caring

*Capable of communicating clearly with the spoken or written word

*Skilled in expressing positive qualities (unconditional love, kindness, nonjudgment)

*Proficient in working with space (organizing it, clearing it, Feng Shui)

*Able to handle details and zero in on what's important

*Talented with numbers and the ordering of things

*Competent as a mother or other sort of caretaker

*Skilled in understanding and working with the natural world (animals, plants, crystals)

*Good with color and style, intuitively knowing which compliment each other

*Able to be resourceful, finding solutions and insights helpful to self or others

*Proficient in working with one's hands (crafts, building, sewing, massage, art)

*Capable of creating something brand new (music, words, art, dance, design)

*Able to create harmony, organization and a cooperative spirit

*Skilled in helping others with transformation (counselors, healers, intuitives)

*Capable of teaching others (teachers, spiritual leaders, writers)

*Able to help others in a unique way with a service or product

*Proficient in helping others to shift human dysfunctional patterns

*Talented in mass media expression that can help change the world (actors, writers)

*Able to lead others, generate cooperation and positive changes (politicians, executives)

*Capable of visionary approaches (inventors, entrepreneurs)

*Able to step back from challenges and see the big picture

*Skilled in whole-brain thinking and a spirit-directed approach that's heart centered

*Understanding of the keys to wellness, longevity, and a joyful life

*Able to be patient with others, self, and the world

*Skilled in bringing laughter and lightness of being into the lives of others

*Talented at accessing and utilizing intuitive abilities

Reflect for a few more moments on your gifts, this time inviting spirit to help you expand upon what you now understand.

Ask for guidance about how to more fully utilize the gifts you have. Ask for spirit's view of your gifts--what they are, which ones are most vital to your path of light, what you can do to further develop them, and how you can best give them in the world.

Your gifts are meant to be given. Only you can give them. Let go of comparing your gifts with those of others. Challenge your doubting mind when it tells you that you aren't gifted or aren't gifted enough. This is nonsense.

Set your intention to make full use of your gifts, not simply to help your own spiritual advancement but to help others. When you are giving your gifts without reservation, your soul can express more fully in the world. There is a genuine joy that comes from this.

This joy of living as soul--giving your gift, whatever it is--is the fuel that energizes you, sparking your passion and helping you to maintain a steadiness when life gets rocky.

A State of Consciousness

The new paradigm Earth you have just imagined is of course not an actual location. It's not a place you can pack your bags and move to, like you could move from London to Toronto. This place is a vibrational one, related to a state of elevated consciousness.

What you are contemplating here is a brand new reality within which the new more enlightened human will be born and peacefully coexist with other sentient beings. You and others like you on the path of awakening are creating this place right now!

At times, even without consciously knowing it, you are able to elevate yourself enough so that you have glimpses of this new paradigm energy. During your dream time, too, you have a taste of this, and your nonphysical guides teach you about it. Knowing this can be another incentive to work more with your own dreams and the richness they can provide you for personal transformation.

Most changes involved in creating the new Earth, in the truest sense, are within you. They occur as you open to more of who you really are, drop your past, let go of future fixations, and move into being really awake, present and alive in the body you inhabit.

As you are learning to do this-becoming conscious of your thoughts, words and actions-you get in touch with your real authentic power. You are remembering just how powerful you are, and taking back your power, a bit at a time.

You are learning to take responsibility for your creations. You are remembering more about who you really are, what really matters, and why you came to Earth this time.

The more that you focus on these higher purposes, instead of worrying or complaining about what's wrong, the more quickly you will advance.

As you continue the journey of rediscovering your Divine nature, we surround you with our love and blessings.

Hold these two thoughts in your mind at once. "I am perfect exactly as I am" and "I am evolving into the next version of myself even now." 

Hold these two thoughts in your mind at once: "I am deeply loved exactly as I am in this moment, no matter what I have done or left undone," and "I am surrounded by warm and supporting love and gently guided into my next evolutionary step." 

Hold these thoughts in your mind at the same time: "I am gently guided toward transformation into a higher, more lifted state" and "I am, right now, connected with the highest and wisest, the deepest and truest, one with all that is in its wonder and perfection." 

For all of this is true. You are a part of all that is and everything, as it is in this moment, is by definition, exactly as it should be, including you. And yet, there is evolution, there is growth and becoming, there is an infinite lifting into higher forms of being. And yet, at the very same time, you are already there. You are already at the highest and widest, the greatest and truest, right now. 

And with all paradox, the best path is simply to accept the true and apparently contradictory state, just as you are, just as it is. 

And in this state of both being and becoming, in this state of oneness and yet becoming one, you are utterly unique. You are like the snowflake, part of the endless bank of snow that sparkles in the morning sunlight and yet, when viewed more closely, a completely unique pattern of your own. 

You are also the butterfly, going through your stages of cocooning and becoming, as you transform over and over into the next level of being, and yet, through all of those stages, through the crawling, through the melting down and reforming, and through the emerging, soaring glory, you are still always yourself, that unique pattern that is you. 

Let all of this lie comfortably within you. Be the bank of snow and the snowflake. Be the crawling caterpillar, the quiet cocoon, the emerging butterfly, damp and struggling, and the beauty that soars. Be this over and over, each version of yourself more wondrous than the next. 

And through it all, be peaceful inside, knowing that you are deeply loved and treasured for being exactly who you are, in your essential self and your growing becoming self. You are deeply loved and treasured right now, exactly as you are. You are.

The eclipses of the past two weeks have taken us through a journey of release, acceleration and integration. In preparation, after the summer solstice, the past came up for processing and assessment. Some of us have undergone a spiritual battle in a sense, between feeling overwhelming regret for past choices and coming back to the moment of now, which is all any of us truly have.

Now is a river that is always moving. It is not something we can grasp or hold onto, so we learn to let go into the flow. If we are holding onto regrets, we cannot move forward. Personally, I experienced this very thing. In July I visited my family by the ocean on Long Island, N.Y. There were terrible rip tides that week and several people's lives were claimed by the mighty ocean. While swimming one day, I felt the pull of that current as I fought my way back in to shore. During this visit I found myself being confronted with regrets from my past and I realized that the energy of regret is just like a riptide, carrying us out into perilous, lonely waters far from shore.

After a conversation with a friend, I realized that if I keep playing the "re-runs" of the same old regrets over and over, I cannot possibly move forward. Holding on to decisions that I'd made when I was younger and less conscious was holding me back - the regrets were taking up room that could be filled with happiness and light, and situations that I want to bring in. I've focused on forgiving and releasing my past and owning that all the decisions I've made have brought me to where I am now. My life is graced by dear friends and family, and wisdom and creative expression.

There are also some aspects that I don't like regarding where my life is now, which has to do with my desire to move to a different area. I don't feel in harmony with the energetic resonance of my current location, and this is bringing my energy down. This is something I can change right here and now and I can move forward into my future being conscious of my decisions - with the knowledge that every decision I have ever made is in alignment with my highest path and purpose.

The energy of the solar eclipse felt like an uplifting, upsurge of possibilities. It was a time of creating intensions for the new life we are creating. The energy of the lunar eclipse was about going inward and truly releasing the old stuff that has been loosening up throughout the month of July - releasing whatever is in the way of our creation of our new life.

During the week between the eclipses I felt stillness within - and a lull. I was unable to do certain tasks that were part of my responsibility to the outer world - I felt like all I could do was be. I just wanted to sink into the stillness within and be in nature and enjoy the last days of summer. I was fiercely "there" for myself, and said "No" to things that were tugging at me which I couldn't bring my heart to. If I felt the burden of responsibility for something I felt I "had to" do, I gave myself permission to say "no, I'm not doing that today."

Now, I am feeling re-energized. I look back on the lunar eclipse and feel as if I have traveled through a very narrow conduit - the energy in this passageway was sloughing off all the stuff of the past that has been rising from within in this past year.

In the new clarity around me, I became aware of an entity - a dark force energy - that has been whispering words of despair to me when activated by my thoughts. An "entity" is a thought form created by our thoughts. The dark energy that feeds off of our energy is part of this negativity and it reaches into the places within us that are holding negativity. The whisperings of this entity were echoing my own fears, taking me deeper into despair and hopelessness.

The clarity gained through the clearing experience allowed me to see more lucidly than ever before. I did a burning bowl ritual of releasing the past and through a Soul Realignment process, I went to the Akashic Records and did a soul level clearing and sent the dark entity away-contained in an orb and sent to the appropriate astral. The energetic spaces within me where the darkness had reached its tendrils have been filled with the Divine Light of Creator substance.

There are people in my world who are going through very intense difficulties. This is part of the clearing and realignment process. For anyone who reads this who is undergoing changes that seem extremely painful and difficult, know that you will get through the passageway. Consciously ask for what is ready to be released to be cleared and begin to focus on what you want your life to look and feel like. Call on your Guides, Teachers and Angels for help, guidance and comfort. They are there, waiting to assist you.

Deep within we are all connected through Divine Source. I send comfort, love and softness to all, laced with fierce strength and a prayer that we remember just who we are - Creators of our lives and our world!
