This channel is about showing up for your life! In the vary beginning the Goddess takes us through connecting within ourselves so that we can be more fully present in our bodies.  Most of the people who enjoy this type of work enjoys being in an expanded state.  With this channel, the Goddess assists you in grounding and reconnecting within yourself so that you are fully aware in your life.   This in turn allows you to manifest even greater amounts of energy in your life. 

Most everyone who is in the forefront of this shift in consciousness has already completed their time upon the earth.  You did not have to return.  Most of you have already lived through the exact experiences you are having at this time.  Your answers are within your I AM presence.  You can open to access this through a door in your consciousness.  As if you open a door and walk through into other lives, times and perceptions.  This journey will assist you in looking within and finding the answers.  

As you return to the earth plane from the journey, you will open to creating a deeper blending between your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.  As such, you will then create a greater balance within your life.  Through this balance of you the human, you are grounding your energies.  You are choosing life.  You are choosing to show up for your own life, no matter what may be going on.  Be open and allow.

I greet you my beloved family! 

I reach out to each one of you.  I send forth my embrace.  I send forth my love and my light. You are in a pivotal time upon the earth. You are in a time of immense change.  This change affects everybody upon the earth in one form or another.  Allow yourself to take stock of where you are within your life.  

Feel your physical presence. Do you feel present within your body? Do you feel connected to your muscles, your ligaments, your bones?  How about your emotions? Do you feel a balance in your emotions?  And then your mental body, your thoughts and your ideas.  I invite you to consider all these aspects of who you are right now in the very beginning while you still fully conscious and fully present in this moment. 

It is essential for you to show up and experience your life.  It is essential for you to find a balance of some sort.  Maybe at times you feel disconnected or alienated from yourself and your family.  Maybe you find yourself getting all caught up not only in your own life but in everyone else's who are around you.  

This is a time of balance, a time of allowing for more and more potentials to come to you, here, right now, in the moment. Open and feel t he wash of energy that comes through you.  You are here and present in whatever location you find yourself.  Truly feel the energy of where that is. 

I have spoken about the ways in which there are more and more of the crystalline vibrations coming into the earth.  Through these vibrations you have an increase in potential.  You also have the opportunity to develop new perspectives about your life, your choices, perhaps your career and your family.  Open and feel these perceptions, right now, right here. 

It feels different does it not when we speak of these things while you are still grounded in your body.  I wanted to bring forth even more than normal these essence or these aspects that will assist you in fully recognizing your own energies and those energies that are all within and around you. When you take this focused opportunity, I have a sense that many of you are opening to this greater awareness that is you. 

I now invite you to take one more deep breath in; as you breathe all the way down within yourself.  Then as you are ready to do so, have a sense of breathing out and release your consciousness.  Allow your consciousness to shift into the space of the magnetic grid.  As you arrive within this space, feel what it is to you.  This is where your higher self resides.  This is where you have an opportunity to communicate with others. For now allow your focus to be upon the space which is your own.  

Shift your focus once more, have a sense of moving through the magnetic grid, you move through the interlocking grid until you find yourself within the crystalline.   This crystalline vibration is without the duality present within the magnetic grid.  This crystalline vibration is becoming more and more a place that you are familiar with, it is your own.  It is also a place of communication with others who are either in the same vibration of you or others you simply to send out communication (to).  

The crystalline grid is filled with a sparkling essence.  There is a matching essence within you. Allow your consciousness to focus in such a way that you become aware of what that is.  You may find that with your heart center in particular or your third eye or your head center that these higher aspects of yourself are very much in alignment within this crystalline energy.  But it is not limited to just those higher chakras within you. 

The crystalline vibration is one that moves through you and moves through your cellular structure and moves through your blood stream.  All these various aspects are actually in alignment with the crystalline vibrations in one form or another.  

I invite you to have a sense of shifting your focus.  Allow your consciousness to shift into the space of the All That Is.  As you allow your consciousness to shift, you find yourself moving into the soul plane; I realize I said the All That Is and you went straight there; but others of you are in the soul plane because it is a place where you may reunite within your divinity.  

Look around. I invite you to come and merge with you, your I AM presence.  As this is moving through you, have a sense of allowing your consciousness to expand in such a way that you are in vibrational alignment with your I AM presence.  Feel the immensity of who you are.  Feel the flow of consciousness that may be aligned with other life existences.  Feel your own divine essence as it blends with you and as it moves through you.  

I the Goddess come into this space.  As I do so I reach out to each one of you and I embrace you! I feel such love; I feel such joy in being able to align with you.  Feel the flow of my essence as we blend together.  It does shift you into the All That Is.  As we move into this space, we reconnect with those of you who went directly there as I have spoken of.  

Become aware of all the energy and light that are here in this moment.  I invite each one of you to become conscious of all the myriad people, non incarnated people or I suppose you could say soul essences who are here in this moment.  As you are looking around, you may have a perception of your own self, but you may also see, sense or feel these other energies.  

This is an opportunity for you to open up to a greater understanding of who you are in this lifetime.  You have chosen to incarnate upon the earth at exactly this period of time in history.  You are each very evolved soul essence.  The majority of you did not need to come back to the earth plane again.  In fact, some of you had even made a decision not to return to earth.  Knowing that this shift in consciousness was going to take place was an immense draw for all of you as you made the choice to incarnate once more.  

I invite you to take this moment and consider your life and consider the struggles that have seemed so prevalent.  Are there certain issues or experiences that seem to circle around again and again?  As you incarnated upon the earth, you came in a time in which people put forth their intentions for a lifetime.  They put forth the perception of karma as a part of their lives.  So many of you also chose this lifetime as an opportunity to transition or release any of the old energies that have been hanging on for so long.  

Look at your life and first of all open your perception and recognize how much you have already done within this life experience.  For those of you who feel as if you get caught up going around and around and around, take this as an opportunity and step off the merry go round; look at your life from new eyes.  Again, allow your perception to come back within your consciousness and this moment.  

You did not have to come back to earth.  These things you chose to transition, these experiences you wish to release can be looked at as optional experiences.  I sense how for many of you that makes you feel a little frustrated because to you it does not feel optional.  The reason I use that word is because you have already lived through immense, immense experiences upon the earth.  You've lived upon the earth.  You've lived out in the universe.  You've been a pure conscious essence without form, without body.  

I invite you to have a sense of looking deeply within your I AM presence and as if you are opening a door, allow for that knowledge to come into you right now.  As you open the door, as you look within yourself, there may be certain lifetimes or certain experiences that make themselves known first and foremost.  I ask you to look beyond what comes to you in this first moment.  Look beyond at the purely non physical existences that you have had.  As you look, simply absorb the energy or the essence of these experiences.  

As you do so, allow your consciousness to open in such a way that you have a much greater perception of what you can do in this life.  Open to the awareness that everything that feels so intense and so overwhelming can also be viewed as a drop in the bucket, as an optional experience as a choice that you made simply so that you could have another life upon the earth.  You have nothing that has to be accomplished!  You have lived immense lives.  You have such compassion and awareness within you that you sometimes forget exactly what that is for you.  

Consider something that is happening within your life right now.  Perhaps something you are looking for an answer to.  Perhaps you stand at a cross roads and are trying to make up your mind.  What so ever it is, bring whatever that perception is into your consciousness right now?  As you are doing so, allow yourself to look deep within your I AM presence.  You will see the answers.  You will see ideas.  You will see ways in which you have solved this dilemma in the past.  

When you consider being able to see within yourself, this is what it is.  As you open to this greater perception, let those energies wash over you.  You may not see, sense, hear anything in particular; but you are right now, right in the moment, in a space of understanding.  So let the understanding flow within and around you.  It can be without particular words, actions or images.  

What a relief it is to have that behind you!  What a relief to know that you can step outside of the struggle. What a relief to understand what this is for you.  Open and allow that perspective to move through you.   As you let that be absorbed within you, I bring you back into the All That Is. 

I ask you to again consider your physical body. You now have a new or different perception of your physical body.  Those aches and pains, those organs that do not function at full capacity, for those that carry excess weight, for those who don't have enough.  Have a sense of consciously letting flow through you the answer that you just connected with and let go whatever issues you may have.  Let them flow away, let them move in such a way that they no longer have an affect upon you. 

Consider your emotional body.  Are there emotions that keep holding you back?  Are there certain emotions that keep coming up in relationship after relationship, time after time?  Is this perhaps a pattern that repeats itself within your life?  Open to allow the flow of energy that is in alignment with balanced emotions to run through you.  It moves through your consciousness.  It moves into every aspect of who you are.  Your perception is right here.  

We move into your mental body and align with beliefs, ideas, perceptions.  Anything that aligns with your mental body or your beliefs that is holding you back comes forward and is reflected back to you right now; those thoughts, those ideas, anything which no longer works for you is released at this time.  There is a flow of energy that moves through your thoughts, your beliefs.  It's a flow of energy that allows you to remember that you already know this answer; that you know what you need to do within your life to manifest what you seek to have.  This aspect of you is also very much aware of letting go those old ideas or those old beliefs.  

You as the person you are right now has a unique ability to be able to look through or move through your life and you may release anything that is no longer working for you.  You from this perception of your I AM presence is able to tap into and fully understand all of who you have been within your divinity.  What is it like to live your life with that information and that knowledge?  What is it like to live your life free of the emotional and mental turmoil that may be holding you back?  Step into that right now. What is it like to live your life free of pain?  Open up to that right now.  

Allow your consciousness to shift so that everything within and around you comes to your awareness.  You are this immense soul essence.  You are a human living your life upon the earth at this time because you chose to come back.  You are deeply connected to every life that you have experienced.  So allow the answers to come and be with you and to surround you.  

I invite you as a group to come together so that you may form a circle.  As you are creating this space you will notice that coming up within the center of it is a hologram of the earth.  This hologram gives one the perception of levels or dimensions. As it comes up within the group have a sense of perceiving these energies that flow through you and into the hologram.  The hologram is already charged and revved up.  You can take this opportunity to transmit the energies of what you are becoming in this life.  

As this hologram is moving through all of you, you have a sense of the crystal within the center.  You have a sense of Gaia as she comes forth.  She sends out her love to each one of you.  We ask that you allow yourself to link with Gaia, perhaps link with the crystal; to link with this essence or this energy that is you and is in alignment with the hologram.  

You can release this hologram.  As you do so it moves through the angels.  It moves through the crystalline grid and down into the magnetic.  From there it spreads out until it merges with the center of the earth.  Feel how that is conducted back towards you.  You can feel the earth; you can also feel your own essence or vibration.  

From there you may have a sense of moving through and of allowing that hologram to complete its journey of blending.  You find yourself moving into the crystalline energies of the crystalline grid.  As you come back within here, you feel all the particles stand up in perfect alignment with the experience of the day.  There is even more within you that vibrates in alignment with the crystalline energies.  This grows day by day by day.  

You may have a sense of moving through the interlocking grid and finding yourself within the magnetic grid and you pause here momentarily.  As you move through, you continue to come down allowing your consciousness to shift in such a way it comes back within and around you in your physical presence.  Feel who you are.  As your consciousness is merging within you, allow your perceptions to shift in such a way that you are able to really see, sense and feel your physical body.  

There is a greater dynamic energy that moves through you and emanates from you at this time.  This energy also shifts through linking with your emotional body.  Feel your emotions as they are all around you.  Feel how you have been able to let go of those emotions that no longer work for you.  

Allow your consciousness to shift again in such a way that you align with your mental body.  Feel the thoughts.  Feel how some of your beliefs are illuminated with light.  The crystalline light moves through you on every level illuminating and anchoring these crystalline energies within you.  

This is being very present in your physical moment, in your physical reality and still recognizing how much within you is still in alignment with your I AM presence.  Recognizing how certain perceptions or ideas within people are that reality for them.  I see who so many of you are able to create a new perception or a new reality beginning with yourself and then being reflected outward as you look and compare all t hat is within you and all that is truly perceived.  

Feel how this integration is keeping you much more fully grounded in the now reality.  Feel the essence of al of who you are that moves through you in vibrational alignment with the crystalline grid.  It moves through you in such a way that you recognize you are a new essence or a new energy. 

Allow your focus to come back within this room.  Allow your awareness to come forth in such a way that you may ask me      questions if you so desire.  You may press the *7 upon your phone and I am open to receive.  

Question: (paraphrased) I have an awkward living situation with my house mate.  Seems like she's in a very low energetic space and invitees over friends who are a much lower vibration, it leads to a lot of uncomfortable situations.  I'm wondering Goddess if you have any ideas about this? 

Answer:  Okay, as I'm looking at the two of you I can see these differences in vibration.  I can also see that your housemate is actually someone very open to the energies and was actually we can see on a path of transformation.  Our sense is that it was not very conscious but she was shifting a lot of her own energies as a result of being in that location.  Then we have a sense that something freaked her out and caused her to have a lot of fears.  We see a lot of the energies of fear around her.  What we sense would be beneficial is for you to create a space where you are in your vibration and in the area that just feels really good for you.  You can let that move from you; it can move from your room and it can move through your house.  But also with the intention that this other vibration can be there but it gets transmuted in such a way that you won't be uncomfortable with it in this space.  We have a sense that this is temporary.  We have a sense that this person will move out or get past that fear.  It just feels as if it's a time of transition and that it's temporary.  So what you can do to get through this; when it feels like there is a barrage of energy like bullets coming towards you, have a sense to breathe deeply within yourself.  This journey tonight when you were so conscious of the various levels of energy within you-let those energies be balanced and let the energy emanate from you; not with a particular energy to do one thing or another but simply to emanate.  As you do that, what you will find is that your balance will be reflected by balancing the people around you.  Those who are not in that space will feel more uncomfortable there and choose not to come.  Does that make sense to you?

So be at peace.  Remind yourself to disconnect.  We feel there are some verbal arguments and different things going on.  That is what tends to draw you in and draw your energies down.  So disconnect from that.  If you find yourself moving into a confrontation then breathe deeply within, breathe in the balance, let that emanate from you and see if it doesn't help keep you from getting caught up in all that that you were getting stuck with.

Question: (paraphrased) Hello Shelly?  I have a question abut this relationship I'm involved in.  Can you give me an idea of the status of it and how it's going to develop?   

Answer:  This relationship feels as if it's somewhat stagnant to us.  We have a sense that both of you have somewhat gone the full circle of where this relationship is going to go.  You have each grown from each other as much as you are going to.  It just comes to us as a sense of being stuck in its own energy.  This is when you have the opportunity to go your separate ways or you also have the opportunity to seek and find a new perspective for the relationship.  What I mean by that is reconnect with those things that drew you together in the beginning.  See if you can't move past some of these aggravations that feel like they are your day to day type aggravations and allow yourself to get more fully connected or more fully back into that which drew the two of you together. The way it's coming to us now is that the two of you will remain in relationship but the relationship itself will transition into a higher level and you will move past this part that feels stagnant.  Does that resonate with you?

Yes it does, we're reaching a climax right now of change.  

Exactly! So this is an opportunity for both of you to just kind of go back and think about what do I want out of life, what do I want in relationship, what is it that I am really seeking to have?  And am I being true to myself in what I seek and in how it is coming to me?  See if those two questions don't have an affect on some of these choices you are making and your partner too, we have a sense that speaking of those things in conversation will have an affect on both of you.    

It's very involved and has been.  I feel that we have been given an assignment to do together throughout the world and I feel it is developing now.  I think these aggravations that have been so prevalent are easing or being resolved I should say.  Do you feel that too? 

This is where we felt that there is a transition going on and that you would move through it.  It's about making choices.  When you said you came and had an assignment together; what was happening with this journey tonight was hopefully to help people recognize they don't need to have an assignment.   These things you brought in from other lifetimes that created a format for this lifetime --- in the reality of it all, things have moved beyond that.  People should stay in a relationship because they choose to stay in the relationship for the pure joy and love of the relationship; not because of a karmic reaction or because they have something to show to the world.  Relationships are to be fully expressed as experiences of you as an individual choosing to share it with another individual.  Alright beloved? Yes, okay I understand.

Question: (paraphrased) I'm wondering if I could get some guidance on what to do next.  It seems like things are not moving.  How can I focus and what is in my highest good?  

Answer: Right now as we link with you and you ask that question it feels as if your energies are scattered and spread in such a wide space that it's difficult to focus on a straightforward answer.  What I would recommend you do is take and minute and take a deep breath in as if you are gathering all these energies that have been scattered all around.  Have a sense of breathing deeply and letting those energies come within you.  As you do so, let yourself become grounded within. (pause)  As you do this and as we look at these potentials around you it gives us a sense that you have been trying to keep an open mind and trying to find something new and different as a means of making a living in your life.  What we have a sense you've been doing is not really focusing on what would make you feel and joyful.   As we look at you what we sense is that you have some very creative energies within you.  Even with that creative aspect, there is still a part of you that is very well organized or very analytical.  What we have a sense is that you have looking at things that focus on one or the other of that rather than a blending of two.  What we would like for you to do is go back and reconsider. 

Feel as if you are blending your creativity, with your analytical, with a prosperous way to earn a living.  If you do that we have a sense that new and different opportunities will come to your awareness.  We see you actually getting a different job; it feels like something is different.  It feels like it has to do with work.  (With work) you will be up and walking about, you are not just sitting at a desk all day long.  It feels like it has to do in the field of communication and this is also something that will bring you a greater amount of connection with other people.  Through this communication you will meet people.  Some of these will be purely work relationships, but others will become personal friendships.  We have a sense it's about you.  With all that we are saying and seeing about this is for you to figure out how to get back to the core essence of who you are and what really brings joy into your life.  Then as you focus upon that and look out into the world from that space, you will find that you have a greater awareness and you will be able to make these strides or these changes in your life.  Alright beloved?

Answer:  when you first mentioned being on this journey and where am I right now; we had this vision of you being on a precipice.  We have a sense of you standing there and your arms are spread wide and there is this brilliant light that feels like it has all the colors of the rainbow that are pouring from you.  It goes down into the valley or into the space that is in front of you.  And as we are looking at that it is as if we are seeing someone who has been sewing all sorts of potentials for yourself.  You've been sending out ideas and thoughts; whatever it is that you have been considering in your life or even past experiences in this life.  Now you stand as if on the top of a mountain and everything is there in front of you.  What we see as a result of that is that this is a time for you to consider your life.  Consider the choices you have made.  Consider where you truly want to go in your life.  As you are doing that, you will find that some of these potentials in this area or space in front of you will come into better definition for you.  

In part what is happening to you at work is a way of telling you that change is needed in your life.  Are you going to change your life through your work or is the change going to be in other parts of your life? It's a little bit unclear to us.  What we see as important for you to know is that you have been denying yourself and putting other people, choices and ideas ahead of your own for a very long time it feels like.  Now is the time for you to let go of that behavior. Let go of that way of living your life. 

Come back into connection within yourself and recognize just what it is you want.  As you do that and as you find that inner connection within yourself-or rather you strengthen it because it is already there. Then you are going to find that what is happening to you at work just kind of dissolves.  You have the opportunity to stay doing what you have been doing but now it is with greater joy and ease; or you may choose to leave and find a different type of employment that just feels better to you.  We realize we are giving you both sides of the coin here but it is because there is not a real strong sense of it one way or the other.   The biggest feeling we have about you is learning to be true to yourself.  Learning to recognize all these various potentials you've been working with and then stepping into that which brings you joy and excitement!! Does that make sense to you?

Question: (paraphrased) Hello Goddess I feel I have completed my contract for this lifetime and I'm wondering if you can give some insight as to what is next please. 

Answer:     we agree with you that you do not have any contract around you.  If you then consider what am I going to do with my life, especially when you have had a very focused or determined kind of life where there's been step one leading to step two and you've organized your life. We see you as being able to do whatever is fun for you.  We see you taking a mini vacation from all your studies and reading; everything you were doing to get to this place upon your path.  There's a part of you that says that's what I do for fun, but there is also a part of you that is very serious and dedicated toward what you are doing.  It's to this part that we say, take a vacation.  Let yourself wake up in the morning in and be in the moment.  Let yourself consider what would be fun today? And then you go do that.  Then you wake up the next day or week or month later and think what do I want to do now?  What is something I have not done for awhile and I would like to do again?  What hobby do I want to take up? What book do I want to read?  Whatever it is that comes to you that is what you enjoy doing but you are doing just for the pure joy of it.  This is a little bit of a different mind set for you.  We are a little bit oversimplifying it too!  Those things that you have always enjoyed, in terms of the channels you like to read, the energy, the teachers, the guides; all of that is still going to be there and available to you.  But if you go back and look at them and work with them from a space of simply doing it because you want to do it as apposed to I need to learn something and I want to change.  Then you will get a different message from those experiences.  Does that make sense to you?

Question (paraphrased):  Hello Goddess?  I'd like to know how better to communicate with my dog and for that matter, with any of creation, any of nature; how to listen and communicate better with what's around me in nature.  

Answer:  when you seek to communicate with anything that does not have the words to speak back to you it's all about the vibration, it's all about the essence.  When you are very fully connected within yourself, this journey was all about creating a deeper connection within and a deeper balance within yourself.  So as you are doing this and you can recognize how to shift your vibration; up, down, or in between or whatever it may be, you don't need to even choose to shift it into a particular direction.  But when you allow yourself to be fully connected and blended within, then use your intention and put forth to align with the vibrational essence of a plant, a dog, a tree, the earth; whatever it may be that you want to link with.  Then you will be able to feel a sense from them.  It might be a sensation of an emotion.  It might be a sensation of a thought or come to you as a thought. Or it might come to you as a perception that pops into your mind.    So that is what you need to look at when you are trying something like that; creating a vibrational balance or alignment between you and your dog or whatever you are seeking to connect with.

We hear you a little bit being analytical about this and thinking well how exactly am I going to do that.  It's not about being analytical it's about being purely in a space of feeling and putting forth the intention that their vibration and your vibration meet in the middle with a common sense of connection that allows for communication to be transferred back and forth.

Okay, you are welcome.  This is also bringing back one of those first 2 questions, the individual who was struggling with someone else living in the house.  This is also what we can add to you too.  If you seek to be balanced within yourself and if you send forth that intention or balance of vibration that you meet in the middle in a common ground that is usually comfortable.  It can also help with people in various situations.

Remember to be in a space of balance.  Remember to fully recognize that you have the knowledge and answers within yourself.  Remember that you need not create or live your life as if you are completing karmic reaction or any sort of a plan.  This is the life you are creating; it is yours to create day by day by day.

I would like you to sit quietly for a moment and feel the rhythm of your beating heart.

Why not touch the area around your heart now, and feel how it pulses within your chest?

Feel the warmth around it. Take comfort in the regular circulation of blood, oxygen, and nourishment that your heart provides in every moment.

As you focus upon your heart, please allow yourself to breathe deeply. Feel the truly marvelous coordination between the beating of your heart and the cycle of your breathing.

Notice how the in-breath and out-breath work in harmony with the contraction and expansion of your heart -- receiving the oxygen that you need to fuel your body, taking it to the places where it is required, and removing the waste gases that would poison you.

Your emotional heart is alive and well, too, dear friend. It is strong enough to receive, circulate, and cleanse all that you are feeling at this time in your life.

You might have asked yourself at different times, whether your heart can handle so much emotion now. But you know the answer to this. You have a strong and noble heart.

Allow yourself now to feel this strength and to receive in this beautiful chalice that is your heart, the love that we have to share with you today. It is love that comes from your family. Your spiritual family.

It is the love that comes from us, and from all those whose lives you have touched with your strong and noble heart.

Please open your heart to receive this love and know that it is a steady, even flow that comes to you. It is a flow that is there for you each time you take a breath.

Breathe in and receive this love.

A Strong and Noble Heart

You have asked us about your spiritual lineage. I am telling you that you come from the family of those with a strong and noble heart. You come from a family that knows how to stand in remembrance of the Truth.

You came here to Earth in this lifetime at the call of our friend, the archangel Gabriel, who sounded his trumpet for the brave ones to come forth. The ones who would awaken a remembrance of Divinity in the hearts of humankind.

You are one of those who answered the call, and whose courage in taking up a life of discovery was noticed and required.

Now here you are, planted firmly in your life, discovering more of your Divine Nature, even as you assist others to do the same in theirs.

As you do this, you are given opportunities to open the hearts of others and to help them recognize the Divinity you share with them.

You are teaching them about the God Who Lives Within All Things, not by theory or reason, but by the example of your life. By the strength of your character. And by the unseen vibration that issues from your strong and noble heart.

The Discomfort of Healing

Now, it seems you've come to a point in your life where you feel that something needs to change. Something feels stuck, as though it is not moving as it should for you.

You feel that the gateway to remembrance would open widely for you, if you just knew a little bit more.

If you could just manage to encounter more of the information that you feel is critical to your Awakening.

You've remembered bits and pieces about your Divinity. About the God Who Lives in you, as you.

You know that this is your innermost Self. But you desire more.

Now you are ready for a substantial breakthrough. And so, you have created these current circumstances in your life that are pointing you toward changes that can longer be delayed.

As you have told us, you feel that there is no joy. Your personal, family life seems to be stuck. Your professional life doesn't have a coherent and clear shape. And you seek clarity of understanding about how your life should be now.

Well, dear friend, your perceptions are clear, and you know that something needs to change. You do know that you are willing to take the risk, as you have done oftentimes before.

Your only question is, "Am I going to be able to survive this emotionally?"

You know that you need to let all those hidden, forgotten, or suppressed feelings come to the surface. But you fear that it will be too difficult. "Will I be able to endure this pain?" You ask yourself.

This doubt and fear is all very normal. It is no different than the experience of a small child, who will ask her mother, when she is about to remove a thorn from the little one's foot, "Will it hurt, Mother?"

And the answer that is given is this. "Perhaps a little, my dear. But we need to take it out now, so it doesn't get worse."

In this situation, the small amount of discomfort experienced by the child during the removal of the thorn, is nothing compared to the pain of letting the thorn further embed in the foot, or the complications that an infection might bring.

So the child understands the situation as best as she can.

She trusts the love of her mother, and is willing to endure the small amount of fear and discomfort that will restore her freedom of movement and her joy.

And so it is with impediments to your spiritual progress, too. Sometimes it is necessary to experience the discomfort of healing, in order to prevent more serious wounding to your character.

The Ego and Sub-Personalities

I remind you again, my friend, that you have a strong and noble heart.

It is so strong, in fact, that it can handle all the emotional changes that you will need to pass through in order to birth yourself anew.

Now it is time for you to release these emotions that hurt you, and that you've been keeping inside yourself for many years.

Some of these wounds - these thorns - are even older than this lifetime. Let them be removed.

Trust in the strength of your noble heart to endure the small amount of discomfort that this will bring, and know that all is well.

My friend, contrary to what the voice in your head (your ego) has been telling you, you are magnificent being.

I will say it again. You have a strong and noble heart.

Now let this strength and nobility be seen by your ego and all of your shadow parts, as you call them.

We would call them your unacknowledged sub-personalities.

As you do this, your ego, with its entourage of sub-personalities, may try to tell you that you are too weak for this.

It may try to tell you that you can't endure the drama or suffering that purging your emotions will bring. It may tell you that this is wholly unnecessary and absolute folly.

But know that your spiritual lineage is much greater than any of these things that you fear. You come from the line of the strong and noble heart. And because of this, you know that you can never be victimized by anything that you feel.

Your emotions are just shades and variations of your experiences on Earth. They inform and enrich your life. But they are not Who You Are in truth.

Restoring Emotional Balance

My dear friend, the ability to feel emotion - and even painful emotion - is just another way for you to recognize your Divinity.

When emotions are allowed to flow unrestricted by your fears, then they are always able to find their way back home to your heart.

Emotional flow is "self-correcting."

This means that your emotions, just like your physiological processes, are homeostatic. Their natural condition is one of balance and stability. They exist in equilibrium, if they are undisturbed.

It is only fear that causes unpleasant experiences to persist in your emotional body.

Try consciously and calmly breathing through any difficult emotional experience you are having. This is a wonderful aid to unblocking fear. And always remember that you are safe and loved at all times by the Source of Love, Itself.

Remember your Divinity.

Remember that the Divine Human That You Are, can feel all the richness of emotion, without falling into the paralysis of fear.

Just allow your emotions to be washed clean by the love in your heart, and to be supported by the sacred breath that sustains your Being.

Know that all is well.

Learning to Feel Again

Your ability to feel compassion - not only for yourself, but for the world around you - in no way makes you weak, susceptible, or powerless.

Yes, it makes you vulnerable. But vulnerability is an attribute of your strength. It shows that you are open to the flow of love.

As you open your heart to feel everything that is "out there," you actually allow the fountain of love that is your Divinity to flow through your heart, and through all of your experiences as a human.

When you allow your Divinity to flow and circulate through you, even as the blood that courses through your veins does, you actually release and free the energies of fear that are associated with the misbeliefs of your ego and its sub-personalities.

These shadow parts, as you call them, are nothing but the masks of fear, doubt, and forgetfulness that you wear.

They believe that if you allow yourself to be emotionally vulnerable again, you will be hurt.

They believe this because the only thing they know is pain from the past. That is what birthed them.

They believe they are serving you by keeping you from being hurt by similar incidents or feelings in the future.

But this is misleading, my friend. For they can see nothing else!

No matter what is there, they will interpret it as the only thing they know. Fear and pain.

And in so doing, they will rob you of your joy.

Remember that your shadow parts are nothing more than false beliefs about the nature of reality that are interpreted for you by your ego.

These distorted perspectives are no more related to the nature of Reality, than the ego is related to the Truth of your Divinity. It is up to you to re-educate and re-integrate these shadow parts. These sub-personalities, as we call them.

A Fearful Heart Is Like a Tightened Fist

So, we invite you now to open yourself up to feeling deeply again. Feel everything, fearlessly. You can feel everything without being destroyed by the pain or suffering from the past. Or by your anticipation that it will occur again, if you are not vigilant.

Know that you can feel everything around you, deeply, without being flattened by the confusion around you. You can feel everything again, and open up new lines of communication with your Soul. And as you begin feeling again, you will also open new channels for receiving and perceiving more clearly the guidance that comes from your Divine Self.

As you give yourself greater permission to feel emotion, the wall that your ego has put up to protect you from harm will begin to crumble and fall. And with it, the sub-personalities that act as barriers to your experience of joy, will also begin to tumble down.

Then you will feel your love and joy flow freely again.

As I have said on other occasions, a fearful heart is like a tightened fist. When it is contracted by fear, it cannot open to give or receive love. I am not saying this to hurt you in any way. I am just reminding you of the consequences of living in fear of your emotional self-expression.

Remember that it is perfectly alright to feel your emotions. The drama and fear only creep in when you begin to identify yourself with the emotions that you are having.

Remembering Who You Are

When this happens, remind yourself that your feelings are not Who You Really Are.

You Are a Child of God, and God also. This is the Truth About You.

You can learn to experience emotions for the rich information that they provide you, and then release them easily and effortlessly.

They are there to inform you, that is all. They are not here for you to identify with.

Know that you may experience confusion from time to time, as you start opening up to your feelings again. This is normal.

But with the guidance that you will receive from your Soul, you will soon realize that it is joy that you are inviting into your life again, and not more fear or suffering.

You will come to see the wonderful opportunities that you are creating to feel the world again with the conviction of your strong and noble heart.

And with this, we are complete for today. We are always by your side, and we love you dearly.

As you walk through this world in these times, beloved ones, let your hearts show you the world, not your minds. This is the cusp upon which the world stands, the transition through which the world progresses. It is the shift between the world of the mind and the world of the heart, between the human reality and the reality of Love.

The world that the heart will show you will be so different from the world in which you are used to living that it will be as if you were the Phoenix risen on gilded wings in the new dawn. Everywhere around you where others might see destruction, your hearts will show you new life, real life awakening, rising into the Light of a new day -- a new Age and a New World that builds the bridge between the old world of duality and the truth of unity.

Everywhere your heart touches, it blesses. What the single eye of the heart sees, it also loves with a Love that moves straight through you from All That I Am within you and All That I Ever Shall Be, as the world is encircled in grace and brought Home.

Thus, step-by-step shall your heart free the world from the illusion of suffering. Moment-by-moment shall your heart unfreeze all that was held in bondage. Since your heart lives only in the glorious present, the world of the heart is the world nourished by Me, perfectly. It is fed upon the endless Light of life and blessed by the warmth of Real Love, limitless and yet, intimate.

As each heart opens and the world is seen and loved through it, then each person is showered with Love, more and more Love, from all the hearts that surround it. Soon all those who once were lonely have been drawn into the wonderful human family that through the heart becomes far more than human. It becomes divine.

It is the divine family of sharing, caring and elevating each other continually. The divine family lives each day dancing in faith in My abundance. The divine family lives in a world of Nature restored to its pristine glory as it was ever meant to be - a doorway to the truth of God, every tree whispering the truth of each beloved heart's eternal nature; every flower showing you your potential to be the expression of perfect beauty; every step to the dance orchestrated by the Angels who watch over you and every movement guided by My voice, as I whisper within you.

This is the world you are entering, when you make this all-important choice to live your life from the heart rather than living from the mind. The mind, beloved ones, is the instrument of the world that is fading away. The heart is the instrument that perceives only Love and only Light. The heart sees beauty in everything, a kaleidoscope of colors, luminescent, a mandala created out of humanity that expresses the divine pattern of worship.

What the heart sees, it multiplies, for it sees only the truth of Love and Love is the substance from which All is made. Love is ever expressing more and more of itself. So when you love and you live the heart's reality, then what you love creates effortlessly. Thus do you know the secret of the loaves and fishes and the secret to your prosperity. When you see the Love of which All is made, and you love it, you multiply it. Every particle of Love creates more of itself instantly and the basket of your life is a cornucopia of blessings.

Truly, like the lilies in the fields you can dance through the life created by the heart knowing that every good thing is multiplied in your presence. I AM the endless truth of Love, vibrantly alive in All That Is. It is ever and has always been the heart's jurisdiction to multiply the particles of Love, to dance the dance of Creation, to join truth with beauty, to move together as the masculine and feminine to multiply.

Only Love and Light create. Only the living particles and waveforms of the universal element of Creation will bring true abundance to you. Not thought forms, not the little mind's desires. Not the needs of the old world situation. I whisper deep within you, beloved ones, remember! Only Love creates and Love is a movement of feeling. Love is endlessly present in all dimensions. Love is the substance of which your heart is made. I AM the heart within you as you are the heart in Me.

Let My Light, My voice, inspire you and direct the creative power of your heart. Do this and you have the melding of the forces of Creation right here within you. Instantly before your heart perception, Good shall multiply and bless you and all that you need will be provided, as you amplify, multiply and give more Love.

A life lived from the center, from the heart, moves only where I lead, and listens to the Will of the living Whole, the endless all-encompassing expression. It is the perfect Will of Love to give openly and completely touch and ignite creative energy, bringing more and more Love to you in answer to the Love you give.

Thus, as I have said to you before, trust Me. I will provide. And as you have seen and known for eons, you can multiply the loaves and fishes by loving them. Not with the ego's goal of getting - getting something that makes the little self happy - but rather just to be this Love, giving forth more and more blessings. Love every symbol of your life, even those things the ego judges, because every particle of everything is made of only one substance and that is Love.

Love even those things that appear as shadows, those things judged as darkness by the mind. When seen by the heart, they are dancing particles of Love enlivened with the Light I Am. Beloved ones, there is nothing else. Everything else is like a dance by finger puppets held up before a light beam. The dance of the old world of ego has just as little substance as this. It disappears when you see it with the heart that is the single eye that Jesus mentions. If your eye is single, your whole body, your whole world is filled with Light for that is all there is.

Lead with your heart and a new world will reveal itself instantly to you. You will find yourself living in overflowing joy, awed by the abundance and the beauty. While at first there could be a small delay while the old world leaves your perceptions, that which you allow your heart to love will quickly come to bless you. You shall become the heart of Love I Am, pulsing out this message to everyone, not through the words that you speak or the ponderous thoughts the mind entertains, but rather, through the moments of your days spent loving everything and everyone.

This is what will change the world, beloved ones, and change it quickly. You have always known it will, for deep inside your purpose always sang and even brought your mind into its vision of a world of only Love and beauty. It is here. It is yours. It is simple. It is just a matter of changing the channel, changing your instrument of perception and listening for My guidance on where and how to use your heart to multiply Love's blessings effortlessly.

Practice, beloved ones, every day. If you cannot instantly make the shift, practice living through your heart. Practice seeing with only heart perception. Build your ability to be the heart of Love I Am and you will find Love's momentum, then, will catch you up and suddenly you are living in grace. Your heart will be open and giving. Your whole being will be a doorway to the Real of Love and every moment will be truly lived in ecstasy. Are you ready? I Am.

I am she who comes upon the wings of angels. I am she who beats in the heart of a mother that worries deeply about her child. I am she who picks up the wounded from their life and lifts them until their wings can spread into fullness as they fly into peace. I am known as Mary of Magdalena.

In the days of old, many of you were in the Sacred Order of Magdalena. It was not a last name. It was a title. It was a crown. It was a knowing. It was held sacred in the Essene community when Joshua/Christ walked among men. I gather with you in heart and intent.

In my time of living I endured much hate that was placed upon my being because of my position and training. I endured arrows of poisons that came from the eyes of others. I endured angry words. I stood high in my Light and the sacred teachings of my order. I did not trip upon my path but kept a strong heart of love.

I did not beg for mercy for I knew that I stood in a light so grand and so beautiful that nothing could cause distress or cracks in my world, in my heart, in my knowing. I saw my light as solid, not as filaments that waft and weave in every breeze, in every situation, in every confrontation, but solid as a mantle.

Each day as you awaken to the grace of God/Goddess, in the first breath as you spring forth from the realms of sleep, solidify the light that you are. you penetrate Earth and Heaven with a column of light. You anchor and seal it with every prayer. It is this grand light that you must daily solidify with your words and intent. solidify the light from the very heart of the Mother Earth up through your feet, through your body, into the very first source of love. Your everydayness strips you naked of your divinity.

It pecks upon your body as vultures that cannot wait for the kill. You allow all of life to delete you.... Demanding, screaming as a child that wants to be breast-fed and the milk has dried up. When you allow life to suckle upon you, when you allow it to take your very breath, to take your very heart beat and your peace, you do all that is holy an injustice.  All of life depends upon you holding the realm of the sacred. Whether you embark into the realm of magical or camp in the place of holy - it matters not for without you, it is just a planet that intends to destroy itself.

Women of the Light walk forward as a solidified Light, a Holy Entourage, of what cannot be dissolved, of what cannot be taken away, of what cannot be killed, or obstructed. Your Mother Earth depends upon you -- for the heart does not beat pure in many that hold power in their hands. You must see yourself anchored, solidified, locked, and sealed from the center of the heart of Earth through your own heart up to the heart of the Creator. remember this light cannot be dissolved by anything or anybody. Not, by fear, by anger, or  injustice.

Women of Earth -- no matter what color, creed, size or age or country -- stand up and solidify your light. Do not bend and cry and pray. For you are all that you seek, and it can be no other way! Visualize the light solidified, peace solidified love solidified! See the weaving that the weavers of light create. See it as the very fabric of all that was once holy and has been forgotten. You have forgotten that you are the core of heaven on earth. You have forgotten to solidify the love that you are the beauty that you are the peace that you are the light and hope that you are. You have let everything enter your womb because you thought you were to take it in, ingest it, and heal it.

I am Mary Magdalena as you are each of the Order of Magdalena, Secret Priestesses that know the elements, that know the land, that know man, that know woman, that know animal, that know God. Your connection has never ended nor can it. You have never been separated from what you are and what you are destined to do. You have just forgotten that all tools for this re-creation of Heaven on Earth are already housed within you. Believe it and it is so.

 

We are such amazing beings of infinite capacity and potential.  Our boundless imagination, coupled with our wondrous will, allows us to bring our ideas into outer reality.  Through our thoughts and feelings, we can literally create and experience that which we dream of in our heart of hearts.  With patience and trust we manifest whatever we truly seek to experience on this grand adventure.

Whether we realize it or not, we create this way every moment.  Yet, so often we become mired in habit and routine and stop being present with our imagination and the wisdom of our heart. Instead, we allow outmoded and outdated beliefs to take over rather than being aware of our creative choice.  The unquestioned stream of mental thoughts, subtle notions of our emotional disposition, and very often, the outer suggestions of others, begin to dictate our identity, our actions and reactions.

That is, until something comes along to awaken us.  This is frequently in the form of an accident, illness, unexpected event or circumstances that instantly disrupts our routine.  If we are deeply rooted in habit, mentally or emotionally focused in the past or future, or simply unaware of our own creative spirit, this experience is usually met with great resistance and defiance by our outer personality or ego.  The defenses, justification, victimhood and righteousness are often our immediate reaction to the fear and doubt that comes instantly to the surface. We become afraid of the change that has already happened.

How would our lives be different if we chose to be present in each moment knowing that change is constant and the very nature of life itself?  What would happen if we actually embraced change as a wonderful opportunity to restore our creative capacity and begin anew with love?   

Life is fluid, expansive and recreating itself every moment; we need only pay attention to the natural world to realize this.  From the cycle of the seasons to the ever flowing rivers, the ceaseless life giving energy of the sun, the acorn becoming the mighty oak, or the rhythmic pulse of our own heartbeat, nature understands and embraces change.  No two moments are exactly the same and love is forever present.

Always remember who you are – a beautiful and outrageously creative being capable of manifesting a world filled with peace, joy and unconditional love.  Now is the perfect moment to imagine a new potential and choose it for yourself and the world around you.

Are we dead in the water? Has everything simply stopped, with no support, and a seeming lack of interest for whom we are and what we are wanting to create? Has all incoming energy dried up? Does the universe even care about us anymore? Will the energies ever move again? Can we endure yet more stretching and seeming struggle? Are we ready to give up forever more? Are we too tired, disappointed, and apathetic now to continue on? Have we finally, but finally, lost our faith?

If you are having any of these thoughts, you are not alone. We are in a very important, and if you can believe it, special space right now. And this space is TEMPORARY. Yes, this space is TEMPORARY and will absolutely pass.

The energies are not “catching” yet. They are not yet ready to grab on to their perfect counterpart for a complete connection. So then, it may seem that we get a message about a path or new space for ourselves, and even when we arrive in it, nothing seems to manifest. Or perhaps little “nibbles” arrive, but nothing ever grabs on. Or even feeling fear energy, as nothing really wants to move forward quite yet with all the uncertainty present, even if you do.

In addition, many are confused and not really quite sure where to go or what to do. With so much energy stagnating and refusing to begin, confusion can result, causing some to grasp for perhaps a new direction, or maybe even flit around in a bit of a desperation mode, as validations are not occurring because it is simply not yet time.

“Where do I belong?” you may ask yourself. “I need to be somewhere else, but I know not where!” “Does the universe even care?” “Why do I have to go through this unpleasant time yet again? Haven’t I gone through enough already?”

I can assure you that we are indeed progressing right on track, even though it may feel otherwise. And even if you are aware of what is occurring at higher levels, you might still feel tired of it all and just worn out! Who cares about the why!! It does not matter anymore, because perhaps we have just gone beyond our capacity to stretch any further!

We have had to stretch this far, because we are at the very end of one reality and perfectly poised to enter another. We are completing one massive phase on the planet…a phase that has lasted as long as we have been in these particular bodies this time around, or even in any bodies at any time during our existence. We are readying for a very new beginning in a very new reality, and this takes time, as everything must be in place before June arrives.

Little by little, every piece is coming into place. We are making dramatic internal shifts in preparation. Little by little, much is being completed and taken care of so that things will be perfectly lined up when the time is right. Anything not vibrating of a higher order is being removed from our spaces..internally and externally. If we try and go back to the old world and old reality…ouch! Extreme unpleasantness will ensue. But being that we have not yet fully connected to all we need to connect to, we are still left hanging out there, until the time is right. How do we survive until then?

We are the angels of the New Earth, the originators of this Shift of the Ages, and thus, all our needs will be met and we will be taken care of. If we are feeling panic of any sort, surrender is the cure. Give up, let go, get out of the way, and source will take care of us until we fully connect to our very new shore. And if at all possible….simply trust. Everything, as always, is in divine and perfect order. Everything is unfolding just as it should. There is nothing wrong here.

We may think that we are now ready for the new, that we have completed our new “store-fronts,” or even that we are at the starting gates with our engines revved up, ready to roll, but actually, we are not. Little pieces and tendrils still need tending to, and they will show up and miraculously be taken care of and fixed, as this time continues on for a while longer. Things we may not have even been aware of, are now moving into place. Everything must be perfect. Every piece must be in place, because if the pieces are not in place, when the energy moves forward once again, things will manifest that we might not want to manifest. We need to be right where we need to be, so that we can be supported when the supporting energies arrive. We would not want to be supported into going in an unpleasant direction.

So what about June? What will it bring? The spring equinox moved energies around. It coughed up more density and darkness and let it fly around as it now had nowhere left to go. In this way, edginess, shakiness, fear, uncertainty, jitteriness, and a spookiness could be felt. With our own personal density being so much less now, we may have felt that we were out in the cold with no jacket, naked and unprotected. And very vulnerable indeed.

If we were to be far out in space and look at the earth, wondering what was going on down there right now, it would look like this:  Whatever was left of the denser and old energies has just been usurped and is flying around with nothing to attach to. The old reality is really a huge illusion right now, so in this way, nothing much is grounded. With all the old now having been dug up and lifted out of its prior home, chaos is present. There is a massive changing of the guard going on now. It is massive indeed. A very new energy will now hold the earth. This energy will be in charge of her now, in all ways. This new energy will move into place, hold the space, and very much reside on and within the earth in all ways. With outstretched arms, this energy will be the new steward for the earth, and will now, finally, have carte blanche in whatever it chooses to create. And this new energy is us.

So then, this is why the solstice of June will be the final step of this new grounding, of this new stewardship, of this massive anchoring in of our energies in a very new space. This is a massive undertaking, as it well should be. The uncertainty now  comes from the fact that we ended our prior roles several months ago, have been setting up ever since for the new, and in addition, have been in temporary holding places until it is safe to assume our new positions. Many of us have connected to temporary places and spaces that will harbor us until it is safe to “go out” once again…but “going out” will never be the same anyway. (The new mini e-book, “Heaven’s Gate / Navigating the Dimensional Border” is finally done…I am just in the process of creating a new page on the web site to offer it to you, and will let everyone know when it is completely ready via e-mail if you are on the list, and in a WINGS post. This mini book will address it detail, our new roles and how we can survive during this very unusual time, so I will not go into detail about these things here in this WINGS post.)

If we can hang on a bit longer, know that things are right where they need to be, and trust that our current situation is only temporary, perhaps we can then sleep more soundly, relax, and simply allow our souls and the universe to do their jobs…and they love doing their jobs!

This past month, Spirit has shown me so many things. There are things going to happen on Earth that have the possibility of knocking you out of your balance. Those who can see or hear spiritually may already have caught wind of some of the things that are coming. For our purposes, it's not so important to know the details of what is coming as it is to help you be prepared when they get here. Let me explain.

We have been sharing for the last few years the easiest path to becoming a spiritual human being. It is a different way to live than just being a human being trying to be spiritual. When you are a spiritual human being, you are saying that you want to be as fully connected to your Soul as you can be every day. You also agree to look at the bigger picture in all situations of your life.

Looking at the bigger picture sounds easy. Unfortunately, when you are in a crisis situation, it can be easy to forget the bigger picture and just see the death and destruction in front of you. Right now on Earth there are people going through fires, floods, volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, tornadoes, etc. Then there are those that are going through car, bus, train and plane crashes, family and friend major health issues, abuse, kidnappings, murder-suicides and sudden deaths to name a few. Whether you are personally experiencing these things or if you are just hearing about them, they can weigh your heart down and knock you out of balance. When you hear about these things, it is important for you to remember who you are; a spiritual human being.

I really wish I could tell you that these negative situations are going to stop happening as we ascend further into the 5th dimensional energy. The truth is that they are going to increase. The higher the *light* that is shining on Earth, the harder it is for soul's to not see the truth of who they are. They can't hide from their ego, their darkness. These lower energy souls are aggravated that they can't steal the *light* from those walking in the higher energy any more. They used to be able to however, since January 1st of this year that is no longer possible. Every soul was asked at that time if their soul wanted to ascend. Those that said, "Yes" went to the higher side of the doorway and those that said, "No" stayed where they were. When the doorway closed at that time, those that were on the 3rd and lower 4th dimensional side of the doorway were cut off from any *light* that was not their own. Now that they can fully see themselves as they are, they don't like it. They don't like who they are and they want to continue to float through this soul experience here the same as they did for many, many lifetimes. In all the other dimensions we have experienced, it was possible to steal or suck *light* from a person who was higher but the 5th dimension energy is not conducive to any of the lower energies. Each soul has to shine their own *light*. Those who didn't make it through in January will be asked at another time if they want to ascend. At that time, more will answer, "Yes." But until then you will see more and more chaos and violence created on Earth as a reaction to them being cut off from the higher *light*. This is like a spoiled child's reaction to not getting what they want. Unfortunately, these souls have in their power to create chaos and harm on the Earth.

When you see or hear of these things that happen it is important for you to stay in your power as a spiritual human being and look at the bigger picture. You are not powerless; you are powerful when you fully understand the new role you are walking into as a 5th dimensional being. Here are few things the Angels pointed out to me:

• Everything that happens to a soul helps the soul evolve.
• No soul is ever surprised by death.
• Every soul is in agreement with any situation that happens to them, from accidents to terror attacks.
• Every soul has free-will to suffer or be happy.
• We are not to judge another soul's decision.
• We cannot know while on Earth the full reason why a soul makes a decision.
• We are not to interfere with another soul's path.
• We are to have compassion of any decision of a soul.
• We are to love these souls, even if they seem like they are doing harm to themselves or others.

In your current spiritual walk, can you do these things? Can you only do half of them? It's important for you to be honest with yourself. This will show you where you are in your soul's development. Are you ready to be that piece of God and be God-like? Can you love and forgive like God? That is what the 5th dimension is; the Christ Consciousness. When you say you want to be 5th dimensional, you are saying, "I want to have the mind of Christ." No one is expecting you to be 100% in the Christ Consciousness right now but we want you to realize what it is you are asking for. It is important for you to be realistic about your spiritual journey.

There is a lot of woo-woo spirituality in the world today. For instance, are you in or do you know of a spiritual group or sitting under a spiritual teacher who is teaching, it is us against them? If you are for something, does that make you against something? Are you capable of not judging those that do not believe as you do? Just picking one group to show as an example, what about the groups that are spreading the message of going green? If someone came up to one of those people and said, "I don't believe in what you are doing and I am not going to change anything." Would that group respond in love or would they judge that person? Would you? Let's say you teach, heal or sell something. If the person you are talking to or healing doesn't end up doing what you say, do you get frustrated or mad? Do you judge them? Do you try to come up with more reasons that will convince them to do what you say? As a soul, you have to be very careful which groups you are in, what cause you are advancing and who you sit under for teachings. You may see but one life. We see your entire soul. And with the spiritual possibilities at this time, some of you are being fooled with woo-woo spirituality. At this important juncture in our soul's remembrance, are you willing to risk another lifetime because you were mis-directed by people with agendas? Pray about who you sit under for teachings (that means reading their spiritual messages, listening to their teachings, reading their books...all of it) and who you open up to for spiritual guidance. This is not a life where you have the luxury of wasting time. Use discernment, even for those that you have been following their work for years. They may not be going in the same direction you are.

What we are talking about when we share about the 5th dimension is life-changing, soul-growth. We want you to be truthful at all times, in all situations with yourself and others. Ask yourself these questions. When a murder occurs, whether the person was related to you or not, would you allow that to knock you off of your balance and forget your spiritual path? Would you remember who you are and forgive the murderer and forgive the one who was murdered (because their soul agreed to this) and ask for guidance on how to deal with the situation in the highest, easiest way? It is just as important to forgive a murderer as it is to forgive your loved one for forgetting to bring home the milk again. Now ask yourself the same question but make it about being in a car crash and if you are going to sue the other party. What do you think the highest answer is to that situation? Could you walk the higher road in that situation?

We are here in an illusion called Earth. It's so easy to forget that this isn't real. It is a grand play that is designed to allow your soul to remember that you are a piece of God. Once you remember, the curtains go down and all the actors come out and everyone goes to the after-party together. No one is angry at anyone else. Just the opposite, everyone is excited that the play is over and they are excited for the growth in each soul that happened because of the play.

If what we have asked you seems too hard, look at where you think it is hard. Pray about it. As situations come up in your life, ask your soul (Angels) to make you more conscious of your reactions. They will help you see if you are on the easiest road to ascension.

It is not a matter of if these situations are going to occur. It is a matter of when. You might be saying that you thought that things were going to be like heaven now that the 5th dimensional doorway has opened. You are correct. Your life can be heaven but just because you made that decision doesn't mean those around you are choosing heaven. We didn't leave the planet when we made this choice to bring in the higher energy. We are still here with everyone else. We have to learn how to live with everyone having the choice to be in whatever dimension they choose.

What you may not realize is that most of you reading this are in the top 5% of all the beings here on Earth who were chosen to be the first to anchor the 5th dimensional energy. That is a very small amount! And not all that were chosen have made it this far. Some have turned away already. Because you are at the top of the 4th dimensional ladder that makes a gap between you and those walking firmly on the Earth. Your soul wanted to help those that are behind you by making their path easier when they decide to walk it. You loved them enough when you made that choice; we are just reminding you to also love them now. None of these chaotic, violent situations need to knock you out of your heaven. You have a choice; to stay in your powerful, loving energy or allow the lower energies to affect you and pull you out of your heaven. The highest choice is to have you affect the world and not vice versa. You will be a bigger blessing to all on Earth, if you handle each situation with the highest love and compassion that you have access to and allow each soul the freedom to choose their own path. It's not a matter of if but when you will be involved in one of these chaotic situations. When the next terrorist attack happens, how are you going to handle your emotions? Are you going to get mad? Are you going to be upset? Or are you going to be peaceful, loving and forgiving? This is the highest and best way to assist those around you. The question we have really been asking you all this time is, "As a spiritual human being are you walking your talk?"

Working with the newly activated Ascension Portal in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

I have been unable to keep you all up to date with the events and the work in Brazil as I was without Internet access. But, I have been through some really powerful experiences with the Starchild team here in Brazil. This culminated in the activation of an Ascension Portal for the Ascension of the Planet here in Rio de Janeiro. At this time, many of these portals around the planet are being activated and brought "online" so that the Planet can complete the Ascension process, or rather recommence her journey towards the Heart of God.

This activation of the new "Ascension Portals" has been made possible by the great "reconnection" that took place at the March Equinox. The reconnection with the Kingdoms of Nature has allowed the Human Collective to merge their vibrations with the higher vibrations of Nature and the Sacred Ancestor Keepers, and to "reconnect" with the Sacred purpose of the Planet as she continues her journey towards the light. This journey was interupted at the time of Atlantis, when "separation" become part of the consciousness of Humanity, and the ideas of suffering, trauma and punishment were seeded into the human cellular memory. Now, at this time, this sense of separation is being healed and Humanity is once again experiencing the "Harmony of One"....what it means to unite in the Heart, to access the Diamond Light within the Heart and to activate the Diamond Light Body so that each individual and the planet as a whole can be drawn back into the Unconditional Love of the Creator and we can continue our journey into higher octaves of Light and Love.

So,let me share with you my experiences with the newly opened Ascension Vortex. I do hope to have some images soon, but at the moment it is just words that we can share. At Foz do Iguacu, we connected once again with the powerful water vortex at the Falls that links the Planet straight through to the Heart of the Cosmos. The powerful new codes for Planetary Evolution are received here first, and then transmitted to the rest of the planet via the water. So, being open to these "codes" allowed us to receive the information into our DNA and to begin the process of raising vibration for the work that lay ahead. It was also important that we worked as a group, because the new ascension energies are not about individuals so much as about groups of people sharing their energies to enable the process. To be "One" means to be part of a group and to share the energy of Harmony and Oneness. So our touring group of seven people confronted many challenges as we worked together and we worked with groups of people in the events.

When we were in the Sao Paulo area, we did a very powerful meditation and activation with a group of people at the Pax center in the city, which was broadcast via Internet TV at the time. Then we moved to the "Arco Iris" retreat center outside of Sao Paulo. It was here that I had a very strange altered state experience that culminated in a vision of complex of energy "wheels" that was a spinning vortex of energy. In the middle of this was a man's face. It was a very beautiful and serene face, and I knew that it was a Spirit Being of Great Power. I tried to receive information from the beings who were transmitting this image, but was unable to make out anything at the time, so I let it be knowing that the right information would come at the right time.

When I arrived at Rio de Janeiro for the work there, one of the first things we did was to visit the statute of "Christ the Redeemer" in preparation for our Ceremony there the next day. This is a very powerful place, and when I looked up at the face of the Christ from below, I was awed to see that this was the face that I had seen in my vision, and the Ascension Portal was right there above the head of the Christ. Wow....there are no words.......the Power was just absolutely electrifying.....the new ascension vortex was coming online.

That evening we visited at the "Comunidade Espiritual Unindo Coracoes" which means the Community for Uniting Hearts. This community lies at the foot of the Corcovado mountain where the "Christ the Redeemer" statue is located. The perfect place for a first "journey" with a group of people through the new portal, under the guidance of Archangel Michael. It was, just by "coincidence" the festival of St Jorge in Rio, St Jorge being an aspect of the energy of Archangel Michael and an ideal moment for the Michael energy to activate the vortex with the group of about 300 people who were in attendence. So...through we went...and the people at the community held the energy with grace and power! Wow...another great experience!

The next day we were privileged to work directly at the foot of the statute to fully activate the Portal. This was an experience that I will never forget for the rest of my life. We arriverd early in the morning to avoid the "tourist rush". Our group was probably about 30 or so people, but all strong lightworkers. We had been given permission by the Priest who manages the Statue space for the Catholic Church, so Sebastian and Marcela, our musicians, were able to bring the Crystal bowls and Didgereedoos and bells, and we included music in our Ceremony of Activation at the foot of the Christ. I noiced too, that while I was doing my blessing and channel from Michael, that a mist came up and blew over and inbetween the participants who had their eyes closed in meditation. It seemed like a blessing from nature and from the Holy Spirit. At the end of the ceremony, the Catholic Priest joined our circle, and spoke about the neccessity of all of us working together for a common spiritual goal of Peace and Harmony. I was amazed again....the Priest becoming part of the Harmony of One and working with us! I just had to give him a hug afterwards. I think he was not too sure about that one, as priest have their dignity and don't expect to be hugged by strange foreign women dressed in white, but in the end it was all OK!

After that, we had another event near Rio, in the mountains near Teresopolis. Here, we were able to create a Harmonious group energy and we took the most awesome group journeys through the Vortex and into the Heart of the Cosmos. There we met with the Cosmic "brotherhood", and I was given the message that "First Contact" was not about them coming to us, but about us going to them in our Diamond Light Vehicles! We were welcomed back into the Harmony of the Cosmic Collective. Our long separation is over, and we are moving towards the Heart of Creation on the waves of Cosmic Love.

Wow....so much to absorb.....such power....and yes...it does change the body and the DNA and the vibrations of the Diamond Light are very intense. The first thing I noticed was that it affects human relationships very immediately. As the vibrations increase and the body is filled with the Diamond Light on the Cellular level, your body feels heavy and strange as you try to adjust. I found problems with eating...I had indigestion and stomach problems as did many in our group. I have intuitively moved towards eating as much fruit as I can, as my body needs "light food". In terms of relationships, you will find it very difficult to be around people who are not "matching" your rising vibrations. The body will find it difficult to tolerate the lower vibrations and will feel as though it were being pulled down into toxic energy. Other symptoms will include rapid opening in the brow and crown chakras and a feeling of spaciness and strangeness, difficulty in thinking clearly and maybe mild vision adjustments.

Well, that is a summary of the experiences that we have shared here in Brazil as we work with the activations of the Primary Planetary Vortexes for the Ascension of the Planet. It's all aboard.....and here we go........

As I always say “ be careful what you ask for” so please take a moment of time to bring into your heart that which is truly there for you. That which is right in your hands even if you do not think you deserve it or you know something is there but cannot feel it.

Let it run through your thoughts and bring it into your heart space and see it happening. Know it --- Own It !!!

Release it to the Universe knowing it is all before you, for you are precious in all ways.
