What is on your mind now?
The expression "on your mind" connotes a burden. How about having something wonderful on your mind that connotes joy? If what is presently on your mind is heavy, remove it like a backpack. Put it down. You don't ever have to pick it up again, or, if you must, then invite a solution, and have joy in finding a solution or resolution. If you cannot find a good solution, at least resolve it in your mind. Do not overload your mind. Your mind is meant for much more than carrying burdens. If your mind were your donkey, you would not laden it with more than a donkey should have to carry, would you? Well, then, throw off the excess weight on your mind. Travel light. Give consideration to a donkey, and give kind consideration to your mind. Who is going to relieve your mind of its burdens unless you do? The world will pile your mind a mile high if you allow it. Advertising tells you that the world is fraught with all kinds of danger just lurking for you and ready to pounce. Let advertisers and fiction writers think of all the dangers while you think about all the blessings in the world instead. What joy is just waiting for you around the corner, waiting to bless you? Oh, my, I see LOTS of blessings! I see further than the eye can see. And so must you see. And so must you hear. And so must you attract to yourself the treasures I have heaped up for you. When you call your dog by name, he is more likely to come to you than if you do not address him. If you call your neighbor's dog, he may also come. Why would it be any different for all the good in the world? Call on all the good to come, and it will begin to hear you. Why wouldn't it? Call to you all that which is fearsome in the world, and it will also rush to your side. It will listen to you well. "Here, fear," you say. "Get over here. Danger, you too. Annoyance and anger as well. Rally around me. I am wide open to you. Come right in." What have you perhaps been saying, beloveds? What have you been calling to you? How wise do you have to be to see the difference between calling trouble to you and calling joy and peace? Very well then, I will give you a script to follow: "All kinds of joy, come see me! Amado, te estoy diciendo cómo debes verte. Vete como el Ser de Dios que eres. Tú debes saber que vales. Entérate de eso, y luego despreocúpate. Nadie más necesita saberlo. No debes hablar tanto. No debes decir una palabra acerca de tu valor. Hay algunas cosas sobre las que debes permanecer silencioso, y ésta es una de ellas. Guárdate tu valor para ti mismo. Me refiero a las palabras.
En la acción, revélate. En el hecho de ser, revélate. Con tu presencia, revélate. Sé un bálsamo para el mundo. Deja que los demás piensen como quieran acerca de ti. Déjales pensar que eres un santo o un pecador. Tú debes saber que no eres ninguno de los dos. Tarde o temprano, los demás se darán cuenta. Todos los Grandes Me servían y no esperaban saber las impresiones que los demás tuvieran de ellos. Ellos sabían hacia dónde querían que tú mires, y precisamente no era hacia donde estaban ellos. Sé un Ser Humano noble. Sí, sélo, y sé el último en saberlo. ¿Entiendes lo que digo? No hagas alarde sobre ti, ni alientes a otro a que haga alarde sobre ti o a que te agrande. Tú no estás hecho de un material insignificante. Estás hecho de amor. Amarte a ti mismo no es emperifollarte. No es una postura. Ámate modestamente. No grites tus méritos desde los tejados. Lo que es, es, y lo que no es, no es. No hace falta decir nada más. El amor se revela, pero no tiene que venir en un paquete extravagante. Ahorra saliva, amado, para cosas más importantes que las opiniones de los demás sobre ti. Ahórrales a los demás la pérdida de tiempo y de sus corazones y almas. Beloveds, you live in many worlds. It doesn't matter where your body is, and it doesn't matter where your mind is. I am totally absolutely right here with you. I am as near to you as your breath. We are so vital and vibrant to each other. We are the same breath. Who breathes your lungs in and out, you or I? Who can separate Us? Neither you nor I. I have said before, and I will say again that the lines between Us get blurred. You don't always know who is Who, and I suggest: "What does it matter? We ARE. Let that be all you need to know. What more is there for you to know? What matter the details? What explanation or information do you need? Did you think there was something essential that you were missing? All you need to know is that you can reach in any hour of the day or night and pull out all the wealth, and that there will always be more and my pocket never empty. Yet sometimes you seem to think that My pocket is closed, or closed to you, or you do not quite dare to reach in. Of course, sometimes I pour My coins into your hand. Sometimes I throw them ahead of you and on all sides of you. Sometimes more and more keeps coming. Even so, it is for you to reach in. Sometimes you may think that others may have easy access to all My Wealth, but not you. Somehow the secrets to wealth have eluded you. The world will teach you the secrets: hard work, smart work, investments, sometimes even stealth, sometimes taking advantage, sometimes gaining and someone else losing. The world teaches you many things. They aren't necessarily true, or not necessarily useful to you. Sometimes a whole country has not found a way to wealth. I do know it is easier in the world for some and not others. Please do not construe what I am saying that you must have wealth, or that it is a lack in you or that you have to lack it. I do not point to lack, beloveds, nor do I want you to. I point to riches. There are all kinds of riches, like health. Riches come in many sizes and shapes, like love and happiness and awareness. You may have had riches all along. Have you not sometimes had a thing you forgot you had? Later you discover it, and say: "Why, I had this all along, only I forgot!" What if I were to tell you, despite perceived circumstances, that you are wealthy now? The horse does not go back and forth. He knows what he is doing, and he does it. The horse does not give up. He doesn't resist. He doesn't complain. He simply moves forward and rescues the car. The world has been stuck, and you are pulling it out. It is easy for your thoughts to do this. It is your thoughts that champion the world. Your thoughts are the factor. Your attitude is the factor. Your love for the world as it is and is yet to become are the factors. Give the world your courage and your vision. Don't let anything stop you. Beloveds, your thoughts are so powerful you can keep the world in the mud. Your thoughts are so powerful, you can pull the world out of the mud. Your thoughts can do anything. What do you want? Let your thoughts go for it. Conceive the world you want and keep conceiving it. By virtue of your thoughts, you will usher in the new world of peace and good will. Your thoughts will set the course for the world. You will raise the Earth to its rightful place. The world is listening to you. It takes you seriously. You are rooting for the Earth, and so you plant the seeds of your thoughts and allow the seeds to grow. It takes a little while before the seeds burst through the soil and can be seen as green seedlings. Give the seeds patience like water, and know that what you and I undertake can only come to pass. Not someday, but very soon, only you can't rush it. Just keep cheering the world on. Never mind any lapses. The world is moving forward and will adhere to your thoughts. Stop worrying about the world. Worry will shrivel its growth. That's what concern and dismay and selfishness and greed and moaning and groaning have been doing. But now, no more. From now on, view the world as you desire it to be, and the world will obey. The One World is ready to emerge. It is just at the cusp. Know that success is at hand. Before you can hold success in your hand, you have to hold it in your mind. That is really to say that you think it, know it, and let it go. You no long slap the world's knuckles. You do not paddle it. You don't ignore it, and you don't sneer at it. You believe in it. Believe in it as you have always wanted to believe in it. Not even once more do you throw darts at it. "Greetings beloved! I am Metatron, Lord of Light. And so again we speak of Shasta. Indeed its importance is tantamount to the expansion of the Crystalline Field.
Now, far beneath the expanded massif of the mega portal that is Shasta, stands an amazing crystal of Atlantis, a crystal of Arcturian origin. It glows in a silveresque hue of argentum, emitting the frequency of crystalline platinum and etheric gold. It once stood in the great Temple of One on the Atlantean Isle of Poseida, and was formally called the Crystal of Om. The Atlantean scientist- priest, the Atla-Ra referred to it as the Crystal of Multidimensionality. Indeed, this sentient crystal is omnipotent in its frequency and holds within its structural alloy of platinum, gold and hyper-quartz , the ability to fold, concentrate and amplify that which you term light, space and time. The Platinum Ray The Om Crystal draws to itself and emits what is termed the Platinum Ray, an omnipotent energetic beam of multidimensional resonance. The Platinum Ray is essential to the balance of the coming Ascension. It holds within it what may be termed the code of Universal Law, of the Cosmic Axiom. It holds within its frequency Universal Truth, multidimensional Truth that expands and migrates into every aspect of the Cosmos. It has the nurturing feel of the femine frequency, yet it is in fact the optimal balance of both the female and male vibrancy. The Platinum Ray is one of unity and balance that in fact lessens the differential between left and right aspects of the brain. It unifies consciousness and helps create a great synchronicity of mind within duality. The magnificent crystal of Om is one of nine enormous and potent Templic crystals that were saved from the deluge of Atlantis before the fall and crash of the crystalline spherical satellite, termed the second moon of Atlantis. The Crystal of Om was and is the most complex of all of the Atlantean Crystals, second only to the great crystalline satellite in its omnipotent capabilities and technical intricacy. Indeed it was the most prized and first of the magnicient Templic crystals to be sought and relocated in the chaotic final days of Atlantis. The Crystal of OM The crystal masters of Arcturius constructed and fashioned the Om crystal in an alchemical process that involves a liquid conglomerate of synthesized quartz and diamond, termed hyper-quartz, amalgamated into a silvery clear alloy with crystalline platinum, gold and mercury. The living composite was fused with life force and manifested into a stunning geometric form, whose crystalline structure encompassed the golden spiral of all within the Metatronic Cosmos. Accordingly it is in harmonic oscillation with every dimension, every universe, and every parallel in the Cosmos. It operates both in carbon-based life systems and in bio plasmic systems, tying together and existing as both matter and anti-matter. It has 144 facets fashioned in equitable concave and convex indentures around the circumference of its cylindrical length. Its dual points are angled at precisely 51.8 degrees. Indeed this specific angle is significant, and was utilized in the construct of the Great Pyramid. This pyramid indeed represents the a frequency of the earth plane, intended to be a representation of the spherical Earth, the height corresponding to the radius joining the center of the Earth to the North Pole and the perimeter corresponding to the Earth's circumference at the Equator.The number 144 is a very complex frequency as well, it represents the code within the golden spiral of all the geometrical base units, termed atoms, in your universe. Your universal matrix contains within it, a living geometric constant that has always been, it expands and contracts both in matter and antimatter in regular measures. The very geometry produces a distinct tonal quality , which is tuned by the mathematical proportions of all celestial spheres. The Golden Phi The golden ratio is a constant ratio that offers the key to the Cosmos, it contains within it the vibratory resonance of all matter, and indeed propels the doorway into parallel dimensions and planes of anti matter. Your own scientist have proven, seen and experienced, that the developing in a fractal manner of the golden phi spiral is a geometric pattern that is repeated at every scale, from a cell to a star. Simply put, the golden ratio is where the ratio of the small to the large is equal to the ratio of the large to the whole, so it is in your universe. As above so below applies. It offers many doorways that have not yet been explored by your current level of knowledge. The great crystal of Om, beneath the matrix portal of Shasta, incorporates the golden mean,and the universal frequency. It does so by the resonance of its intricate faceting and angular design. It exist in the now and is contained within that termed the past and the future. Can you imagine that? It does so to a large degree, from your reference, by its utilization of the golden mean and its frequential pulse. Now, the earth plane, your planet as you know it is a specific focal vector for consciousness. At your level you think your planet is divided into areas of land and water, continents and oceans. The awareness faculties of humankind, indeed your consciousness, are tuned into frequencies of perception that give you that impression. But from a Metatronic perspective, your planet is also faceted into frameworks of time and probability areas, termed parallels. So all time, all parallels co exist in greater reality. As such all of your epochs, all of your time eras, all of your many civilizations co-exist at once. Indeed, from this extraordinary panorama, time is simultaneous, so all eras of earth history are embedded in time and clearly exist in the eternal NOW along with your current time vector. Within the golden mean, within what you term portals there are certain bleed-throughs, certain apertures that allow for movement. The Om Crystal is capable of tapping into these and harnessing their utility. In the truest sense, your now, your present moment is a psychological platform. This is true whether you can grasp the concept or not, and we realize it is an enormous leap of understanding. Accept it as an axiom, and indeed so doing will assist you in managing the understanding of your true multidimensional nature. The Crystalline Network So clearly was the Om Crystal the most complex in its construct and utility of all the magnificent Temple Crystals in Atlantis. This is not to say that the other Atlantean crystals are not of enormous capability, complexity and purpose, indeed they are. We have told you that nine utilitarian Atlantean Temple crystals, stunning specimens of Arcturian and Sirian construct, were transported through the hyper dimensional capacity of the inner earth tunnel system and relocated to specifically chosen areas. We have also told you that the Blue Crystal of Knowledge, located in the Crystal Vortex of Arkansas, would be the first activated. Indeed it has been rebooted, and surged into the first tier step-up into approximately 25% power on the June solstice of 2008. We tell you that on the frequencial triple date portal of the 8-8-8 that it will launch into half strength and in so doing will also trigger the 144-Crystalline Grid into two-thirds functionality. The 8-8-8 activation of the Blue Crystal will trigger a sequencial surge of axialtonal energy networking to the other eight. Four of these are scheduled to come on line on the 9-9-9, September 9th, 2009. These are the Om Crystal of Multidimensionality in Shasta, the Emerald Crystal of Healing in Arkansas, the Golden Crystal of Healing & Regeneration in Brazil, and the Sun-Moon Crystal at Lake Titicaca.Indeed, what may be termed a Crystalline Network is tuned to the activation of the 144 Grid and correlates with the function of that termed the Golden Sun Disc. The activation schedule is as follows: Arkansas : Blue Crystal of Knowledge 8-8-8 Emerald Crystal of Healing 9-9-9 Platinum Crystal of Communication 11-11-11 Bimini Bank: The Ruby Fire Crystal of Energy 12-12-12 Brazil: Gold Crystal of Healing Regeneration 9-9-9 (Mineas Gerais) Violet Crystal of Sound 10-10-10 (Bahia) Mount Shasta: Om Crystal of Multidimensionality 9-9-9 Tiajuanaco-Lake Titicaca, Bolivia: Sun-Moon Crystal of Light 9-9-9 Crystal of Thoth 12-12-12 The Atlantean Temple of ONE Near the Temple of One was what may be termed a center for advanced learnings, an exclusive university of sorts, for the select of the initiates of the scientist priest. It was called Atla-Ruum. Ruum is a word from the sacred frequencial semantic of the Atlantean Golden race, a term meaning 'Mystery Initiate School'. The tonal qualities of this term will open memories of many of you who were among the Poseidans, especially those of you who were among the Atla-Ra. This wisdom school taught advanced mathematics, physics, sacred geometry, hyper dimensional geometry, crystalline chemistry, alchemistry, energy dynamics as well as the disciplines of astral travel and achievement of multidimensionality. Most of the faculty were of the Golden Race, yet included Ascended Masters such as Thoth, and Masters from the Pleades, Arcturius, Andromeda and Sirius A and B. The Golden Race were tall beings, ranging in height from 9 to 12 feet by todays measurement. They were direct descendants of the Pleadean Masters, and were very gentle, peaceful beings of an extremely high intelligence and resonance. The Temple of One itself was located on a granitic mound located at the northern portion of Poseida in the sanctuary of the scientist priest, the Atla-Ra. The Temple of One was built to a very unique dynamic of sacred geometry, and the location was carefully and specifically chosen for its natural energy field, and celestial grid alignments. The Om Crystal was situated in the center of the amazing Temple. It did not set on a base, indeed both ends of the Om Crystal are angled into points. It was held in suspension within a series of spinning rings that spherically surrounded it. These were of a metallic alloy, which condensed an antigravity field that suspended the crystal. The entire apparatus could be angled for specific celestial alignments. The crystal itself attracted and emitted the plasmic anti gravitational plasma field. Sound, pure tones were used to both activate desired aspects of the Crystal as well as to calibrate the requisite density of the plasma. Differing tones and their correlating plasmic densities created specific oscillating colors within the antigravitational field. The crystal itself glowed in a silver hue that at certain angles and intensities changed to a white platinum violet shade. The Atla-Ra adepts were able to utilize the Om Crystal for what is termed dimensional travel and time-travel. It served as a celestial cosmic port. Indeed it will amplify the ability of humans to seek travel in the astral and well beyond. Mount Shasta is already quite prolific in that capacity. Indeed the Om Crystal will exponentially increase that potential for all who seek such experience there. Base Twelve Mathematics While the cylindrical body of the crystal has 144 altering convex and concave facets, the two points are different. The base point has 1728 facets and the upper point 12 facets. Thus the sequence of 12 , 12 squared and 12 to the third power, as Atlantis and the Atla-Ra used the base 12 system of mathematics.It may surprise you to know that the conversion to base ten mathematics, which occurred in most societies after the fall of Atlantis, was chosen because humans count with their ten fingers! The exceptions were the Sumerians and Mayans who used base 60 and base 20 respectively. It is interesting to note that human's still measure time within the duodecimal remnants of the Atlantean Base 12. Do you not count hours in phases of 12, as well as the months of the year? We will tell you that in the future mankind will change the base system of mathematics to more closely align to the changing cycles of time. We have told you previously that time sequence is speeding up due to the altered ratio of inner core counter-spin to the earth's rotation. The time unit cycles occur more rapidly now, and are no longer in alignment. Your cycles are faster, but your measurement has not shifted as yet. Now, as we have spoken about time cycle acceleration and the need to convert to a base twelve duodecimal mathematical system, the channel has queried as to the current validity of the triple number dates, which we have told you before are numerical portals that activate the major dodecahedronal facets of the 144 grid. Activation of the 144 Crystalline Grid Before we answer, let us review the activation process of the 144-Crytsalline grid. The grid is a complex geometry, the double penta-dodecahedron, which by specific design includes 144 pentagonal and triangular facets in a symmetrical crystalline matrix. The double penta dodecahedron is stellated, which means that each of the major twelve facets are raised in the center to form five sided pyramids. Thus there are 12 pentagonal pyramids. Each facet in counted both on the base and pyramidally raised portion. So if you consider that each pentagonal surface contains 5 isosceles triangles and one pentagon, you have 72 facets. Additionally, each of the twelve stellated aspects have 5 triangles and one five sided pyramid, thus you, combine the surface and stellated portions to achieve the Master Number frequencial of the twelve squared-144. Do you understand? Now the aspects of the triple dates, is quite interesting. After the millennia, there is a unique sequence of dates that occur from 2001 to 2012. The triple dates are numerical frequencies that uniquely occur in this abbreviated format, occur sequentially for twelve years as : · 1 January 2001, 1-1-1 · 2 February 2002, 2-2-2 · 3 March 2003, 3-3-3 · 4 April, 2004, 4-4-4 · 5 May, 2005, 5-5-5 · 6 June 2006, 6-6-6 · 7 July, 2007, 7-7-7 · 8 August, 2008, 8-8-8 · 9 September, 2009, 9-9-9 · 10 October 2010, 10-10-10 · 11 November, 2011, 11-11-11 · 12 December 2012, 12-12-12 The grid significance is that the frequency of each triple date portal is designed to be the 'activation trigger' of one of the 12 major dodecahedrons surface base plates of the grid. Accordingly this axiom infers that the 144-Crystalline grid is launched into functionality by one twelfth each year from 1 January 2001 up through 12 December, 2012 when it achieves full programming input. In the interim between 13 December and 20 December, it integrates full programming, and reboots into full launch on the winter solstice of December 21, 2012, the heralded and prophesied Ascension. In aspect, a key piece of what takes place on the triple frequencial portal dates is around the 'human - grid' alignment to the Crystalline 144 grid. That is why these dates are being recognized by empaths as important dates for spiritual alignment gatherings across the planet. Indeed it is not specific astrological alignments that specialize the triple date portals rather it is the vibrancy of the numbers themselves that correlate to the 144 grid. This kinetic is also impelling the renewed 12-strand helix of the Sun Disc to furbish a design schematic into the 144 grid, that provides, what may be termed the DNA programming of the pentagonal facets of the double penta dodecahedron. Now, we have not forgotten the question raised by the channel, as to the current validity of the triple number dates, when talking into account the acceleration of time cycles and the need for a base 12 duodecimal measurement of mathematics. The answer is this, your measurement of the annual solar return is already in an approximate base 12, twelve-month system. And the count of the triple days is a 12 count, there are twelve of them. So in brief, yes the triple day portals are indeed valid. The Speed of Light is Increasing But we will add the caveat, that the full throttling of the 144 grid itself, on December 21st, 2012, will in fact increase the disparity , the difference between the quickening time unit cycles and your measurement of them. For not only will the new grid, upon its completion accent the time sequence ratio between the inner spin and outer rotational spin of the planet, it will also enable a greater velocity of light to bath the planet. Light will increase from its current approximated speed of 186,000 mps to well over 210,000 mps.Part of this light acceleration will be contributed by the activation of the Atlantean crystals. Particularly will the Om Crystal of Shasta and the Sun-Moon Crystal of Light of Titicaca effect light velocity. Both of these are activated in 2009. When all of these crystals are activated and networked in 2012, the effect will be prolific. Although this cycle will not reach its pinnacle until your year of 2020, because certain of the crystals activated in the twelfth phase of the 12-12-12, specifically the Fire Crystal of Bimini, will require up to eight years to fully activate. Now we will add, that while there were nine omnipotent crystals relocated from Atlantis, there are others that were already in specific locations, and did not require movement. These have been in a state of semi dormancy and some in states of disfunction. These will come into full power in 2012, triggered by the rebooting of the Crystalline Network. Now these, with the exception of the crystalline units in Roslyn, Sri Lanka and Tibet, are not as large, technically complex or omnipotent as the nine originally located on Poseida. The major of these are located as follows: · Tibet · Lake Baikal, Russia · Roslyn Scotland · Araphat Turkey · Giza · Montserrat Spain · Sri Lanka · Bali · South Pole · North Pole · Hawaii · Japan There are also secondary, or what may be termed satellite crystals in many other locations including, Tasmania, New Zealand, Glastonbury, Argentina, Canada, Himalayas, Tanzania, France, Greece, Capetown, Chile, Arizona, Easter Island, Moscow and Greenland. To name a few. These are less in size dimension and capacity yet none the less are connected to the major crystals and an intricate part of the network. These receive energy from, and are somewhat dependent on the axialtonal radionic frequency broadcast from the major crystalline units. Activation of the Crytsal of Om : In a manner of speaking, these great crystals are akin to your computer systems, of course exponentially far more complex and potent, but there are certain similarities in their function. The great crystals will each go through something similar to a reprogramming and rebooting. This process of programming and reboot, are specific to the increase of frequency and dimensional access of the earth matrix. It is not occurring to the aspects of the crystals and their higher networking that exist in other aspects of multidimensionality you see. In a sense what is occurring is a reformatting for the changing earth matrix.The new moon of August 30, 2008 will begin the formatting and programming of the Om Crystal. The process will take just over 12 months for this complex crystal. It will go into what may be termed a warm- up phase, an idling stage, with specific programming during key astrological periods, including September 10-13, 2008, the equinoxes of 21 September, 2008, March 21, 2009, June 21, 2009, and the full lunar eclipse in July, 2009. It will launch into 25 percent power on the triple date portal of 9-9-9. From the date of September 10 - 13, 2008 there are a cluster of five astrologic septiles, the most important being Saturn-Chiron. This is an important Portal Connection and Saturn facilitates materialization. It significance to the Om crystal is that the septiles angle is 51 degrees, exactly as the angle of the great pyramids and the Om crystal itself. During these warm up phases, prior to activation it is well for humankind to direct their alignments into the Om Crystal. It is not for mankind to align or anchor the crystal per se, rather to align themselves to the energy of the crystal through the process of visualization and the sending of the vibration of love. Tapping into the Crystal of Om
Now many of you may ask what is the effect the Om Crystal, indeed the Ascension itself, will have on me? How will the change from the 3rd to the 5th dimension effect me? The effect will be one of a sense of unity. There will not be a tangible sense of differentiation between the planar frequencies of the 3rd and 5th dimensions. It will rather be a blending. You will have a greater sense of well-being, a feeling of being more supported, and indeed of supportiveness within the self. By 'tapping' into the Om crytsal, you will feel a greater sense of balance; you will feel more joined to aspects of your multidimensionality, and indeed within physicality. The mind will access more freely its own compartmental aspects as the dimensions become melded. There will be less of doubt, less of feeling lost and fragmented, less of the internal questioning of what is right and what is not. The mind will become unified, more integral. There will be less polarity per se, within duality. But it does not mean no duality, no polarity. Those that say the Ascension will end wars, will end hunger, will end fighting and greed, no that is not the case. But Dear Ones, all of those will lessen to visible degrees, the arc swing of duality extremes will be shorter. The pendulous movement between extremes will somewhat vacillate. Choices will be clearer, pathways more succinct. The way of impeccability for each of you that choose to tap into the Om, to actively and fervently seek your own Ascension, will be more obvious to you than it is currently. In a sense a new paradigm, a new system of Knowingness will become available to you and will offer itself to all that seek it. At this time of rapid change and transformation, as the old gives way to the new and we seek to find ways to live in this new energy while still dealing with the old, the message I get most strongly from my Higher Guidance is to seek Gentleness and Compassion.
This may not be easy, since life may seem especially harsh as we deal with the crumbling of the old economic system. But, as Archangel Michael keeps telling us, the energy of the New Earth is very gentle and soft, and the way to align with the new energy is through gentleness and softness and kindness, the qualities of the New Masculine energy. If we are still living with the old masculine energies of control and domination and pushing to get what we want, we will find ourselves frustrated and angry, because this just does not work any more. We have been taught, in the last few years, how to surrender our lives to Spirit and to allow ourselves to be guided into the Flow of Abundance and Blessings. It is a gentle path, and no amount of pushing or pulling will make things happen any faster than they are meant to. Divine Timing is all in this process, and as I have learnt in the years that I have worked with Archangel Michael, there are definite spirals of energy and creation that are linked to the Great Heart of the Cosmos, and our lives unfold in alignment with these waves of love from the Great Central Sun. So, our role is to be gentle with ourselves and others, and to cultivate gentleness in our own lives. We are learning to be at peace with what is and to accept that all is unfolding in Divine Order and as it should. No matter what things may appear to be on the outside, we can know that the Highest Good is being served in some way that may not be clear to us right now. This requires trust and acceptance that there is a Higher Force that is guiding our lives and the unfolding of events on the Earth. Now, this idea of gentleness is also tied in with the idea of Compassion, for Compassion in the nature of Unconditional Love and is the Essence of the Golden Flame of Ascended Love and Abundance. Several years ago Archangel Michael also taught me that Compassion means to hold a space for the Highest Good in any situation. That was interesting for me, for I had always imagined that Compassion meant to feel so moved by someone else's situation that you would want to do something for them. Well, this is called "charity" and is one level of the practice of Compassionate Love, but only one. I think that as we learn to work with Compassion and as we begin to fully understand the nature of Compassionate love, we will be able to nurture these "flowers" of Compassion in our lives. So, if Compassion measn holding a space for the Highest Good to manifest, this means that Compassion is primarily a Spiritual Activity, in which we hold Light and focus Light so that the Highest Good may manifest in that situation. This does not mean that this is where our work ends, for we are here to bring Heaven to Earth, so we would also seek to "ground" that love into the Earth level, and this is where the idea of "charity" comes in. We would want to share what we have so that we might also bring light in terms of alleviating physical suffering. In the old energy, Charity was something that people did out of a sense of having enough so they could give to others who had less. In the New Energy, this need to give to others will be motivated by a desire to share so that the balance may be maintained. The old idea of "charity" in the past was based on the fixed concept of the "rich" and the "poor", in which those who are rich give to those who are poor. Now, as these categories crumble, this need to help others will be motivated by a need to share as an expression of Compassionate Love. As you share your Light with others, so you will seek to share what you have so that all may have enough. For we are all One, and only when we all have enough will the Earth be in Balance and will we all be able to live in Abundance. While there are still those who hold more than they need, and those who do not have what they need, then there will be imbalance and this will create suffering. I guess I have been thinking about this, as I have been working with the children in our "Children of Africa" project with the idea of food security and "enough for everyone". This is an idea that we hold as an outcome for the Highest Good in Africa, but it is also an outcome that we work for in a very material way, with the help of the Starchild readers. We work to hold both levels of Light, through focus of intent and through sharing what we have, so that the energy can flow and abundance can be created. That brings me to the sad topic of Zimbabwe and the absolute chaos and misery that exists in that country right now. This is an example of how the old energy is just hanging on and refuses to let go. I felt sad, for in March it looked as through change was about to happen when the Opposition party won the election, but the ruling party was not about to let go. And so the situation limps on, and we wait for the new energies that can come to life the situation into Higher Consciousness, as it must. No one really knows what is happening there right now, and although I have friends in the country, I don't wish to endanger them by sending e mails to ask what is happening. I just trust that they will be cared for and that all will be well. So, I am asking you, if you are reading this, to consider sharing Compassionate Love with the people of Zimbabwe. Hold a space of Light in your Heart for the Highest Good to be achieved in this country, for the Highest Good of all her people. Send Light and Love for their upliftment, and do not give energy to what is negative for if you focus on that it will only grow. I have included below an image of a Sacred Site in Zimbabwe. It is called Dombashowe (I think...i have only ever heard the name spoken) and it means the "place of drumming". It is a site sacred to the ancestors, and a group of us, including people in Zimbabwe, have done Lightwork to connect this site into the Global Grids. So, if you would like to send Light to Zimbabwe as a prayer of hope, you can focus on this image that was taken by a fellow Lightworker in Zimbabwe: When it comes to demonstrating that compassionate love in real terms, there is not much that any of us can do right now except watch and hope. We have plans to take the "Children of Africa" project into Zimbabwe as soon as there is real change and the government becomes open to such assistance. Until then, I can only say, do something for the poorer people and children in your own community. Wherever you may be, there are always opportunities to nurture the Flowers of Compassion by holding a Sacred Space in your Heart for the Highest Good to unfold, and by sharing of what you have with those who do not have, and so help to create balance. And just to finish with a smile, a story about some people who like to nurture real flowers as an act of Compassionate Love. I read a story recently about people in London and other cities who are "Green Guerillas". They risk arrest in order to carry out their random activities of greening cities and planting flowers in pieces of ground that have been left derelict in urban areas. Of course, the ground does not "belong" to them, so they can be arrested for such activities, so sometimes they have to creep out late at night for a spot of furtive gardening! But the results are good, and flower gardens are springing up in urban areas to bring the energy of Love and Joy back the cities! Let's hope that one day, real soon, everyone will be looking for places to plant flowers and create beauty in our cities! This is a way we can start to create the energy of Paradise in our Urban spaces. P.S. Happy Birthday to Nelson Mandela: This week our "Madiba" is in London to celebrate his 90th birthday. As a South African, I am immensely proud of Nelson Mandela and what he stands for. His "Mandela Children's Foundation" was the original inspiration for my own Starchild Children's Foundation. The song itself is called "Asimbonanga", which I think means "I do not see him" in Zulu. It was written about Nelson Mandela in the days of apartheid, and was of course banned. In those days Johnny Clegg was a brave voice that dared to say what many thought. Now, in this version, he is joined by Mandela and they express the joyous spirit of South Africa at its very best. If you watch the video, at the end you will see Mandela say to the audience : "It is music and dancing that make me at peace with the world and at peace with myself". Yebo Madiba! And then, he invites the audience to dance with him! This is so much the true Spirit of Africa, and we can only hope that this will shine in Zimbabwe one day soon. As your heart opens and you return Home, you will discover that there are three forces in Creation. They are consciousness, energy or power and Love. The greatest of these is Love.
As you step forth in trust to create this world of joy, I will be showing you these three energies and how they are woven together and how these energies also are reflected in the Twin Flame, in your relationship with Me as the three-fold flame or the living braid of Light. So we have spoken about power and we have spoken about consciousness and now we shall speak about Love. I gave you these in this order, energy, consciousness and Love that you might assess your reaction as you touched each one and thus understand your heart. Especially in relation to energy or power. I want you to recognize honestly where your focus went and whether it contained any ego. For I must say to you that just as I did when I gave you the keys to manifestation and then, said, dearest ones, don't use them. So too I will say to you -- do not reach for God power unless you are totally the "en-conscious-ment" of Love. When you are Love so fully, so clearly and with such effervescent and overflowing joy, only then will God power serve you. The truth is that the world I ask you to create must be created from the Real and it will be Love that makes it all work, that weaves consciousness and energy together. But most of all it is Love that will support you as you leap beyond the illusion. If you choose to reach for the energy, the power of the Moment of Creation that lives in you to bring it into the backward swirling vortex of life lived from the ego, it will literally "eat you up," because you will be fueling the energies of your Creation and they will be turning in on you, beloved ones. What has happened to the world will happen individually, except it will be instant. Therefore, I am calling you into your true heart and upward, ever upward Home to Me, that you may know that Love is alive and it is personal. It is the substance of the living universe and Love will support you. Love carries to you the food of life for energy can sustain you only to a point and this you even know in the world of duality by what happens to children who are not loved. Even though their bodies are fed and given energies, the essence of their being, when not loved, cannot open up and truly be the expression of their potential. Once again, it is your hearts that must be the focus of your awakening and once your heart knows this glorious Love and can truly be the clear and open conduit, then the resonance of the truth of your being, of that glorious magnificent organism, can power you forth to create out of energy a New World made of living Love, driven forth by the power of Creation and held in the cup of your consciousness. So Love is the key and of course you already know this. But oh, how the ego longs for power and therefore I offer you a deep level of the truth and once again, it is ever based on giving. It is only when you are giving Love to such a degree, with such openness that you truly are the living fountain and that Love is returned to you unwaveringly as the law of Love and resonance, multiplied and in your face -- then you are ready. You are ready to harness God power and to name the substance of Love using the cup of your consciousness.
Beloved God, we open our hearts to You and to the Love that we are and that we share. We ask You, God, to create of our hearts a living heart, a great conduit for Your amazing Love and pour that Love through us, God. Let us be crystal clear in our ability to be this open heart, that Your Love may wash this world and every precious heart in it and shift it all to the truth of Love. Thank You, God, for the gift of this awareness, of this Love, of this spirit family and the Love we share. Thank You for the honor of being here in service to this awakening of the world. So, lift us up, beloved God, joining our hearts with our Twin Flames, as I acknowledge my heart's joining with my beloved Doug. I ask to be also crystal clear as a conduit for this experience and I call to all the beings of Light to assist us. Amen. As we begin, first, we sink into our hearts and open them totally to Love, to each other, and each to our Twin Flame, the other part of the heart we are. As soon as our hearts are connected we can feel the energy rushing between us, heart to heart in a great circular pattern turning clockwise and growing in intensity as we surrender now to the greater Will of Love. As we share the heartbeats of the One, so too we share the living breath that moves throughout Creation continually and acknowledging it within us as part of this deep surrender of our heart and our being to God, we begin to share the breath of life as we breathe out together. Breathing in we are filled with Love and we breathe it out now into the world. As we breathe in, our hearts open and Love breathes out through us. We breathe in to the Real, to the ocean of Love and open our hearts to the world. Into the Real we touch the truth and breathing out we are the conduit. Breathing in to the communion with God and breathing out as God's heart to the world. Breathing in to each other's presence and breathing out Love amplified. Breathing in to the Real of Love and breathing out Love to every electron. As we breathe in now we open our consciousness and breathe out pure Love. Breathing in up the Vertical to the Moment of Creation, and breathing out Light and Love fully. As we breathe in again we expand into the cosmos and we become the out-breath of God. We breathe in to the pure Love and breathe out God's presence into the world now. With each breath in we are filled to overflowing and Love breathes out as us. Now we breathe in, into the deepest communion and breathe out the assurance of God's Love. As you breathe in again and open to the living Love, breathe out and feel yourself surrendered and now become the in-breath and the out-breath of the living All. You are the life of God. Every breath is the music of the living spirit and your heart is the bridge to the Real of Love. Now, beloved ones, let your heart become a blazing beacon that is the LightHouse for the way Home. As you continue to feel Love, breath, spirit, life and fullness, you are the doorway for the world Home to Me and Home to the Love we share. As you breathe in now, feel your heart open wider and watch as it becomes pure Light, grand, unlimited, a blazing beacon, a doorway that opens perfectly into the cosmos. Now enjoy. Open that doorway and slip through across the bridge of your heart and I lift you easily into the realms of living Love and into My living presence. I ask you to release everything that you have carried, everything the world has taught you, and let this be your birth into the glory of the spirit and into the joy of being this Love. But most of all, now, feel My Love for you and My support of the beauty that you are as you rest in My hands of Light and feel the kiss of My spirit in every atom of your being. As I touch your heart, it leaps and opens and remembers this joy, this communion and the food of life I Am, I feed to you this instant. Suddenly you are the energy of life and you are spirit energy, rejoicing in the dance, feeling the Twin Flames' Love and reaching now in wonder to bathe in the River of Life and to make the spirits your daily bread. I Am everything you shall ever need and I Am here now with you. Every moment is a miracle of birth into brand new life. Every now I am guiding you. Can you feel the whole cosmos acknowledging and breathing you and stretching out the unlimited view as you stretch forth eagerly to explore all the potential within you? And to allow Me as the Will of Love alive in you to be that which moves you now? As you expand into My waiting Love that holds you like a lover as your Twin Flame, remember I Am loving you all ways, ever and always. We are One and we are every grand and glorious energy and every life stream in the great cosmic dance. I Am supporting you perfectly and feeding you Love now. Just as I Am your food, your life, your energy, so too are you this to all life as well, as the giving heart of God. I Am asking you to feel this Love, to let it become your deepest experience of life and to feel the expansion of the whole cosmos in your heart and know Love perfectly as the experience of our communion. Beloved one, breathe Me in. Breathe in this Love I Am and let Me fill you. As I wash your whole being with My presence, we are intimate, I appear before you as your Twin Flame. I speak in every movement of every electron of your being but most of all, I live in your heart and you are My consciousness holding forth this precious Love and naming it the joy of God. All That I Love is loved through you. I ask you now to open your heart and to observe Me as I move through your very heart and reach outward as your Love and touch and bless and revere every life stream, all that live in the living whole, this magnificent and endless hologram, every tiny movement I cherish. So as you allow this Love to truly live through your great heart, you will experience first hand how I love through you, as you, as this great force that pulses outward, reaching with the deepest acknowledgement that All That I Am is beautiful and perfect and I Am everywhere, fully present in All of Creation. As you experience with your heart what it means to be this hologram, that every particle contains All of Me. All That I Am is fully present here in every electron, in every particle, in every movement, every wave form, every stream of consciousness, and as your heart feeds the Love through and it connects to the great song of resonance, you are alive, surrounded by the holographic consciousness and every reflection of Love amplified and fed back out through you. Can you see with your heart that all around you in All That Is, everywhere, I Am reflected, that whatever your heart says to you, "I Am God," and "I Am loving exponentially." Your heart says, "Yes!" There is no more within and without. There is only the living hologram and every part is God I Am touching you as the heart of God, the center and reflecting Love everywhere through the whole living cosmos. Because the heart is unlimited, dearest heart of Mine, everything is revealed to you instantly, and Love is your experience all the time, everywhere. Love is more than sufficient. Love is always amplified, multiplied, created by you and added into the living glorious whole of Love I Am. As you rest in Me, I want you to fully experience the great circle of life all around you and recognize that your consciousness is always aware of everything and you are alive at the center with access to the hologram instantly through the deepest experience of your heart. Let this Love be your breath and as it washes through your heart, it feeds you. Your Twin Flame burns within you and everywhere you look, you are aware of Me deeply loving you. In every consciousness and through every heart. The Moment that you feel My Love, it nourishes you and you are the conduit for more Love to touch every particle of life everywhere. What energy and experiences can we expect collectively in July 2008? July 2008 contains the energy of dynamite as it expands into open space. The energy is like that of a super nova -- a star exploding. There is not a large, singular event in which this energy occurs; instead, the energy will feel like a series of explosions in your personal and collective lives over the course of the month. This expanding energy can create a great deal of clarity. It also can create a great deal of discomfort. The experiences that are likely to occur this month provide further evidence of the fact that limiting structures and beliefs will no longer work in an expanding and enlightening world. Belief systems and institutions that create limitations on individual freedom and expression will continue to be brought to light and dissolved more rapidly than ever during this month. For some of you, particularly if you are attached to the limiting beliefs or the oppressive institutions that come to light during July, you may feel as though there has been an explosion. You might find yourselves feeling shocked, surprised, disheartened or afraid. But for those of you who have been continually looking for more expansion in your lives already -- for those of you who have been continually noticing oppressive forces and finding ways to work outside of the oppression, to work outside of the limitations imposed by your societies or institutions -- you are likely to find that you feel relieved, like pressure has been let off. In July, many of you may find yourselves thinking, "Finally people are noticing that things are not working!" You may find scandals, public conflicts, political battles, corruption coming to light; all of these things will continue to occur and even increase in July of 2008. Just as with any experience, you have a choice. You always have a choice between love and fear. Even as your hearts break, even as you feel afraid, you can continue to choose love. Continue to look for the sparkle inside you that remains connected to your own humanity and that cares for the suffering of others. Look inside yourselves for that which wants to open. Yield and hold onto that which is precious in human life. As much as you can, move toward that sense of love for yourselves and love for your fellow human beings. It is your actual sensation of love that will help you navigate the explosive energy of July 2008. In fact, if you can stay with that heart energy, you will actually find a sense of freedom on the other side of the explosive energy -- a sense that after the dust has settled, there is more room for you to be your true self with a more open heart. There is more room for thinking together, for coming up with new solutions; there is a great deal of freedom available amidst this explosive energy. How can we best work with the energy and experiences in July of 2008? The best way to work with this is to try your best to stay connected. Stay connected to your feelings and to the people around you. You are likely to see collective events such as war, famine, political arguments and scandals that are hurtful. You will be tempted to close yourselves down, to try not to pay attention, to try not to think about it too much or try to limit your interactions with other people in order to protect yourselves. In the past it may have been useful for light workers to shield their energy from the heavier, denser energies in the world by closing off their attention to the world. It is not longer useful to do so. Because we are in the year 2008, when it is necessary to answer your calling of service to the world, the best way to work with this experience is to open your hearts and to look for a way to connect. Look for a way to engage. If it breaks your heart too much to see people suffering from famine, then turn to the people in your neighborhood and find someone who could use your help there, where it is not overwhelming for you but helps you open your hearts and become the softer, more connected version of yourself. Let your hearts break open to a more tender connection. Do your best to avoid numbing your emotions or avoiding your emotions during the month of July. This will be a time when you can take whatever you have learned about yourself in therapy or counseling and take it out to the world. Find ways to deal with your emotions as they are happening rather than stuffing them inside. If you are angry, then go for a run or get in your car and yell or paint or write or talk with a friend; find something to help process your anger as it arises. If you are confused, find the courage to talk to someone, find the courage to ask people for the information that you need. If you are sad, let yourself cry. This is a month where any kind of withholding, any kind of pretending is only going to make the explosions feel bigger and more difficult. This is an excellent month to be incredibly genuine and gentle with yourselves and with others. Are there any power days, or days that are important to look forward to, in July 2008? July 5 through 7 are likely to feel intense. In the United States you will see literal fireworks on July 4. Take the image of those fireworks and assume that the energy is going to feel that way on July 5, 6, and 7. Those three days provide a time when things are likely to come to light and be seen -- when whatever you are intending or whatever you are engaged in is likely to have more energy behind it. It can be a very sparkly, playful energy, but just like with fireworks, there is a lot of heat involved. Be mindful about what you engage with on these days. Do not engage in activities that you did not intend. Be intentional with these days. You may find yourselves feeling accident prone, so it will serve you to plan ahead, know where you will be and when, and do your best to listen to your intuition. We are not talking about avoiding danger here; we are talking about being sure that you are where you want to be so that your energy is placed where it needs to be. There will be an extra oomph of energy and you want it to be in the right place for you, rather than in a place you did not intend. For instance, if you do not really want to spend time with a certain person, make sure you do not spend time with them on those days because you may experience a conflict or feel overrun by that person. On the other hand, if there is someone you really want to connect with in your life, make sure to spend time with that person on these days because that extra energy can help you find the deeper connection. Be intentional about where and with whom you spend your time on July 5, 6 and 7. July 14 is a day that will bring a softening. It is a day that acts as an anchor for the rest of the month. It is an excellent day to help reground yourselves, to turn your attention to the things in your life that are stable, steady, and that make sense to you. For some it might mean riding a bike, spending time with your children, working in your garden do something that is grounding -- something that feels normal and regular for you to help you feel like you have a routine. July 27 is a turning point. During the month, you may feel like there is a merry-go-round swirling around you. During the month, there will be many events to keep track of in your personal lives and in the news. July 27 is the day on which you are likely to land in a steady position and to turn your attention to the places where your energy will likely be spent for the next several months. July 27 is a good day to sit and reflect on where you have been and where you want to go. It is an excellent day for goal setting and it will be an important day for restructuring, for looking back and determining what structures you have had in your life and then look forward and decide what structures will serve you best. Are there routines in your life that do not serve you anymore? Are there routines, disciplines or practices that you want to engage moving forward? Does it really help you to wake up at the same time every day or do you want to wake up earlier or later? Are you getting enough sleep? Do you eat at the times that work best for you? July 27 is an excellent time to renegotiate the structures that weave your life together. Things are going to change beginning on this day. We cannot say in advance what that will look like for you as individuals, but watch for change and know you have the power to make decisions about the nature of change in your lives. The changes that occur on this day or the changes that become evident to you or evident in your collective or in the news or media, are meaningful. They are semi-permanent. Pay attention to them and determine what they mean for you and what actions you want to take moving forward in your life given the events that occur on July 27. July 30 is a day of softening. It is an important day to reach out and make amends. Apologize to anyone you feel you have wronged. Explain your position to anyone you feel does not understand you. It is a day when you will be able to speak and hear one another better than usual and it is important to remain heart-centered and move toward softening and tenderness on July 30th. Do the events of July 4, 1776 in the United States, such as the signing of the Declaration of Independence, have any resonance or relevance for us in July of 2008? Yes. The trajectory of the United States is particularly important in the year 2008 because this is the year to herald your calling, and the U. S. is working to realign itself with its true calling. The year 2008, for the trajectory of the U. S., provides a radical revolution. The direction in which the U. S. moved at the beginning of the year is likely to be 180 degrees from the direction it will be taking toward the end of the year. One of the reasons that you are likely to see this explosive energy in July is because the month of July is the birth month of the nation of the U. S. The energy is helping to clear the trajectory of the nation, and this is the reason that secrets cannot be swept under the rug -- they cannot be kept out of view as easily as they could have been before. You have seen throughout the world, particularly in the U. S., corruption come to light in the last five years. As individual humans move through Enlightenment and become empowered, they are less likely to blindly believe the words of their government or blindly accept the direction of oppressive institutions. As the shift of individual Enlightenment occurs, it has made it not only possible but necessary for corruption or secrets to be unveiled and seen. As more and more people see what is true, fewer institutions can withhold their secrets. This is one of the reasons you have seen much corruption or scandalous news come to light in recent years. This leads us to July of 2008. The U. S. has a deep commitment, at a soul level, to come into integrity. Any parts of the U. S. government that have managed to hold secrets have managed to do so by holding them extra hard, which is the reason they have not come to light yet so far in the last five years. The explosive energy in July is due in part to the fact that the things that will come to light are things that have been held extra hard. When they come into visibility, they will come with a pop! There is a likelihood that this will be a destabilizing force in terms of government and collective endeavors. This is one of the reasons that we encourage you to reach out to one another and stay connected to your fellow humans this month -- because in the U.S. the original calling was to empower individual humans to create a collective experience together. Over time, that power has been corrupted so that the institution is empowered to direct the lives of individuals. The original commitment of the U.S. as a soul is to return its roots -- not roots of independence, but the root of the power of individuals to create a collective experience. The word "independence" no longer suits an Enlightened world. You are not returning to a sense of independence, you are returning to a knowledge of the power of the individual to enable and support a collective experience. It is actually not a deeper commitment to independence, but a deeper commitment to interdependence and the connections between you. When you are aware of the inherent connections between you and among you as individuals, then you recognize your interdependence. You also recognize the incredible power each one of you has to change the world. The true nature of the soul path of the U.S. is to embrace the power of the individual. The thing that has changed since the year 1776 is that you now understand the incredible importance of connection and your interdependence on one another. The vital lesson that the U.S. has to add across the globe as you become a global culture is to remember the power of the individual; it is from your individual choices that you create collective reality; it is through the power of the individual to direct their own fate that you decide together the direction of the human race. The piece that the U.S. has been missing is the understanding that wisdom comes through embracing your interconnection, rather than imagining the individual empowerment leads to independence. That is the significance of those events in 1776 and the way they have an opportunity to come full circle in the year 2008. What do we have to learn from the global food crisis which is being exacerbated in July of 2008? The global food crisis is one in a series of phenomena that are making it abundantly clear that you are interconnected. It helps you see that when one person makes a choice, that choice actually does affect everyone else in the world; and while those individual choices and their individual outcomes are not easy to connect in a linear form, it is not easy to see exactly how the gallon of gas someone in Texas puts in their tank does lead to lack of food for a child in Malawi, that the connections exists. It has been too overwhelming to the human mind to comprehend all of those connections, the incredible complexity of the interdependence of human beings on Planet Earth and the connectivity between you. But as you move into Enlightenment, you are now able to comprehend it. The first step is comprehension. You are able to comprehend the complexities and therefore, as you become more enabled to comprehend it, you become more accountable for how you act with that information. The second step is accountability. Eventually you become more empowered to make choices that make a positive difference in the world that you can see. You can actually sense how your choices are making a difference and it is an incredible empowerment when you can come to that understanding. The third step is empowerment. For most of the planet, the global food crisis is providing the first step in this process, that of comprehension. You have been building up to this global food crisis collectively through countless choices made by individuals and institutions in the world. You have been heading toward this for hundreds of years. It is happening now. This is the year that the global food crisis is reaching a breaking point; is reaching a point at which it can no longer be ignored. This is the year in which the human mind, as a collective entity is capable of comprehending how individual choices have led to this and how individual choices can lead you back out. Whether humanity comes to that comprehension and reaches the next stage of accountability is yet to be seen, but this is what you have been gearing up for. The food crisis is just the beginning. You will see a water crisis, you have already seen a fuel crisis. You will see more water shortages and you will see a shortage of aid when it is needed most. In the moments when natural disasters or war occur, you will see, there is always a shortage of aid, but you will see further development of what you saw in hurricane Katrina or the cyclone in Myanmar. You will find that there is an extreme shortage of emergency services. As you see these crises, the question then becomes -- What will you do for the person next to you? Rather than waiting for an institution to direct you, what will you as an individual do for the people around you who are suffering? It will become necessary for each of you to choose to act out of your own empowerment, rather than to wait for an institution to direct you. It is time to answer your calling to service. The most likely outcome is that as you see your connections and you take accountability for what you can do with your life, then as a collective you eventually become empowered to care for one another -- to steward one another in a way that defies institutional control. This is where in religions you find the phrase to "do unto others as you would have done unto you" or the direction to "bear one another's burdens." These are not just religious idioms; they hold the keys to Enlightenment and your survival as a human race. It is not just an idea and it is not something that your institutions will do for you. It is something that you as individuals will choose to do, and that is the only thing that will resolve the food crisis. You are most likely, in July, to simply see further evidence of the food crisis, the water crisis and the crisis of emergency aid, and you will continue to see individuals answer the call to service. What is the power of July as the seventh month? How can we use the power and magic of the number seven this month? This is a perfect way to ask the question because the number 7 is magic. The word magic, we are going to use a particular definition of the word here, which is we are using it as a way to convey the fact that what exists energetically will create what exists physically. And, the inverse, that what exists physically does shift the energy surrounding it. This is the magic that makes your words so powerful. It makes your actions so powerful; it makes your intentions so powerful. When you hope for something, hope actually takes shape as an energy and that energy leads to actions, events and even eventually can lead to material change in the world. The power of the number 7 in July is very evident. Actually, if we were to give a number to this month, not only is it number 7 in order for the western calendar, 7 speaks to the power of the clarity that will be available for you. The power of 7 tells you that nothing can be overlooked. If you are intending that someone be hurt but you are pretending to help them, that intention of hurtfulness will be evident. It will limit the way they receive the help you offer. If you are intending to help heal someone, even if you cannot decide what to do for them, that intention in the form of prayer is conveyed. It does make a difference; it does transmit and make the person more healable than they were without your prayer or your intention. The way to use the power of 7 is, first of all, do not pretend. Do not fake anything, and do not believe it when the people around you do. July is not a time for pretense. It is not a time to pull the wool over your own eyes or over the eyes of anyone else. The second way to use the power of 7 is to engage in a practice such as prayer or sending positive, loving energy into the world from your heart using the truth of magic, which is that what you intend energetically, what you think about, actually does transmit and have an affect in the world and in your life. Number 7 is the number that directs the power of positive thinking, or mind over matter; and those ideas are more true than ever in July of 2008. Is there anything else we should know about the energy of July 2008? Yes. Do not be afraid. As long as you have a commitment to being honest, taking accountability for your life, keeping your heart open and choosing love over fear, this month does not need to be terribly uncomfortable. Yes you will find that your hearts break. Your hearts will break, you will feel sadness, anger and surprise; but all these things are meant to lead you to a deeper understanding of Love. They are meant to lead you to a deeper sense of connection with the people around you. This is the perfect month to remember and embrace all the ways that you have been hurt in your life and cradle them tenderly in your heart. Then go into the world, look at the people around you, and assume that they, too, have their pain; assume that they, too, have cried alone, and that they have felt as alone as you have in your life. Allow this perspective to direct your actions toward them. Offer them tenderness; there is literally no room for harsh judgments of yourself or others in July 2008. During July of 2008, there is enough pain, there is enough brightness glaring at people already. People do not need your opinion; they need your loving attention. This is a month for tenderness, this is a month for sweetness. Do not be afraid. Choose Love. Is there any new information or are there updates to the information that was offered in the Looking Ahead channeling for July 2008? Yes! Though there is not really any change in direction or fundamental shift in the energy, there is more specific information available now that the energy of the month is approaching. The energy of July 2008 continues to be an explosive, expansive energy - like a bright light flashing. The shift that has occurred in the weeks since the Looking Ahead channeling is there is more Light available in July 2008 than there would have been several weeks ago. This is completely a result of the thoughts and actions of human beings. You have made room for more Light to be available. When we say Light, we are talking about Divine Light -- that vibration or energy of Love that formulates everything in the Universe. We are also referring to the effects of that Light, which is when that Light is present, all of creation becomes visible. In other words, more information is available to you when you allow more Light to be present in your lives. Through your actions, particularly through your embracing of compassion, you have opened a space for more Divine Light in your hearts. Also, this Divine Light is even more available due to your continued willingness to see what is. Your willingness to take into account all the information that you know -- your willingness to step out of denial in your personal lives, in your collective endeavors and to embrace the truth even though the truth can sometimes be difficult or hurtful, bring more Light into the world. So many of you, during the month of June, have bravely stepped into the truth in your lives, that you have opened up more potential for Light during the month of July. The energy remains as it was in the previously channeled message, but there is more Light available. This means that you have more resources available. You have more of that higher vibration to support you through the month of July. The increased availability of Light also means that you are likely to see even more than you would have before in the month of July. Deception, lies, miscommunications, anything that was previously unseen or unknown to you becomes very obvious during the month of July 2008. This is not exactly a comfortable thing to have happen, but it is very useful and is only happening out of a response to all of your willingness to move into this visibility. There is a bit of irony here; with more of that vibrational resource and with more information at your fingertips, you all are likely to step forward even more than you originally planned. That means that you have essentially opened up space for the month of July to be even more explosive than was previously channeled. But this is not a punishment; it is a gift you have created for yourselves to propel you forward on your unique, divine paths. Take note that this increase of explosive energy and expansion is occurring as a result of the greater resources you have available. It is not that you now need to scramble for energy and courage to deal with this -- you already have it. You are simply going to get bigger than you expected. Look for new information in your lives, be willing to see what really is rather than what you really hope to be. Be willing to grapple with any new information with your hearts as open as possible, remembering that you are completely supported from the other worlds and that you are completely supported in the human world. All of our advice regarding July in the Looking Ahead channeling remains true. The best way to work with the energy of the month is to reach out and get connected to the people in your life. That includes people that you have not met yet, but pass you by on the street or who stand in line with you at the store. Be willing to reach out and connect with your fellow human beings. That is the one thing that will be most beneficial for you to do as you move into this new rapid expansion. Otherwise, the original message is perfectly accurate. When you say "explosive", do you have a more everyday description for what "explosive" may be or what it may look like? Yes. This is likely to mean that on an everyday basis in your personal lives, you will feel that you consistently have new revelations. You will find yourselves on certain days, in certain moments, suddenly seeing a situation with a whole new perspective. It is as though you will have a profound insight that makes everything clear to you all at once, but then this will occur on an ongoing basis. It is like an explosion of clarity in your minds - an "Aha!" moment. Then as soon as you see the new insights and integrate the new information, another one happens. You may find through the month of July that you feel you cannot catch up with yourself, and that is okay. In August, the expansion will become more integrated, so let the clarity come during July. This may mean that you will miss some deadlines or you will feel pressed to get things done in time. It will feel like things are happening too fast around you. It may feel as if you were surrounded by bombs going off. Imagine that a big explosion occurs on one side, and as soon as you turn to deal with it, a second explosion occurs on the other side. You are likely to feel that everywhere you turn you find new information and new insights that are so profound that they genuinely change your perspective. You will have these kinds of jaw dropping moments, not of fear or of tragedy, but just the shock of insight like you will just be momentarily stunned throughout the month by new perspectives or new information. You may get news that surprises you. Depending on your life and your trajectory, it may be very positive, joyful news or it might be very distressing, disappointing news. Either way you are likely to have your jaws drop, so to speak. Collectively, you are likely to see a more explosive version of events that are occurring already in your world. Scandals will seem more scandalous, corruption will be more devious, world events will take on a new sense of drama or a deeper, more permanent sense of meaning. During July, many people are likely to suddenly realize that all of the things that they suspected may be true, are actually true. For instance, the global food crisis is an example. People are aware that there are food shortages throughout the world and many people have been aware that mismanagement of resources occurs throughout the world. For years and years people could have anticipated a food shortage such as this, but now that it is actually happening, it seems surprising even if some part of you is aware that mismanagement would eventually lead to shortages. During the month of July you will find that the information surrounding global events such as the global food shortage, natural disasters or political decisions, will cause you to pause with momentary shock. Your jaw will just drop, you will catch your breath, find yourself surprised and you will need to reevaluate everything that you assumed before. This is something that is not new; you have been doing this already, particularly in the last several months. It is just that the energy in July makes it feel bigger and more shocking. Do your best to remain calm. The fundamental direction that humanity has taken is not changing in July. You are changing individually -- your perspective is opening, you are seeing more and it is your work to adjust with an open heart and a willingness to see things as they are rather than as you wish them to be. You do not need to panic and suddenly be in fear that the whole world will fall apart at your feet. Parts of the world are unraveling and new parts of the world are building into a new, more enlightened foundation. Do your best not to panic in July. Do your best to take in the information and respond to it as well as you can knowing that more will keep coming and all you need to do is keep up with it. Do your best and trust that in August and September you will have the time you need to digest it all. Is there some way we can use this explosive theme to put energies of healing into the explosive devices of the world or is there some way that we can do something explosive in Spirit work? This explosive energy draws a closer connection between your intentions and the manifestations of your intentions into outcomes. Your intentions, prayers, hopes, wishes and thoughts always create a resonance in the world, they always have an outcome though you usually cannot see it very clearly. In July, the outcome gets closer to what you intended, and the outcome happens more readily. There is less distance -- a metaphorical distance because we are not talking about space here. There is nothing new you need to do, but it will help you to know that your intentions and your prayers have a greater effect, they have a more explosive or expanded effect in the world during July than they typically do. All the complex ripples between you and your intentions and what happens in the outer world have more clarity, like they move through a clearer radio signal through which to travel. Because your intentions will lead more easily to manifestation, it is important to be very aware of what you intend in your personal lives because what you intend, fear or spend most of your time thinking about is likely to come into being in one way or another. This is why we continually give you the direction to choose Love over fear. Fear will arise, especially when things start to feel out of control and when things start moving really fast for you. Fear will arise and you can allow it to arise, but then make a choice about where to place your attention; you have the power to choose Love, even when you are experiencing the emotion of fear. You do not need to fight the fear; you do not need to ignore it. In fact if you ignore it, it becomes stronger. Instead, allow it to arise but then choose your behaviors to be based in Love. Choose your words based in Love. Choose words that heal people rather than words that hurt people. This includes words you use in regard to yourself. There is nothing new with this information - you have heard these things before -- but do know that you will have a greater effect in doing this. It is almost like a faucet was turned on 100 times wider. If I am attempting to channel loving energy, now my intentions to send love out to the world will be 100 times stronger. There will be that much more Light to send out. Is that right? Yes - this is an excellent way to describe how your intentions connect to the outer world; it is like the faucet got turned on wider or faster. The energy itself of July, itself, does not quite suit the image of a faucet. A faucet is too consistent. The explosive energy of July occurs more in fits and starts. That is why we say it is explosive rather than just big. It occurs like a series of explosions or a series of expansions rather than one long-term, consistent flow. Someone once told me that on July 23 a Goddess window opens. I seem to remember something about a binary star or the Dog Star, but that window stays open through the September 23 and there is just a lot of divine feminine energy. Can speak to that in regard to July 2008? This is an astrological energy -- an energy that is channeled to the world through an astrological alignment that occurs every year. It is not a traditional astrological alignment because it is not an alignment of planets. It is an alignment based where the earth is positioned it its revolution around the sun and what stellar energies you are exposed to through your position during this period. There is something like a Goddess energy. In the year 2008, that energy is part of what will make the expansion of July become more consistent in the month of August. In the month of August you will continue to have expansion, but it will become more consistent rather than explosive as a result of the Goddess positioning. Goddess energy and God energy is always available, but you have different configurations of it moving through the planet at different times based on astrological alignments. This particular alignment brings more consistency in August, but will not be a huge central factor of what is happening in July and August this year, but it does make a shift. It does make things softer in August. Will this explosive energy also manifest as more explosive weather occurrences? Yes. Several weeks in advance of the month, the potential was quite strong for physical explosions of weather, bombing devices, rising tempers, all of these kinds of things. Now that we are closer to the month's beginning, the explosive energy remains likely to happen physically through weather and human behavior, but with the tempering sense of Light coming from your compassion and your willingness to embrace the truth. It is less likely you will translate the energy of July into physically tangible explosions. It will still happen throughout the world, but it is not as strongly translated into physical matter. You will continue to see storms. In July you will begin to see the nature of the hurricane season because there is an intense hurricane season that will begin to arise in July. That is not to say there will be a massive hurricane in July, it is yet to be seen what kind of hurricane season it is. It is simply that there is a great deal of energetic potential rising in the season. You will continue to see attention-grabbing kinds of weather, but the potential is less than before based on the collective human embracing of the Light. When it is referred to that we should stay connected, is that as simple as smiling at the person in front of us in line at the grocery store, the holding of a hand, picking something up for somebody who dropped it? Does this help to bring in more Light so that things can be soothed a bit more? Yes, absolutely, though there is a little more specific information about this for you because it is very important; it is the most important direction to take out of these channelings for July. It will depend on who you are and how you have configured your life. For some of you, the most you can manage to do is to reach out to strangers in those simple little ways. Not for most of you; for some of you. For others of you, it will mean reconnecting with old friends or spending more time with the people in your life so that you have a deeper connection rather than a transitory or momentary "hello." For many of you during the month of July, the real, true direction for you is to not only connect with people but actually reach out for help. Whether that is help thinking through a problem you are having at work or whether it is calling a friend in the middle of the night when you cannot stop crying and actually asking them to come over and hold you. Each of you has your own threshold for ability to ask for help and your ability to risk or connect. Follow what makes sense in your lives, but extend yourselves further than usual in asking for and offering help. Essentially anything you do that supports isolation in your life is going to make things a little more difficult in July. Anything you do to reach out and be in community or in a relationship is going to make this month really joyful and clear. This month has the potential to push you forward in the directions you want to go in your lives, and this potential is maximized in your willingness to engage more deeply in relationships of all kinds. It will depend on you, how your life is choreographed and what your thresholds are around these things. It would be important to do something out of the ordinary. This is not to say that there is anything wrong with being alone; it is fine to be alone. We are talking about isolation, which is different. Being alone is just part of existing. Sometimes you are alone and it is healthy, but when you could be with other people or when you are struggling with something and you do not tell anyone, then you are supporting your own isolation. This is the time to banish isolation and embrace interconnectedness. Each of you has entered a time and space in with true, human, heart-to-heart connection is more possible and more necessary than ever before. It rests with you to make these connections happen in your individual lives. Reach out, soften your hearts, smile and trust that you fellow humans are doing their best and they are on your side! A note from Lee Carroll: Kryon is not proprietary. This means that many can channel this loving being. In the past years, many have begun to do this, mainly in Europe. In April on this date, we invited five other Kryon channels to join with us in Hamburg, Germany, for the First International Kryon Konferenz (German spelling). They came from other parts of Germany, from South America, and from South Africa. All of them channelled Kryon for the weekend event. The channelling that follows was my channelling, given on the first evening of the event. It is the year of unity, and we wanted to show that we are not in competition, but we are united in our own uniqueness to bring the earth a common message about the love of God. The Story of MaryLet me introduce you to Mary. This is Mary to you, but to me she's not a woman and she's not a man. She is a beautiful angelic being - on my side of the veil, the perfect creature, the perfect energy, and not singular. That is to say that on my side, Mary is a group like I am. Energy is not singular. It's a "soup" of many kinds of attributes and not a "thing." Do you understand? So on my side, Mary is a collection of attributes, and not a body as you see yourselves. Mary isn't really Mary yet, but she's about to be.There is no time where I am standing on my side of the veil. There is no time for Mary, either. In the interdimensional space that we have, there is no singularity and there is no linearity. Mary is a piece of God in its purest form, and is about ready to leave half of her essence behind and go into what I have called The Wind of Birth. Does that make sense to you? Mary is a piece of God is about to become a female on planet Earth. It will be Mary's 343rd time there, and she's ready to go. The mechanics of this entire story are unbelievable to you, for you cannot fathom something that does not have linearity and singularity. Every time an angel has visited this planet in 3D and shown himself to anyone, in order to make sense of it, the Human mind puts skin and wings on it, and gives it a singular name. Humans must call it one thing, but that's not the way it is at all. Angelic energy is a multiple of many attributes, has no body, no singularity, and no name. But it must for you in order to make sense of it. This beautiful creature called Mary - this piece of God - is about to split up into many sacred energetic fragments, and one piece of her is going to become the Human Being that is on its way to the birth canal. The rest? It stays here. It is not part of your sacred teaching, but here it is: There is a tremendous amount energy that is "you," which stays in a suspended form of energy and that manifests itself on the magnetic and Crystalline Grids of the planet. Now, I've just given you a secret and yet none of you are going to believe it. You're just like Mary, and you think you're singular. You're not. Did you know that you're part of a group? Did you know that the other part of you is somewhere else? The "place" where it is becomes the Higher-Self. That's the connection, you know? You say it as being part of you (self), but you still somehow think it's apart from you. It isn't. It is you, the rest of you that you separated from. Perhaps you're starting to understand why the connection to the Higher-Self is so important? It connects you with you. Do you know what it's like to split yourself - to give away the knowledge that you're a piece of God so that you could come to Earth in total ignorance? Why would an angelic being do that? Why? I'll tell you: It's because they love this planet, that's why; and they love humanity, that's why. There's something to do here on Earth, that's why. Are you beginning to understand what I'm telling you? There is purpose for your being here. We have often spoken of The Wind of Birth. From my standpoint, it is the energy that pours through a vortex on my side of the veil, which represents a three-dimensional clash with an interdimensional reality (mine). Therefore, it is a collision that is remarkable, and Mary is about ready to fall into that portal. It is the process of birth for every Human Being and each one of you has done this. Do you understand why Kryon washes your feet? This is difficult what you do! Mary is about ready to be born. She's chosen her parents and they have chosen her... and they didn't do it eons ago as some of you think. They did it in a timeless place that represents the wisdom of the ages and the immediacy of your "now." It's an ancient decision, yet represents your current needs and this is impossible to describe to you. Each Human is split, and therefore, there is an entourage of spiritual planning going on at all times with all of you. You choose each other for lessons and for reward and for testing and for experience. This is complex to the max, and cannot be taught to you in a day, but it represents the potentials that have always existed, and yet can be changed by a simple Human choice. This energy that is Mary leans into the Wind of Birth. She's about ready to go, and I'm there. I am there for the event as I always am, and I always will be. It's what I do. I watch humans transform from angels, over and over, in a process that is about the love of humanity. Now, we reach the juncture in Human logic where the intellectual Human Being wishes to trap Spirit with word and time puzzles. They ask questions that seem to be high minded to them about three-dimensional ethics: "Kryon, you're about ready to describe the birth of Mary. Is that correct?" Yes, I am. "Then we wish you to identify for us at what point life began for Mary. Is it the fertilization of the egg? Is it biological or spiritual? When does it happen? When does life begin?" Oh, how 3D of you! You can't trick Spirit with questions that represent the limitation of three-dimensional thinking. The highest intellectual thinker on Earth can only reason within their own jar, never understanding there is a real world on the other side of the glass. I'll tell you when Mary's life began and you're not going to like the answer, because it's an interdimensional one. It started when the contract was put forward with Mary's parents and with Mary, in a timeless place where they agreed on the potential of her birth. That's the actual time when life began and it took place, and it represents the potentials before the earth was formed, yet has the energy of "yesterday afternoon." That's when it took place. Do you, therefore, understand that your life began at the potential of your parents' meeting? And what do you now think of the potential of your grandparents' meeting in order to manifest the birth of your parents? Yes, you were there planning it then, too. And to make it really, really fun, you were often times related to your own grandparents at that very time! Intellectual, you are like a goldfish who is trying to figure out the meaning of the sound of the tapping on the glass. Your world is small and simple, and your questions are the same. Break this paradigm and become an interdimensional thinker, and really expand your mind to include the sacredness of why you think the way you do. Then is when your potential to think will really soar. I want to tell all of you something. But there is someone here (and reading) that this will make some sense to: There are angelic beings who go through this birth experience, with all the beauty and all the joy, with all the love and complexity... just so that they can come in and be a stillbirth. Did you know that? Some will come in and they will die at age three. And when you experience that, know this: The potential of all of that is known in advance, and there are reasons for it. Blessed is that angel who will go through all of that - come into your reality and die when they're young, perhaps before they can speak or think or reason, in order to plant the seeds of compassion in certain individuals, for certain circumstances that will change lives around them. Maybe this happened to you? Mother, father, is this your circumstance? You know who I'm talking to, don't you? And if that was you, did you celebrate it? Could you? An agreement like that is profound, and you'll never forget it, will you? Well, neither will they. It's a system that creates compassion on the planet and it works well. You may have been part of that. You may have actually helped this very planet with the compassion for such an event, and the earth may never be the same. Did you think of that? Many hate God after something like that, never understanding that they lifted the very vibration of the earth itself. Mary doesn't have that contract, however. That's not her agreement. Mary's going to come in full-term and live a long life. I say goodbye to Mary, and she falls into the portal of birth. The first thing that happens is that Mary visits the Cave of Creation. She finds that crystal, which has her soul energy, and it glows with activation. Have you figured something out yet? How many past lives do you think you have had? Let me give you some things to think about. It doesn't matter how many you had. The same Higher-Self was in every one of them! The same core soul was the "boss" in every life. That means your Higher-Self was there for all of them; therefore, these lives all had something in common. Does this give you any ideas of what you might be able to do with this information? When some of you start connecting to your Higher-Selves, you're actually connecting to every single energy you have ever been on this planet. Mary places her new energy within the ancient crystal that has all her former lives within it. It reciprocates by placing all its energy and spiritual learning within Mary's new DNA. She is about to carry around within her new life everything she ever was. Mary is born, and she's a beautiful female child. Her parents are so happy and delighted with Mary! Politically Incorrect Thinking... Truth PrevailsRight away within the first few months of her life, Mary shows that she is going to be an artist, a good one. Here we stop the story yet again. For Mary's artistic abilities are carry-overs from a past life, and it's obvious. Humans carry attributes from lifetime to lifetime. These attributes go way beyond the genealogy that is biological of the parent. Do you realize that in your politically correct society, you are told that Human Beings are all born equal? Ask any mother if this is so, for they may have a number of children vastly different from each other. One might be a singer, and the other one can't sing at all. One might be very interested in reading, yet one wants only to dance. The parents look at this and say, "How could I have children so vastly different from the same set of parents?" It might not be politically correct, but it's true. The children come in very different, and hardly equal! Look at the fears that some of these individuals have when they're born. These are the insecurities and fears... hold-overs from things that they have been through before they got here. Ask a mother about that, how is it one child can be so secure and another one so afraid of their own shadow? It's part of the system and it's on purpose. Born equal? Indeed, you are all equally endowed with the power to change how you were born! But all of you come in with the overlay of what was before, and for those who are here for the first time, of which there are many, you come in with the attributes of "each ignorance." This is easy to spot, for it's the Human who is shocked at how things work, and never quite gets used to how Humans react to Humans on this planet. This is the life where they get their "Earth legs" and figure everything out.Mary was still an infant and she was doing what all infants do. You see, when you're that young, you see the energies that are around you. Ask a mother about that! Have you ever been holding your infant and the infant is seeing something in the corner? His face is all aglow and he is laughing and having so much fun, playing with whatever is in the corner. Then you turn and look and there's nothing there! You know I'm right, don't you? Have you ever wondered what that is? Infants can still see the other side of the veil for a number of months after their birth. It's part of their survival. It's part of home, it stays with them so they can grow into another kind of love - Human love. Then slowly the interdimensional things go away. But you all got to see them when you arrived. We're not going to take you through her entire life, but we'll just tell you a little bit. Mary becomes an artist and a good one. She did not become an esoteric leader [New Age teacher]. Kryon never occurred in her life and she never read a Kryon book. She was never drawn to a meeting like this, but Mary actually was able to heal people with her art. Mary became a world-famous artist - she could really paint! Many found a spiritual connection through her artwork, and Mary would say, "I only paint what I feel." She was feeing her Higher-Self with every stroke of the brush. The Big Misconception – God Cares How You Find EnlightenmentNow, let me back up for a minute. I just told you that Mary found God. You might say, "Well, how could she do that? She didn't follow the spiritual rules that you hear about in so many religions. The world is filled with structures that have doctrines with rules. Also, how could Mary find God when she never even came to an esoteric meeting? No religion, no New Age?"I want you to remember this. When you open that door of allowance, no matter how you get there, you're opening the door to home, and that's what we want you to do - to care enough to find that door. That's what the whole purpose of life is, to find that door, and there are many ways to do it. There are those in this room, teachers here, who have created steps for you to find the door, because they know you want the steps! Your reality needs the steps. There are also those who will say that you don't need steps, and this is for those who don't want steps! Do you understand what I'm telling you? God is in all the Human systems who respect the sacredness of the process, and there is allowance for many ways of opening the door. There is no right and wrong process if it takes you to self-realization of God inside... discovering the Higher-Self. Many immediately say, "Kryon, I don't like this! There has to be a ‘right way to God.' After all, God is complex and sacred, and we are simple and 3D. You said so! How can you tell us that there is no ‘right way?'" I didn't. I said there was no right or wrong process. There absolutely is a "right way." Love and compassion are the keys to finding the Higher-Self, but there are many loving and compassionate systems that allow you to discover the love of God inside. Listen: Imagine for a moment that you are a loving parent and you have not seen your children in decades. In addition, imagine that they were taken from you at a very early age. Imagine for a moment that you get a phone call from one of those children. "Mom, Dad, I know where you are and I'm coming to see you!" Oh, your heart would swell, would it not? I've found my children! Better than that, they found me! And you'd say on the phone, "Come! Please come see me. I can hardly wait to touch you." Now, let me ask you something. If the child showed up in a red car, would you look at him and say, "Oops, sorry! Go back. I really wanted you to be in a green car." You wouldn't do that, would you? Would you even care about the vehicle at all? All you want to do is hold them. The answer is you don't care how they get there. If they said, "Mom, Dad, I found this wonderful process and the process got me right to thinking about where you were - and I found you!" Would you care about the process? You would! You'd celebrate it, that's what you'd do. Another child may say, "I didn't need a process because I thought of it all by myself." Would you then cast them out because they didn't use the process of the first child? No! Blessed is the process or non-process that brings any Human Being home. And that's the truth of it - that Humans need to feel comfortable in their search for God so that they eventually can have the truth of meeting the "rest of the parts." The Return of MaryMary grew old, as all humans do. She eventually knew her days were numbered, as all Humans do. The young don't really think about this, but slowly grow into it as they age. It's the brain beginning to long for home, and Mary's brain knew she wasn't going to be around much longer.By this time, Mary had her own children and they were beautiful. Most of them could not draw or paint! They were not created equal either, since they didn't have Mary's sacred crystalline energy or her past lives. Instead, they had their own. All of you do and are shaped by what you've done on the planet. That's why you are not equal, and all so different, and all so unique. It was time for Mary to go. This is not a sad story, for every single one except for the very few here have been through this over and over. Mary was surrounded by her family when she passed over and they celebrated her life. They brought some of her wonderful paintings into the hospital room, the paintings that had touched the hearts and the souls of so many. Ah, Human Beings would sit and weep in front of her work. Some of them would weep with the joy of touching the face of God. Think of the energy that she had left on this planet! In her own way, in her own process, she knew God. The first thing that happened after Mary's soul was apart from her body was a trip to the Cave of Creation. It's a three-day process to integrate back into the other side of the veil. Those are Earth days. Mary deactivated her crystal. Think about what that crystal now contained! It now had the energy and experience of all of the past lives that Mary experienced on the planet, plus the energy of this one, with all her art. Now she was leaving it on the planet. None of it was going with her. It all stayed right on Earth. Now listen to me: That crystal made the earth vibrate higher. Even after Mary left, it continued to work for her. Are you getting the picture? You think you're ordinary and you're sitting in this room. Well, think of the work that you have done in your life. Think of those that you have helped, and you all have done this! Think of that... it all stays here! You may think you're ordinary, but believe me when you pass over, the planet will always know you were here. What a system! What a honoring of the Human life! I welcomed Mary back. It seemed like she had only been gone a moment. Oh, what a party we had! "It's good to be home," she said, as she reintegrated herself into the energy that you call God. The entity called Mary ceased to exist, except in that very sacred place that speaks to the crystalline structure of the earth. Human Being, this is who you are. Many don't believe it. You are a piece of God, and a piece of this planet's history. Profound! It's why we wash your feet. It's time for us to go. Perhaps this night you might allow yourself to believe it. Maybe it will start to make sense to you. This would be a good time to release the things you came with that you don't want to take home. How about fear? I know who's here. Wouldn't you like to have that release? How about forgiveness? Did you forgive the betrayal? I know who's here. How would you like to release sorrow? Push on that door within yourself, for there's a connection waiting for you. When that's made, all of those things begin to diminish. You become a balanced Human Being - not a religious Human Being, not a spiritual Human Being - but a balanced Human Being filled with joy. It's hard for us to leave. So we stay here. Beloved masters, your knowledge of the workings of the universe has grown by leaps and bounds over the past decade of your time. Many more of you than we ever thought possible are in the process of integrating and living the wisdom teachings that have been made available to the masses. You have exceeded our greatest expectations and are swiftly donning your cloaks of Light in preparation for your evolutionary ascension into the higher realms of existence. Even though chaos and duality are an integral part of your existence in the third/fourth dimensions, there is order and design in the Universal Master Plan, and you were not sent forth as cocreators without protection and a clearly defined path to follow in place. Your return to full consciousness of your God Self within this universal expression has always been assured. If you consciously strive to stay centered within your Sacred Heart and use the enlightened wisdom of your Sacred Mind, you will never be led astray. Your intuition will grow stronger and stronger as you build your confidence as a self-master, and you will always sense and then know the correct decision to make or the path to follow. As your confidence and your intuitive abilities increase, indecision will become a thing of the past. You are re-learning the master skills you enjoyed in the higher realms. Remember, you were a master builder of worlds without end, and you have existed in the higher realms much longer than you have been entrapped in the dense environment of the lower dimensions. You have a wealth of experience and wisdom to share with the multiple facets of your Self, and your successes have been duly recorded in the Cosmic Records for future reference. You are learning to erase from your memory and free yourselves from the confines of the collective consciousness belief system; and via your Pyramids of Light in the higher dimensions, you are also learning to soar into the more refined realms of awareness. Each time you do so, you gradually bring back with you into your physical vessel and your auric field the uplifting, harmonious frequencies of the higher realms, which builds a stronger, more radiant and expanded force field around you. Many of you are experiencing more symptoms of physical distress than ever before and many dear souls have decided to make their transition and continue their soul journey in other realms of experience. World life is important to you. Naturally, it is and is meant to be. It is where you consciously spend most of your time. It may be repetitive. It may not always be scintillating. It may not even be your cup of tea. Yet it serves a purpose. It's better not to worship worldly life, yet you do engage in it no matter what. Why not enjoy it while you're at it, and make it wonderful?
You don't want to be a snob to the world and call the world unfortunate names. Just as you might live in a house that is not your ideal, it is nevertheless where you live. Better to clean it up than bemoan your home's condition. Make your house happy. No one is to be high and mighty about the world, as if you know better. Of course, you do know better, and yet you are not better to chastise the world. Better to find that about the world that you do genuinely appreciate. Beloveds, I gave you the world as a gift. You wouldn't be so rude as to disdain a gift I give you, would you? You wouldn't badmouth it or kick it in the shins. Genuinely, find good use for it. The world is asking you to love it. Loving the world is like watering your plants, feeding your livestock, and taking your dog for walks. Thank you for taking care of the world around you. Succor the world on My behalf. I ask you to take care of the world I made. I ask you to raise it so it may grow Heavenward and grow strong. You would give a lot for someone to honor you, wouldn't you? You would give a lot to have others point out your strengths and make you strong. When people have pointed out your weaknesses, that didn't make you strong. It made you weak. Never mind for now what the world doesn't do. That will take care of itself. It really will, simply by your focus on all the good the world gives you. Let the world flex its muscles of love. Talk nice to it. Uphold it, and you will uplift it. What good do you do when you disown the world? What good do you do for yourself or anyone when you knock the world? Open your eyes and heart to the world, and the world will flourish. It will come to attention in order to serve your desires. You and the world have a reciprocal relationship. You are in tandem. The world goes up and down according to how you look at it. The world will knock itself out for you just for the chance to meet the image you have of it. In your mind, give a party to honor the world. You don't want the world to slip through your fingers. The world wants to be in your hands and your mind and heart. Consider the world your dog you walk on a leash. Think the dog is ill-behaved, and likely he will be. Think your dog well-behaved, and likely he will be. The dog and the world yearn to serve you and serve you well. They just don't always know how. When your mother cooks you a meal, and you let her know how much you enjoy her cooking, you can be sure she will cook great food for you again. You would be giving your mother the energy to prepare for you the food you like. Withhold your appreciation, and the less likely your mom will cook for you. What do you want, beloveds? Do you want your mom to cook what you like? If you do, you have to let her know what you like. If you want the world to be a better place, you have to let the world know what you like. No te digo que asumas siempre el papel de la Buena Persona. Hay situaciones en las que no dejas los asuntos librados al azar. Hay situaciones en las que debes ser firme. Hay situaciones en las que debes imponer tu voluntad, pero eso no significa tengas que alardear. No es que tú das respeto. Es que tú tienes respeto. No hay rol que tengas que interpretar. No es que manejas a todos con guantes de cabritilla. Nadie quiere ser tratado con guantes de cabritilla. Tú dibujas una línea, y debes saber dónde dibujarla, y debes saber cuándo dibujarla. Beloveds, I am telling you how to see yourself. See yourself as the God Being that you are. It is for you to know what you are worth. Know it, and then be quiet about it. No one else needs to know. It is not for you to blab about. It is not for you to say a word about your worth. There are some things to be still about, and this is one. Keep your worth to yourself. In words I mean.
In action, reveal yourself. In being, reveal yourself. By your very presence, reveal yourself. Be a balm to the world. Let others think about you as they will. Let them think you are a saint or a sinner. It is for you to know you are neither. Sooner or later, others will come to this realization themselves. It serves no purpose for you to wear medals of spiritual valor on your chest. What did the Great Ones wear? They wore simple robes. They did not point to themselves. They were not prepossessing. Buddha sat under a simple tree. He had no neon signs pointing to him. He did not put himself under a spotlight. He did not stand on a pedestal. He did not sit on a throne. He sat under a banyan tree. He was the most modest of men. Christ never said: "Look at me, how enlightened I am!" The enlightened acknowledge Me and not themselves. Who needs to know how marvelous you are. It is enough I know. Let that be enough for all. Be an announcer of Truth and not your qualifications. May others do the same. All are Divine Beings. Nothing more needs to be said. No Divine Being is to be adored or given attribution. It is a given that you are a Divine Being. It is also a given that you are a Human Being with all the accoutrements that implies. In the relative world, you are just a man or woman. When Christ walked the Earth, he didn't seek plaudits. He wasn't about himself at all, and he didn't want others to limit their thinking to him either. He was about Me, and that is what he wanted others to be about too. All the Great Ones were about service to Me and not about anyone's impressions of them. They knew where they wanted you to look, and it was not at themselves. Be a noble Human Being. Yes, be it, and be the last to know. Do you understand what I am saying? Do not fluff yourself up, and do not encourage any other to fluff or puff you up. Fluff is not what you are about. Love is what you are about. Loving yourself is not preening. It is not a pose. Love yourself modestly. Do not cry your merits from the rooftops. What is is, and what isn't isn't. Nothing needs to be said. Love reveals itself, but love does not have to come in a fancy package. Save your breath, beloveds, for something more important than others' impressions of you. Save others from wasting their time and their hearts and souls. You are all made in My image, yes, indeed. All are. Don't let anyone tell you he is a big honcho. And don't you tell yourself you are. All are simple servants of God. No one is to have brass bands announcing his arrival. No one is to want anyone to sing his praises. It is My praises you want sung. You have too much serving to do to either admire or be admired. You are My Divine Child. And everyone else is too. This is not putting you down, beloveds. Dear friends, I am delighted to be among you again and to communicate with you in this way. I must say that this means a lot to me as well. I cherish these meetings for in this way I can come closer to you than from my own plane of reality. Yet I always live inside your hearts and I wait for moments in your time when you are open and susceptible to my energy. My energy, the Christ energy that is being reborn in this time, is not solely my energy. It is not simply the energy of one man who lived on earth at one time; it is a collective energy field in which you take part in a way that is more profound than you realize. You all made a vow once, you all set your intention to carry this energy forth into the reality of earth, to anchor it in earth. Many lifetimes, many centuries, you have worked on this mission. You are all in the process of birthing the Christ seed within and I am helping you. I was a forerunner, yet the sowing of the Christ seed was a collective effort. Even my coming to earth was possible only because of the field of energy that was present here, woven by you. We work together, we are a unity. Therefore I am accessible to all of you. I am not exclusively available to any one person. I am at the service of all of you. Today I want to speak about an issue that touches you deeply and frequently in your day to day life. It is about dealing with emotions. Last time I spoke about the energies of the male and the female which run through your energy field and chakras. I have emphasized the importance of healing the lowest three chakras as a part of becoming whole and complete unto yourself. I thought it was important to emphasize this as some of you who crave the spiritual tend to withdraw yourself, both in thought and feeling, to the higher chakras. The heart, the third eye and the crown chakra are attractive to you, because these energy centers connect you with the higher realms that are so natural to you. But the real inner breakthroughs must now occur on a lower level, in the area of the lower chakras, closer to earth. The area of the emotions is a vital area in your growth process towards freedom and wholeness. You are spiritual beings. You come from a plane of reality where the density and coarseness of earth reality was unknown to you. To cope with this has been difficult. Throughout many lives you have tried to express your cosmic energy here on earth. And in this expression, in the channeling of your energy to earth, many deep traumas have been built up. The emotional body that you all have is rife with wounds and traumas. Of that I wish to speak today. Anyone who walks the path of inner growth knows the importance of emotions: that you should not repress them, that you have to come to terms with them in some way, that you must ultimately release them. But how it all really works is not always so clear. I first want to make a distinction between emotions and feelings. I am not concerned here with specific terms or labels and you may call it by different names, but I want to make a distinction between emotions in the sense of energies that are essentially expressions of misunderstanding and feelings or energies that are a form of higher understanding. Feelings are your teachers, while emotions are your children. Emotions are energies that have a clear manifestation in the physical body. Emotions are reactions to things that you do not really understand. Consider what happens when you are overcome by a fit of rage. For instance someone hurts your feelings unexpectedly and you feel yourself becoming angry. You can feel this very clearly in your body; in certain places you feel the energy go tense. This physical tension or tightening that follows the energetic shock shows there is something you do not understand. There is an energy coming toward you that you feel is unjustified. The feeling of being treated unjustly, in short the not-understanding, is vented through the emotion. The emotion is the expression of the not-understanding, it is an energetic explosion and a release. When this happens, you are confronted with the following choice: what am I going to do with this emotion? Am I going to base my actual behavior on it? Am I going to use this as fuel for my reactions to other people or do I let the emotion be and base my actions on something else? Before answering this question, I want to explain the nature of feelings. Emotions are essentially explosions of misunderstanding that you can clearly perceive in the body. Feelings, on the other hand, are of a different nature and are perceived differently as well. Feelings are more quiet than emotions. They are the whispers of the soul that reach you through gentle nudges, an inner knowingness or a sudden intuitive action that later appears to have been very wise. Emotions always have something very intense and dramatic to them. Consider anxiety attacks, fear, rage or deep sadness. Emotions take hold of you completely and pull you away from your spiritual center. In the moment you are highly emotional, you are full of a kind of energy that pulls you away from your center, your inner clarity. In that sense, emotions are like clouds hovering before the sun. With this, I do not want to say anything against emotions. Emotions should not be repressed; they are very valuable as a means to get to know yourself more intimately. But I do want to state what the nature of emotional energy is: it is an explosion of misunderstanding. Emotions essentially take you out of your center. Feelings, on the other hand, bring you deeper into yourself, into your center. Feelings are closely associated with what you call intuition. Feelings express a higher understanding, a kind of understanding that transcends both the emotions and the mind. Feelings originate in a non-physical realm, outside of the body. That is why they are not so clearly located within one spot of the physical body. Consider what happens when you sense something, an atmosphere or a mood, or when you have presentiments about a situation. There is a kind of knowingness within you then that seems to come from the outside and that is not a reaction from you to something external. It comes “out of nothing” (“out of the blue” as you so beautifully put it). In such a moment, you may feel something open up in your heart chakra. There are many moments in which such an inner knowingness comes to you. For instance, you may “know” something about someone without having really talked with him or her. You can sense something about the two of you that later on will play an important role in your relationship. Such things are not easy to grasp in words – “simply a feeling” - and certainly not easily understood by the mind. (These are the moments in which your mind gets skeptical, telling you that you are making things up or are going crazy). I would like to mention another energy that has more of a “feeling” nature than an emotional one. It is joy. Joy can be a phenomenon that transcends the emotional. Sometimes you can feel a kind of joy inside that lifts you up without a particular reason. You feel the divinity inside you and your intimate connection to all that exists. Such a feeling may come to you when you least expect it. It is as if Something Greater touches you or as if you touch a Greater Reality. Feelings are not so easily summoned and seem to come to you “out of the blue.” Emotions almost always have a clear immediate cause: a trigger in the outside world that “pushes your buttons.” Feelings originate from the dimension of your Higher or Greater Self. You need to be quiet inside to catch those whispers in your heart. Emotions can disturb this inner silence and peace. Therefore it is vital to become emotionally calm and to heal and release repressed emotions. Only from your feeling which connects you to your soul can you make balanced decisions. By being quiet and peaceful, you can feel with all of your being what is right for you at a certain moment. Making decisions based on emotions is making decisions from a non-centered position. You need to release the emotions first and get in touch with your inner core where there is clarity. Now I want to go into the question of how you can best deal with your emotions. I said that “feelings are your teachers and emotions are your children.” The parallels between “being emotional” and “being like a child” are striking. Your “inner child” is the seat of your emotions. Also there is a striking resemblance between the way you deal with your own emotions and the way you deal with real children. Children are honest and spontaneous in their emotions and they do not hide or repress them until adults encourage them to do so. The fact that children spontaneously express their emotions does not however mean that children experience their emotions in a balanced way. Everyone knows that children can be carried away by their emotions (rage, fear or sadness) and are often unable to put a stop to them. In such a situation, the child can almost drown in their emotions and that makes them unbalanced, i.e. out-of-center. One of the reasons for this unbounded emotionality is that the child has only recently left a world in which there are hardly any boundaries. In the ethereal or astral dimensions, there were no such restrictions and limitations as there are in the physical realm, within the physical body. The child’s emotions are often “reactions of misunderstanding” to this physical reality. Therefore when he or she grows up, the child needs help and support in dealing with their emotions. This is part of the process of “balanced incarnating” on earth. So how do you deal with emotions, whether in yourself or in your children? Emotions should not be judged or repressed. Emotions are a vital part of you as a human being and as such they need to be respected and accepted. You can look upon your emotions as your children who need your attention and respect and your guidance. An emotion can best be viewed as an energy that comes to you for healing. Therefore it is important to not be completely swept away by the emotion, but to remain able to look at it from a neutral stance. It is important to stay conscious. One might put it like this; you should not repress an emotion, but you should not drown in it either. For when you drown in it, when you identify with it completely, the child in you becomes a tyrant that will lead you astray. The most important thing you can do with an emotion is to allow it in, to feel all aspects of it while not losing your consciousness. Take for instance anger. You can invite anger to be fully present, experiencing it in your body at several places, while you are at the same time neutrally observing it. Such a type of consciousness is healing. What happens in this instance is that you embrace the emotion, which is essentially a form of misunderstanding, with understanding. This is spiritual alchemy. Let me explain with the help of an example. Your child has bumped her knee on the table and it really hurts. She is upset, screaming with pain and she kicks the table because she is angry with it. She considers the table to be the source of her pain. Emotional guidance at this moment means that the parent first helps the child name her experience. “You are angry, aren’t you – you are in pain, right?” Naming it is essential. You transfer the root of the problem from the table to the child herself. “It’s not in the table, it is you who are hurt, it is you who is angry. And yes, I understand your emotion!” The parent embraces the emotion of the child with understanding, with love. The moment the child feels understood and recognized, her anger will gradually fade away. The physical pain may still be present. But her resistance to the pain, the anger around it, can dissolve. The child reads compassion and understanding in your eyes, and this relaxes and soothes her emotions. The table, the cause of the emotions, is not relevant anymore. In embracing an emotion with understanding and compassion, you shift the focus of the child’s attention from outside to inside, and you teach the child to take responsibility for the emotion. You are showing her that her reaction to an outside trigger is not a given, but that it is a matter of choice. You can choose misunderstanding or understanding. You can choose to fight or to accept. You can choose. This also applies to the relationship with your own emotions, your own inner child. Allowing your emotions in, naming them and making an effort to understand them, means that you truly respect and cherish your inner child. Making the shift from “outer” to “inner,” taking responsibility for the emotion, helps to create an inner child that does not want to hurt anyone else, that does not feel victimized. Strong emotions – whether anger, grief or fear – always have the component of powerlessness, i.e. the sense that you are the victim of something outside of you. What you do when you focus not on the circumstances outside of you but instead on your reaction and your pain is that you “dismiss” the outside world as the cause of your emotions. You do not care that much about what gave rise to the emotion. You completely turn inward and you say to yourself: okay, this has been my reaction and I understand why. I understand why I feel the way that I do and I am going to support myself in this. Turning toward your emotions in such a loving manner is liberating. It does require a kind of self-discipline. Releasing outside reality as the “source of the evil” and taking full responsibility yourself means that you acknowledge that “you choose to react a certain way.” You stop arguing about who is right and who is wrong, who is to blame for what and you simply release the whole chain of events that happened outside of your control. “I now experience this emotion in the full awareness that I choose to do so.” That is taking responsibility. That is courage! The self-discipline in this is that you give up on being righteous and on being the helpless victim. You give up on feeling angry, misunderstood and all the other expressions of victimhood that can feel quite good at some times. (Truly, you often cherish the emotions that bug you the most). Taking responsibility is an act of humbleness. It means being honest with yourself, even at your weakest moment. This is the self-discipline that is asked of you. At the same time, this kind of turning inward requires the highest compassion. The emotion you are honestly prepared to face as your own creation is also looked upon with gentle understanding. “You chose anger this time, didn’t you?” Compassion tells you: “Okay, I can see why and I forgive you. Perhaps when you feel my love and support more clearly you will not feel inclined to take that response next time.” This is the true role of consciousness in self-healing. This is what spiritual alchemy means. Consciousness does not fight or reject anything; it encircles darkness with awareness. It encircles the energies of misunderstanding with understanding and thus transforms ordinary metal into gold. Consciousness and love are essentially the same. Being conscious means letting something be and surrounding it with your love and compassion. Often you think that “consciousness alone” is not enough to overcome your emotional problems. You say: I know I have repressed emotions, I know the cause of it, I am aware but it does not go away. In that case, there is a subtle resistance within you to that emotion. You keep the emotion at a distance, from fear of being overwhelmed by it. But you are never overwhelmed by an emotion when you consciously choose to allow it. As long as you keep the emotion at a distance, you are at war with it. You are fighting the emotion and it will turn against you in several ways. You cannot keep it outside in the end. It will manifest itself in your body as an ache or tension or as a feeling of depression. Feeling down or weary frequently is a clear sign that you are repressing certain emotions. The thing is that you need to allow the emotions to fully enter your consciousness. If you do not know exactly what emotions are there, you can very well start by feeling the tensions in your body. This is a gateway to the emotions. In your body it is all stored. For instance, if you feel pain or tension in the area of your stomach, you can go there with your awareness and ask what is the matter. Let the cells of your body speak to you. Or imagine that right there, a child is present. Ask the child to show you what emotion is predominant in him or her. There are several ways to connect with your emotions. It is vital to realize that the energy that got stuck in the emotion wants to move. This energy wants to be released and therefore it knocks at your door as a physical complaint or as a feeling of stress or depression. For you it is a matter of really opening up and being prepared to feel the emotion. Emotions are part of your earthly reality – but they should not get a hold over you. Emotions are like clouds for the sun. Therefore it is so important to be aware of your emotions and to deal with them consciously. From a clear and balanced emotional body, it is much easier to contact your soul or inner core through your intuition. In your society, there is much confusion about emotions. This is evident, among other things, from the amount of debate and confusion there is about how to raise your children. Children clearly are much more emotionally spontaneous than you are as adults. This creates difficulties. What if some of your moral boundaries are crossed? What if the situation gets out of hand and chaos arises? Does one have to discipline children or let them express themselves freely? Do their emotions have to be controlled or not? What is important in a child’s upbringing is that they learn to understand their emotions, to understand where they come from and to take responsibility for them. With your help, the child can learn to see their emotions as “explosions of misunderstanding.” This understanding prevents your child from “drowning” in their emotions and going out of control. Understanding liberates and brings you back to your own center without repressing the emotions. The parent teaches their child to deal with emotions in this way by being the living example of it. All the questions you have about dealing with your children also apply to yourself. How do you cope with your own emotions? Are you hard on yourself? When you feel angry or sad for some time, do you discipline yourself by saying: “Come on, get yourself together and move on”? Do you suppress the emotion? Do you feel that disciplining yourself is good and necessary? Who taught you this? Was it a parent? Or do you go to the other side? Do you wallow in your emotion, not wanting to let go of it. This also is frequently the case. You may have felt for a long time that you were a victim of some situation outside of you, for example your upbringing, your partner or your work environment. At a certain moment, it may have been very liberating to get in touch with the anger inside you about the negative things that influenced you. Anger can enable you to break free from these influences and go your own way. However you may get so enamored with your anger that you do not want to give it up anymore. Instead of becoming a doorway, it becomes a way of living. A form of victimhood then arises which is anything but healing. It holds you back from truly standing in your own power. It is very important to take responsibility for your own emotions and not to make absolute truths of them. When you give them the status of truths, instead of looking upon them as “explosions of misunderstanding,” you will base your actions on them and that will lead to uncentered decisions. The same happens with children who are allowed too much emotional freedom. They run wild and become uncontrollable; they become little tyrants and that is not right. Emotional chaos is just as unpleasant for the child as it is for the parent. In short you can either be too strict or too lenient in dealing with your emotions (and, by analogy, with your children). I want to go a little more into the “lenient” way, for that seems to be more of an issue nowadays. Since the sixties there has been a collective realization that it will not do to suppress your emotions, for then you are stifling your spontaneity and creativity, indeed your very soul. Society will produce disciplined and obedient children who care more for rules than the whispers of the heart and that is a tragedy – for society as well as the individual. But what about that other extreme: what about justifying emotions in such a way that they take over and rule your life? You can very well observe inside you whether there are emotions that you cherish in such a way that you regard them as truth instead of what they really are: explosions of misunderstanding. These are emotions you have identified with. The paradox is that often enough, these are emotions that cause you much suffering. For instance: powerlessness (“I cannot help it”), control (“I’ll handle it”), anger (“it’s their fault”) or grief (“life is miserable”). These are all emotions that are painful but yet, on another level, they give you something special to hold on to. Take powerlessness or the “victim feeling.” There can be advantages to this emotional pattern. It may give you a sense of safety. It releases you from certain obligations or responsibilities. “I can’t help it, can I?” It is a dark corner you’re sitting in but it seems a safe one. The danger of identifying or “merging” with such an emotional pattern for a long time is that you lose touch with your own true freedom, your innermost divine core. Things may have entered your life path that have justifiably provoked emotions of anger and resentment within you. This may have happened in your youth, later on or even in past lives. It is very important that you get in touch with these emotions consciously and that you become aware of the anger, sadness or any other intensely charged energy within you. But at a certain point, you need to take responsibility for your emotions, for they constitute your reactions to an outside event. Being centered, being in a state of clarity and spiritual balance, means that you take full responsibility for all the emotions that are in you. You can then recognize the emotion of, for instance, anger within you and say at the same time: this was my reaction to certain events. I surround this reaction with understanding, but at the same time I intend to release it. Life is ultimately not about being right; it is about being free and whole. It is very liberating to release old emotional responses that have grown into a lifestyle. One might say that it is all about the subtle middle road between suppressing emotions and drowning in them. On both sides, you have been raised with opinions and ideals that are not in accordance with the nature of spiritual alchemy. The essence of spiritual growth is that you do not suppress anything, but at the same time you take full responsibility for it. I feel this, I choose this reaction, so I can heal it. Claiming your mastership – that is what my message is about truly. Perhaps it is not really a middle road, but a different road. It is all about spiritual mastership. In accepting all there is within you, you rise above it and become its master. Mastership is both strong and gentle. It is very allowing and yet it takes great discipline: the discipline of courage and honesty. Claim your mastership, become the master of the emotional bits and pieces that torment you, often behind your back. Get in touch with them, take responsibility. Don’t let yourself be driven by unconscious emotional hurts that sidetrack you and block your road to inner freedom. It is your consciousness that heals. No one else can restore the power over your own emotions for you. There are no external instruments or means to take away those emotions. It is in becoming aware of them with strength, determination and compassion that they are released into the Light. Becoming whole and free on the emotional level is one of the most important aspects of growing spiritually. I want to finish by saying: do not make it more difficult than it is. The spiritual path is a simple path. It is about love for yourself and inner clarity. It does not require any specific knowledge or any specific rituals, rules or methods. All things you need for your spiritual growth are within you. At a quiet moment, go to the feeling side of you. Let this feeling side of you tell you what needs to be clarified and cleansed within you. Trust your intuition. Work on it. Believe in yourself. You are the master of your life, the master of your unique path to love and freedom. I am Kuthumi and I come forward upon the rays of Love and Wisdom to greet thee at this time and to bring unto thee endless blessings of love. Greetings, beloved ones. It is with great joy that we are all present with you today, as you are present with us - for yes, it is a gift to be able to share all this love and energy with you. We have chosen for today to be a day of joy, of playfulness and laughter. That is why today we are going to ask you all to feel yourselves. Feel who you are, where you are and why you are and what you feel. So there are many feelings that you shall be feeling today. As your energy is shifting in order to support you for your future, you need to focus on where you are heading. This is not what it is that you are wanting to be physically or what it is you are wanting momentarily. These are your true feelings. There is a great difference between feelings and wantings. Do you understand the difference? Many of you are feeling that you are in a state that you are not quite sure what is happening in your reality at this time. You are feeling the energies around you a lot more strongly than in the past, whether it be the past few days, weeks, months or years. There has been a shift in your feelings and these feelings that you are creating shall support what you feel in your future. We ask you now to visualise yourself within your sacred space, your place of safety where you can be at peace - where you can be all of who you are. There are no fears, there are no threats, there are no dangers in this space. Allow yourself to expand the universal white light to form a bubble of protection around you. Allow now for the amethyst ray to become with you and one with your energy uniting with the universal white light – to become one light. Now begin to move towards your waterfall of life, light and love. Allow yourself to stand in these waters. Feel the coolness that touches your skin. Feel what it is like to stand within these waters. If you are standing upon pebbles, allow your feet to sense, to feel the smoothness or roughness of the pebbles that you stand upon. If you stand upon earth, allow your feet to feel the earth between your toes. Feel it. Move your focus to your legs; feel your legs. How do your legs feel to you? Do they feel strong? Do they feel weak? Does one feel strong; does one feel weak? How do they feel to you? Allow your legs to communicate their feelings to you. For your legs are what carry you forward. They hold the rest of your body. This is your movement backward or forward, sideways, up or down. They carry you wherever you need to go, so allow them to explain to you fully how they are feeling. Allow the universal white light to be focussed in the areas of your legs. See your legs become pillars of white light, supporting the rest of you, holding you. As your feet are firmly upon the earth, they are steady. Allow yourself to feel secure where you are standing. Feel each leg strengthen and know that they can hold you and carry you wherever it is you are needing to be, for all of you are now moving forward. There are no steps backwards – it is only ahead. Begin to feel your legs pulsating with the energy of this light holding you. Now that you have the universe holding you, do not see your legs as legs any longer; they are now universal pillars of support that hold you. They shall take you to your future. Now each of you needs to choose which one of your energy centres is attracting your focus at this time. Begin to focus upon that centre. Begin to feel what it is that this centre feels. Allow your energy centre to communicate all its feelings to you. Now allow the universal light of love to penetrate this energy centre, filling it with the light; holding it and clearing it of any negative feelings, so this is a constant flow of light and of love and of life into the centre. If you are not feeling anything, allow the light to release the feeling of numbness in this area. There is no right thing to feel and there is no wrong thing to feel; you just need to feel. As the light begins to hold and work through this energy centre, focus on your arms. Look at your arms, look at your hands and look at your fingers. What do your arms, your hands and fingers say to you? How do they feel? Are they feeling tied, bound, light or heavy? This includes your shoulders. How do they feel? Begin to shake your arms. Allow them to shake vigorously backwards and forwards. Shake them. Shake the life into them. Feel them, move them, and look at them. They serve you each minute of your day - but do you truly know how they feel? Allow yourself to draw the universal light through your crown centre once more, through your third eye into your neck, into your shoulders and down each of your arms. Feel the energy as this light moves through you. Feel it moving to the tips of your fingers. Feel the life and the light, your arms and your hands and your fingers. As you do this, each action that you perform each day - whether you are giving or whether you are receiving; no matter what it is that you do with your arms - is all being supported by the universal light and love. Remember to feel what you are feeling. Feel the light, feel the energy, feel the love, feel the support. Now hold yourself with your arms. Allow your arms to embrace you. Feel the warmth of your embrace. Feel the security of your embrace, for this is the universal love that is holding you. Feel it. Allow the feeling to penetrate the energy centre that is needing this feeling at this time. Feel the love, feel the light and feel the life, and know that you do not need anything outside of yourself to support you or to hold you - for you have it within you, you have it around you, for we are always with you and this is how we support and hold and guide you each day. We now want you to feel this. Briefly each day, allow yourself to fill yourself with the light in this manner, and remember what it feels like to be supported, to be embraced, to be guided, and to be loved by the light, which is within you. Now we ask you to begin to feel peace. Forget what it is you might need to do when you leave here. Forget what it is that you should have done – be in the moment. Surrender, and feel at peace. Feel the peace, the serenity, feel the calmness. How does it feel to feel at peace? How does it feel to feel totally calm, to feel serene? Now allow yourself to feel joy. Feel laughter, and feel playful. Awaken those feelings of joy, of peace, of laughter, of love, of happiness. Yes, they do exist. You need to begin to feel them once more, and as you allow yourself to feel this so you shall begin to feel alive, and you shall begin to feel your purpose once more, and you shall feel where you need to be. You shall feel where you are going - and do not deny what you are feeling as being but your imagination, for you have all now awakened to your feelings – so feel. If you are in a space at this time that does not feel supportive or correct for you in any way, bless it with love and let it go. If you are feeling feelings, which you feel are not your feelings, bless them and let them go. If you are feeling that you need to bring more light and love and laughter into your life – bless it with love and accept it. Open your heart and allow your heart to feel. Touch yourself - feel your skin, feel your hair; feel who you are – feel life. This is a process, which shall continue for a cycle over the following seven weeks. It is of great importance that you feel, for each new feeling which you bring into your space at this time shall become a part of your future self, and all of that which you feel are no longer your feelings, you need to bless with love and release for that is no longer you and shall not be supported by your future self. We shall all be with you. We shall assist you and we shall guide you through your feelings. When you have questions, ask the question of yourself, and see how you feel. Then act upon your feelings. Remember these words, for they are of great significance at this time: “act upon your feelings” for this shall take you to the energy that you need to support your future self. Let go of worries. Let go of ‘buts’ and ‘maybes’ and begin to feel what it is that you need or do not need. We bless you all with much love, with much light. We bless you all with the divine strength and courage to see your process of healing through to glorious completion. Allow your light to shine brightly through your heart as a beacon to guide you, to show you your way as we walk with you. Know that you are very much loved and know that you are never alone – not ever. Remember that we are only but a thought away. Peace be with you all now and always.
