This channel came at the exact perfect time! The energies continue to intensify and more and more of the crystalline is available for the earth. The more that people consciously open to allow greater flow in their life, the more there is available for everyone. This journey gives you an opportunity to make changes in your life. If you are feeling overwhelmed, you can choose to allow excess energy to flow past you. Hello, hello, my beloved family! I feel as if my energies are just bursting forth this evening. I feel as if what is occurring upon the Earth and in the universe is something that keeps growing stronger and stronger and stronger. This is a time of profound transition; it is also a time of immense opportunity.

Each of you in your daily life have the opportunity to create a transition: moment by moment, day-by-day, month by month. I know that with the intensity of the energies so many of you have been struggling and feeling overwhelmed. So while you are here, still fully grounded in your space, I invite you to close your eyes. Take a slow, easy breath in and as you are breathing in feel the love, the compassion, the energy of myself.

I flow to each one of you right there where you are on the Earth plane; I surround your space. Allow that nurturing to move through you and with so many of you I can feel you letting go. Everything that you've been having to hold onto, everything that's been a struggle, let it go, let it flow away from you.

I'm hearing this from many of you as you speak to me in your prayers and in your meditation so I also wanted to address this before we went any further. I do hear you; I do love each one of you very much. The multitude of angels, teachers and guides are also available to you. With the transitions that are taking place upon the Earth right now there is a shifting in the perception. So for all of you feeling a sense of isolation, of disconnection, even abandonment is what I've been hearing from so many; I wish to let you know in this moment, in this time, that we are all still here.

With this transition of energies you are becoming much more of your divine essence and as you are stepping into this greater amount of your divinity, there is less of a separation between you as the human and we on this side of the veil. Therefore as the energies are transitioning, the relationship transitions. So for all of you that have been feeling that sense of disconnection, or that sense of loneliness, I invite you to open up your heart and let these energies flow into you right now as we speak.

There we go. Let the joy of potential follow on the heals of that flow of love. Allow yourself the opportunity to see where all of this is going to go for you. With that I invite you to take this opportunity and take one more breath, breathing down and kind of anchoring within yourself. As you do so, then release your consciousness, release your physical body and allow your energies to shift until you align with the magnetic grid.

As you come into this space, feel the flow of energy. So many of you immediately move into the space of your higher self. You may also have a sense of the interlocking pathways that align you with everyone else who is here. So look around and have a sense of what this place is for you.

From here I invite you to move through the interlocking grid so that you may move into the crystalline grid. I invite you to take a moment and notice how the transition from the magnetic to the crystalline is becoming smoother and smoother all the time. This is due to the shift in vibration that's been taking place upon the Earth.

As you move through with the intention of aligning with your divinity, we invite you to consciously create a bridge or a short little span - whatever it might be - so that you move in a fluid manner from one space to the next. Look at this crystalline grid; each time you come into this space you may have a slightly different perception of what it is.

As we are looking at it at this moment it gives us a sense of a bridge or as if it's a beam of light, and within this beam of light, or moving across the bridge howsoever you might perceive it, there are many, many different nuances or vibrations. As you move along this space with your consciousness, open up your heart in such a way that you feel the flow. See where it takes you.

I now invite you to shift so that you may move into the energies of the soul plane. As you move into this space, feel how your essence expands. Your I Am presence is right here. You may have a sense of reaching out to embrace; you may have a sense of it coming up within you. I encourage you to take this opportunity and simply allow the essence of who you are in this physical consciousness to blend with who you are in all of your divinity. For some there may be a sense of expanding even further. Look beyond the edges of what you're picking up upon.

I the Goddess take this opportunity to come into the space in which you are. I reach out and I embrace each one of you. As I do so it will assist you in shifting into the essence or the space of the All That Is. Feel your energies expand; allow your consciousness to move wherever it has a sense to go.

The All That Is is a vast, infinite space of energy. It is utilized by millions of people in many, many different ways. Those of you who come here on a regular basis have created a space that you tend to go to each time that you come within this area. I'm going to ask everyone to have a sense of looking to the side and as if you are taking a step to the side, shift your consciousness to the side.

I had a sense of so many of you suddenly seeing things that you were not seeing before. It was as if you went from inside a room into the outside and you could see the stars, the moon and everything else that had been concealed from you. When you are living your life upon the Earth and you're in your daily routine, you have that tendency to stay within the energies and the space that you are comfortable with or that you are used to or it's all just a part of your daily life. As you seek to bring change into your existence, I invite you to practice in a little way taking that step aside and looking around at your daily life.

The energies coming into the Earth have been in flux for a long period of time. For some people it feels as if you are becoming more stabilized or as if your energies are more stabilized. For others, it feels as if you are tossed about and things are more unstable than they ever were before. As I'm looking at the energies, as I'm looking at humanity, there is a consistent flow of light; the transition comes in each person's perception.

There have been changes in the way that stars and the sun and the moon line up. There have been transitions in the vibration of the Earth. And many of these things have occurred again and again throughout the history of the Earth. The difference that is taking place is that so many people know and understand far more than they ever did before. That has prompted those who are very analytical to question every little thing and sometimes that may lead them into a state of fear.

As you are standing here in this space that you just shifted, let your awareness and your perception be open to the flow of energy. You may have a sense of seeing the Earth and then seeing the universe and the pathway in which the energy swirls. This is being shown as intricate patterns, some that swirl, some that are straight, but everything is interlinked and supported by what else is around it.

As that happens in the universe so too it happens in the relationship with the Earth, so too it happens to each one of you in your life. Breathe slowly, gently, easily and allow your essence or your heart to expand even further so that you may feel this flow as a consistent energy that is coming into you and supporting you.

Just as we did when we first arrived in the All That Is, have a sense of consciously expanding a little bit further with the intention of allowing even more flow of energy and light into your heart center. Now there are some that I hear you tell me that the energies are overwhelming to you. Just as you shift your focus to expand further and allow more to come in, so too you can consciously shift your focus and invite the exact amount that feels good to you to come into and flow through you. If you do this in such a way that anything left over just continues to flow past you, it will keep you from becoming bogged down.

When people are struggling in their lives, if things feel like it's too much or not enough, they're out of balance. I invite you to consciously see yourself as being in the flow and then you're allowing your heart center to expand open or constrict a little bit. There's a part of me that recognizes how people will take that as constricting or blocking what is going on but that's not what I'm speaking of. This is an opportunity for each one of you to learn what works for you as you allow the flow of energy to move through you and around you.

I do also sense that there are times in which you might fall into resistance. Resistance comes up within you for many different reasons; in part it could be fear. Fear of the unknown, fear of change, fear that you can be and have as much as you want and then what will you do? Consider for a moment as you think about your life and all that is happening if fear is affecting you. If there's anything that comes up within your consciousness as we speak of this, I invite you to take in a deep breath, allow that to flow through you and then release it; letting it go.

As you let go of fear, you may have a perception that your energy expands. What are other types of resistance that you may be experiencing in your life? Sometimes it feels as if it's an outside source - your family, your co-workers, the economy. If there is a response within you due to what's happening around you, take this opportunity to bring it up. And I invite you to let that resistance become filled with energy and light and then release it.

I feel right behind that release in energy the perception that people are not really in control of their life or that they have no control or that they're just being bumped around. So the energies that are in alignment with that, if that resonates within you, let that come up and then release it and let it flow away. As I look at you now, it's as if the wattage of light has expanded by millions of watts.

I can see how in this place that is loving and nurturing to each one of you, that is filled with energy and light, is a place in which you are comfortable with letting go, with releasing, any resistance that you may have within you. On occasion people prefer to live in the higher realms just because this type of a space feels good. I would invite you to practice either with this journey or with others, learning how to incorporate this space and this energy of feeling good into your daily life.

At first it may be as if it's something very foreign to you but then very quickly you will find that you can do this on an almost unconscious basis. After having released any resistance that you may have, once again look around take yet another step to the side and see what is here around you.

I invite you to have a sense of seeing an energy as if separate from you, coming towards you. You may picture an essence, you may see a color, you may simply feel a vibration or an essence. No matter how you perceive this energy, overriding it is a sense of love and excitement. It stops in front of you as if to reach out and embrace this good friend who has just encountered you in this moment. As you reach out you may begin to recognize this is an aspect of your divinity.

There are times in which you have the opportunity to flow your energy on a daily basis as the human, up into and touch your divinity and then it flows back down. With the transition taking place upon the Earth, the time is here that you can have this as a part of you, living with you in your daily life. Many of you are already doing this, some consciously, some unconsciously.

I chose to have you encounter this essence in such a way that you could recognize that your divinity is still here for you; it is and always will be linked to you. We now invite the angels, the teachers, the guides that you've been working with to show themselves to you. And what we see happening is that more than ever before their essence, their communication, is coming to you through this essence of your divinity.

This is one of the reasons that the energies and vibration felt so different. This is why we were hearing from so many that it felt as if they had left or were gone. As you consciously choose to work through or with your divinity, you are creating a new relationship. It is also strengthening within you the human in such a way that as a human living your life on Earth you are your teacher and your guide. Feel what that is.

As you consider what it is to live your life, I invite you to find those moments - sometimes they are short little moments, sometimes they are expanded - but find the moments in which this inner knowledge, this inner awareness is present for you. If your daily life is chaotic and a struggle then come to this aspect of yourself, come to this presence, come to this energy and let the love flow down into and through you. There is as much as you would like to have. I see you floating on these waves of love and energy and it is as if you are basking in this balance.

I invite all of you to come back together as a group. Your consciousness is expanded quite largely throughout. So as you gather yourself together have a sense of this brilliant light filled with color that is created from the group coming together. And you will see coming up within the center of this light the hologram of the Earth. We spoke of your perception in your daily life so as you look at this hologram let the impressions that may come to you just flow into you. And then have a sense of shifting your consciousness in such a way that you can see the various levels of energy flowing in and out through the hologram.

The more that you align with your divinity and allow these essence to move through you, the greater nuances you will perceive in your daily life. This is an opportunity for you to practice looking, sensing, seeing as if with your physical eyes and with your inner eyes. As each one of you puts forth your intention of flow it moves into and fills up this hologram of the Earth. And it then moves down; as it does so it moves through the crystalline grid moving out through every direction. It moves through the magnetic grid. And then the core essence of that hologram continues downward until it moves into the center of your physical Earth.

Although you remain in the All That Is, I invite you for just a moment to send your consciousness into the center of the Earth and as if you are looking outward or reaching outward to your consciousness in the All That Is, create a flow that is only your own. Let that flow of energy and light move back and forth. And then you can release that consciousness of the Earth and allow yourself to come fully back within the All That Is again and you feel yourself reconnecting within.

Have a sense of shifting. You move into the soul plane. Again your perception from within here is such that you have an even greater understanding of who you are as your divinity. Have a sense of shifting once more so that you are in the crystalline grid. As you do so remember that part of your divinity that you connected with this evening. And as if you are blending again allow that consciousness to come with you. For some it's as if we see you walking hand in hand; for others it's as if there is a silhouette and one moves into the other. As you are comfortable with this energy, allow your consciousness to shift again, moving into the magnetic grid.

Once again you feel the magnetic pull of the Earth. Feel what that is to you. You may have a sense of once more picking up on those things that are part of your personality or part of being human. Allow your consciousness to just open to the flow and let the flow or the essence continue down; it moves down into your physical body. As your consciousness is reconnecting or realigning within your human self, allow your senses to expand as much as they can in this moment.

And now when you are coming back and grounding into your human self, I invite you to once more consciously release any resistance that you have towards anything; you don't even need to focus upon why or what it's there for. Simply allow resistance of any sort to move through you and away.

In doing so consciously feel your divinity. You may have a sense of breathing it into your heart center; let your heart center expand or contract to whatever space feels good to you. Let your divinity move into your physical body; it moves through your breathing. It comes down through your head center. It is moving through all of your chakras and from there it is going into each muscle, each organ within your body.

You the physical living your life has many, many opportunities in front of you. Feel how your divinity is here fully supporting you, fully loving you, fully nurturing you in every way possible. Encourage your personality or your ego to come out or to come into this space so as to create an alignment in which it feels comfortable. As if you are taking that step to a side, look around you. You may look with your physical and you may look with your non-physical eyes, but sense and feel all that is here for you.

Remember this moment. Let it flow within you. Feel all that this may be for you. It's now feeling to me as if you are becoming much more grounded and aligned with these expanded vibrations. I hope that as you are moving through your days you can come back into this space, you can feel good in your life and you can recognize that with these expanded energies, potential for transformation is greater than it has ever been before. There is so much happening upon the Earth. How delightful to be there to play with it and allow it to work for you rather than against you.

Question: (paraphrased) What would you like to say to me at this point about this situation I am in, about my relationship to the world that is around me.

Answer: As I first connect with you, I have this sense of ..... ahhh I'm sorry I'm so expanded I'm trying to bring my energies in so that I can be more cohesive to you. (I can relate!) the first sense I had as I looked at you was of being battered or being tossed about. It's as if you've been through a whirlwind of energies and it's kind of buffeting you, is the word that is finally coming to me. As we see this happening, it feels as if some of what you are experiencing has been a reaction to others. You have been questioning did it come from within me, did it come from within them, where am I going, what am I doing, as if it's bringing up within you a questioning of all the principles you have in your life. Does that what resonates with you? Is that what you were speaking of? (Yes) This is how we see you coming in. As you can see the part we were picking up was that you are not alone with this. With the advent of this journey, what I saw happening on this journey is that you actually opened up to this aspect of yourself, this greater divinity of yourself and it felt as if you were just soaking it up. You may not be fully conscious of it now, but it felt as if there was a flood of information and knowledge that went through you. It worked on you in such a way that now there is a sense of greater confidence, greater calm and a greater knowledge of who you are as an individual. With that knowledge, the sense we get is that it is going to assist you as you go back into your daily life, as you are doing all these things when you felt so buffeted; you will now be able to stand in your space and things will move past you until it gets to the point where there will not be as much of the controversy around you. It just comes across to us as if there is a greater sense of awareness and calm and peace within you. That is what will be reflected out to your life around you. In terms of your daily life it will be the same as it was 2 days ago. But your reaction to it will be different and that is why there is such a profound sense of a change in you.

Do you feel as if this controversy is going to end at any time in the near future?

It feels as if it's ended right now because it feels as if you have removed yourself from it.

I am.

So once you disconnect and go about standing in the space of who you are. Then if it cannot reconnect to you, it will go away. (Okay) So it may take some practice on a daily basis or however much you may feel a need to practice it. But our sense is that you made great strides tonight and the biggest thing is the incorporation of your divinity.

Question: (paraphrased) Hello Goddess? First I want to thank you for the channel this evening. It really addressed what I was going to ask. But I'm going to ask them anyway. In the last couple of weeks I've had a couple instances that brought up a great deal of fear in me. Umm, two in particular I can go into detail but maybe you can pick up on what I am thinking without having to go into detail. I was wondering why? Of course I created those things for myself, but what's going on here?

Answer: It feels like this is the reverse to us. When we look at you right now it's like we see your human self standing on the left, your divinity on the right. Your divinity is there with her arms open saying come, lets be in the flow, lets enjoy life, life is good. Then your ego is there saying no. It's like it stomped it's foot and said no life is struggle, we have to release, we have to make progress. It's like that is a task oriented part of you. Our sense is that if you flip around your perception of that and recognize it's not your divinity that is giving you tasks it's your ego building resistance and the resistance is coming across to you as if you have things to accomplish. Does that make sense to you?

Umm.

So what we would say is that it feels as if the fear coming up within you, the questioning of your abilities, the questioning of the choices you have made are all coming up through your ego or personality. By allowing this greater divinity you connected with on the journey tonight to move through you in such a way that it really fills you up, the ego will become comfortable with it over time. I would recommend you take the opportunity to flow back and forth ego-divinity-ego--divinity. You are creating a new relationship within yourself and the vibration or alignment of that is what needs to take place at this point. Then as your personality or ego becomes more comfortable with this flow of energy or this increased vibration then you will find the fear, resistance and other things you are feeling will diminish and go away completely.

That is my perception of that.

Question: (paraphrased) Hello Goddess? Thank you very much for this journey tonight. The question I have is about all this picture that is coming out of my heart. I've had some pictures that very disturbing to me like mold or weird shapes like under a microscope and it's coming out of my heart. I've done a lot of work with the DNA and I'm wondering if I need more cleansing in my DNA?

Answer: It does not feel to me as if you need cleansing in your DNA for the divine energy. It feels to me as if what you were releasing was not this physical life time but other physical lifetimes or as if you were releasing for a community of people. When we look at you as the individual in your expanded DNA the sense is that it is clear and nice balance of the flow of energy moving through you. So when you speak of mold or things that are nasty that you are wondering about, it feels like other aspects of yourself from other lifetimes or like things that are outside of you. We sense that when you started working with this DNA you said hey I'm going to work with shifting the DNA for the world; not that you would do that all by yourself, but you chose to connect with the community of others who are doing a similar thing. Be aware that if you get images or things like that; if you take a breath in and cleanse your energy field and ask 'is this mine or someone else s' the sense we get is that you will recognize or know that it is not yours. Does it resonate with you as we say that?

Yes, how do I tell my divinity to sometimes work on me or sometimes work on the collective.

You put forth that intention. When you go into meditation you put forth this time I am choosing to work with humanity, another time I am choosing to work with myself. The other thing we would recommend to you is that during meditation, sit down and have a talk with your divinity. It's like you are having a conversation where you say 'Well, I'm happy to help the world, it's part of why I came in here'. But give me a message or let me know so that I don't get bogged down in that again. Well, actually you don't need to communicate, we just did it for you! It feels like your divinity just said 'okay, got it, cha-chink'. We have a sense you will feel differently. The essence will be a different pressure. Some how, some way it will come across differently to you in the future.

And when do we start seeing the changes in our DNA?

Oh it's there. What doesn't see the changes are the microscopes and the humans. There are some who are able to perceive things, but the vast majority of these changes that are already present in the majority of you especially those of you who are in this place within the process can be seen with unconscious perception.

So when will this rapid health that I've been working on come together?

It feels as if it could be as little as 18 months from now or as long as 5 - 10 years.

Question (paraphrased) Hello Goddess, I've been sleeping a lot lately and I wonder if that means I'm getting ready to leave this earth. I'm 85 years old and really don't want to leave. I want to continuing doing my creative work and believe it or not I'm still dancing! I want to get back into my painting but I haven't been able to go into the painting room to start painting. It's almost as if the dancing pulls me towards that expression and that pull is stronger than the painting.

Answer: First of all beloved when you gave us your numerical age upon the earth and when we look at your energies from the perspective of the humans, we would never have put them together; that number and who we perceive you as being. You are much younger in heart, body and everything that has to do with being a human. We do not have a sense of you transitioning any time soon. (oh good!) The reason you have sleeping so much lately is simply as a way of integrating energies. Many many are sleeping more than they usually do. That is all just a part of the process. In fact for those of you who are having physical discomfort such as headaches, aches and pains, other types of physical problems. If you can allow yourself the time of relaxation and sleeping, it will more easily allow this integration to move through you. That is something you are doing.

In regards to your artwork, we do feel like there is a resistance in there for you. It's as if we have a sense of angelic artwork or something to do that is different than anything you have ever done before. It's there, it's ready to come out for you. As a human you are questioning and doubting whether or not it will be the way you think it could be. That is why you have not gotten back into the painting. If you release resistance and allow it to unfold however it may look; we sense it will be different than you anticipate and you will find yourself drawn back into the studio. Okay?

Question: (paraphrased) Goddess? Lately everything is just kind of falling apart, not just for me, but for everybody I know. I've reached the point where I feel I don't want to go on. The last few days I've cursed that I woke up. I'm an old soul and have done this for many eons, I don't know that I necessarily want to go on and I would like to end this, but yet I feel deep inside, no I'm going to continue with this so I guess just 'help'.

Answer: Okay beloved. I invite everybody who remains upon this phone call to come together for this moment and I invite you to take this moment and even if you have to physically reach up and open a door to your heart center; open up your heart center for just this little moment, as much as you can. Feel everyone who is present, human and non human just flow love, flow compassion, flow awareness to you. We all see the value in you. We all honor you as the person you are. We all can recognize that you are an old soul and you have done it all before; but that doesn't mean it's not a challenge. So let us be here to support you, let us love you. We ask you as if you are reaching deep, deep, deep inside of yourself, just reach in and let it all go. The tiredness, the struggle, the perception of failure, everything, the fear; (deep breath) just let it all go. As it is released, let us help you fill up those spaces within you. As you are filling up these spaces with the love, light and compassion of everyone who is here, but first and foremost your own divinity. Let your divine love or your divine essence of yourself be first and foremost within your consciousness. (deep breath) There has been so much in this lifetime that feels as if it's been a repetition as if you are walking in concentric circles doing it again and again. So, just as I spoke during the journey of taking a step to the side, consciously step out of that circle, step off of that path. Consciously let it all go. As you are doing so, let go of things you are conscious of and that which you are unconscious of. Know that if for whatever reason you did choose to transition tonight or tomorrow, you will be fully back within your divinity. You are safe, you are secure. So let go earthbound being a burden. Let go earth as the struggle. Let yourself be your divine essence as you move through your days. Now as I speak of that it feels as if there is a greater calm or as if you did let go lots of that resistance you've been carrying around. Can you feel the difference?

Not really, not much.

This is where you can speak with your human self. You have a very very strong personality. You are very based in the analytical I guess you could say or the mental aspect of the personality. So what needs to occur is for your mind; your consciousness is more than just your mind. But that analytical part of yourself that is holding this rigid control needs to break open. Let me take a second to take in a deep breath and blow it through. (deep breath) What we saw happening was that it broke open those bars, or that energy. It had been released when we first worked with it a moment ago, then it came back around you again. So I was blowing through your energy to open those bars, to let it go; then again you let it open, you let it go, you let it flow then you closed it back down again. So the perception I have that would benefit you is to create an exercise for yourself or create something that feels like your mind is involved with it. It should be like you are unlocking a dead bolt on a gate and the gate is to your mind. You can then allow your divinity to come in to flow in and out. Allow your personality to begin to integrate these energies. It feels as if it needs to be something with some structure. It is coming from your divinity, it is coming from love and source essence. But your personality has such a strong hold on things that it needs to be incorporated in this process in order for your personality to believe on a human level that the release is taking place.

It's in the emotions. The emotions are trying to protect it.

It's all interrelated. You can work with the mental, you can work with the emotions, you can work with all the various levels because the reason you are holding onto these emotions so long after you've let go of them again and again is because your mental body keeps coming back and saying 'Oh no you didn't let go of that. Oh no those emotions are still there. You're still feeling it so it's stuck in your emotions'. Indeed, it does involve more than one layer of who you are. But the intensity is all coming from your mental body.

Alright beloved, so know that you are not alone. Know that there is great love here for you.

Question: (paraphrased) Goddess, do you have any words about how I'm traveling on my path to be a healer?

Answer: Beloved we see you as if out on the ocean and you are surfing on the top of a wave. We feel as if the energies of the ocean or the energies of water is very much a part of your healing process. Water as you know is about transition, it's about flow, it's about resolution. Water is of course also very nurturing and supportive in many ways. So for some reason, we feel as if this is a part of the healing process that you have been doing. It feels like it's not quite in sync with the type of healing you are planning to do. Somehow someway we feel that it's important for you to have that sense or that image of being on top of the wave and you are flowing along the crest of the wave. Just as that wave is coming into the shore it feels as if all the preparation work you've been doing all the learning, all the knowledge; everything is done. It's about blending together into a full consistency within yourself what you choose to do. You then come into shore and then it all gets off the ground. We see you as doing this in the physical person...... wait a second before we go further, does that resonate with you?

Yes, I think so.

A little bit esoteric, I understand. As we look at you then in your daily life, we have a sense of you going to locations and talking to people about the type of healing work you are doing. We have a sense of you working with people at a distance and that you will network through the internet. We see you networking through the internet. We see you going to two or three offices around you that offer alternative medicine is how it's coming across to us. We see this is something that is going to be built up over time. The other thing we would say to you is that as you are doing this and taking this step out; there is just a slight resistance of fear within you. It's related to: will I succeed, what will I do, will I make the money I need to make, all of those various things. To us, this is really such a non issue. When you are in the space of your divinity, when you are flowing this energy, when you are working with people; you have so many insights and there is so much that is just such a glorious gift. This is what people are looking for. This is about you creating a new relationship with how people will see you. It's about being comfortable and happy with coming out about who you are. There's a part of you that thinks this has been very private. This is putting myself out there. This is why it felt to us at the beginning as if it was not fully blended and why things were slow going for you. At any time it feels like there is so much there that is just waiting for you and it's going to happen!

Question: (paraphrased) hello Goddess, I was wondering if you can provide me with any insight about my current situation. I'd imagine it is a part of the bigger picture of all I've been doing lately. It's been awhile since I've talked with you. However, I have been doing a lot of stuff.

Answer: It feels as if you have been on a roller coaster. It feels as if there is a new sensitivity in you or intensity in you that's as if when you are in your lows or your highs; you feel them more intensely than you eve have before. This we perceive is because you have consciously been moving through transition and consciously bringing in these energies. We also have a sense you have spent the last several months in letting go and releasing and saying good bye. We hear those words over and over; saying good bye, saying good bye, saying good bye. The perception of that is that you are not just saying good bye to one thing but several. As we see you looking forward from here-- we apologize about this roller coaster thing-- but it's as if the roller coaster is coming over the last hill and it's evening out. Moving forward from here it feels as if things are going to be smoother, as if there will be more balance in your life. There are still some unresolved issues that will cause bumps in the road. But it feels to us as if by the end of this physical year almost 99% of it will be resolved. In fact, we are getting more so by say October. It feels like where you are living is going to change. It feels like your job is secure, but that is going to change also. It feels like almost every level within yourself is shifting into something new. But we want to say to you as we say this that there's a part of you saying 'okay good, this is what I'm looking for'. But then there's another part of you that is saying 'I didn't know there was anything there'. Don't let what we're saying be anything to make you nervous or be intimidated. It just feels as if you let go, let go, let go as a means of preparing and about to step forth into the full acceptance of what you have been seeking. Does that make sense?

It does and is on par with what I have been feeling. I have a very straightforward question. Am I going to go forward without my wife and will I have the kids with me? Something like that anyway.

It's difficult to say. There is a part of this that we say yes we see you and your wife are going two different ways and we see your kids with you. But we also have a sense as we look at that potential that there is more coming into play that has not yet worked itself out. It's as if you as the human and the choices you are making have not made all the choices as yet. We see that that can change. We can not say to you what choices you are going to make because that is up to you to make. In looking at potentials that that which is in the forefront of your consciousness is what feels as if it's the most present.

Well that is the present situation. I have not made any decisions, I'm waiting for her to calm down or come back to her normal personality so that we can talk.

And this is the thing. You are recognizing how the two of you have moved into two different planes of existence. That is what the roller coaster has been growing apart, coming together. The changes that are taking place feel temporary; wait a second, we said that in the reverse. The changes in her we feel are more permanent. Things are coming back together it feels temporary to us. We are picking up from you the sense of caution or that sense of wondering what is going to happen.

Okay.

But it feels to us as if in your consciousness the decision is 80 to 90% made. Go with what's right for you. Even if you find that along the way other things may come up or something else may come along that makes you wonder or question. Recognize that it is only about making the choices that you make at any given time. That is setting up the foundation for what the next day will bring. Each day will just unfold and unfold.

As we pull these energies all back together remember that you are not alone; your divinity, your love, your awareness is here right now in your physical sense. Let go resistance, let go frustration, let go anything that stands between you in allowing that into your life.

Accepting your role as creators in the third dimension has been a difficult task as you have used its polarity to reinforce the negative aspects of your experiences and the illusion of separation and powerlessness that were one option among many that you could use to define your journey. The density of the earth's energies present you with an opportunity to create from spirit, to mold them into the embodiment of their divine Source. You direct these energies and as you manifest higher levels of creation with them, you form new dimensions and allow ascension to occur.   Your job on earth is to create and to take the third dimension through its creation cycle. While you partner with Source in this process you are the ones who are able to work with the earth's energies; this is the human dimension and you have authority and dominion over these energies. The more you focus on the creative aspects of your energies and set your intention for the creation of your realities, the transformation of polarity and your ascension, you are enabling ascension to occur as it will happen through your efforts.

Ascension is not limited to the earth and the third dimension. All of your solar system, galaxy and Universe are ascending at this time. Your role in this process is to keep the energy flowing, to move it through this cycle and to remember your power in this process. You are not limited in any aspect of your power as co-creator and you are responsible for your ascension. You are not passengers in this process; you are at the forefront of this shift and while there are energy transmissions, shifts and downloads that assist you, they are possible because of the work that you have done to prepare for them.
The creation cycle is a continuous process of transformation and ascension that you have participated in during many lifetimes. This time is the end of a cycle for the earth and for humanity. Work with your creative energy continuously as you are creating the ascension as you move through it. You cannot wait for the Universe, the angels or your guides to act, they are supporting you and the creation that you are enabling. Creation stops if you stop creating and it moves forward as you continue in your efforts. So create your ascension and remember that you are in control of this process. Be aware of your power and the important role you play in creating heaven on earth and allowing the ascension to occur at this time.

You are a multi-dimensional universe within your self, your cell structure, your biology, as well as your emotional and mental being.  This year escorts you into doorways of thinking beyond your earthly perception of time, space, light and sound. This year escorts you into worlds within worlds in which you reside simultaneously upon.  For your true essence is not limited and linear, your essence belongs to all worlds, to all universes, and to all particles of light.  You are not just a universe - but a multi-verse.  The light is your brethren and the asteroids your cousins from a far off time.  Everything in your existence was cooked in the same cosmic crock pot.  You came from the same cosmic soup with the same cosmic lineage.  Every Being that exists between time, within time, around time, is a part of the expressions of the Universe and the Multi- Verse.  

Each and every day as you begin your day, do not separate yourself from your experience, but pour yourself into your life.  The separateness that you have long denoted as truth is no longer as such.  For your world has passed the parallelisms of itself and it now creates a new sentence, a new understanding, and a new diagramming of the explanation of whom it knows itself to be.  By keeping separate in your thinking, in your workday, in your relationships, in your hopes and dreams, in your fears, and tears - you create a ripple effect of separateness.   

Source has stretched itself to the very edge of its ability to procreate from this angle of life.  Imagine stretching a rubber band as far as it can stretch without breaking it That is where earth sits at this time in her life experience. She has stretched as far as she is able and now begins to contract in an effort to alleviate her growing pains and enter a higher level of light. The essence of expansion has been seen as grandiose and wondrous but in truth has placed many stretch marks upon the body of humanity and earth herself.

It is time to stop pulling and chomping at the bit of your life.  Burdening yourself with the relentless pursuit of "more".  More money, more time, more material! The creator and the co-creators (everyone on earth) have stretched themselves to the zenith of inanimate material pursuits. Now all of the unifies watches as life contracts in order to expand and heal itself. It contracts into totality.  It contracts into undiluted God.  You are now extracting expansiveness in order to create a more pure undiluted format of light.   

The 3rd dimension has expanded as much as it can. As it contracts you find yourself in-between spheres of light and consciousness. This level of light houses the thoughts of the mass consciousness (good, bad, & ugly) it is a doorway into instantaneous manifestation. In this dimension you will move closer and closer to your original undiluted form.  You will grow in strength, in character, in knowing, and in remembrance.  As you contract fully to an expanded, yet singular thought of yourself - you will then be escorted into the next level of light.  

So, yes, it feels as though you are contracting, it feels as if you are moving backward, it feels as though you are walking in mud. Even your planet feels this heaviness and her momentum is slowed down just a fraction of a minute. Your bodies feel heavier as you move into your center, into your fulcrum, and into a purer form.  From that point of pureness you will expand.  After the next level of expansion, there will be a grand conjunction and contraction. 

The balloon of life cannot be blown up anymore then it is without popping at the seems.  As you contract, you will let go of weight, you will let go of waiting, you will let go of the need for material, and you will let go of fears.  In the expansion you wanted everything. In the contraction, thoughts are fine-lined, expectations are thicker, knowledge is deeper, and remembrance is clearer.  

We cannot say how long this contraction will effort itself.  Imagine a Universe that is so vast that you cannot comprehend the edge of it.  Now think about a Universe where the edge is coming closer to you.  Finally you can reach out and see all that once was. Everything comes back to its true-ness of being, to its original form, to an undiluted aspect of itself. 

People will truly see one another for who they are.  For they will truly see their own reflection in a mirror image that is transformed and transfigured to show the real you.  Image if every mirror in your world reflected the real luminance beautiful you. The mirror would reflect a true luminescent being that could transform and transfigure itself with a thought, a word, with a knowing.

That, my children of light, is what is about to happen. The reflections of the light in the mirrors, in the windows, and mirroring devises of your world will show the true-light of your being.  You will see the cellular structure of your being change from day to day.  Your skin, your hair, your expectations are continually being transformed and fine-lined.   

There is a time lapse between thought and when the message reaches the body.  The body runs on programs from the past - it holds the instructions that you gave it years ago.  The time- space sequence in-between thought and receiving is shortening.  Your body will listen to the instructions of the higher mind as you come into more awareness of this contractual agreement that you have..  Your body will not be picture perfect, but it will be what suits you're thinking, what suits your needs.  You will be pleased with what you have sculpted.  For sculpting describes in completeness what happens as intentions of the mind are manifested with clarity and are received by the body with no lagging time in-between.   

And that, my children, will make your life much easier. You will become purified and fine-lined like a beautiful sculpture upon a lawn defining and re-defining your lines of light.  We are the Council One. We are here to help you excavate and examine what in truth your humanness is comprised of.  As humans, you do not understand all of your biological structures.  You can super-impose a Language of Light upon your biology and instruct it into the outcomes that you so desire.  The outcomes of cleansing and purifying on a daily basis the outcomes of cleansing all etheric bodies of emotional debris the outcome of asking the aging process to release its hold upon the biological body and take its place a youthing contract with the body.   

You are initiating into your world, into your thinking, and into your bodies - ascension. Ascension comes in many layers many flavors many colors many sounds, and many feelings.  Receive each one on a daily basis.  Ask to be shown how to prepare your body, mind, and spirit to embrace Ascension as God knows it.  Humanly - Ascension expectations are low.  Ask to be divinely instructed into Ascension patterns of thinking, into Ascension patterns of loving, into Ascension patterns of healing, and into Ascension patterns of manifestation. 

Everything shifts for you as you 'contract into expansion'.  We know that is an oxymoron - but in reality explains what you are doing.  You are contracting into expansion and into Ascension.  It is not something you do.  It is something you are.  That is where the difference in thinking begins.  It is not something that happens to you - it is something you are.  It is your birthright.  It is your destiny. At this time we will leave you with these patterns of thinking and these patterns of understanding.  Each of you has taken giant steps into evolutionary understandings of your journey.  Do not focus on your war, your famine, your hate, your fear, and your disease. Focus only on love and grace and peace and joy.  And then it shall be yours.  We leave you with your light more beautiful then when we entered.   

Es un hecho seguro que nosotros somos las estrellas del espectáculo. Toda la atención y las luces están sobre nosotros, mientras progresamos en este proceso de ascensión. Hay mucha ayuda y apoyo a bordo, aun cuando a veces no podamos verlo ni sentirlo. Esto se debe a que estamos en la línea del frente. Estamos en donde está la acción. Por eso, algunas veces los árboles no nos dejan ver el bosque.

 

Una vez dicho esto, hay un pequeño secreto. Nuestros guías de ascensión realmente son sólo aspectos de mayor vibración de nosotros mismos. Cuando finalmente me senté y leí atentamente la energía de mi guía de ascensión, recordé verdaderamente quién era yo. YO ERA ESTE GRANDIOSO, ANTIGUO Y MAGNÍFICO SER. Fue toda una revelación para mí. Y mientras conectaba los puntos, pude ver claramente que este ser había estado ahí para mí todo el tiempo. Él (eso) había estado al pie de mi cama en el año 2000, diciéndome que algo que me cambiaría para siempre estaba a punto de ocurrir. Había estado junto a mi cama de hospital después de que me destrocé la pierna. Había estado ahí cuando estuve gimoteando sin cesar durante mi proceso de ascensión, y ahora está aquí como un verdadero y buen amigo que continúa conectándome con los reinos superiores a través de él mismo. Estos seres introducen las energías superiores. Podemos conectar mucho más alto cuando empezamos a vibrar mucho más alto. Es entonces que estamos con ellos más regularmente. Ya sea un pasaje en un libro, una frase de una conversación con un amigo, o tal vez algo en la televisión, puedes pedir que se te dé un mensaje.

 

Pedir una señal es una buena manera de validar algo si no tienes mucha habilidad psíquica, o incluso si la tienes y sólo estás muy estresado y no puedes conectar muy bien en ese momento. Una vez, justo antes de que mi proceso de ascensión comenzara verdaderamente, yo necesitaba un trabajo. Estaba recibiendo descargas de información que se ajustaban con no “trabajar” más, pero yo todavía no estaba ahí del todo. Fui contratada como directora de United Way. Yo realmente ya no quería hacer ese tipo de cosas… Lo había estado haciendo por siempre. Así que renuncié después de un día. Vaya que parecía una veleta, ¡pero quería permanecer en alineación! Después de esto, yo no confiaba mucho en mi juicio. Sin embargo, pensé las cosas un poco, y decidí que realmente me encantaría ser escritora de solicitudes de subvención… esto encajaba con mucho acerca de mí. Pero tenía miedo de ir nuevamente por el camino equivocado, así que pedí una señal. Pero hay otro pequeño secreto. Realmente no hay nadie decidiendo nuestro camino por nosotros ni diciéndonos lo que debemos o no debemos hacer. Yo recibí la confirmación como escritora de solicitudes de subvención porque yo misma la creé. Estaba mucho más en alineación con eso que con cualquier otra cosa. Nosotros somos quienes hacemos correcto el camino… nosotros somos los poderosos creadores. Cuando pedimos una señal, tal como nuestros guías de ascensión, somos realmente nosotros quienes damos la señal. Sólo que todavía no confiamos en nuestro propio juicio y nos gusta colocar el poder fuera de nosotros mismos porque pensamos que algo ahí afuera sabe más que nosotros. Somos mejores creadores que lo que creemos. Ceder nuestro poder a algo más, nos saca de en medio, ¡lo que es una alineación energética perfecta para crear! Si has elegido esta página, sabe que no estás solo. Cada uno de nosotros tenemos un guía de ascensión amoroso y protector a nuestro lado que está monitoreando nuestro progreso a cada momento. I spent the first month and a half of my summer vacation doing little other than resting and relaxing. I thought I would embark on a project to make myself feel like I accomplished something this summer. I have a big bin of photos that I've been meaning to sort and place in albums for years now. Every time I even consider embarking on such a feat I get weary at just the thought of it. I decided now is the time to delve in and just do it! The hundreds and hundreds of photos were thrown in without little to no order. The pictures spanned my childhood, the upbringing of my son, my family, pets, marriage, friends and my son's family from my ex-husband.

A few years ago someone told me that if you left photos in the old albums the acid would eat away at the photos, so in a panic I started ripping the photos out of the album and tossed them into a plastic bin without any forethought, rhyme or reason.

As I sat there sorting the photos into categories I wondered why it never occurred to me to put them in envelopes based on events rather than being so haphazard. I realized it was a reflection of where I was at the time. I had been in a very scattered state of being. I wasn't paying attention to what I was doing.

I had to forgive myself for not living up to my present set of expectations. The photos of my family and friends and the memories that they elicit are so precious to me. I wanted to take the time in this moment to honor their significance and pay homage to my past. Perhaps I haven't been conscious and aware at all times in my life, and things got jumbled and tossed aside, but I've been given the opportunity at this time to set things in order so I took it. Symbolically and metaphorically, this does not go unnoticed by me.

I spent a few hours a day sorting the photos, placing them in individual albums and reflecting on the past. I must admit it brought up a great deal of emotions and feelings. I relived some very happy moments in my life. I also re-experienced the pain of seeing my failed marriage, relationships that didn't work out, friends that I missed, family members where there are rifts in the relationship. I know that it is all part of the process of life; the good and the bad. I felt melancholy seeing smiling faces, filled with hope and expectation, knowing things weren't going to necessarily turn out the way they suspected. If only I could forewarn and prepare them for what was to come!

I felt nostalgic seeing those that I cared for who were now long gone from my life. I reassured my past self that one day I would reunite with some. I told my future self that miracles do happen.

It occurred to me that we are the memory keepers. We are recording the imprints of our life. We have the power to change it. We cannot alter the past, nor do we know what the future holds, however, we don't have to hold onto the energy of our life story in our energetic bodies. By releasing the past we can move forward in our lives and not be burdened by our story. We have the power to create new imprints and experiences through the healing and letting go process.

I realized that around the time that I took these photos out of the albums to preserve them and tossed them into this big plastic bin that my life was in a tremendous state of upheaval with great bursts of spiritual growth and healing. In an unconscious way, I uprooted all the memories, both the good and the bad, and I placed them in safekeeping. I allowed myself to work through my issues, let go of the past, release belief systems that were imposed upon me and weren't working in my life, and heal the child within. I have spent these past years setting my house in order.

This past year was really looking at my core issues, finding ways of doing things that brought peace, order and happiness into my life, and discard co-dependent behaviors. It has indeed been a huge undertaking and process, but one that is definitely worth the effort. I feel this is what is happening for many (if not most) of us at this time.

On an unconscious level I was ready to reflect on my past, set things in order, reminisce, and then close the chapter (photo albums) so that I could be ready to move on to a new chapter. It's interesting to note that in the spiritual healing process many of my old memories have been either wiped out or neutralized. I was able to be the witness self to the events rather than the participant.

I reflected on how many people that I deeply care for came and went from my life. I felt the pain of losing loved ones to death and/or the ending of a relationship. I saw the amount of loss I have dealt with in my life. I was able to feel compassion and kindness for myself, which lead to a deeper understanding of what shaped me in becoming who I am today.

The premise behind writing Notes to Myself was that I thought it would be great if I could share with my younger self all the wisdom and knowledge I had acquired. I wanted to time travel to assist myself on the journey of life. Looking at the pictures I wish I could lend comfort or advice to myself at various stages, knowing that many things wouldn't play out as I was expecting.

What has occurred to me is that all we can do is be open to all the wonderful possibilities that life has to offer us. We don't necessarily know what is in our best interest all the time. Things that we really want aren't available to us, opportunities we aren't keenly aware of or interested in are given to us. If we can stay alert and conscious in the present moment we can navigate through the potentials to arrive at a place that will bring us contentment and happiness.

There are many upheavals that are occurring in our world. Some which affect us deeply and some that affects us indirectly. Either way, as we tend to set our own lives in order, we will not be set off kilter by the tumultuous occurrences happening around us. Everything that is going on is bringing us into a deeper state of awareness. We are striving for self-mastery and ownership over our own lives. The more in balance we are mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually, the better prepared we will be when opportunities present themselves. Furthermore, the more in alignment we are, the less chances the chaos the world is experiencing will set us off course.

Life is a snapshot. A series of snapshots. We are meant to live in the moment. Treasure our loved ones. I know we tell them, "I love you" but take it one step further and really "see" (witness) them for who they are. Really be with the ones you love and care about in the moment, because really, all we have is now.

Prayer

Dear God,

I treasure this moment. I realize how fragile life can be. Please show me how to really be with the ones I love and care about. I have the tendency to get distracted and caught up in meaningless things. Help me focus on what really matters to me. Show me how to see not only with my eyes, but also with my heart. I allow myself to be vulnerable.

I open my heart to greater depths of experiencing love.

And so it is.

Are you still alive? Maybe not willingly...but alive nonetheless? ...All things considered, if you still have a pulse, give yourself a tremendous pat on the back because you just survived what I consider to be the mother load of all transitions.

For the first time ever on this journey, I actually had a passing thought that we might not make it home after all. It wasn't a lasting thought, but it was a thought... and after all the hard work and the agonizing slow death of our past lives, I was SERIOUSLY in a bad way and needing answers.

Barely able to hang on a second longer, I had to call on the big guns to find out what... in God's holy name... happened to us, and more importantly WHY?!... this is what I learned from Metatron:

Just prior to, during and following the longest solar eclipse of the 21st century, there was a massive energetic centrifuge of divine love that was built and held around many of the old patriarchal planetary structures that have been gradually dismantling.

This centrifuge acted as an energetic separation container, a protective armor for the falling reality systems of masculine imbalance to prevent any unecessary damage to the human psyche during this very powerful event.

Because so much energy was required to sustain this electromagnetic force field, the help and willing participation of wayshowers across the planet was summonsed for July 22nd and to assist in the divine plan. This soul-level participation enabled the activation of copious amounts of love though the divine feminine to hold the space for, and to counterbalance a massive masculine heart-opening.

This was successfully achieved by many selfless anchors who held the light of sacred love within their hearts, minds and bodies as we collectively made this dangerous transition through the most powerful of an astonishing six eclipses this year!

As a result, those starseeds/lightworkers who participated felt and are still feeling the physical, mental and emotional ramifications of such a monumental act of love as the outworn and imbalanced paradigm gracefully, yet pertintently perishes under our new sun.

Holy Heart Openings

The sacred centrifuge that was being held in place by many of us over the last several days served to protect humanity and the earth from unnecessary catastrophe and strife while the solar eclipse built up the momentum necessary to blast open the male heart-center.

Apparently, and as I understand it, this centrifuge was created to filter the separation of the largely imbalanced plexus-centered masculine energies of sexual corruption, greed, anger, rage and power-over others, from the divinely balanced heart-centered masculine energies of grounded empowerment, organized structure, supportive co-creation and the leadership regulation necessary to balance the free-flowing energy of the divine feminine.

These two potent forces collided and merged through an absolute act of divine grace which will enable the balance of both male and female energies to run concordantly through the human body.

For those who participated in this extraordinary event, you may have experienced some of the physical & emotional discomfort asscoiated with the solar plexus and heart clearings....

Mentally you may have noticed a need to use extra discipline in keeping your thoughts centered and clear.

Emotionally, this may have accounted for any volatile feelings of EXTREME irritibility, rage, anger, anxiety, or sudden short fuses. At worst, you may have had to talk yourself off the ledge.

Physically this clearing manifested in many uncomftable ways, however, the most unique to the solar plexus and heart openings seemed to come in the form of odd soreness in the abdomen muscles/solar plexus area (kind of like you did too many sit-ups or crunches), relentless heartburn/indigestion-turned-nausea, heart flutters/palpitations/skipped beats, middle/upper back pain...directly behind the heart, between the shoulder blades (kind of like you've been stabbed in the back but forgot to remove the knife). Also because the heart area (chakra) also governs the lungs & breasts you may have experienced bronchial clearings and/or unusual sensitivity/soreness/swelling in the breasts if your a female. (kind of like PMS on steroids)

The rapid cellular detoxification caused by these intense clearings can also surface on the skin in the form of rashes and/or itching especially on the torso. (kind of like eczema meets heat rash) A clearing of this magnitude can push physical toxins out of the body faster than our organs can process, so skin eruptions are common.

In addition to those specialty issues, there was also an assortment of the usual symptoms experienced from a major energetic shift/download: sinus congestion, sore throat, stiff neck, body aches, lower back pain/stiffness, lower intestinal clearings, sudden bouts of vertigo, seasonal allergy-like symptoms, deep fatigue, restlessness, insomnia/deep-sleeps, weird dreams, food cravings (protein), bloating, weight gain/loss, aching/stiff joints, etc.

"This excess of masculine energy that is being transmuted through the willing lives and bodies of wayshowers is very potent and it is only those warrior beings who embody high levels of love and light who have the ability and experience to properly clear these morphonegenetic fields . In other words, this is their area of expertise." -Metatron

This unbelievable task laid the foundation for balanced divine human creation and is enabling centuries of patriarchal imbalance and westernized dominance to take its rightful place in support of the divine feminine.

The Creepy Stillness

An eclipse always seems to stop time, energy, and movement... but this eclipse was beyond that and could definitely be felt during the 3 day energetic window (and still to some degree) around the July 22nd event. Some of us were being quarantined for protection, some souls departed, and even more souls landed in what I call the cosmic way station...not entirely here or there, but in a safe in-between place to choose. These are alternative reality structures apparently created as a fall back plan for those souls who couldn't make the complete jump.

If you were one of the lucky few who were able to maintain an upright position through the transition, you may have noticed this "quaratined" stillness through apathy or disconnect while walking around in a daze and wondering what to do with yourself and life. This was also apparent in financial stagnation, blocked communication with others... even the wind seemed still.

But this period of stillness acted as a sacred severing of the past to enable us to freely move forward into the new and true. In retrospect, I now believe that the "radical alterations to earth's holographic reality structures" that Metatron referred to in the last transmission was actually a reference to this whole transition...a kind of preemptive spirit-booster to carry us straight through hell.

"The magnificence of this extraordinary event (July 22nd solar eclipse) seals your creative ability to take conscious control of your destiny, to monitor and align with the christed energies that are beginning to flow unobstructed through your bodies and into the earth's core for the unscripted creation of a new earth." -Metatron

What Next?

I am hearing that the upcoming lunar eclipse on the sixth of August will offer closure for past miscreations as well as to initiate our new beginnings based on the now-anchored foundation for the future of earth... meaning these new beginnings will not be based solely in individual desire, but in the shared desire of the highest good for all.

And ass-uming that this may have actually been the last battle for the experienced, yet weary warriors, it is apparently because of this minacle eclipse sandwhich that our roles can now finally be replaced by the next wave of awakening souls. In fact, all divine roles of wayshowers everhwere will be shifting in the month of August and the war decorations for the first infantry division will finally be the freedom of will and the expression of absolute soul integrity in form.

"Those well on the path to cocreating with the Source of Oneness will be catapulted into their rightful place and position to lead the next brigade into unity, however, those still steeped deeply in separation concsiousnes will be prestented with the next level challenge of choosing through polar extremes." -Metatron

I am also being told that there will be physical & financial clearings and miraculous healings coming in the next month... "Those who have major illnesses may be suddenly catapulted to a level of wellness, and those who have been using their bodies and lives as divining rods for the last several years will be brought to a state of balance and perfection." -Metatron

Post lunar eclipse

Following the August eclipse I am being shown changes of great depth as each of us alings with our true state of harmonic resonance. This resonant vibration will account for the many miracles and divine synchronicites that will fulfill the lives of all who valinatly participated in this noble venture and journey into oneness.

And keep in mind that although many soul groups (not all) have been responsible for much of the planetary grid clearing while connected to the 3d dimensional hologram since 2000/2001, this was just part of our J O B and once we are freed from these reality structures through completion of our soul contracts, we will no longer be fettered by these celestial events and astrological happenings. In other words, we will be residing in a vibration that is no longer "bound by the governance of earthly (karmic) law"...as Metatron put it.

So until we integrate the energies from the next lunar eclipse, be sure to take a much-needed rest to restore your biology and be super nurturing to your self (sleep when needed, drink lots of pure water, take walks in nature, soak your bones in sea salt baths, etc). Remember too that the as the heart center adjusts to these new frequencies it will require extra care...it is important to refrain from straining the heart through vigorous exercise/stress/or any kind of overzealous activity at this time.

Very soon we will be able to exhale, retire, quite our J O B's and LIVE as we had intended for so long. Our creativity, joy, passion and forward movement will return once again and we will be permanently and firmly anchored in our new and true home.

A very new plan is in the process of being put into place, and it is a much needed plan indeed.

Those who have been diligently going through the ascension process, letting go of so much, purging and releasing all these years, and transmuting so much of the darker energies for the planet, have now been “sequestered,” while we wait for a new energetic space to be prepared…and this is a space that has to be created with very new circumstances.

We have come far, let go of nearly everything, prepared ourselves for a very new reality with a very new life, and yet others below and far below us on the rungs of the ascension ladder have not “come up” as was perhaps very possible.

For the past several days or even weeks, this new plan has been in the process of being considered, and it wasn’t but a few hours after posting the last WINGS message that it soon became a sure thing. For those who were very ready indeed for their new beginning, it was decided by the powers that be (who are, in actuality, our very own souls as we are the ones creating and experiencing this process ourselves), that the time was now up. No more waiting for others to get on board, no more gathering as many of the lower vibrating energies as possible to assist them and prepare them for the “trip,” and no more responsibility for the role of raising the vibration of the entire planet. That job is very much over.

We are indeed done. VERY DONE.

So then, there then existed a group of souls who had left all their baggage behind, who had been waiting at the gate for what seemed an eternity, and these souls needed a place to be, a place to come home to, but most importantly, even though this place had already been created, a new dimensional hierarchy,so to speak, needed to now be put into place. These souls needed to be taken care of and placed in their new heaven on earth.

This means that there will now be a massive chasm or gap between our new rung on the ascension ladder, and the rungs below us. We could wait no longer, as we had already added a good year or two to the plan, graciously and lovingly allowing as many souls as possible to be on board, and any more waiting is no longer possible.

The sequestering phase is an interesting one, I must say. For me, I experienced an entire harem of my star family in the non-physical, hanging in my space for several days, basically removing me from any outside experiences, influences, or interaction. I had been airlifted off the planet (while still being here, of course), as a very distinct ending had occurred. And a huge ending it was. Our entire experience thus far on this planet since our birth this time around, has now been very much completed. It is very over indeed. We have been decidedly removed from what is now occurring with the remainder of the planet (for more information about was is occurring on the lower rungs, kindly access the previous WINGS post for July 23.)

So even though there was a massive upheaval and disruption on the lower rungs of the ascension ladder, due to the solstice energy, many of the souls residing there had too far to go to catch up. I have never seen such an amazing sight during this time in regard to assistance from the higher vibrating non-physical arena. Many souls departed, and others went through acute challenges. There were angels and beings everywhere, assisting these souls in their process. Every nook and cranny was filled with assistance in the most loving and dedicated ways as I have never seen before, for these souls on the lower rungs. In the past few days, things have settled down and re-aligned some for those who experienced great upheavals and physical health challenges, but their new space is still not where it was originally intended. The challenge was far too great and much too uncomfortable for these souls, and thus, the new plan was created.

Up until this point, the fore-runners had been letting go and preparing in small steps so as to experience this transition with more ease, and now the door is completely shut with all things from the old reality and old world completely severed. Being “removed” from the planet, taken home again (or really just placed in an energetic holding cell) was a dramatic and surreal experience for me. I am sure that many of you have felt the same, but in your own ways, and with your own specific feelings and knowingness.

We have been placed in this holding cell, with this sequestering, because the new energetic “layout” of the hierarchies is currently being put into place and being re-created. It has to be re-created because the plan changed. So then, there is now a very new plan being put into form, and this is taking a short while. And again, know that we are, as always, at our soul levels, at the helm of this very new and needed plan. We needed to move forward, if even without many of our brothers and sisters who are following behind.

Some manifestations? Electronics may act strangely (but I suppose that happens a lot anyway for many of us!). I cannot get a good reception on my cell or land line phones. The person on the other end simply disappears for short periods of time and then returns. Batteries may go dead after short periods of time. We may suddenly feel as though we have been given some “time off” for a very needed vacation, or perhaps that we are being asked to “wait” or find something to do for a brief period, as we have been removed from everything for awhile (I realize that many of you have been having this experience already for some time now, but this is a bit different.)

We may experience unusual feelings of being safe, protected, and with a great sense of calm… that we know at some level that we are being watched over and that everything is going to be perfectly fine very soon. We may feel that things are being done for us, that someone or something is working diligently on something on our behalf, and that all we need do is to wait.

We may feel that our responsibilities are very over...these old roles of raising the vibration of the planet…and thus, we may feel that we now get to retire and have a much needed break. We may feel far away from many others, and that we are going somewhere where they are not. This feeling can at times create a bit of a panic, but know as well, that we can always remain connected to those whom we love, as love is a high vibration that always serves to connect everything.

We may feel very alone, and that those seemingly entering our space are not aware of what we are aware of, that they are very lost, and even child-like in their energy. We may have absolutely nothing arriving for us now, but at the same time, have a simple thought and something can appear.

We may feel that it is time to simply walk away from any prior responsibilities we may have not yet been released from, as they have been holding on for far too long and we no longer have a modicum of connection left to them. We may continue to be “kicked out” from anything in the old world. We may be asked to stay away, causing some confusion at times, but as always, we are being placed right where we need to be. We can no longer be in those energies as we no longer live there. Hanging out there will make us feel like invisible ghosts, most assuredly.

There is a big division occurring now, and when things have completed their process of being put into place once again, there will be a group of souls at one end of the spectrum, far removed from the masses. The chasm will be much greater than was planned. And these souls will oh so naturally begin connecting to each other and begin creating a very new reality indeed. It will be a smaller group than was expected, and there will be new “rules” associated with these new changes…new rules in regard to what and who we will now interact with and how.

We do not need to do anything now but wait for this new hierarchy to be set up and created. During this time, it will be very quiet. Things will slow down for everyone, not just those at the top rung.  A massive re-calibration is going into effect. Everything had to stop in order to be re-set once again. In this way, much of anything entering our spaces is comprised of things that are lost, dis-connected, or simply flying around in confusion, and usually, vibrating fairly low or far below us.

Because of this fact, it is important that we do not attempt to create anything new right now, as we would only attract or have these confused energies, come into our “stopped” and temporary reality.

We are now being asked to enjoy ourselves for a while, if we can. To take a vacation, let go, explore, have fun, and simply be in the moment with those we love and with things we had not had time to engage in before. Our car is at the repair shop being fixed up, and we have been asked to read a magazine, go for a walk, or work on a creative project until it comes out of the shop and we can then move forward once again.

So even though we may have been moving forward in some ways for a little while, or felt that we were now right where we needed to be, there has been a change of plans, and this change needs to be firmly put into place before we can resume once again.

And when things resume within this new hierarchy and grid, we will finally find ourselves within a very new reality…even though the process had more twists and turns than we might have expected!

Over the last few months, many men and women have expressed to me a loss of passion; a deep tiredness and desire to "Let my life be over." These people are all very involved in their spiritual practice and their commitment to fulfill their purpose, yet they were ready to simply stop. What is going on? These are strong, certain people, using their tools, actively and successfully contributing to humanity in unique ways and involved in daily personal-development work.

Many of the mentors, leaders and teachers ("Spiritual Warriors" or "LightWorkers" some call themselves) are tiring of their work. The creative juice and passion that once raced through their veins and kept them moving is no longer there. Their work is wearing them down and many are ready to quit. Something is out of alignment here. If we are truly doing our work, happily on our path, we would be filled with energy, passion, light and enthusiasm. Right?

What is your job anyway?
As this Great Shift into higher awareness occurs, you must distinguish between what is your job and what isn't. By diving head-first into this 3D game you have volunteered to contribute a very unique, specialized piece of the puzzle. The puzzle is called Adding to All-That-Is. Please notice the difference between "one piece of the puzzle" vs taking on the entire puzzle. The latter is a huge job; the former a bit more do-able. The heart surgen has a very specialized talent and doesn't even consider opening a general practice. A successful plumber recognizes her art and doesn't also try to become an electrician.

Unlike the specialized surgeoun, however, many of us have been taking it ALL on. Whatever and whomever crosses our path, we engage with it - in the spirit of contribution and helping others. Your enthusiasm, your passion and drive to contribute have opened a door through which all people in need are passing and standing before you to be healed and helped. Perhaps your job entails just one area of focus, not everything you are asked to do. Perhaps also - you can say "no thank you" now and again.  All of these broken, lost and wanting spirits are not a match to you. Every person and every issue isn't your job to help. It isn't possible to do It-All and remain happy and healthy and connected to Creator. None of us can do It-All and stay aligned with who we truly are. You came into 3D to contribute within only a very specific bandwidth. Within that bandwidth lies your purpose, your passion and your well being. Identifying and serving within that bandwidth is your job. That is your only job. 


Your bandwidth is one radio station playing clearly the music you love. Not all of the stations. Sure - two dozen stations broadcast to your home, but there is only one that is in true alignment with who you are. Maybe two. The jazz station and NPR. Not the Latino station or country or the hits from the 70's, Not Frank Sinatra or Christian broadcasting. Just jazz and NPR. The rest is noise. Perhaps you enjoyed those stations at one point, but now it is noisy. And that noise is wearing many people down because they are trying to tune into all the stations, all the time, all at once.

When you identify and focus only upon what pleases YOU, you will be happy and available to contribute your very best to the people and tasks within your bandwidth - allowing all the others to tune into a radio station that better matches their energy.

A Tool to Discern Your Bandwidth:

Imagine a gauge (0-100) and ask yourself these questions as new and current projects and people step into your life. If the number that pops up isn't higher than 90, consider stepping away from it and therefore allowing more of what IS in alignment to enter your life. Just let the number pop up - no analyzing allowed.

1.  How much fun is this project/person?
2.  How good does this make me feeeeel in my body?
3.  How aligned is this to my personal bandwidth, really? 


As you play with this tool, know that even if the person or project scores high today - that doesn't mean you must keep it in your life forever. These are most important times of Shift and transition. What is true today may not be true tomorrow. Allow yourself and your passion to evolve. You are big, not small. You are significant, not insignificant. You have a very important piece to play as the healer, teacher, leader you came here to be. BE who you came here to be.

Beloved masters, the great drama of the present era is swiftly coming to a close. Every soul on Earth is in the midst of a major transformation process regardless of whether they are aware of it or not. The precious souls who are still stuck in the limitations of the third- and fourth-dimensional illusion are having a difficult time maintaining the status quo. Those who are caught up in a poverty-consciousness reality find that it is more difficult than ever to create abundance; and for many, even their limited source of income has diminished or disappeared. Relationships are suffering as ego-driven conflicts become more intense and frequent. Self-doubt and dissatisfaction with life are rampant as the Light of Creation bombards the mass consciousness belief paradigm of fear, bigotry, greed, judgment, limitation and lack of confidence or a distorted sense of self-worth.

As your old world fades away into the past, your new reality keeps expanding, for it includes a greater awareness of the workings of the universe, an elaborate sense of who you have been in the past and a vision of the vast potential for the future. Those of you who are firmly on the path of ascension are being asked to examine any residual negative thought forms of the past as well as any impacted energy that is keeping you from incorporating the maximum amount of Creator Light. Ascension is an ever-unfolding process of refinement and expansion. You observe, discern, release or absorb, integrate, and then radiate the vibrational patterns of the higher concepts and truths that have been made available to you. With each higher energy infusion, your Energetic Signature is modified and fine-tuned so that you are projecting out into your force-field and the world the refined frequencies of Light that you have claimed as your own.

Beloveds, you are aware that there are monumental changes occurring within you and all around you. You are being giving many opportunities and challenges to realign yourself with your fifth-dimensional Self. Yes, you have at least one fragment /God Spark and most likely multiple Sparks of your God Self in each of the many dimensions and sub-dimensions. When you fragmented into smaller and smaller sparks of your Divine Self and went forth to fulfill the command from our Father / Mother God, a universal design was created so that you would have a pathway back into the rarified realms of this universe. Pyramids of Light or way-stations were placed throughout the universe in every level of creation. We have spoken of the Pyramids of Light for several years now; however, many of you still do not understand how important they are in the process of ascension.

We have asked you to visit often the World Pyramid of Light in the higher fifth dimension and to share your Creator Love/Light with the world and humanity. It is a most wondrous gift to state your intention by saying, "I ask for the greatest good for the Earth, humanity and all Creation", as you breathe in the gift of life, Adamantine Particles, activate them with your unconditional love and breathe them forth via the Infinity Breath out into the world. You must always take what you require first and share the balance with others if you wish to establish a never-ending supply of Creator energy flowing into and from you. By doing so you truly will become a pillar and a sentinel of Light. When you visit your work or personal pyramid, it speeds up the process of manifesting your visions, helps you to quickly resolve imbalanced issues and to release or rectify outmoded agreements with others.

However, one of the greatest benefits is that each time you return from a visit to your fifth-dimensional Pyramids of Light you will bring down a portion of fifth-dimensional frequencies with you into your earthly surroundings. You are becoming acclimated to a fifth-dimensional environment, beloveds.

We have spoken often of your Adam/Eve Kadmon Light Body, the perfect Light Body (human blueprint), which was created by our Father/Mother God and the Elohim in the Great Central Sun of this universe. Our Father/Mother God's Divine plan for this universe contains a never-ending variety of forms and expression, and the Kadmon Light Body is the essence of your Spirit Form which is your natural state of Being. Your God Self consists of pure God Light in a multitude of vibrant colors, geometric shapes and sound frequencies. Your spiritual nature is attuned to the rhythm and vibrational patterns of the highest level of God Consciousness in this universe. Before your journey out into the worlds of form, you were in perfect harmony with the universal laws and the will of our Father/Mother God. You could have chosen to follow the path of the Angelic or other kingdoms; however, as curious and eager souls, you chose the path of Creation and thus began your adventures into the unknown. Have we not called you brave and bold souls who answered the clarion call to journey forth into the void as members of our Legions of Light?

Your human nature has developed over time, for it has been greatly influenced by your tremendous variety of life experiences and by those around you. Your human nature should be in a constant state of change as you grow in experience and wisdom; however, many dear Souls become rigid and structured in their beliefs and, therefore, their human nature stagnates and they become close-minded. Many times the human nature becomes imbalanced as a Soul defers various lessons or experiences; such as incarnating in a female or a male body most of the time, until the time comes when they must choose the vessel in which they are the least comfortable in order to attempt to attain mental/emotional balance and also a balance in masculine and feminine traits. There can be an over- emphasis on mental abilities as well as an overactive emotional nature. These imbalanced traits have caused much of the pain and suffering in the world today because so many misguided souls have denied an intrinsic part of themselves.

Just because you are in Spirit form does not mean that you will always make the wisest decisions. Remember, you can only return to the dimensional level with which your Soul song is in harmony and attuned to. Upon leaving the earthly plane, you do not automatically become a wise Soul who knows what is best. That is why you have guides, teachers and a council who help you decide your path and what your next earthly, galactic or universal experience will be. Even in the heavenly realms you do not always take the advice given to you, thereby making the best choices.

In each incarnation you are given an opportunity to awaken to your Soul-Self. If you listen to the nudgings of Spirit, first comes the battle between the ego and the Soul-Self. This can be the longest trial, depending on how much energy you have allotted to the ego down through the ages, and how willing you are to patiently work through the process of healing and clearing past negative thought patterns. These damaging thought patterns infiltrate the mental and emotional bodies and begin to distort the auric field until, ultimately, a prison of negativity is formed around the physical body which can create a living hell. You do not have to change places to experience heaven or hell. You can experience either reality by raising or lowering your vibrational patterns.

Beloveds, you are in the midst of the most dramatic process of evolution/ascension that humanity has ever experienced. This process is affecting the entire universe; however, we are committed to assisting you to take advantage of this wondrous opportunity to return to your true State of Being, your Authentic Self, as a beloved Emissary of our Father/Mother God.

In our last message to you entitled OPENING THE SEVEN SEALS OF GOD-CONSCIOUSNESS, the SOUL STAR CHAKRA was mentioned. It has come to our attention that many of you are not familiar with the Soul Star Chakra; therefore, we will give you an explanation so that you will understand the importance of this facet of your physical vessel chakra system.

Eight Chakra - Soul Star

As you bring your chakra centers into balance (the seven major energy centers in the physical body), you develop what is called your Solar Power Center which consists of the heart/Soul/thymus gland and throat. You have an etheric Sacred Heart that resides in the center of the body at about the same level as the physical heart, but more to the back of the body, closer to the spinal column. Your Soul resides within the Sacred Heart along with your Diamond Core God Cell. After the "fall" in consciousness, much of the Essence of your Soul withdrew from the body into what has been termed the SOUL STAR, six to eight inches above the head. When you began to awaken and strive to lift your consciousness once more, you had what is called a "Soul merge", whereby the Essence of the Soul gradually descends into the Sacred Heart center and takes up residency within the physical vessel once more. This is the beginning of the awakening /ascension process. The Eighth Chakra is the gateway to the higher dimensions. As the seven major chakras begin to spin in harmony, the Sacred Fire (Adamantine Particles) flows up the etheric column (often called the Rod of Power), which connects the chakra system to the Soul Star. This allows the gradual reunification between the multiple facets of the Oversoul with the human physical vessel. The Soul Star is actually a star tetrahedron which regulates the inflow of Creator Light into the human body.

Dear hearts, it is time for you, as ascending spiritual/human Beings to always endeavor to make the highest choices. Be an observer but not a participant of the multiple dramas that are occurring daily in your world. One of the most damaging habits that you must diligently strive to rectify is judgment of others. You are to make your choices after thoughtful deliberation and then claim the truth that is revealed to you. You must then live that truth to the best of your ability. Most everyone will have some preferences or make some choices that do not agree with your beliefs, and this is as it should be. We have told you that there are many levels of truth and many paths that lead to the same destination. A master does not judge, but quietly lives his/her truth while allowing all others to do the same. This does not mean that you are not to set boundaries or state your preferences when the need arises; however, it does mean that you walk the middle path with Spirit as your guide and love as your overlay. By doing so, you will radiate peace and harmony and you will shine your Light wherever you go. We of the realms of Light are most pleased with your progress. Join us in the World Pyramid of Light and we will convey a special blessing to you from our Father/Mother God. I am with you always.

Greetings and Salutations My Beautiful Beings Of Light. Welcome to the monthly message. It is always so wonderful to see each one of you click on the latest message to read.

The frequencies and vibrations are going up and along with that of course the stress on those that are below those frequencies and vibrations are intensified. The day will dawn My Beloveds that there will be no one below the Vibrational waves. That day will come, but it is a little ways off in the distance. Begin to visualize that moment My Beautiful Beings of Grace so that it will start to manifest out in the etheric ethers.

The Creator has gifted you with your own etheric Yellow Room. Close your eyes and see it in your spiritual mind's eye. Make your image of this room anyway that is perfect for you. The walls are yellow. A beautiful soft warming yellow. This room is your symbol of hope and the dawning of peace. This Yellow Room  is within your own inner crystal palace that houses all that you are My Beloveds.

Sitting in this room will feel like a giant cyber hug from The Creator. It is filled with Love like no other. It is filled with Hope like no other. This is the place to come when you feel defeated for the day. When you feel at your lowest points go into the Yellow Room to re-energize. If you just need a quick lift go into the Yellow Room.

Everyone needs a safe place and this is yours My Beloveds. The windows of this Yellow Room look out onto a golden meadow that is in total harmony and peace with All The Universe. Come in, sit a while and center on your own serenity.

There is a comfortable old chair with the softest of covers that just invites you to stay for a while and relax. Sit in that chair, it feels so good to relax. It feels so good to be in harmony and balance with ALL THAT IS.

Invite in your Angels and Guides and enjoy their company as you sit and unwind from the rigors of the day.

Allow this Messenger to take you on a mediation journey.

Find a quiet spot where you will not be disturbed for a while. You may either sit or lie down which ever is more comfortable for you. Cover your physical self with a light blanket if you chill easily. You want no distractions during your meditations so always make sure the physical vessel is comfortable.

If it helps you to visualize by identifying your ego with a symbol or as an object please do so.

Direct your ego self to perch on your left shoulder. Instruct your ego self that it is only to be an observer on this journey it is not to participate.

In your imagination ask through prayer for The Creator to send you down a protective Ray of White Light by praying something like this "My Creator I AM asking for a protective Ray of White Light to enfold me and lift me up so that I am experiencing the very highest of vibrations during this journey into my inner most depths of understanding and Being. I am protecting myself from anything that is not for my highest good on this journey. I am thanking you My Creator for assisting me by sending this Ray that is now coming down through the corner of the area where I am meditating. It is entering into this physical form, permeating all that is within this Beingness's presence, I AM."

The Creator has answered and has gifted you with an Iridescent White Ray plus a Irritant Yellow Ray along with a Green Ray for this journey. The Rays are entering into your body through the soles of your feet and moving up through your physical vessel; permeating through out all of your energy fields & physical vessel and into all corners of the actual area that you are meditating in; then it is exiting through your Crown Chakra. The Rays are returning to The Creator and cycling back down through you again and back to The Creator in a continuous circular loop. These protective therapeutic rays are in continuous motion while you are in meditation.

You are now divinely protected at this moment and nothing can even communicate with you, that is not for your highest good, without your permission.

Breathe in deeply My Divine Light Beings and feel the lighter relaxed feelings of being protected & divinely guided into this meditation. Breathe in deeply and know that you are breathing to the Pulse of The Creator. Listen to The Creator's spiritual heart beat and feel the unconditional love that courses through you each time you think about this moment.

Breathe in deeply allowing and seeing within your spiritual imagination your Guardian Angels and Guides join you.  The Angels take your etheric hand and direct you into your Spiritual Heart Chakra.

At this time invite in all the Spiritual Guests that you would enjoy having accompany you on this journey.

You are seeing this within your imagination. Your Guardian Angels, Spirit Guides and special invited guests are now within your Spiritual Heart Chakra. You locate and turn the door knob of the Golden Door that says "To My Highest Guidance Within" you cross over the threshold knowing that you are on a spiritual growth adventure.

You find yourself in a white marble corridor. You remember the helicopter ride from your last visit to your crystal palace and ask your Angels for their assistance to arrange for the helicopter to take you there.

Your Angel picks up the spiritual telephone on the entrance table next to the mirror and asks for the helicopter to come pick you up. To ask is to receive your Angel tells you.

You hear the whirring of the helicopter blades outside and follow your Angels to the helipad just outside the door.

You hop aboard and greet the Angel pilot. Off the helicopter goes. Below you see meadow, brook and bridge then the mountain in front of you where your crystal palace sits.

The helicopter lands on your Serenity Garden helipad. Your friend, the white unicorn, Jake walks up to escort you to your crystal palace down the path a ways.

You and Jake catch up as you both walk on the path. Jake reminds you it has been a while since your last visit.  Jake also tells you a lot of construction has been going on within the palace itself. Jake tells you that the Garden and the palace have been eagerly awaiting your visit so that you can observe all the new areas and wings that have been added since your last visit.

Your Angels pipe in that you have been in a spiritual growth spurt since your last trip. All the growth adds to your palace. More and more places and adventures await you each time you come.

You smile and remember the last visit. It was such a fantastic experience, as they all are. You must remind yourself to come more often. You always come away refreshed.

You reach the golden door that has your name on it and you open it and step inside. Your friends the colored floor dots have been awaiting you. They are created from the crystals above where they are infused and made of refracted light as it dances on the floor below.

You step into each color and greet it. They in turn greet you back and share messages with you as you walk through their color. It is always such a pleasure to be welcomed back each time.

Your Angels begin to guide you through the palace as you observe the new wings and rooms that have been added on. Wow you tell yourself this place has really enlarged. You smile to yourself because you have been doing a tremendous amount of spiritual clearing and releasing work.

Your Angel reminds you that you are always a work in progress so the palace will always be a work in progress.

The Angels direct you down the new corridor and show you the Yellow Room. This is the room where you will be working today, your Angels chime in.

You open the door and cross of over the threshold. You just love the soft yellow glow of the walls. The room is furnished with all your favorite things and nick knacks.  The recliner chair in the center of the room is beckoning you to have a seat in it. The cover is soft and worn an lush as you slide into the chair. As you settle in you feel a wonderful embrace from The Creator. This chair has been imbued, per the Angels, with the embrace of The Creator. Come here any time you need that hug or simply feel depleted or defeated and this room will lift you up, your Angels continue.

The Angels relay, this room was created to bring you peace and hope. Look out the window they advise. You do as directed and see a golden meadow that leaves you awe struck.  You see rainbows everywhere. There is nothing about this room that can bring you down. It has been created to uplift you from where ever you are within your Essence, your Angels advise.  

You just sit in the chair feeling in such peace. It also has a wonderful feature that allows the tension, stress and frustrations to just dissolve as they leave you completely. The tears of release trickle down your cheeks as this room helps you to let go of all those negative moments that you have let yourself go through. It feels so good to just sit here and be.  You thank The Creator for this wonderful Yellow Room and gift of release. It is so appreciated and needed in your current incarnation.

You feel the diamond gift in your spiritual heart expanding as the tension and negativity are drained from your body. It feels almost like it is blooming, you tell your Angels. Your Angels smile and tell you it is blooming, it has grown a new baby diamond.

Wow, this is exciting you tell your Angels, a new baby diamond, yes!

The Angels explain that this Yellow Room is useful for many things and diamond incubation is one of those.

You are so proud of your decision to go into meditation and come on this journey.  It is always an exciting adventure to read the messages and do the meditation work with each one. You continue to grow and develop in so many ways. Thank you for the messages you relay.

The Angels tell you it is time to return. You reluctantly get out of the chair and follow them back out into the corridor. You walk back into the main room and then into the entrance corridor. You say good bye to your colored dot friends for this visit promising them you will return soon.

You walk out the crystal palace door where Jake has been waiting to walk you back down the path to your helipad.

You pull yourself up into the awaiting helicopter and the Angel pilot lifts off and whisks you back to your original location. You step out of the helicopter and thank the Angel pilot for the flight.

Your Angels guide you back through the door. You instantly find yourself back in the White Marble Corridor.  

You catch a glimpse of your glowing Essence in the mirror before your Angels lead you back across the golden threshold door into your Spiritual Heart Chakra and then they assist your spiritual Essence back into your physical form.

Wiggle your fingers and toes and when ready open your eyes. Go about your day remembering that your inner Wisdom and Angelic support staff are always at your service working with you to help you reach your highest most appropriate potential.

Beloveds you are blessed beyond words and loved beyond measure more than any Earth Plane language can ever express.
