Beloved masters, never forget, you are eternal and immortal. Your physical body is a temporary temple in which God dwells. The Sacred Heart is the temple of the Soul; therein is the Essence of life where true love resides, and where your awareness of Infinity begins. The Diamond Core God Cell within the Sacred Heart contains the Twelve Rays of God Consciousness which are etheric crystal prisms of refracted Light called Rays that beam forth the Essence of Creation.

Death is a metamorphosis, a changing of the cloak of flesh for a cloak of Light. You have but one life and that is eternal. You have assumed many roles while on your journey throughout eternity; however, you are as you were in the beginning within your Sacred Heart: a Divine child of the Supreme Creator. To become ‘Christed’ is to realize the Divinity within, and then following, unerringly, the guidance of your God Self. In the higher realms your vessel of Light is pure, perfect and indestructible. Envision a wholeness that has never been altered and has no imperfections.

Staying centered within the Sacred Heart maintains your connection to the higher levels of God Consciousness, and assures a steady flow of Creator Light / Love / Life. The Superconscious mind is a magnet for higher, godly truth. The desire body is a generating force within each person. You are dominated by either the ego desire body, which is controlled by the physical senses, or the spiritual ‘righteous’ desire body, which is controlled by the Higher Self. The subconscious, subjective mind is ruled by the conscious mind and past conditioning. It is programmed and reprogrammed through vibratory influences, whereby the lower, negative thought forms of the past have convinced you that you are sinful, weak, imperfect and inferior. Throughout your many past life experiences, you have created a powerful vortex of doubt, depression, fear, scarcity and debilitating disease which leads to premature death. These harmful thought forms have been repeated over and over again until they are firmly entrenched within each individual’s subconscious mind, as well as within the collective conscious belief structure, until they become the accepted reality of the masses.

Your Sacred Mind always knows the truth, and will eventually override the misconceptions of the conscious mind which can be reprogrammed as you strive to clear the subconscious mind of negative influences. Your Sacred Mind is the direct connection to the God Mind. Moderation in all things results in equilibrium, balance and a sense of well-being. Self-mastery leads to control of the physical emotions and the thought processes of the lower mind. A Self-master stands firmly centered within the Sacred Heart in the midst of chaos and change, holding fast to the wisdom of the Sacred Mind as it gathers strength and guidance from our Father/Mother God, an observer of the process as all illusion slowly fades away.

Ascension means attaining a clearer awareness of Self, and accepting the fact that you are an extension of our Mother/Father God. As you delve deeper and deeper within Self, you come to realize your intimate connection with the Creator. Once you have felt the exquisite bliss of a heart-to-heart connection with our Mother/Father God, and you are able to draw fully on the Adamantine Particles of Love/Light, your yearning for love is gradually fulfilled. Your hunger for sustenance will also be satisfied and you will be given the strength, will and determination you require to joyfully complete your earthly mission.

Energy is generated through frequency patterns of attraction, rather than patterns of resistance or friction. Thoughts / words / emotions have a helpful or detrimental effect on the physical vessel and also create a certain band of frequencies within your auric field and beyond and, thereby, your reality on the physical plane is created. The laws of the universe state that you must always experience that which you create. WHEN YOU ARE RADIATING THE REFINED FREQUENCIES OF LOVE ALL AROUND YOU, THE NEGATIVE FORCES WILL NOT AFFECT YOU.

Beloveds, you must become a tributary of the River of Life, a channel for the Divine force of Creation. Stagnation begins immediately when you stop the flow of Adamantine Particles into your Sacred Heart. As you become a Sentinel of Light, your aura will glow and grow as you become illumined by the radiance of Spirit. You, your home, your neighborhood, city, state, province and country all have an auric field, whether it is bright or dim. The heart and soul of each country must be revived. When unity consciousness is lost, the spiritual life force of a country begins to wane. Remember, everything that exists has an aura. The divinity and awesome power of the Creator is in everything!

Many souls are what could be termed spiritually bankrupt, for they have either used up their allotment of Adamantine Particles of Life / Light and are now so steeped in the lower frequencies of the third/fourth-dimensional world that they can no longer tap into the cosmic river of Life and draw forth the full-spectrum Light of the Creator. Or, since early childhood, they have not been able to attain the required level of harmonious frequency patterns to ignite their allotment of Adamantine Particles stored within their Sacred Heart. Unfortunately, many dear souls take with them into death the greater portion of their allotment of Creator Light. These are the tormented souls who feel unloved and have led a life of suffering and often isolation or violence, created by a sense of hopelessness, feelings of self-hatred and inferiority. They often focus their hatred and frustration outwardly, blaming others and fate for their failures, while all the time being unaware that they are the source of their own pain and suffering. Many of these precious ones chose to come forth on what could be called the lower spectrum of Shadow and Light. At a soul level, they chose the overlay for the life’s drama they would experience because they wished to overcome certain imbalanced frequency patterns from the past. However, many times the path they chose was too much of a challenge and they fell back into the negative patterns of many fruitless lifetimes. Those who have the least freedom of choice are driven by obsession, addictions and unconscious impulses. They are controlled by past negative influences that are very difficult to correct. Remember, dear hearts, you are not judged by anyone but yourself, and you will always be given an opportunity to overcome past transgressions. Self-forgiveness is the first step in healing the past and reconnecting to the ‘power within.’

It may seem heartless and uncaring; but a Self-master will gradually end relationships with people they are no longer in harmony with. There should be no judgment, just a gradual letting go and withdrawal or severance of any energy cords of attachment. It is usually the other person who ends the relationship, for they can no longer receive the ‘emotional energy’ they require from the enlightened person.

So many lonely Souls are seeking their Soul mates, and this is taking place around the world as more and more souls reach a certain level of harmony within. For millions of you, this is the time when your Soul has reached the furthermost point of Its journey of separation, and you are now in the midst of the journey of ‘Reunion and Integration’. Your Soul has gradually been infused with a Divine discontent which is slowly filtering into your consciousness and you have turned inward so as to tame the ego and reconnect with the Soul, the Oversoul and multiple facets of your greater Self. You now have the potential to connect with the many facets of your Soul family, your Higher Self, your many Oversouls and your God Ray (I AM Presence).

On the other hand, many Soul mates have similar soul vibrational patterns but do not necessarily have similar physical auric frequencies. Soul frequencies are stronger than physical frequency patterns, and they are predominate when you are in an emotional, heart-felt state. If the radiance is strong enough, the beauty of Soul shines through; however, it may not be strong enough to overcome the physical, emotional and mental traits that are not in harmony one with another in order to create a lasting, satisfying relationship. Physical relationships are difficult at best on the earthly plane, and especially when you are striving for Self-mastery and are in the process of ‘knowing thyself’ which leads to constant, transformational changes within and without.

This question has been asked by a number of dear souls, and we feel it is important for all of you to understand that, in many instances, all is not as it seems, and it is important that you seek your inner guidance, as well as positive solutions to some of the ‘trends and symptoms of the times.’ Therefore, we are writing this open letter to all the beautiful children who are the hope of the future and to their parents, as well. QUESTION: More and more children are being diagnosed as having autism and other puzzling health problems. Is there a specific purpose for this, and are we being punished for some reason?

Beloved Children of the Light, we know that it will not be easy to contain such wise, old souls in such small human vessels. Many of you have not fully anchored your Soul-self within the physical body. It will take time to adjust to the density of the present earthly environment; therefore, you will gradually incorporate more and more of your Higher Self as you learn to adjust to the pressures of physical existence. Neither you nor your parents are being punished; quite to the contrary. Your family has been, and will be blessed by your presence and they agreed, at a soul level, to assist you on this important assignment. As time goes by and you remember more and more of who you really are, you will realize that you agreed to return to Earth at this time in order to assist your soul family and all those you love deeply during these times of great change (even though you did not need to return to the earthly plane). You agreed to come at this time to anchor a very special Light energy that the Earth and humanity are being gifted with during these times of great change.

This message is as much for your parents as it is for you. Since the veil of forgetfulness has not been drawn as fully over your consciousness, you will remember many things from past lives which may confuse you and you will, undoubtedly, have abilities that are unusual. First of all, you will need love and understanding, but you will also need strongly defined boundaries and structure in your life. Your family should treat you with respect, just as they teach you to respect others. You will always value truth and reasoning, which will accomplish more than threats or restrictions. You will abhor hypocrisy and may rebel during your early school years, for you will not fit in the social structure of half-truths and unfair rules. It will be up to your mother and father to teach you that you can help bring about changes for the better, not by resisting the old, but by showing a new, better way.

Most of those like you have not had many incarnations on Earth; therefore, you have not adjusted well to the physical body and the earthly environment. You have a very sensitive nature and you also have more insight than most, so you will not understand the hypocrisy and distortions of the truth that you encounter. Do not judge others, but allow your own inner knowing to guide you, and you will not be led astray. You are very powerful, beloveds, and have the capability of creating many wondrous things and the ability to bring much joy to those around you. Or, if you choose the downward path, you can be the cause of much destruction and sorrow.

You have energies within that you must learn to develop and use to their highest potential. We suggest that your parents teach you how to go into your Pyramid of Light and, while there, see the healing energies flow smoothly through your body. Ask your Higher Self to help you contain and control these powerful energies, as you learn to direct them appropriately through yourself and out into the world. Begin to use the vowel sounds and tones we have given, and you will find the appropriate tones will come forth, at the proper time, to assist in integrating the powerful energies that will be available to you eventually.

You see, precious ones, you are what is called prototypes of future humanity, for you are among the forerunners for the coming new Golden Root Race. You have stored within your brain structure many wondrous abilities and much wisdom. Some people are calling many of those who have been born since mid-last century of Earth time, the Indigo Children, the Crystal Beings, or the Golden Ones. What you are is very wise old souls who agreed to come to Earth to show your elders and humanity the true way now that the path has been prepared by the brave ones who have awakened and begun the process.

You may not fit well in society as you have experienced it in the past, but that is exactly what you came to do: to adjust to your earthly environment and, as you gain wisdom, to help make the changes that will benefit all the other brave souls like you. Do not put yourself apart by thinking you are different or somehow above those around you. That would be a mistake, for one of your major tests is to accept who you are, and to quietly go about balancing and harmonizing the discordant energies within yourself so that you may be an example and then help others like you.

The negative energies you and those around you will experience as you grow into adulthood will be core issues from deep within which will arise into your conscious awareness so that they may, once and for all, be transmuted and balanced. You have an empathic nature, and you must learn not to allow the imbalanced energies from other people’s auric field to penetrate your auric field, which will create discomfort and distress. We ask your parents to show you how to envision a golden sphere of Light surrounding you which reaches above your head and below your feet. The higher vibrations of Love/Light can penetrate this sphere of protection, but nothing of a lower vibration can affect you if you state your intent that you will allow only the vibrations of God-consciousness to enter your force field.

Dearest hearts, your four angelic helpers are waiting for you to call on them. Just ask and they will answer you. Ask their names and begin an intimate relationship with them. How would you like them to serve? Give them instructions and always ask for your highest good, for that is the only condition of their assistance. They will guide, guard and protect you; they will inspire you and assist you to attain your goals. All you have to do is be clear in your intention, ask for the greatest good of all, and then follow the nudgings of your heart as you take the action needed to fulfill your dreams. Before you incarnated, you promised to bring in the greatest amount of Creator Light that you could bear, which means that you came into this lifetime bearing special gifts but also a great responsibility. Learn to speak words of kindness, for words can hurt deeply. Learn to listen to the small clear voice within, for that is how we will communicate with you. Think before you act; if you feel sad or uncomfortable about something, it means that it is not the best way. If what you do brings yourself and others joy, then know that you are in harmony with your Soul-self. You are the brave ones who will take over and lead the new emerging spiritual/human Beings into a world of peace, harmony, joy and abundance for all. Know that we are near to guide and protect you, and that you are loved beyond measure. Call on us, we are just a thought away, and we will always answer.

My greetings of love and unity to each of you as I come into your presence to speak with you once more. Some have asked " with what authority do you come to speak and teach?"

My friend, I come with the authority of God. For I am part of God, as indeed you are part of God. I work in His service. My love for each of you is great. So great that I pause my on my path of soul evolution to help you understand the true Light of God, to understand you all carry a spark of that one great Light. To prepare you on your journey back home to that great Light. This is my authority to speak.

For so long you felt God as a separate being. You have been taught as young children that God's love is conditional upon you doing His will. My friends, this was distorted by many leaders among you. Those whom you looked for guidance and trusted. These leaders spoke of conditional love used for their own greed and power. I tell you truth, God's love for each of you is totally unconditional. For He loves you, each of you in totality, in Oneness, no matter what actions you choose to do each day. His love is unconditional. His forgiveness is there for all.

"Ask and it shall be given unto you." Do you not see? His spark, His love resides in your heart, in your soul. To ask for forgiveness is to acknowledge you have not chosen well. You have acted incorrectly. By asking for forgiveness you acknowledge this to yourself, and to God. I tell you truth, His forgiveness is always given. God's love is unconditional.

Now my friend, now is the time to come together - in your mind, in your consciousness, in your inner belief. Come together in unconditional love.

 

It is time now to put aside the old belief that God's love is conditional upon your actions. Remember that God sees all - even your inner thoughts and feelings. You can hide nothing, no. For many, your Higher Self is calling you. You are questioning. You are being faced with another mirroring your negative behaviors. We are aware you do not enjoy this experience. But so many are not listening. So many are still only looking at what they see with their physical eyes each day. And so, another person teaches you by mirroring to you your behavior, your actions. I say to you, and you know if I speak personally to you, stop and look closely at yourself. For the other person is showing you what and where adjustments in your behavior are required.

It is time now to release, to let go. You have been told this. The answer of what you need to do at any time is always within your heart. If you are not certain of your next step, pause for a moment, and ask yourself how you feel, what would you like to feel? Then ask, how do I achieve that feeling.? This is your answer.

Treat others as you would choose to be treated. And you see, when you begin to do this, you see your love is unconditional. You are fueling the spark in your heart. It will now begin to grow brighter and longer. You will feel happier and more content in your self. You truly begin to experience God's love. And further, those of you who have risen in deep meditation or deep prayer, none can say they have not felt the energy and presence of God.

On your planet there is much chaos on the material level. You ask why? I say to you that those who have chosen to experience great luxury on borrowed money will awaken to the illusion. The illusion of living falsely. Of living in the lower ego. And further, the greater the illusion you have created, the more you will feel financial reality.

Temptation will still be presented to you on your television screens and in your mailbox. Offers to borrow more money, to tempt you deeper into debt, deeper into the financial institutions control. I say to you, look at these offers as a test. A test of what you have learnt about money, possessions and lower ego. What will come out of this chaos? You ask, how will I survive? For some, the path will be difficult as they unravel a life of debt and financial illusion. The lesson and strength is in correcting the situation. There will be loss. I say to you learn from this. Learn to come back to the inner spark in your heart. Let it give you the strength to move forward in your choices, and in your life. Many have been feeding the ego through possessions, wanting more and more. Now it is time to come home to inner peace. To leave behind the anguish of feeding a financial debt which has ruled your daily life.

As the butterfly emerges from the confines of it's cocoon - to freedom - so now must you.

It is time to come back to basics. It is time to simplify your lives. It is time to reconnect to all in Oneness. To live in peace, in a simple, loving manner. To live within your means is I think the term. Yet I say to you, do not forget the lesson, the learning you are experiencing.

All is experience. There is no separation. You choose how you will react to every experience each day. Do not fear. Simplify your lives - step by step. You have the choice.

Note from Shelly: Hello All! ~ This is a quick note because I had some extra things I wanted to share with you. Recently I did a different kind of channel. This is from the group essence of all the divine feminine energies who have worked with us on earth.  It includes the ancient Greek goddesses, Isis, the Celtic and the Hindu goddesses.  It also includes a few I work very closely with; Kwan Yin, Mother Mary, Mary Magdalene and of course the Goddess of Creation.  They all came together and created a circle where I walked into the center. 

I like so many of the rest of you have experienced episodes of abuse during this lifetime and in past lifetimes.  I've done a great deal to release the old hurts and move beyond.  This channel assisted me in truly moving beyond these old wounds.  I also realized it was assisting humanity in moving beyond the wounds of abuse and into a greater balance of the male and female energies.  The energies are so intensely loving, accepting and gentle. Nama sika; venia benya ~ I AM the one, I AM the whole

I greet you my beloved family! 

I send forth my love, I send forth my embrace to each one of you as you come into this group, as you come together for this time of sharing energy, for this time of sharing love and compassion.  There is so much happening upon the earth at this time.  There are deep transitions taking place, some of this as a result of the shift in the collective consciousness, others as a result of the activities and actions that have been taken over the last 10 - 15 and 50 years.

Everything that happens upon the earth is cyclical.  Sometimes people have a tendency to fall into a space of fear, the space of focusing upon what is wrong, and that is a part of what creates the spread or the shift through fear.  I am here to share with you that the earth is not going anywhere!  It's not coming to an end.  It's not going to crumble and have everything fall into anarchy, so be at peace. 

Be aware that there are so many lightworkers throughout the entire earth and all of you come together sharing your energies, sharing your light; be it the people upon the conference or everyone who reads it at a later date, you too are aligning your energies with the energy of evolution, the energy of love, of creating balance within your own self.  And for each person that's balanced and emanates that balance out to the rest of the world, it creates a template, if you want to call it that, or it creates a space where others are able to find an alignment. Yes, you are doing this for your own self but it moves through the rest of humanity. 

Take this moment and breathe down within yourself, breathing through your heart center, breathing all the way down into your abdomen, down into your feet and into the ground if you so choose.  Feel yourself in this physical existence.  Connect within; draw in your energies so that they are not so scattered and expanded in many different directions and as you do so it allows you to anchor within. 

From this space of anchoring, I encourage you to more fully release your consciousness.  Shift your awareness.  You will first of all move into the energies of the magnetic grid and as you arrive within this space, you immediately find yourself moving into the space of your higher self.  Take this opportunity to allow yourself to explore what's around you.  You send forth an impulse; be it a thought, be it a colour or a light. It moves through the magnetic grid and then returns back to you.

Perceive your vibration within this space.  You are much more conscious of the vibration that you emanate as a result of our last journey together, so within this space when you focus on a particular emotion - we'll just choose the emotion of contentment - send out that impulse and then feel it as it comes back to you.  As it is returning you may have a sense of feeling all those aspects perhaps of life or all those aspects that are in alignment to that as they reflect back to you from within this space. 

You may ask yourself, what is the predominant emotion that you are feeling?  Again, I choose to work within this space of the magnetic grid so that you may be aware of how you can work with this in your daily life.  If the emotion that you perceive is most predominant is one that you would like to shift, then choose how you would like to feel. And send that energy throughout the grid so that you may find yourself balancing with that with which you are aligned. 

You may come into this space anytime that you so choose.  I now invite you to shift your awareness so that you leave behind the magnetic grid, moving through the interlocking grid and into the crystalline grid.  As you arrive within this space, you find that there are many different aspects with which you align.  Feel the vibration of these crystalline energies around you.  Take a breath and breathe in those energies as they move through your consciousness.  So too they move down and into your physical being. 

Look around.  Feel or sense the energies of this space.  From here allow your perceptions to shift once more.  This time move into the space of the soul plane.  This is another aspect of the crystalline grid work; there is also a dimension that is separate so you may find yourself moving between the two or fully in one or the other.  It matters not; simply your intention of moving into the soul plane allows you to move within that space.

Within the soul plane I invite you to call forth your I Am presence.  This is your divinity.  It moves towards you or it comes up from within you.  Allow yourself to perceive who you are within all of your divine essence.  Reach out to merge.  Allow your consciousness to move throughout your divine essence and open to feel what that is like.  As you feel these energies flowing within and around, allow your awareness to align with all that is right for you to perceive in this moment. 

Now I the Goddess come into the space in which you are, I reach out to each one of you and I send forth my embrace, I send my love, allowing that to merge with you so as to enhance your own perception of who you are.  This shifts you into the space of the All That Is.  As you move within this space, allow your consciousness to expand even further.  There is so much that is here for you.

As you look within your divinity, open to receive the complete love and acceptance that is here for you.  Your soul essence has had a multitude of experiences; some of these have been upon the earth, some have been experiences out within the universe, others have been in what you might call the in between.  Each of these experiences or lifetimes or whatever you would like to call them, have come back within this I Am presence and that is what has created your divinity. 

There is only love and acceptance for you in this lifetime and for the choices that you have made. You the human may have given yourself a hard time, or you may be critical of some of your experiences, some of your choices, but anytime you come back within this space of your I Am presence, within this space of your divinity, that is the time for you to open to the acceptance and let go any harsh judgement that you may have had for yourself. 

With the magnitude of shifting consciousness upon the world, many of you are finding yourselves swamped with emotions.  You may ask yourself, is what I perceive my emotion or is it someone else's?  It may be difficult for you to know.  From this place of complete acceptance, of allowing, I invite you to open up and consider the emotions that are most prevalent within your life.  As I speak of this, I see emotions flowing through here on various ends of the spectrum. 

Let us first consider those people who are tapping into fear.  Is fear a part of your life?  If so does it affect you because of the people around you or does it affect you because of experiences that are occurring within your life right now?  For those who are able to perceive the specific source of this fear, then you can move into that space completely.  For those who are unsure from which it's coming, then simply align with any fear that you may be feeling.  As a group I invite you to link with that fear and then through your conscious choice, release it, letting it go.  Breathe through this release.

In this moment do you feel the relief that comes from letting go of fear?  Do you perhaps have anger?  Do you feel frustration?  As you are moving through and considering the emotions around you, whatever it is that you might be feeling that is holding you back, take this moment to link with it and then let it go.  It was almost as if I perceive a tidal wave of emotions being released. 

Come back; bring your focus back within you in this moment.  Are there beliefs; are there thoughts that are holding you back in your life?  As you connect with any thoughts or beliefs that might be holding you back, take this opportunity to look at why that thought or that belief was created in the first place.  Did it serve you at one time?  Has it runs its course?  Allow any thoughts, beliefs, or the energies around them that no longer support you to be released in this moment. 

Your consciousness comes forth as if it's shaking off those emotions, those aspects of your mental body.  Anything which is no longer working for you is released at this time, so that now you in the presence of your divinity are able to fully appreciate who you are within this life.  When you peel away the layers that make up living, when you get right down into the core essence of who you are, recognise that there is a very valuable person; there is someone who has so much to gain from living this life they are living.  There is someone who has chosen to come upon the earth for this very life existence.  As you allow yourself to open up within your core essence, as you have let go those layers of insulation, feel the deeper flow of your divinity as it moves within you.

This awareness allows you to have a greater understanding of your own divinity.  Feel that unconditional love, feel the presence that acknowledges that you are not alone.  Are there times in your life in which you feel a need for greater strength?  Practice in this moment being open to the flow of strength that comes from within your own divinity.  You are aligned. Look around, perceive the colours, perceive any images, perceive sensations that you may be feeling.  And as this goes within your conscious awareness more and more, it is allowing your consciousness that's aligned with this human essence, with this person that you are in this lifetime, it is allowing that which is human to become comfortable with and acknowledge the immensity of who you are within your divinity.  This allows you to integrate a greater amount of your divinity within your daily life. 

Within this space of the All That Is, you are fully blended; your consciousness and your divinity.  There is not one or the other; it is all in the same.  Take this opportunity to call up, or bring forth who you are as you live this life upon the earth.  As if you are looking at yourself, look from the eyes of compassion.  Look at your daily life.  Are you open to perceive that perhaps there are possibilities for change that you are not aware of prior to this moment?  As you look at your life perhaps you perceive another alternative to the choices that you are currently making.  No matter what is happening within your life, there is always a potential for change.  Look at that potential right now. 

I have this perception of some of you reaching out with two hands and grabbing it - yes, whatever you would like to do.  Reach out, embrace change.  From this space of your divinity, send forth impulses of light, impulses of information that will give you a better understanding of your life and the ways in which you are able to create change.  Release that image or that essence of observing your daily life and allow your focus to once more come back within the space of the All That Is. 

Look around.  Through conscious intention I invite you to open and receive a perception of where you are within the All That Is.  There is so much information that is being integrated within and around the earth at this time.  As you look around you, become aware of the consciousness.  Not only your own but the consciousness of the universe.  As you perceive what is around you, be open to receive a message if perhaps there is one for you.  Be open to perceive the movement of energy as you send out a thought and then receive it as it comes back to you. 

In so many regards, this consciousness is lighter, finer.  It is the purest essence of that crystalline vibration which is now being incorporated into and around the earth.  Therefore consider when you were in the magnetic grid and you sent forth a thought.  You sent it forth and when it returned it most likely had shifted or transformed.  Within this space as you send forth an impulse, as it comes back to you it may perhaps be enhanced but it is essentially unchanged from when you sent it forth. 

Part of the reason for that is because the magnetic grid is influenced by all the various dimensions within and around the earth.  It is also influenced by the positive and negative of the magnetics.  Within this space, the crystalline vibration is completely different.  It is much more transparent, it is much less dense.  You may therefore transition energies, emotions, thoughts, whatever it is you seek to change with much greater ease.  The more that these energies are incorporated within the earth, they too will adapt to being within the energies of the earth.  But there will always be that greater amount of fluid, light, variable energy. 

Within your consciousness and within your physical body, you are changing.  From a molecular structure outwards, you are incorporating this new energy and it affects you in many different ways.  Release any struggle.  Release any perception that change is hard or that change is going to be bad for you.  Feel in this space the type of energy that is going to be becoming much more so into and around the earth.  It will get easier. 

It is available to you now by shifting your consciousness into a space of expansion that you link with these energies.  Many of you do this in an unconscious manner all the time as you walk through your days.  Others of you consciously choose to come into this space as you seek to resolve an issue or as you seek answers of any sort.  The more that you utilise this crystalline energy, the greater capacity of this there is available to you in your daily life. I am speaking of within the energies of the earth's plane in this moment.  You are each expanded hugely, your consciousness moves out in every direction.  For some you, you are not even aware of what this effect is to you. 

Draw back your energies.  I invite you to come forth as a group.  As you create this group in which to invite that hologram of the earth, many of you are maintaining your dimensions of expansion.  Whatever is comfortable for you is what I encourage you to do in this moment.  As this group is creating somewhat of a circle, it's somewhat loose, you see moving up from within it the hologram of the earth. 

For the past several months, maybe as much as nine months or almost a year, each time that the hologram comes up within your group, you are becoming much more aware of the layers or the dimensions that are around the earth.  It's not just a picture of the earth or a globe of the earth.  It is the earth and then all those shifts in consciousness that are now becoming incorporated.  As you look at this hologram and you send an impulse from your consciousness into the hologram, it becomes illuminated with light, illuminated with energy.  Perceive how you create a space for yourself.  Perceive how you align within this essence.

As each of you have sent forth your energy or your essence, the hologram begins to rotate as it evolves.  It is fully incorporating all that you sent forth.  The hologram itself shifts.  As it does so it moves downward as if moving through all of those various dimensions.  It moves further and further until it goes into the core essence of the earth itself.  Within the earth, the hologram moves until it aligns with that immense crystal that is within the center of the earth. 

As it does so that energy radiates outward.  It comes out through the earth, through the surface, it comes up through the trees, the grass, through everything that is located upon the earth and it moves outward aligning with the magnetic grid, and creating a greater flow that allows for the crystalline energy to travel downward, into and around the earth.  The magnetic grid work is shifting outward more and more as the greater consciousness moves inward. 

Shift your focus once more so that your consciousness comes back within you and your divinity.  You release that connection to everyone else present, and as you do so you find yourself shifting.  You allow your consciousness to move through those various aspects or levels of conscious awareness.  As you blend with the magnetic grid, you pause for a moment perceiving how this area too has expanded.  The space in which your higher self resides is sparkling; it's vibrating with a greater amount of energy that moves through at this moment. 

Allow your consciousness to return to your physical body and as you do so, once more invite those aspects that make up your personality, your ego, whatever it is that you consider that makes you the human that you are.  Allow that to come forth and be very aware within you, and as you do so, bring down within this space as much of your divinity as is able to fully align.  You may have a sense of stretching or expanding your human self, so as to accommodate. 

Howsoever you perceive what's going on, allow your human expression of who you are to feel, to sense, to know, the complete acceptance for you in this lifetime.  Feel the love and the support that is yours from within your divinity.  Let that flow all the way through your human self, through your physical body, your emotional, your mental body.  And as you take a deep breath allow everything to blend into a deeper balance within you.  Ground this essence of your divinity, as it's taken these moments to incorporate fully within you.

Question: (paraphrased) Thank you so much for that journey.  I have a feeling the energy you brought forth so strongly-I just can't breathe enough!!  For a year now I've been on my own; I'm divorced and my kids are out of the nest.  I've moved a couple times and now I'm contemplating another move. I'm been feeling isolated but not alone and like I'm ready to join community again.  I'm wondering if you would take a look at me and where I am to see if this move I'm making is a good one for me.

Answer: There have been a number of reasons and we think you know completely what those reasons are; but this past year has been a greater transformation for you than you give yourself credit for.  You understand how it was necessary to have that space and find out who you are as an independent person. What you were releasing as you left the marriage as you left so much behind you, was more of the old energy, the energies of subverting yourself; the loss of identity is coming to us.  This past year in which you've been finding out who you are it has been from within your core essence of yourself and that is much bigger than what you realize.  That was one reason why this journey was bringing full circle everything that you have been working on that you began several years ago and culminated this past year.  Where we see you right now is as if you are still a little bit tentative of who you recognize yourself to be. 

There is an aspect of you as the human who is still not willing to accept that you are so magnificent.  Even as I say that now, there is a part of you that feels ‘Oh that's kind of good' but another part that feels ‘no, no not really'. It's as if what's ingrained in people to be humble.  It feels like old energy and what I want each of you to do - this message goes out to more than just you- is when you are in that space of yourself, within that space of your own essence; at least in that moment to understand who you really are.  That you are immense, that you are amazing in what you have done both in this life time and other lifetimes.  This is so that you become more comfortable with this idea.  It is not so that you can go outside and say to people ‘Hey, did you know I'm immense?'  That's not the intentions of this.  The intention is that your ego, your personality is much more able to fully incorporate your divinity.  If you go back into the energies of this journey tonight you will see you took tremendous strides.  It's almost as if when you wake up tomorrow and in the days to come that you will see more.  It's as if it's a step by step by step acknowledging and accepting who you are.  That is what this past year is culminating in. 

So therefore any move that you make, any reaching out to others, absolutely!  It's all going to be there and you are following your heart.  We sense that this next move is going to be one that is much more permanent to you.  You have a little bit not let people in over the past year because you were trying to find that inner strength or that way of trusting from within.  Now you have accomplished what you were seeking to do and it's as if the potentials around you become much more evident.  Does that make sense to you?

As you go forth remember that you are not alone.  Remember that you have so much within you that is still available.  We see many changes coming for you and we encourage you to embrace each change with joy and anticipation.  Thank you. You're welcome. 

Question: (paraphrased) I found myself this month facing a loss of income.  I have been on workman's comp for an injury at work.  They suddenly pulled my income out from underneath me.  I'm going to get some unemployment, there's a special program for people like me, but in the mean time I'm going to need to go to agencies and ask for rental assistance for rent this month.  I'm a little bit concerned that may not be here for me.  I haven't had to do this for more than a year and I'm wondering if it will be there for me.

Answer: We sense there is more than just this agency that will have assistance for you.  We're sensing other organizations and if you do a search on the internet, for some reason it feels like churches and other organizations will have been recognizing that this is more of an issue for a multitude of reasons.  People who choose to give and people who have been gathering funds to use in such a manner have been gathering for quite awhile.  We have a sense that while this organization may not give you the full amount of the rent it will be a portion and another organization will supplement.  We just keep seeing church.  So we would recommend you open your awareness and look around for other organizations that may indeed have the potential to offer greater assistance.  We see this going on for the next 2-3 months.  We also see that you have been fighting against it but this is a time for you to make a change in your life in terms of your work.  What you were doing was something you were already loosing interest in.  You have been considering making a complete change but were hesitant to do so because when you make a complete change and start from scratch it's very difficult to go back to a lower income.  This is what we see you doing. This is an opportunity that pushed you in that direction. 

We see you finding something that brings you more joy in your life.  We have a sense of you doing something that takes you outside of an office building.  It feels as if it's something where you are in and out all day as opposed to sitting at a desk all day long.  It also feels like it has to do with communication and healing.  Partly you will be healing your own self, but also being in the space of others and through communication it feels like a healing environment.  We're not sure what all that means because we're not getting a specific job. We sense you have already been considering what changes you would make and it feels like it's coming full circle.  It honestly feels that by the New Year or sometime in January you will be on a new course.  That doesn't mean that between now and January is dead space.  You are going to be setting up this foundation.  Have you already been interviewing with someone else?

No, this all just happened a week ago and came out of the blue.  I haven't even gotten my resume together yet. 

Before you even work on your resume we recommend you take time.  For example with this journey tonight you went inside you divinity, when you went inside and saw all those potentials for yourself; whether or not that consciously came back to you or you forgot for this moment.  If you take a moment to breathe deeply, let yourself go into meditation, bring in that balance, bring in that sense of connection within yourself, and let yourself find that space of peace even if it's only for several minutes a day or longer is completely up to you.  But when you are in that space ask yourself the question: what would truly make me happy?  If the world is completely open to me and I can do anything within the world I choose to do, what would it be?  Then go from there.  See what comes to you, see what manifests.  We sense this is going to be a complete change for you.  Over the next several months you will find yourself going in directions never anticipated before.  Of course that's' all good!

Question:  (paraphrased) I have a question tonight about business.  I've been hearing that in these difficult times it seems the antithesis of what we would be expected to do is go into business but that is what we are expected to do.  In general do you have any words for people going into business and for me specifically I think it's time to expand my business and I'm wondering if you have any information about that. 

Answer: For anyone who is going into business for themselves be it as a contractor, be it opening something from scratch, no matter what it may be, yes indeed if you allow yourself to tap into the fear that is somewhat prevalent in the collective consciousness you can allow yourself to be convinced this is a bad time.  No matter when you start your business it is always going to be a transition.  There are a number of businesses that will close down within a certain period of time and it's just the general rule.  The fact that now time is a little tighter rather than other times that are not as tight; we from this perspective don't see it as that different.  So for anyone reaching out, any one seeking to expand, be aware that yes, businesses can still flourish you can start something from scratch, you can make a go of it.  Because people still need to have the services.

Now circling back around to you we know what your business is, we've worked with you before.  The ways in which we see you expanding are very solid and very reasonable. You've built a great foundation.  We see you as expanding into other age groups and expanding into other cities.  What were you considering for your expansion?

Just that!  One idea that has come to me is to start right here at home.  Transform my office space to have someone working side by side with me.  Okay, so you're taking on a partner?  Not exactly, but sort of. 

It doesn't feel like a partnership, perhaps as an employee.  But it feels like more than an employee.  It feels like someone who will have a vested interest in the company but it doesn't feel like an equal partner, so something in between.

To be more specific, it's a friend of mine who wants to share space.  I can see where we could work out a bartering arrangement where I would set up some pace at home that he could make use of; but it would also be helpful to me.

Absolutely, anything that resonates with you especially with this individual, we sense you get along well.  It's actually going to push the two of you to a degree but it will actually perhaps work out even better than what you are thinking.  It's going to force you to reorganize the space.  It's going to force you to clean out some of the old energy and clean out old boxes that you don't need to hold onto any more.  Or you may just filter through them.  What we see happening is that this is going to create a physical space that is expanded.  But it's also going to create an energetic space that will expand your business.  You will then be called to other cities, we see you working with other age groups and we see you calling on interpreters.  We know you've done this before in an off and on time frame; but it will more consistent in the future.   Your business feels solid to us and any expansion you feel called to do, we sense is good.  You are very connected within yourself and whenever you go into meditation and ask yourself these questions, you get the answer.  You already know all this!  We are not telling you anything you don't already know.  So trust in yourself and believe in all that is around you in any direction that you seek to go.  (Okay, thank you)  You're welcome. 

Question (paraphrased) First of all did I release enough fear on the journey because I fell asleep a couple of times.  The other thing is the same question I always ask; how am I doing, how am I doing on my journey? 

Answer: First of all, when it comes to releasing the fear, we sensed you released a great deal of fear.  You had moments of standing there in alignment with your divinity in which you were awash with this deep rosy color.  It was as if a pink essence was flowing through you and around you. Within that essence you were at complete peace within yourself.  Yes indeed you released every aspect of it!  Where you are now is back in your human consciousness with your personality, your ego, whatever you want to call it.  That's what you need to work with in your next step.  You need to recognize you have let go of these things.  You keep taking two steps forward; one step back.  The reason for that is because every time you moved into something new and different your ego as a means of trying to protect you says ‘nope, I'm pulling back, I'm pulling back on the reins'.  This gives you a sense that you are not making any progress in your life.  In truth, we see that you have made a great deal of progress, that you are allowing yourself to incorporate a great deal of change.  So your perception some times that it is not happening is from your personality trying to help you be more cautious or not get hurt.  This is when it's essential to have that self talk to allow the ego to come up and consciously talk to it 1:1 so that you can more fully release the fears from the ego's perspective.  Then breathe in the divinity, breathe in the balance of your divinity, the strength of your divinity and through that you will find a greater balance in your daily life and that aspect that is holding you back can be released so that you can move forward and stay those two steps forward.   Does that make sense to you?

So you are doing on the whole doing very well.  You are coming along on your journey.  We see you as if you are gathering courage-you've been gathering so much and we see you about to take this bit of a quantum leap; so good on you!

Question: (paraphrased) Goddess? This is my first time here and I wanted to mention I had a dream 3 nights ago; well it wasn't a dream, it was a vision.  It was three rods and the rods were like a rainbow all blended together.  If you know rocks it was selenium, sort of opaque but you could see the sum.  They didn't have an aura, but they were translucent and illuminated.  I can't find anywhere that talk about it in the dream dictionary so I thought I'd ask you about it.

Answer:  As I'm linking with you and as I'm linking with this vision and this rod I see a couple of different interpretations for this.  First of all it feels to us as if two of the rods are the end of a scroll and you were looking at a scroll that rolls at the top and the bottom.  Then the third rod was used for illumination of what was written upon the scroll.  So two of the rods were for balance and the third one was for illumination.  The fact it was transparent was looking at your life from a space that your life is also transparent because it is always in a state of flux or state of transformation.  You have aspects of your life that are very balanced and secure within you.  Then with the third rod illuminating whatever was written on the scroll.  It was as if that was giving you and opportunity or showing you that any time you call forth these three rods it would give you a snapshot or perception of whatever might be going on within your lifetime.  You could utilize that as a means of getting information and creating change for yourself.  Does that make sense to you?

Excellent, excellent, we love that name too.  That's our perception of how we saw you utilizing them.

Oh, okay, that's great!  I meditate but I do have trouble getting in touch with whoever I want to, but that's great.  I really do appreciate it.  Thank you so much. 

In that regard we'll say one last thing.  For people such as yourself who feel as if you have difficulty getting in touch, having some sort of a visual you can focus upon such as a scroll or these illuminated rods; it gives you something for the analytical part of the brain to focus upon and that allows the abstract part to receive the information.

Question: (paraphrased) I'm having a very hard sleeping again at night, is there any help you can give me?

Answer: Let's see........ we would invite you to take an minute and take a deep breathe within your heart and open it up like you are opening a door so we can get a greater perception of you linking with you.  Ahhh, there we go.  We know you; we've worked with you many different times.  We know how very open and loving you are with all that is going on within your life.  the fact that we need to invite you to open in this way is giving us the perception that there are parts of you that have been closing down or cutting back from the amount of evolution or expansion you were incorporating within your life.   We have a sense of you moving forward, making changes, that you had created a wide foundation for yourself.  It feels as if you've made a choice, as if a part of you is shutting down or not as open because now is not the time for you to make changes moving forward in life.  Does that make sense to you?

Ah, yeah a little bit. 

We sense if you go back and look at this later there will be more that comes to your awareness.  So that is what we perceive is going on; it's as if you have put the brakes on because you felt it wasn't the right time so you weren't secure to make a commitment to change in your life.  This left a part of you sitting in limbo.  When you feel disconnected like that it moves through you in many different ways and we feel that is what is keeping you awake at night; that disconnection with you.  There is one part that says do this, do this do this; another that is saying hold back, hold back, hold back.  If you work with yourself and the journey tonight was about blending your divinity with your human self so that you can be more balanced.  Our senses is that if you work with that even if you do choose to delay making some changes or choose that now is not the time for whatever it was you were seeking; then be at peace with it so these aspects do not need to keep pushing you, pushing you, pushing you.  That we sense through the greater balance within yourself will allow you to sleep better at night.  We have a sense that when you take medication it actually creates greater disconnection within you and it causes you to remain awake even more or feel drugged the next day.  If there are things you feel you need to do, then by all means do so.  But we sense that if you take the opportunity to work with blending and you come to a sense of peace or contentment where you are in your life; it will assist you in being able to sleep more fully at night. 

Question: (paraphrased) I was wondering if you could give me more information about the truth between me and my boyfriend Steve?  What would make me the most happy or be the best choice.  What should I do?  Should I move with him?

Answer:  this is something that is very difficult for us to come up with an answer.  We see you moving back with him but we see that if you do that  you will find yourself back to where you were a year or so ago, with the same feelings or that you haven't really shifted or found the peace you were truly seeking to have.  Then we also have a sense that if you stay where you are you will have the regret of why didn't I go with him? Why did I stay here?  Why am I all by myself again?  I don't want to live my life by myself so I should just go with him.  These are but two potentials, there are always going to be more than that.  These are coming to us as the most prevalent.

It feels to us that no matter what you do you are going to be unhappy with the situation, because of you putting forth for Steve to make you happy or a partner in your life to make you happy.   That happiness needs to come from within you and you choosing to be happy no matter where you are in your life.  Whether you go back with Steve and blend into his life, if that's the choice you make, then choose this is the life I want, this is where I choose to be happy, this is what I'm choosing to do and therefore the contentment is from choosing that life.    If you stay where you are and he goes back then this is where you are choosing to be because you choose to make a home for yourself and you choose to be happy.  No matter how it comes about, you have to choose within yourself.  Recognize that you have to find the peace and the love you are seeking within yourself first of all.  That is what allows you to feel satisfied no matter what choice you make or what direction you go.  

Is he open to me moving back with him?

We sense he is open to you moving back with him, but we also have a sense of feeling him as a bit rigid.  It's as if his belief system is not the same as yours so he feels constricted when we see you with him.  That doesn't mean don't do it.  So when you ask is he open to me coming back; our sense is that he's open as long as you play by his rules.  That's our perception, we don't know if you have a different perception than that.

Is it mostly spiritual beliefs or something else?

Ummm it's mostly spiritual beliefs.  You bring up a fear in him.  For some reason it pushes him to have beliefs that he's not comfortable.  He's actually more open than he gives himself credit for.  It's spiritual for one thing but it also feels as if he likes his life compartmentalized; you get up, you work, you come home, this life is what it is. It's very regimented and the same.  You like things flowing, easy and much less rigid or controlled.  It's differences in personality not that one is better or one is worse, just differences in personality.  It can be worked out if you both choose.

Your world is in financial crisis, and you are likely wondering how long the instability will last.  You may already be feeling the impact on a personal level, or perhaps you have concerns about how you might be affected. Regardless of how you are impacted by the world economic predicament, you will want to use the opportunity of this situation to develop new approaches to money.  After all, the world's financial situation is in devastating disarray because of a need to totally revamp humanity's relationship with money. Changes are needed on a large scale involving the masses, but also on a very personal level.  To positively impact the whole of the planet and use the opportunity of the planet's financial upheavals for your greatest spiritual advancement, therefore, you will want to explore your own relationship with money.  As part of that, you will want to update your DNA-level programming about money with more enlightened perspectives.

Every Person is Affected

Each person on the planet---regardless of culture and income level-carries limiting belief systems related to money.  It doesn't matter whether you have $1 million in the bank or whether you live paycheck to paycheck.  The beliefs will be there in your DNA, all the same, and all it takes is some sort of catalyst to make them operable.   For many lightworkers, the current economic chaos is indeed that catalyst.  Examples include concerns about where the economy is headed, personal financial losses, and fears about coping with unknowable factors.  Any of these things can trigger the playing out of limiting belief systems about money. Where do these beliefs come from?  Many of them you inherit from your lineage.  They come from ancestors you never met, having lived a very long time ago, perhaps during a depression or famine.  Some come from your past lives.  These may include spiritual lifetimes when you took vows of poverty.  Still others come from the mass consciousness, meaning that great numbers of people collectively believe the same thing. All humans carry outmoded beliefs in their DNA, representative of old-world perspectives about money and a host of other topics.  Most of the limiting belief systems involving money are fear-based.  They include ideas involving lack, struggle, and never having enough. These old-world views of money are outmoded and unworkable.  That is the reason for the collapse you are seeing now.  Revolutionary approaches will be needed to create new paradigm models for working with money. The overhaul of humanity's relationship with money is a rather broad topic, relating to a complex web of elements.  These include the obvious things like resources, markets, and business.    However, there is much more to the picture.  It is short sighted to view the international crisis as an impersonal problem affecting only the stock markets, financial institutions, and investment funds.  To be sure, you will experience the world's economic predicament differently if you don't have a 401K, an IRA, or other types of financial investments.  Likewise, you will have a different impact if you now have a steady job or a regular source of income from a pension, rental property, or other source. 

All of Humanity is Connected

The key here is to remember that all of humanity is connected.  There is an intricate set of links between countries, markets, diverse populations of people, and the businesses that provide the services and products you consume. Remember that humanity and the Earth are in the midst of a massive paradigm shift, the likes of which have never been experienced before.  People everywhere are being affected on countless levels, including in ways that cannot be sensed or seen.  Whether you live in America or some other place across the globe, you are part of the mix of change.  As society is reconfigured to the new paradigm energies, you will be discovering how to embody and help forge a brand new way to experience success and prosperity.  The changes that you want will come about through efforts of individual people like yourself who are focused on creating a more enlightened world.  Some of these people you will elect to office.  Others will be found at the helm of businesses and institutions involved with progressive approaches.  Still others will be leaders of private oversight committees charged with overhaul of broken systems.  Each person has a role to play.  There is so much at stake on the planet right now.  The world's economic crisis is not something you want to leave in the hands of bureaucrats, elected officials, and other authority figures. To give your power to others---without also taking an active role---is an old paradigm approach.  This will not get you and your world out of the quicksand of financial collapse. 

 

What You Can Do

What can you as a lightworker do?  First, you can embrace your role as a Divine Changemaker.  That means moving into your power and being willing to look at what is going on, taking actions based on what you find.  It also means taking actions based on your own truth rather than someone else's truth.  Instead of complaining and viewing circumstances as something unfortunate, you use the opportunities of the chaos to create what you want.  Trust that you can do this, and refuse to buy into doubts that tell you otherwise.  During a world financial crisis, you educate yourself about the big picture.  You look beyond the mainstream media newscasts, and into the underlying reasons for what is happening.  As part of that, you become educated about the history of humanity's experiences with money, power, and control.  You learn about what has worked, and what has failed, during past cycles of financial turmoil.  When investigating this, you look beyond the oftentimes incomplete historical data that's presented in your media.  In order for humanity to shift into the higher vibrational ways of being, people must be willing and able to learn from the past.  That includes an understanding of how hate and greed have fueled the growth of wars, dictators, protectionism, prejudice, and monopolies.

Learning from Success of Others

As part of your research, you discover examples of individuals who have prospered and created innovative humanitarian approaches during both boom times and depressions.  Remember that your media typically place more focus on failures and crises than on successes and other news having a positive spin.  However, if you look for examples of past successes, you indeed will find them.  Second, you can learn to become more aware of your own self-sabotaging patterns involving money.  To become more awake to your subconscious limiting programs is the first step in becoming free of them.  One way to begin getting in touch with limiting beliefs held in your subconscious is to pay attention to what you say (out loud or inside your own head) when you are worried about money and when you are focusing on the dreams of success you desire to manifest in the future.  What you say during these times will give you clues to the themes of the belief systems in your DNA.    For example, how often do you say to yourself that you never have enough money to pay your bills?  What do you say to yourself when contemplating your cherished dreams?  Do you think that you will be able to achieve what your heart tells you is your life's work? Third, you can begin to confront your fears and doubts involving money, prosperity and success.  That includes fears about your personal financial stability as well as fears about the world's economy.  Refuse to let these life-defeating thoughts determine what you say and do next.    When fears and doubts aren't challenged, they begin to take on a life of their own. Remember that what you focus on and give your energy to - over and over again - you create more of! If you allow yourself, for even brief periods of time daily, to buy into the fear and allow it to fuel your next thoughts, feelings and actions, you join the ranks of the masses that unknowingly are creating more suffering for themselves.  Your challenge, as a lightworker, is to remain positive and daily reinforce within your own mind the new kind of world you want to create, have, and live in.  How can you do this when your world tells you that everything is falling apart?  Success in remaining positive when others focus on doom-and-gloom requires:
1. Persistence
2. Patience
3. Believing in yourself
4. An ability to screen out society's fear-based negative spin
5. A willingness to change
6. Ongoing inner work to clear your own self-sabotaging patterns in the DNA
7. Surrounding yourself with others who also are focused on creating the new paradigm world Fourth, you can ask yourself daily what it is you want to create.  This question is not just about today.  Think long term. Keep your imagination and wonder alive by contemplating the brand new paradigm world that you know will feel like "home."  Don't try to make your dreams fit in with society's doomsday mindset.  Reach beyond that rigid view and into a higher way of thinking.  Trust that you can create something brand new!  Decide daily what kind of energy you want to experience, setting your intentions for what you will manifest and how you will treat yourself and others.  Visualize yourself experiencing what you have intended.  As you do this, connect with the feeling of this experience, as though it's happening right now.  Acknowledge how this makes you feel. Fifth, you can give yourself permission to express yourself in an empowered way.  That includes giving your gifts-whatever they are-without hesitation and without being attached to outcomes.  Remind yourself that the gifts residing within you are meant to be given.  Let go of concerns that your gifts aren't enough.  Decide to give them even if no one but you understands their value.  Remember that when you allow your precious light-filled energy to circulate in everyday activities, you are helping to create the kind of world you want to inhabit. 

What is Different Now

Remember that you live in unprecedented times.  No previous economic downturn, controls on your freedoms, or sagging reputation of a major superpower such as America could prepare people for what's happening now. The current crisis is not just another challenge or a situation your old-world leaders can resolve with bigger and bigger band-aids.  Also, regardless of who you elect to office, they will face tough challenges as they attempt to restore balance and prosperity.  The changes that you heard were coming are rapidly unfolding, one right after another.  While no one knew exactly what these changes would look like, there was a knowing that the outmoded would need to be disassembled to make way for the new.  Some of the changes you are now seeing may seem to be sudden, but they indeed have been building for a very long time.  The world economic crisis is just one example.  Since the world's financial systems are integrally connected to society's other outmoded structures, the economy is the first to have the spotlight.  Other sectors will also come up for review and reconfiguration.  These include energy, climate change, planetary resources (including water, food, and forests), treatment of animals, education, religion, healthcare, the aging population, business models, politics, and the military. It will take some time for the economic overhaul to take place.  Some of the outmoded approaches to money have come to light, and more of humanity is now aware that a lot must change, yet it will take time to sort out the complexities and find a new sort of balance.  Meanwhile, countries, businesses, and everyday people will be in re-education mode. As part of your own re-education, contemplate how you can update your views to reflect the new paradigm reality.  Start with money, since that is the area under the microscope now.  Refuse to go along with pack mentality on this topic, even if the views seem to be coming from lightworkers.  Come up with your own ideas. 

Punishing the Wealthy

As an example, there are those in the lightworker community who delight in seeing the wealthy lose their great fortunes.  To wish ill fortune on anyone is not an enlightened perspective.  This view is rooted in hate, jealously, comparison, competition, and punishment.  You don't want to fuel more of these fear-based approaches.  Don't try to punish those who have the money.  Instead, work to change consciousness on the planet.  When those with the great wealth choose the spiritual path, they will naturally want to share what they have with others.  Only those in ignorance of how to apply the spiritual laws of abundance hoard and take what belongs to others.  You don't want to perpetuate the oppressive cycles of punishment humanity has had in force for thousands of years.  Punishing the rich does nothing for the poor. Keep in mind that some of the world's wealthiest people are also the most inventive, having been willing to take risks, to live a dream no one believed in, to come up with something brand new, and to magnetize the support of others in seeing their dream come true.  Learn to embody some of these positive approaches in your own life. 

Timing of the Shift

Humanity, as a collective, can evolve quickly in a seemingly brief span of time - just as individuals can.  The quantum shift into higher consciousness can be achieved when a critical mass of aware individuals holds and acts upon enlightened views.  Because of the unique configuration of who is incarnated on Earth today, humanity's range of creation probabilities is greatly expanded.  The "who" referred to here involves the great numbers of beings currently incarnated, who these beings are, and the path of Light a significant number of these beings have chosen.  Earlier historical periods lacked this unique combination of factors, so humanity's progression was more limited. Another element is this.  Due to the unique configuration mentioned above, once a significant number of people embrace the same probable future, that outcome is more likely to happen on a planetary scale. It's very useful, therefore, to focus each day on the more enlightened world you want to birth. Keep in mind that there are plenty of people who focus daily on doomsday views involving terrorism, devastating Earth changes, mass starvation, and government oppression.  You, as a lightworker, can create a much different probability, with dramatically softer effects, bypassing the alternative harsh realities. Trust that humanity will find a way to reconfigure the unworkable to something very effective! This is a precious timeframe for you as a spiritual being incarnated now.  Decide each day that you will utilize this great crossroads of humanity to progress spiritually, and to live the principles you have spoken about for so long.  The ideas of the new world must be more than words.  You must incorporate your cherished principles into your beingness, and act on them.  You have an abundance of assistance from your own Higher Self and your spiritual teachers to achieve what you have come here to do.

Humanity accepts a New Consciousness and a New Path forward as the 11:11 Gateway approaches.

Today I spent the day in the old Spanish city of Toledo. It was a wonderful experience. Even though there was a cold wind blowing off the early snows on the mountains, there is a kind of gentleness and humanity about Toledo these days. The old city with its brown and sand colored buildings sat below a dramatic sky that reminded me of the famous El Greco painting "The Burial of Count Orgaz", that I saw in the city. Here is an image of the that I took looking down on the city from a nearby hill.

Toledo is unique because it was here in Spain, in the past, that there was, for a time, a unique blending and fusion of three distinct cultures, the Jewish, the Christian and the Muslim. This heritage is clearly seen in the architecture which carries traces of all three cultures. I was most interested by a visit I paid to the Church of Santa Maria Blanca, which was a synagogue until the 12th century and was then converted into a Christian Church. Today it is the home of the Catholic Order of Santa Maria Blanca founded in 1999, with the mission of creating a closer bond between Israel and the Church. Today, there were two young monastics, a man and a woman in light brown robes preparing an exhibition of the work of their founder. The pictures were bascially of Sacred Union, fine drawings depicting a man and a woman in Israel. When I asked the young nun if the "Maria" of her order was Maria the mother, or Mary Magdalene, she assured me that it was Mary the mother, and that the images were Mary and Joseph in Israel. I was intrigued by this blending of energies in a former synogogue, decorated in the Moorish style, and now the home of a "rapprochement" between the Church and the Jewish land of Israel. Yes indeed, we are moving into a New Consciousness, where those who were formerly enemies and were prepared to kill each other for their different versions of faith and belief, are now learning to reach out and display tolerance and forgiveness and they learn to walk the path of Tolerance, Acceptance and Unconditional Love.

We are indeed moving forward into Fifth Dimensional and Higher Consciousness where we are learning to think with our Hearts and to know that we are all One here on the Earth. And that we have always been One, One Great Collective Consciousness expressing itself through individual points of Light and Love that are Beings in Incarnation. We have always come here to serve the Light and to be part of the Glorious Tapestry of Light and Sacred Geometry that is the path of Evolution for the Planet we call Earth. Each one of us is a part of the Collective and we Co-Create accordingly. In the past we have judged those with different ideas and we have projected our shadows of hate and violence and judgment on these ones. Now, as we move towards this New Consciousness of the One, we are learning to see that as a Unity we do indeed express different possibilities and potentials of the One energy. But they are evidence of the richness and diversity of who we are, and not reasons to judge each other, or hate each other or even kill each other. And, as we look back at our history and the manipulations and distortions that led us to acts of violence and horror against each other, we will begin to accept that these actions were out of place and motivated by the illusion of separation. And, we will move forward by accepting where we have been, and that we can no longer afford to express our diversity through violence and agression. Our way forward is through Love and Acceptance.

This was made clear to me here in Spain. The atrocities committed by the Church against those who chose a different path was called the "Spanish Inquisition", although the Inquisition was a part of the history of many European countries. Yet, in Spain it was particularly violent and severe. I felt this when I was in Burgos cathedral. This huge and imposing Cathedral was founded in 1260, just after the end of the Albigensian Crusade. While I was in the cloisters of the Cathedral I felt the pain and anguish of those who had suffered in the Inquisition, as though the energy was imprinted on the walls even though it is now a tourist route. I had to leave. And yet.....here is one of the images that I took inside the Cathedral. A perfect Geometric shape that floats above a Chapel as an indication of the Spiritual aspirations of those who created this building that was intended to be a manifestation of the Kingdom of God on Earth.

As we move towards the 11:11 Gateway of 2008, we are allowing ourselves the opportunity to integrate our past and to forgive ourselves for the way in which we expressed our energy in the Third Dimensional realm of Duality, and then to move forward into the New Consciousness of Oneness and mutual evolution and soul expression. But, we will not move forward if we continue to hold onto old paradigms that reflect separation and judgment, and yes, ignorance of who we are and what we are.

At this Powerful moment of Human Choice, we can use these rising energy flows to align fully with the New Consciousness and allow ourselves to begin to radiate the Light and Consiousness of the "One" and the Acceptance that we are Powerful Creators and we are the Ones who are here to Weave the Tapestry of Light as we create the foward path of evolution for the New Earth in the Fifth Dimension.

And, as we do so we will learn more about the Sacred Geometries and the Patterns of Light that create the dance of Love and Light that is the path of Creation and Manifestation on our Earth. We will move forward as empowered Masters of Light, as Archangel Michael calls us, rather than "victims" of the creations of others. It is time...we are Ready....for the New Consciousness to become the pathway forward for All of Us.

Today I want to speak with you about Nature and all the beauty that you see before you as the natural world. Nature is a perfect and sacred geometry. It is My living song of Love and Light to you. In the Real of Love it is spread before you and all around you constantly in a living Light show of song, Light and movement that sings to you of My Love, My Love for you and your Home in Me and the beauty of our intimate connection. It speaks to your being continuously of all the ways that Love supports you.

So when you chose to believe in separation, you brought this song of My Love with you and congealed it around yourselves as the symbols of your Home, the natural beauty that is the Earth. While there are those who have studied the sacred geometry of the natural world, no one as yet has felt this bridge completely and understood the patterns of Light and Love that are held as a sacred trust for you in the natural world.

Beloved, as you raise this world up, that which you see around you as Nature shall become again the sacred, living and glorious Light of God I Am, speaking to you eternally as your Home in Me. It shall be the fluid Love that washes through your being and says to you that you are My living heart. It shall always be alive and brilliant in its expression of your intimate and eternal Home in Me.

So while I have expressed to you that Nature is a doorway to the Real, it has not been time until now to show you this greater truth for as you lift the world, My beloved heart, My LightWorkers, you begin to see with the eye of the living heart and this eye will show you the truth of Nature. It will interpret for you this living moving geometry of Light and the intimate wave songs of My Love that are within it.

Thus, I call to each of you to come into the natural world and to bathe yourself in its living song of Love. Feed yourselves with the intricacies of the great mandala of living Light that is held for you in the consciousness of the natural world, waiting for you to be ready to receive its gift. When you can, it will shoot you forth, out of the gravity of the situation in the world. It will be your transport out of the "reversal" and back into your limitless freedom in the living All of Love.

Those of you who serve My Love and who live within the cities, let your hearts feel Nature's call and go out into the wilderness in every way you can and let My song of your Real Home speak to you through the natural world. Begin to allow that living message of Light and color that is Nature's treasure held for you, and the song of Love that whispers through Her. Let it speak to you of freedom and of the instant transformation of the "reversal" of the world into the freedom of the eternal Light.

I promise you that this transformation is instantaneous and comes at the moment there is enough conscious understanding of the truth of your Home in Me, instead of the weight of the physical world. At that moment you shall be free, free to make the choice to remain in the world or not and to hold in your heart the knowledge of that choice in its simplicity every moment you are here to serve.

For I know, My dearest ones, that one of the greatest agonies of your spirit has been the feeling of being trapped in this world of "reversal," this world of the reversal of the truth of Love that is your Home. Yet, in order to bring freedom to the hearts of humanity, you had to lift the whole world up to a certain point that the weight of the separation from My Love could be counteracted and thus, be the impetus for freedom for the whole world from the reversal.

Thus, dearest hearts, you had to remain here. Who of you would have, if you could have changed it? So it was important, the decision you made to live as human beings, even if it made you feel so trapped. But as the Light penetrates the illusion and your hearts rise now to meet it, the intermediary for you, your transport if you like, is going to be Nature, pure and simple. She is the embodiment of the living message of Love and the glorious codes of spectacular Light that are My assurance to you of our intimate communion in the Real of God I Am.

As you came into the world as humanity, trailing those glories of Light, it was imperative that those Light streams remained with you and that song of the truth of our Love be ever present. That is why it has become solidified in the world of Nature. But you can see, now that you know Nature's truth -- that the natural world is meant to be pure beauty and the glorious unity and peace I Am. Anything else is the overlay of humanity, including frozen tundra and the little "death" of Fall, and animals that prey upon each other.

All of this is the sub-creation of the human ego. But Nature itself is living codes of Light. It is a language of truth that is truly eternal, born of the Moment of Creation with you, as your assurance of your Home, your place in Me and My eternal unending Love for you. That song, those symbols, was meant to be your reassurance when Creation blossomed forth and our relationship began. It was meant to assure you that the one degree of separation that you felt in that moment was a gift allowing us this incredible gift of relationship with each other, and your living service as My heart.

But there were those of you who interpreted it as being pushed away from Me and thus began your separation from My Love. In that moment Earth was born - the pocket of reversal. But all those sacred words and symbols and living patterns of Love remained and came with you.

They came first, as the Garden of Eden, which was the first expression of our separation but still with your awareness of your Home in Me. Then came the world of strife and suffering as you spiraled further and further into duality.

Now, beloved ones, you reverse the experience, coming from the sub-creation as you see it today back into the Garden, that which you call the Garden of Eden. The Garden of Eden is the expression of these patterns of sacred geometry and wave songs of My eternal Love for you as a world of glorious peace and beauty and every good thing.

Then, from there you shall leap back into My arms and into our sacred and everlasting communion. That which now expresses itself as the natural world will be your song of eternal freedom in the majestic mantra of God I Am, singing My Love for you and assuring you of your eternal Home in Me, as these patterns of Light and songs of Love.

So please use these codes of Light and Love in the world of Nature that are congealed by your consciousness in your heart, and commune with those consciousnesses that are the embodiment of that reassurance for you. They will assist you, first, in returning to the pristine image of a world of Love and of a people whose Home is ever in Me. Then they will launch you instantly and gloriously back out of the reversal and all physicality and into your freedom as living Light and glorious Light and the central whirling heart of God I Am.

My precious heart, I await you, but our song of Love continues now in this moment and this moment and this one. That song plays perfectly in your heart and the expressions of the sacred geometry of Light are in your consciousness. All you need is to stop and return to the Vertical, and all that Nature holds for you will be revealed and you can use it as a launching pad to leap right up - back into your glorious freedom, that you might remain in the world each moment by choice in service.

Choice means you choose not to dissolve into the living Light you are, but rather to hold that Light focused in the world through your heart, that you might be the open heart of God bringing My Love here into the world as proof to every human being that I Am their Home and their joy and freedom is ever and always in Me.

Every teacher you have in your life plays a central role in your healing journey. Each of these souls has agreed to participate in your life to bring you face to face with your greatest healing challenges. Sometimes this challenge has been so traumatic that you forget that there is a healing component available to you. There are two paths available to you with difficult teachers, to accept the lesson and healing and release the teacher or to succumb to the trauma and step into powerlessness.
 
A traumatic lesson reveals your most challenging life lessons, the places where you feel the most powerless, disconnected and removed from Source. That is why these teachers appear to treat you in the most unloving and dishonorable manner. While there is no sin in the eyes of the Universe, there has been disconnection and blocks in the flow of energy from Source to your soul. Your teachers are there to help you reconnect and release the blocks. Your honor their contribution by learning and healing.
 
When you decide that your lessons were too hard, that you are truly powerless and cannot overcome this lesson, you are not only disempowering yourself, you are also disempowering your teacher. You are judging the situation from your emotions instead of your soul's purpose. Every situation can be seen from the soul's perspective and even the most terrible situation has a healing purpose on a soul level.
 
Accepting the lesson and the healing transcends the emotional body and allows the soul to integrate the lessons energetically. You Lightworkers have come to heal all soul traumas for yourselves and humanity. Yes, you have suffered but you have also brought through some difficult teachers because soul group energy is shifting and healing. As you move into higher dimensions of being the desire to heal and release your karma creates a frequency that attracts teachers who have agreed to help you remove all energetic imprints that prevent you from accomplishing this task. Honor your teachers and their lessons by learning, healing and releasing what has prevented you from peace, joy and unconditional love through lifetimes of being and step into new dimensions of effortless, joyful and abundant living where only peace and unconditional love exist.

It has been noted that there is a considerable increase in the number of children being diagnosed as Autistic and Asperger's Syndrome. There are theories that it is due to a negative reaction to the immunizations required today. Others believe it could be the increase in toxic substances and environmental causes. Many have prophesized that the new children coming to this planet have unique characteristics to aid planet Earth in its ascension process. These children have been termed the Crystal Children.

What are the major attributes of the Crystal's?

The name "Crystal Children" is derived from the chakra that these children mainly operate from which is the Crown Chakra. The color associated with the Crown Chakra is a pure white or deep purple and its function is the direct connection to Source. Therefore, the Crystal children are completely aligned with God. This explains the fact that the Crystal's are highly evolved spiritual beings caught between the third, fourth and fifth dimension. The ones labeled autistic are hovering in the fourth and fifth dimension and can hardly relate to the third. The Crystal children, the same as the Indigo's, are highly intuitive and psychic. However, the Crystal's take it one step further by possessing an innate ability for telepathy, performing hands on miracle healings, and telekinetics. Their spiritual abilities and development is on a deep and profound level. Is it any wonder they cannot relate to us mere humans?!

You will know you have met a Crystal child just by looking into their large, dreamy, intense eyes. They emit a calm, loving presence. You can sense as they read you energetically and size you up. If you pass their authenticity test, you will begin to feel them slowly warm up to you. Don't rush it. If you come on too strong they will immediately retreat. If you sit back and wait, you will feel them open up to you and can enjoy their lovely, jovial personality. It makes you feel warm inside just being in a Crystal child's presence. People, especially other children, will flock to them to bask in their goodness.

The Crystal children are wired in a unique way. They are so sensitive that they cannot assimilate fully into the dense harsh world of our planet and society. Many times they become burdened and over stimulated by loud noises or angry words. They will retreat further into themselves if they perceive that the world is unsafe. They have enhanced senses, utilizing all of them and may develop strong sensitivities to foods, sounds, dense energies, environmental stimulations, chemicals and scents. If they are out of balance or if their aura is too strong they have a tendency to short out electric equipment such as computers, cell phones, radios, lights, etc. They absorb energies of those around them. It is necessary for them to learn psychic hygiene at a young age.

In addition, the Crystal children are very creative, loving, and affectionate and filled with wonder and awe. They have a million questions and tons of new ways of doing things in various and innovative ways. If the children feel you are authentic, loving, kind and filled with integrity they will open up to you like a flower. They will welcome you into their private world and share their uniqueness with you. The Crystal's become very interested in specific topics of interest and will learn as much information as they can and will eagerly discuss it with anyone interested.

However, if a Crystal finds you or their environment to be too harsh or negative they will rebel in a harsh and furious way. They will either retreat into their private world or become violent and volatile. Finding ways to keep them balanced and content is extremely important. They have a tendency to relate better to adults or children older than they are, rather than to their peers. They will connect with peers if they find others on the same frequency.

The Indigo child's mission is to shake things up with their refusal to conform to societies standards by being outspoken and rebellious so that the old system is destroyed and a new Earth is created filled with peace, balance and integrity The Crystal's purpose on the planet is to realign balance to our planet. They are directly aligned with Source that they can tap into the Divine resources.

Our role as parent, teacher or role model is to create an environment where these children can flourish. Being a public school teacher I must admit that it is a challenge to understand children that seem so removed from the norm. We are being challenged to change our perceptions of our role as educators. Teachers needed to be educated to the needs of our new children. The children require the sacredness to be their authentic selves and have room to explore their essence.

We can change the world only one soul at a time. The change begins with us. We, as parents and educators need to start with ourselves. We need to clear out the clutter and chaos from our heads and hearts. These children look directly inside of us and can tap into what is there. The children have amazing healing abilities and communication techniques, which are authentic only if they are directly from heart to heart or mind to mind.

We can in turn heal our children of imbalances by going directly to Source and linking our hearts to be healed and filled with Divine love and light. We then take the love that is filling our essence and transmit it to our children. It is the perfect gift to our children and to all of life.

If you are feeling disconnected from your child strengthen your connection with Source through prayer (where you speak to God) and meditation (where you listen to God). During meditation go directly into your heart and call on the name of Source, ask for all the places and spaces in and around you to be filled with Divine love and light and for your energy centers to be repaired, aligned, balanced and strengthened. Feel as the light and love flow freely into your being. Once your connection is strengthened with Source and you are aligned, begin by going into your heart; listen to what it is telling you. Travel up through your heart to your higher self, then travel across to your child's higher self and continue up to Source, bring it back down into your heart. Begin by communicating directly from your higher selves to your child's higher self where a true connection can be aligned and you may truly do the work of your higher purpose.

The Crystal child has an important role on this planet in creating a New Earth. You, as parent and/or educator have a Divine role as well, you were chosen to guide these children into adulthood. Through compassion, understanding, love and authentic bonding you will fulfill your mission as an Angel on Earth.

We live in a 5dimensional world, where there are entrances to other dimensions, worlds and reality's everywhere. Did you ever consider that we humans are a vortex and portal ourselves? It is a coming and going of beings with different backgrounds. It is a constant integration, communication and letting go of different aspects of yourself. They life in other dimensions and make slightly different choices. Your aspects have their own life, but with the same soul as yours. That is why they aren't so separated from you as you think. It is you in another shape!

Everything is 1. You can make contact with different aspects of yourself, with the you that lives in other dimensions of time and space, with other beings from worlds far far away(much closer as you think), angels, fairytales, aliens etc etc. The possibilities are endless.

That is so cool! Because you can make contact with yourself in every time in the first place. Everything is now. You can heal your past in the now by rewriting it, take insights with you and share it with your previous, future and parallel self. There is not such a thing as history and future any more. Everything is now.

This sharing also counts for you in another form. You live in different vibrations with different frequencies. Some aspects have really great insights and knowledge, new forms of living together, healing techniques and technology. You can discover an overload of creative ideas, new truths and visions by that. To communicate with yourself and other beings. And it is nice and cool, it's a key to create the life you want! Most of it can be so abstract, so new that it can be difficult to share it with other humans that recreate a 3d reality in a 5d world. That doesn't need to stop anyone to do it anyhow. We aren't going to end at the stake anymore, maybe they look weird at us. But who cares about that? ;-)

What can you expect?

What is ahead of us? As we become more and more multidimensional, the world as we know it changes  1000% Everything will be upside down, what once was the ground under our feet, will become the air, and we walk on clouds. I wrote down some of the things that are possible and that we will going to experience when we open up to ourselves.

1. Creating Home

We can create home here on earth and in ourselves. We are already home, and in that comfort space we are on a trip in a bubble of biology. The illusion of separation makes that we don't experience home always. But If you are prepared to take of your blindfold and open your heart you will experience that you are home already. That everything is available for you. Abundance is our natural state of being. Allow yourself to experience home while being in a human body.

2. Experiencing the wholeness of your soul

You can feel the grandness and completeness of your soul. When we become more multidimensional we feel healed with every breath. It can give you some clarity on some topics and reoccurring themes in your life right now. You can heal yourself. You only have to allow it, and ask it to yourself, an angel or another being that would love to assist you. Then you will get some insights on why patterns seem to come back again in your life.  See the  gift.  If you see the gift, you set the energy free, and there is no need any more to recreate the same drama over and over again.  See the gift and the energy served its purpose. You unraveled the mystery, and you putted the veil away from the illusion.

The way is open and the world is free. You can give the assignment to yourself to rewrite your script, to let go of the energy stamp, to change your perspective. You can create rainbows and happiness instead.  You can be anything you want to be. You can heal yourself, get tools, ability's and knowledge inside yourself which you thought you never had by becoming multidimensional.

3. The multisensory experience

Our senses are blending into one.  With our new sensitivity the world as we experienced it before is gone. Welcome in heaven where the music plays, where you breath bubbles from your mouth, that sing a lullaby each. Sound and smell are flowing into each other, it is one big sensation of being.  Of a connection with all that is. You experience the wholeness of the world in an integrated manner. Welcome in a world where shapes are dancing constantly on tones. Colors are numbers. Letters and words are music and colors. It would feel like being in a multimedia cinema 24/7. You can eat something, and the colors and music are adding to the taste. As our brains become one, and the left and right side of our brain are not so separate anymore everything is possible. Researchers are already discovering this blending of senses, they call it Synesthesia. It will become a common "condition"
It's a world in where logic doesn't count. Borders are erased. You can see the molecules of matter. You see how the core of everything is pure. How everything is melted into one. Your perception of space is new.  Dates, numbers and knowledge are so easy to remember cause you just have to think about the color, the sound or the place you stored it in your being. Imagine that you can walk into a library and look at the shells, and pick out the knowledge you want. Just tune in on the frequency and it comes flying of the shells. You are never lost objects  anymore. You just tune in on the vibration of the object and you get it effortless.
There are already methods that are developing this new kind of learning. Create the world of your dreams and place the things you want to remember there. Than visit the world and remember.

You can experience this not alone in the dream state, but with your eyes wide open when you are fully awake.  These experiences aren't so far away from us as it may seem. Look at the new children, at the forerunners, talk with them and they will tell you that they already perceive the world as this. They normally won't talk about it, cause it's their natural state of being. Only when they grow older they realize not everyone experiences the world this way. They can look you in the eyes and be so surprised you experience the world so boring... Why are you and they often so intelligent? Not because they know so much, it's just that they remember things different. They connect the left and right part of the brain together.  It isn't about the answer anymore, it's the question that counts.

4. Traveling

You can be every moment where you want to be. It can be on the place where your physical body is, or at a beautiful waterfall, on a beach, at your grandma at the other side of the world. At a new universe? Where do you want to be? Want to check out what another aspect of you is doing? And there you are. You can travel in time, to the past, the potential future. There are no questions anymore. No separation. No problems.

5. There are no secrets.

There will be no secrets anymore. The human is transparent. You don't have to wonder yourself anymore what others are thinking or feeling. You just know. You feel and just know what potentionally is going to happen, and you can anticipate on that by choosing again. The truth sets free. There will be no need for hiding or covering up anymore. The challenge will be that everyone has its own truth, and that they all are right. Only the highest, widest universal truth will stand.

How to become multidimensional?

You cannot become something that you already are. You are a multidimensional being. It's not difficult. There is no step by step guide. There are some things I can point on where you can experiment with. It's so much about playing and discovering! There are no limits to it. We all are multidimensional beings. We live in a 5d world. In there we recreate a 3d world.  We just need to trust ourselves, and gently release the limitations and believe systems we have of lack, judgment etc. Connect with the child inside yourself, and you will notice that you have it all naturally.

1. Welcome yourself in safe space

We can be afraid for the unknown. When you want to welcome yourself in  a safe space, create it. Sometimes you need to accept and let go some believe systems or release blockages for that. If you make the deal with yourself that you are safe for ever and always life gets a lot less scary. Trust yourself. You can ask other parts of you, angels ask for assistance in being aware of your multidimensionality. Listen to your crystal heart, and it will speak.

Create a space for yourself to discover and play. Allow yourself to open your eyes and perceive the world in a new way. There are no rules, there is only free playing. You can be who you want to be. You are what you think you are. It can feel like if you are making this all up. And you do! But that doesn't make it less true, less real. The truth is in your imagination, and in your crystal heart. We are so used to live from ratio and logic that it can be difficult to walk outside the borders. Dare to open the gate, jump out of the cage of your believe systems and walk into the play garden. There you will find the bubbles flying in the air, and there the air is filled with the smell of roses.

2. Intent

Intent is a valuable tool when you want to experience and travel multidimensional. You just have to wish it and allow it to happen. You can do this together with someone who takes you on a trip. You can also do this perfect alone by yourself. It can make it easier sometimes when you close your eyes and just have the intention to let it happen. You can decide where you want to go. It can be a feeling you want to explore deeper, or a vision you had, something you dreamed. You only have to allow yourself to swim on the wave. People often experience multidimensionality while they sleep. That is because than we go into another state, we let go of the thinking. It also has to do with our conditioning. In society it is accepted to dream during sleep, but to dream with your eyes wide open, is something that isn't always accepted. We dream our lives, and we can wake up from it, be consciousness,  and write the next dream we want to live. How often teachers tell children to pay attention, while they are far away of to wonderland? As if sitting in a class is interesting while there are thousands of other reality's waiting on us..  

What is the challenge?

It will be no surprise that as we explore our multidimensionality more, things change. We will meet ourselves and be confronted with unsolved issues, and stuck energy's.  It can be an easy, flowing and loving experience. All the things that are covering our beautiful crystal heart will be shown to us. It's not a heavy, dramatic happening if you choose.  Love will be the answer. Reach out to others that are experiencing the same, hold hands, and you will create magic. Expect a new sensation! Your senses are melding together, and you will meet yourself in another form. There is no need to think that you are getting crazy. Trust yourself, and you will know that this is a transformation. Be aware of your dreams that seem to be more intense, know that you can choose for a smooth transition.

1. Welcome yourself on earth

Sometimes we fly far far away in exploring other realms. Than we can forget our body. Feed it well, give it water and give it what it asks for.  Our human body has to adjust to it. It is undergoing a gigantic rewiring. Maybe it needs more sleep, or you have so much energy that you can't sleep.  Listen to it, nurture it and it will be your best buddy!

Grounding is very important. To be rooted here on earth, to choose for the human experience. Remember it is not about ascending of the earth, but being here. The grounding itself will only increase your multidimensional experience. Be here with all your attention, and the whole experience will be so much more fun! We honor the earth to be here. We can't do her any more pleasure than to let our divine energy flow and manifest it here. Our body is our tool to let the universal love anchor on earth. That is the energy that carries the vibration of home. Home is on earth. Home is here, in our crystal hearts.  It speaks through the heart to us, and through our expressions we create home on earth. Than we integrate all dimensions into a super mega party in the now. Than we blend and unite humans and universes, than we live together on the new earth.

2. Meeting  yourself and other beings with a different level of vibration

Sometimes you contact parts of yourself that doesn't seem to see you. You can perhaps feel fear. It can be parts that you can difficult reach and contact. This can be parts of you in a different level of vibration. It can be the case that they have some unsolved businesses. You exist in every form of vibration imaginable. Some parts aren't open for you in the form where you in right now. Just realize it is you. You can ask yourself why you can't seem to contact that aspect of yourself. Most of the time the part will represent a part of you that has a gift. An insight, a discovery that you planted there for yourself. It can look weird first to meet yourself but by integrating all your aspects you feel more with every breath.

When you open up to other dimensions there will be many interdimensional beings interested in you. The game of earth has a lot of attention from the entire universe, and they are waiting to contact us. We are like angels to some of them. We think they are the angels, but they perceive us as the angels. That we live here on earth is really a big big happening in the universe. To put on the veil is a wonderful rocking game that they can't imagine doing. They are intrigued by the game of free choice. There are very much different beings. Some are earthbound, others are from galaxy's far away, some from the future.

They are attracted by the light. And just as humans have different vibrations, beings have that also. Some are nice, some annoying, some sweet and some not so cool. The magic word in this is: No, go home. You can trust yourself and feel what the intent of the being is. If it doesn't feel good, just open a portal and give it a one way ticket to home, to the light. The cool thing is that you are never alone anymore! By creating a sacred space and taking care of your house, you put a natural charm on it. There will not come 1 entity or creature that doesn't support my highest potential, is a deal I made with my higher self. It sounds simple but it works for me.

3. Play like the stars in the sky

When we melt our ratio and our thinking and integrate it with our endless ability to feel, experience, to play, to be creative and to fantasize, than will the abstract experience of being multidimensional get shape here on earth through our crystal heart and hands. Be the kid that you are, feel the playfulness, the silliness. Feel how the jokes are popping up. Play! There is nothing to lose, only the gold under the rainbow to win!  Change will be the new state of being. What you thought yesterday is today already different. Only the most open universal truth will stand. It is a game of free choice where the rules change constantly. Let go of the control, play like a child that changes the rules of the self created game over and over again.

Citizens of the new earth

We all have the entrance to the new earth in our heart. It is the crystal heart that shines through our eyes, that is a beacon of light. Nurture it, take care of it.

The new children that are will be born on earth soon are interdimensional kids. There are already interdimensional children born but it isn't possible yet for a human to be born with all the crystal energy yet. We thought that today's kids are magic. Just watch what is coming. You have the keys that open up the portals for them to come here. Listen to your own heart. Let's develop our own awareness and awake our own interdimensional beings, than we create an easy and flowing transition for them. Let's discover and learn, so that they can benefit from the road we walk. Let's learn from them about the new energy.

Open the portals and travel through the gates. Then you will know which road the new children take. Some will lose their keys once in a while and get lost or trapped in dimensions. Give them the choice by opening the portals. Honor the choice of the soul that lives in other dimensions. Most of the time they will show you the key that is around your neck. Teachers and parents can make this dimension interesting by becoming aware of other dimensions. Just combine the nicest things from all the worlds, and build a party here. No need any more to sit in a classroom. It will be  a grand party!

By making contact with them on a new way from their point of view we can offer them a choice. The space that we create by that is wonderful. We are offering ourselves, our own inner child and all our aspects a play garden where there is a great party going on. We experience a reunion of ourselves as soul. Not that we are less complete without the other parts. It's a natural process that we are reunited with all that we are.

Than the biggest exchange ever seen in the universe will take place, the grandest reunion of souls ever seen. You can feel it in your body already, What a party!

The evolution

The new earth is here, and we are creating it already on an individual level. Step by step. Heart by Heart. It is just a matter of time until everybody will enter the new earth. Look at the sea, the jungle. To the birds in the sky, a piquing on Alaska, an elephant in the water, to a baby in his cradle. Than you feel that heaven is here, that one planet contains so many dimensions and worlds.
There is no other place I rather be than on earth. With her beautiful trees, flowers and clouds that are passing by. Home is in our hearts, and mother earth will be oke. There is no lack. There is no urgency for more fuel. We never had to burn it in the first place. Look at the sun, at the moon, at the water. We have all the energy and never ending resources available.  The ebtide en high water is as old as the earth itself, and it will exist forever. It's all so simple.

War will end by itself, because a human that lives in joy and passion will not kill. It's much more about awareness that about saving the earth. That is not what she asks. By living in passion ourselves, and let our divine energy flow we proof mother earth the highest honor. It is not about ascension, in putting lots of effort in becoming something, or reaching for  higher and higher. No, we already are multidimensional divine human angels, we just have to realize it as an collective.

The hunger in the world, the war can be solved in a second. It doesn't need to be a long difficult process. The way humanity is walking is one from awareness of the heart.  There is only 1 thing that wants to be seen. And that is your crystal heart.
Your soul wants to come home to you. Feed yourself in abundance, than you will give permission to others to do the same. Don't believe in lack, don't put energy in changing others but be sweet to yourself. Hug yourself, buy something nice for you, feed your body with the nicest products. Live in the most beautiful house you can imagine, and if that is difficult, start giving. That will put the energy into motion.  Surround yourself with the sweetest people you know.

And in doing that, reach out a hand to the person next to you. With that  the person next to you can also come home by them self.
You are god also, You are complete and whole, and together we are one.

Why do we feel so attracted by dolphins?

It is obvious why we feel so attracted to dolphins. They are doing the best they can to reach us and teach us about multi-dimensionality and playing. About the flow, and letting go of all. Sensitive as we are, we feel so many feelings every day and when our own pain is reflected it can be difficult to let all the feelings and energies flow. Sometimes we resist emotions, are we scared or in denial. Sometimes the energies of the moment just seems to be too overwhelming.

We always can start with breathing; it sets the flow into motion, and centers our energy. By defining our energy we can set clear boundaries, it makes it way easier to stay in the flow. Sometimes the energy just feels crap... and so it is. It can't harm us when we accept it and let it flow. Most of the time it's not ours! What you sense you have probably felt before. Perhaps it scratches some scar tissue, but heee you've been there done that, won the jackpot! You know how to win that game. It doesn't have to set you out of balance, or open deep wounds within. Breathe, breathe, breathe.. And when you feel you are holding on... think about the dolphin who goes woesjjjjjjj woesjjjjj through the water. I know a cool game. It's called playing in heaven on earth.

Warning: be prepared to let go of drama.

Why are dolphins so great in reaching the crystal sound from deep within?

Dolphins are close to the humans. Through time and space they have helped us and we've helped them with our evolution. Dolphins would love to be humans. Their crystal tune evolves, as our communication rises. Together with other crystalsoundwave animals their greatest desire is to reach us, and connect with our crystal sound. I can hear their sound so deeply; they have given the Ohm another meaning. They have done a great job in evolving the ancient sound. They have done a greater job than we can understand. They made the foundation of the new earth together with us and other energies. Dolphins have got an overall energy, and they would love to have an own soul like you and me. It's so wonderful to feel how hard they work to reach another vibration. We will be said when they leave, but actually we could bring them no greater honor than bring their teachings forward and play in the never-ending flow of energies!

Using the dolphincrystalsound in our daily lives.

We can start unwrapping all those wonderful gifts the sea animals have brought us now their teachings are translated!
They gave us communication toys! ~ 'From here where I am, I reach you'. We know now that dolphins exist in many realms, in many layers, just like you and me.. including our children. The children are often aware of them, and their centre is often there where the dolphins exist also. Because the dolphins are also here in this dimension (where ever that may be for you) they reach from here to 'there'.

You know better and better how to play the crystal tune and travel between dimensions. Our sensitivity is our gift..So we'd better use it then! We can feel into the sound of the dolphin. It touches abilities in us. Play with that ability, and you'll notice that you have the gifts of the dolphin inside yourselves! Perhaps it takes some practice, or do you feel this is silly. It is silly, but it works!

Connect with your own inner dolphin, and you'll radiate the multidimensionality from inside out. Then you'll find out you can play with your focus. You feel the dimensions.... you can connect with the soul of the child. Breathe and stay centered and be like a dolphin... I find it so cool to offer choices to children. To reach them and to let them know it can be cool here also. I do this always by vibrate the crystal sound mixed with healthy love for mother earth to stay centered. Than I can fly away to every place in the universe, as a tree with crystal wings.

Bluppie: A Dolphin channel

I am dolphin, from out the sea. I live in water, but I am widely. My energy goes like woesjjj through old earths and new earths through dimension to dimension where I find you. Listen carefully, feel my love, because I love you in gratitude and love.

I am a dolphin, I am in many layers. You see one layer and feel many. My sound is all that I am. I love it when you open up for me, I reach your inner hearts. That's why I am here. I teach the little ones, and the ones who open up for me about layer behind layer behind layer. Love is all there is, everything can flow right through you. Many humans want to grasp to fear or pain, like you’re falling from an edge and need something to hold on. There is nothing you need to hold. Replace the word hold into flow, and you will have so much fun by playing for a long time.

I care for the little ones at earth, the babies newly born. I resonate from deep within. I am dolphin ready to play. I invite you to open your heart, I will make the sounds within the sounds. I'll respond. I am your teacher. When my job is done I'll fly away, but the vibration will stay within your hearts, within your physical and non-physical realm.

The new earth vibrates as the crystal sound, it flows and flows.

You don't have to be sad when we leave an earth. We are not gone; we are within your hearts! It will be a marking point, a sign our job is done. You have become the dolphin within the human. We will all vibrate the crystal sound from deep within. We are one.

A beggar had been sitting by the side of a road for over thirty years. One day a stranger walked by. "Spare some change?" mumbled the beggar, mechanically holding out his old baseball cap. "I have nothing to give you," said the stranger. Then he asked: "What's that you are sitting on?" "Nothing," replied the beggar. "Just an old box. I have been sitting on it for as long as I can remember." "Ever looked inside?" asked the stranger. "No," said the beggar. "What's the point? There's nothing in there." "Have a look inside," insisted the stranger. The beggar managed to pry open the lid. With astonishment, disbelief, and elation, he saw that the box was filled with gold. . I am that stranger who has nothing to give you and who is telling you to look inside. Not inside any box, as in the parable, but somewhere even closer: inside yourself. .

"But I am not a beggar," I can hear you say.

Those who have not found their true wealth, which is the radiant joy of Being and the deep, unshakable peace that comes with it, are beggars, even if they have great material wealth. They are looking outside for scraps of pleasure or fulfillment, for validation, security, or love, while they have a treasure within that not only includes all those things but is infinitely greater than anything the world can offer. 

The word enlightenment conjures up the idea of some super-human accomplishment, and the ego likes to keep it that way, but it is simply your natural state of felt oneness with Being. It is a state of connectedness with something immeasurable and indestructible, something that, almost paradoxically, is essentially you and yet is much greater than you. It is finding your true nature beyond name and form. The inability to feel this connectedness gives rise to the illusion of separation, from yourself and from the world around you. You then perceive yourself, consciously or unconsciously, as an isolated fragment. Fear arises, and conflict within and without becomes the norm.

I love the Buddha's simple definition of enlightenment as "the end of suffering." There is nothing superhuman in that, is there? Of course, as a definition, it is incomplete. It only tells you what enlightenment is not: no suffering. But what's left when there is no more suffering? The Buddha is silent on that, and his silence implies that you'll have to find out for yourself. He uses a negative definition so that the mind cannot make it into something to believe in or into a superhuman accomplishment, a goal that is impossible for you to attain. Despite this precaution, the majority of Buddhists still believe that enlightenment is for the Buddha, not for them, at least not in this lifetime.

You used the word Being. Can you explain what you mean by that?

Being is the eternal, ever-present One Life beyond the myriad forms of life that are subject to birth and death. However, Being is not only beyond but also deep within every form as its innermost invisible and indestructible essence. This means that it is accessible to you now as your own deepest self, your true nature. But don't seek to grasp it with your mind. Don't try to understand it. You can know it only when the mind is still. When you are present, when your attention is fully and intensely in the Now, Being can be felt, but it can never be understood mentally. To regain awareness of Being and to abide in that state of "feeling-realization" is enlightenment. 

When you say Being, are you talking about God? If you are, then why don't you say it?

The word God has become empty of meaning through thousands of years of misuse. I use it sometimes, but I do so sparingly. By misuse, I mean that people who have never even glimpsed the realm of the sacred, the infinite vastness behind that word, use it with great conviction, as if they knew what they are talking about. Or they argue against it, as if they knew what it is that they are denying. This misuse gives rise to absurd beliefs, assertions, and egoic delusions, such as "My or our God is the only true God, and your God is false," or Nietzsche's famous statement "God is dead." 

The word God has become a closed concept. The moment the word is uttered, a mental image is created, no longer, perhaps, of an old man with a white beard, but still a mental representation of someone or something outside you, and, yes, almost inevitably a male someone or something. 

Neither God nor Being nor any other word can define or explain the ineffable reality behind the word, so the only important question is whether the word is a help or a hindrance in enabling you to experience That toward which it points. Does it point beyond itself to that transcendental reality, or does it lend itself too easily to becoming no more than an idea in your head that you believe in, a mental idol? 

The word Being explains nothing, but nor does God. Being, however, has the advantage that it is an open concept. It does not reduce the infinite invisible to a finite entity. It is impossible to form a mental image of it. Nobody can claim exclusive possession of Being. It is your very essence, and it is immediately accessible to you as the feeling of your own presence, the realization I am that is prior to I am this or I am that. So it is only a small step from the word Being to the experience of Being. 

What is the greatest obstacle to experiencing this reality? 

Identification with your mind, which causes thought to become compulsive. Not to be able to stop thinking is a dreadful affliction, but we don't realize this because almost everybody is suffering from it, so it is considered normal. This incessant mental noise prevents you from finding that realm of inner stillness that is inseparable from Being. It also creates a false mind-made self that casts a shadow of fear and suffering. We will look at all that in more detail later. 

The philosopher Descartes believed that he had found the most fundamental truth when he made his famous statement: "I think, therefore I am." He had, in fact, given expression to the most basic error: to equate thinking with Being and identity with thinking. The compulsive thinker, which means almost everyone, lives in a state of apparent separateness, in an insanely complex world of continuous problems and conflict, a world that reflects the ever-increasing fragmentation of the mind. Enlightenment is a state of wholeness, of being "at one" and therefore at peace. At one with life in its manifested aspect, the world, as well as with your deepest self and life unmanifested - at one with Being. Enlightenment is not only the end of suffering and of continuous conflict within and without, but also the end of the dreadful enslavement to incessant thinking. What an incredible liberation this is! 

Identification with your mind creates an opaque screen of concepts, labels, images, words, judgments, and definitions that blocks all true relationship. It comes between you and yourself, between you and your fellow man and woman, between you and nature, between you and God. It is this screen of thought that creates the illusion of separateness, the illusion that there is you and a totally separate "other." You then forget the essential fact that, underneath the level of physical appearances and separate forms, you are one with all that is. By "forget," I mean that you can no longer feel this oneness as self-evident reality. You may believe it to be true, but you no longer know it to be true. A belief may be comforting. Only through your own experience, however, does it become liberating.

Thinking has become a disease. Disease happens when things get out of balance. For example, there is nothing wrong with cells dividing and multiplying in the body, but when this process continues in disregard of the total organism, cells proliferate and we have disease. 

Note: The mind is a superb instrument if used rightly. Used wrongly, however, it becomes very destructive. To put it more accurately, it is not so much that you use your mind wrongly - you usually don't use it at all. It uses you. This is the disease. You believe that you are your mind. This is the delusion. The instrument has taken you over. 

I don't quite agree. It is true that I do a lot of aimless thinking, like most people, but I can still choose to use my mind to get and accomplish things, and I do that all the time.

Just because you can solve a crossword puzzle or build an atom bomb doesn't mean that you use your mind. Just as dogs love to chew bones, the mind loves to get its teeth into problems. That's why it does crossword puzzles and builds atom bombs. You have no interest in either. Let me ask you this: can you be free of your mind whenever you want to? Have you found the "off" button?

You mean stop thinking altogether? No, I can't, except maybe for a moment or two.

Then the mind is using you. You are unconsciously identified with it, so you don't even know that you are its slave. It's almost as if you were possessed without knowing it, and so you take the possessing entity to be yourself. The beginning of freedom is the realization that you are not the possessing entity - the thinker. Knowing this enables you to observe the entity. The moment you start watching the thinker, a higher level of consciousness becomes activated. You then begin to realize that there is a vast realm of intelligence beyond thought, that thought is only a tiny aspect of that intelligence. You also realize that all the things that truly matter - beauty, love, creativity, joy, inner peace - arise from beyond the mind. You begin to awaken,freeing yourself from your mind.

What exactly do you mean by "watching the thinker"?

When someone goes to the doctor and says, "I hear a voice in my head," he or she will most likely be sent to a psychiatrist. The fact is that, in a very similar way, virtually everyone hears a voice, or several voices, in their head all the time: the involuntary thought processes that you don't realize you have the power to stop. Continuous monologues or dialogues. 

You have probably come across "mad" people in the street incessantly talking or muttering to themselves. Well, that's not much different from what you and all other "normal" people do, except that you don't do it out loud. The voice comments, speculates, judges, compares, complains, likes, dislikes, and so on. The voice isn't necessarily relevant to the situation you find yourself in at the time; it may be reviving the recent or distant past or rehearsing or imagining possible future situations. Here it often imagines things going wrong and negative outcomes; this is called worry. Sometimes this soundtrack is accompanied by visual images or "mental movies." Even if the voice is relevant to the situation at hand, it will interpret it in terms of the past. This is because the voice belongs to your conditioned mind, which is the result of all your past history as well as of the collective cultural mind-set you inherited. So you see and judge the present through the eyes of the past and get a totally distorted view of it. It is not uncommon for the voice to be a person's own worst enemy. Many people live with a tormentor in their head that continuously attacks and punishes them and drains them of vital energy. It is the cause of untold misery and unhappiness, as well as of disease. 

The good news is that you can free yourself from your mind. This is the only true liberation. You can take the first step right now. Start listening to the voice in your head as often as you can. Pay particular attention to any repetitive thought patterns, those old gramophone records that have been playing in your head perhaps for many years. This is what I mean by "watching the thinker," which is another way of saying: listen to the voice in your head, be there as the witnessing presence. 

When you listen to that voice, listen to it impartially. That is to say, do not judge. Do not judge or condemn what you hear, for doing so would mean that the same voice has come in again through the back door. You'll soon realize: there is the voice, and here I am listening to it, watching it. This I am realization, this sense of your own presence, is not a thought. It arises from beyond the mind. . So when you listen to a thought, you are aware not only of the thought but also of yourself as the witness of the thought.

A new dimension of consciousness has come in. As you listen to the thought, you feel a conscious presence - your deeper self - behind or underneath the thought, as it were. The thought then loses its power over you and quickly subsides, because you are no longer energizing the mind through identification with it. This is the beginning of the end of involuntary and compulsive thinking. When a thought subsides, you experience a discontinuity in the mental stream - a gap of "no-mind." At first, the gaps will be short, a few seconds perhaps, but gradually they will become longer. When these gaps occur, you feel a certain stillness and peace inside you. This is the beginning of your natural state of felt oneness with Being, which is usually obscured by the mind. With practice, the sense of stillness and peace will deepen. In fact, there is no end to its depth. You will also feel a subtle emanation of joy arising from deep within: the joy of Being.

It is not a trancelike state. Not at all. There is no loss of consciousness here. The opposite is the case. If the price of peace were a lowering of your consciousness, and the price of stillness a lack of vitality and alertness, then they would not be worth having. In this state of inner connectedness, you are much more alert, more awake than in the mind-identified state. You are fully present. It also raises the vibrational frequency of the energy field that gives life to the physical body. 

As you go more deeply into this realm of no-mind, as it is sometimes called in the East, you realize the state of pure consciousness. In that state, you feel your own presence with such intensity and such joy that all thinking, all emotions, your physical body, as well as the whole external world become relatively insignificant in comparison to it. And yet this is not a selfish but a selfless state. It takes you beyond what you previously thought of as "your self." That presence is essentially you and at the same time inconceivably greater than you. What I am trying to convey here may sound paradoxical or even contradictory, but there is no other way that I can express it. 

Instead of "watching the thinker," you can also create a gap in the mind stream simply by directing the focus of your attention into the Now. Just become intensely conscious of the present moment. This is a deeply satisfying thing to do. In this way, you draw consciousness away from mind activity and create a gap of no-mind in which you are highly alert and aware but not thinking. This is the essence of meditation. In your everyday life, you can practice this by taking any routine activity that normally is only a means to an end and giving it your fullest attention, so that it becomes an end in itself. For example, every time you walk up and down the stairs in your house or place of work, pay close attention to every step, every movement, even your breathing. Be totally present. Or when you wash your hands, pay attention to all the sense perceptions associated with the activity: the sound and feel of the water, the movement of your hands, the scent of the soap, and so on. Or when you get into your car, after you close the door, pause for a few seconds and observe the flow of your breath.

Become aware of a silent but powerful sense of presence. There is one certain criterion by which you can measure your success in this practice: the degree of peace that you feel within.

So the single most vital step on your journey toward enlightenment is this: learn to disidentify from your mind. Every time you create a gap in the stream of mind, the light of your consciousness grows stronger. One day you may catch yourself smiling at the voice in your head, as you would smile at the antics of a child. This means that you no longer take the content of your mind all that seriously, as your sense of self does not depend on it.

Enlightenment: Rising above Thought isn't thinking essential in order to survive in this world?

Your mind is an instrument, a tool. It is there to be used for a specific task, and when the task is completed, you lay it down. As it is, I would say about 80 to 90 percent of most people's thinking is not only repetitive and useless, but because of its dysfunctional and often negative nature, much of it is also harmful. Observe your mind and you will find this to be true. It causes a serious leakage of vital energy.

This kind of compulsive thinking is actually an addiction. What characterizes an addiction? Quite simply this: you no longer feel that you have the choice to stop. It seems stronger than you. It also gives you a false sense of pleasure, pleasure that invariably turns into pain.

Why should we be addicted to thinking?

Because you are identified with it, which means that you derive your sense of self from the content and activity of your mind.

Because you believe that you would cease to be if you stopped thinking. As you grow up, you form a mental image of who you are, based on your personal and cultural conditioning. We may call this phantom self the ego. It consists of mind activity and can only be kept going through constant thinking. The term ego means different things to different people, but when I use it here it means a false self, created by unconscious identification with the mind.

To the ego, the present moment hardly exists. Only past and future are considered important. This total reversal of the truth accounts for the fact that in the ego mode the mind is so dysfunctional. It is always concerned with keeping the past alive, because without it - who are you? It constantly projects itself into the future to ensure its continued survival and to seek some kind of release or fulfillment there. It says: "One day, when this, that, or the other happens, I am going to be okay, happy, at peace." Even when the ego seems to be concerned with the present, it is not the present that it sees: It misperceives it completely because it looks at it through the eyes of the past. Or it reduces the present to a means to an end, an end that always lies in the mind-projected future. Observe your mind and you'll see that this is how it works.

The present moment holds the key to liberation. But you cannot find the present moment as long as you are your mind. . I don't want to lose my ability to analyze and discriminate. I wouldn't mind learning to think more clearly, in a more focused way, but I don't want to lose my mind. The gift of thought is the most precious thing we have. Without it, we would just be another species of animal.

The predominance of mind is no more than a stage in the evolution of consciousness. We need to go on to the next stage now as a matter of urgency; otherwise, we will be destroyed by the mind, which has grown into a monster. I will talk about this in more detail later. Thinking and consciousness are not synonymous. Thinking is only a small aspect of consciousness. Thought cannot exist without consciousness, but consciousness does not need thought.

Enlightenment means rising above thought, not falling back to a level below thought, the level of an animal or a plant. In the enlightened state, you still use your thinking mind when needed, but in a much more focused and effective way than before. You use it mostly for practical purposes, but you are free of the involuntary internal dialogue, and there is inner stillness. When you do use your mind, and particularly when a creative solution is needed, you oscillate every few minutes or so between thought and stillness, between mind and no-mind. No-mind is consciousness without thought. Only in that way is it possible to think creatively, because only in that way does thought have any real power. Thought alone, when it is no longer connected with the much vaster realm of consciousness, quickly becomes barren, insane, destructive. 

The mind is essentially a survival machine. Attack and defense against other minds, gathering, storing, and analyzing information - this is what it is good at, but it is not at all creative. All true artists, whether they know it or not, create from a place of no-mind, from inner stillness. The mind then gives form to the creative impulse or insight. Even the great scientists have reported that their creative breakthroughs came at a time of mental quietude. The surprising result of a nation-wide inquiry among America's most eminent mathematicians, including Einstein, to find out their working methods, was that thinking "plays only a subordinate part in the brief, decisive phase of the creative act itself." So I would say that the simple reason why the majority of scientists are not creative is not because they don't know how to think but because they don't know how to stop thinking! . It wasn't through the mind, through thinking, that the miracle that is life on earth or your body were created and are being sustained. There is clearly an intelligence at work that is far greater than the mind. How can a single human cell measuring 1/1,000 of an inch across contain instructions within its DNA that would fill 1,000 books of 600 pages each? The more we learn about the workings of the body, the more we realize just how vast is the intelligence at work within it and how little we know. When the mind reconnects with that, it becomes a most wonderful tool. It then serves something greater than itself. 

Emotion: The Body's Reaction to Your Mind What about emotions?

I get caught up in my emotions more than I do in my mind. Mind, in the way I use the word, is not just thought. It includes your emotions as well as all unconscious mental-emotional reactive patterns. Emotion arises at the place where mind and body meet. It is the body's reaction to your mind - or you might say, a reflection of your mind in the body. For example, an attack thought or a hostile thought will create a build-up of energy in the body that we call anger. The body is getting ready to fight. The thought that you are being threatened, physically or psychologically, causes the body to contract, and this is the physical side of what we call fear. Research has shown that strong emotions even cause changes in the biochemistry of the body. These biochemical changes represent the physical or material aspect of the emotion. Of course, you are not usually conscious of all your thought patterns, and it is often only through watching your emotions that you can bring them into awareness.

The more you are identified with your thinking, your likes and dislikes, judgments and interpretations, which is to say the less present you are as the watching consciousness, the stronger the emotional energy charge will be, whether you are aware of it or not. If you cannot feel your emotions, if you are cut off from them, you will eventually experience them on a purely physical level, as a physical problem or symptom. A great deal has been written about this in recent years, so we don't need to go into it here. A strong unconscious emotional pattern may even manifest as an external event that appears to just happen to you. For example, I have observed that people who carry a lot of anger inside without being aware of it and without expressing it are more likely to be attacked, verbally or even physically, by other angry people, and often for no apparent reason. They have a strong emanation of anger that certain people pick up subliminally and that triggers their own latent anger.

If you have difficulty feeling your emotions, start by focusing attention on the inner energy field of your body. Feel the body from within. This will also put you in touch with your emotions. We will explore this in more detail later.

You say that an emotion is the mind's reflection in the body. But sometimes there is a conflict between the two: the mind says "no" while the emotion says "yes," or the other way around. 

If you really want to know your mind, the body will always give you a truthful reflection, so look at the emotion or rather feel it in your body. If there is an apparent conflict between them, the thought will be the lie, the emotion will be the truth. Not the ultimate truth of who you are, but the relative truth of your state of mind at that time.

Conflict between surface thoughts and unconscious mental processes is certainly common. You may not yet be able to bring your unconscious mind activity into awareness as thoughts, but it will always be reflected in the body as an emotion, and of this you can become aware. To watch an emotion in this way is basically the same as listening to or watching a thought, which I described earlier. The only difference is that, while a thought is in your head, an emotion has a strong physical component and so is primarily felt in the body. You can then allow the emotion to be there without being controlled by it. You no longer are the emotion; you are the watcher, the observing presence. If you practice this, all that is unconscious in you will be brought into the light of consciousness. 

So observing our emotions is as important as observing our thoughts? 

Yes. Make it a habit to ask yourself: What's going on inside me at this moment? That question will point you in the right direction. But don't analyze, just watch. Focus your attention within. Feel the energy of the emotion. If there is no emotion present, take your attention more deeply into the inner energy field of your body. It is the doorway into Being. 

An emotion usually represents an amplified and energized thought pattern, and because of its often overpowering energetic charge, it is not easy initially to stay present enough to be able to watch it. It wants to take you over, and it usually succeeds - unless there is enough presence in you. If you are pulled into unconscious identification with the emotion through lack of presence, which is normal, the emotion temporarily becomes "you."

Often a vicious circle builds up between your thinking and the emotion: they feed each other. The thought pattern creates a magnified reflection of itself in the form of an emotion, and the vibrational frequency of the emotion keeps feeding the original thought pattern. By dwelling mentally on the situation, event, or person that is the perceived cause of the emotion, the thought feeds energy to the emotion, which in turn energizes the thought pattern, and so on. Basically, all emotions are modifications of one primordial, undifferentiated emotion that has its origin in the loss of awareness of who you are beyond name and form. Because of its undifferentiated nature, it is hard to find a name that precisely describes this emotion. "Fear" comes close, but apart from a continuous sense of threat, it also includes a deep sense of abandonment and incompleteness. It may be best to use a term that is as undifferentiated as that basic emotion and simply call it "pain."

One of the main tasks of the mind is to fight or remove that emotional pain, which is one of the reasons for its incessant activity, but all it can ever achieve is to cover it up temporarily. In fact, the harder the mind struggles to get rid of the pain, the greater the pain. The mind can never find the solution, nor can it afford to allow you to find the solution, because it is itself an intrinsic part of the "problem." Imagine a chief of police trying to find an arsonist when the arsonist is the chief of police. You will not be free of that pain until you cease to derive your sense of self from identification with the mind, which is to say from ego. The mind is then toppled from its place of power and Being reveals itself as your true nature. Yes, I know what you are going to ask. 

I was going to ask: What about positive emotions such as love and joy?

They are inseparable from your natural state of inner connectedness with Being. Glimpses of love and joy or brief moments of deep peace are possible whenever a gap occurs in the stream of thought. For most people, such gaps happen rarely and only accidentally, in moments when the mind is rendered "speechless," sometimes triggered by great beauty, extreme physical exertion, or even great danger. Suddenly, there is inner stillness. And within that stillness there is a subtle but intense joy, there is love, there is peace. 

Usually, such moments are short-lived, as the mind quickly resumes its noise-making activity that we call thinking. Love, joy, and peace cannot flourish until you have freed yourself from mind dominance. But they are not what I would call emotions. They lie beyond the emotions, on a much deeper level. So you need to become fully conscious of your emotions and be able to feel them before you can feel that which lies beyond them. Emotion literally means "disturbance." The word comes from the Latin emovere, meaning "to disturb." 

Love, joy, and peace are deep states of Being or rather three aspects of the state of inner connectedness with Being. As such, they have no opposite. This is because they arise from beyond the mind. Emotions, on the other hand, being part of the dualistic mind, are subject to the law of opposites. This simply means that you cannot have good without bad. So in the unenlightened, mind-identified condition, what is sometimes wrongly called joy is the usually short-lived pleasure side of the continuously alternating pain/pleasure cycle. Pleasure is always derived from something outside you, whereas joy arises from within. The very thing that gives you pleasure today will give you pain tomorrow, or it will leave you, so its absence will give you pain. And what is often referred to as love may be pleasurable and exciting for a while, but it is an addictive clinging, an extremely needy condition that can turn into its opposite at the flick of a switch. Many "love" relationships, after the initial euphoria has passed, actually oscillate between "love" and hate, attraction and attack.

Real love doesn't make you suffer. How could it? It doesn't suddenly turn into hate, nor does real joy turn into pain. As I said, even before you are enlightened - before you have freed yourself from your mind - you may get glimpses of true joy, true love, or of a deep inner peace, still but vibrantly alive. These are aspects of your true nature, which is usually obscured by the mind. Even within a "normal" addictive relationship, there can be moments when the presence of something more genuine, something incorruptible, can be felt. But they will only be glimpses, soon to be covered up again through mind interference. It may then seem that you had something very precious and lost it, or your mind may convince you that it was all an illusion anyway. The truth is that it wasn't an illusion, and you cannot lose it. It is part of your natural state, which can be obscured but can never be destroyed by the mind. Even when the sky is heavily overcast, the sun hasn't disappeared. It's still there on the other side of the clouds.

The Buddha says that pain or suffering arises through desire or craving and that to be free of pain we need to cut the bonds of desire. . All cravings are the mind seeking salvation or fulfillment in external things and in the future as a substitute for the joy of Being. As long as I am my mind, I am those cravings, those needs, wants, attachments, and aversions, and apart from them there is no "I" except as a mere possibility, an unfulfilled potential, a seed that has not yet sprouted. In that state, even my desire to become free or enlightened is just another craving for fulfillment or completion in the future. So don't seek to become free of desire or "achieve" enlightenment. Become present. Be there as the observer of the mind. Instead of quoting the Buddha, be the Buddha, be "the awakened one," which is what the word buddha means.

Humans have been in the grip of pain for eons, ever since they fell from the state of grace, entered the realm of time and mind, and lost awareness of Being. At that point, they started to perceive themselves as meaningless fragments in an alien universe, unconnected to the Source and to each other. 

Pain is inevitable as long as you are identified with your mind, which is to say as long as you are unconscious, spiritually speaking. I am talking here primarily of emotional pain, which is also the main cause of physical pain and physical disease. Resentment, hatred, self-pity, guilt, anger, depression, jealousy, and so on, even the slightest irritation, are all forms of pain. And every pleasure or emotional high contains within itself the seed of pain: its inseparable opposite, which will manifest in time. . Anybody who has ever taken drugs to get "high" will know that the high eventually turns into a low, that the pleasure turns into some form of pain. Many people also know from their own experience how easily and quickly an intimate relationship can turn from a source of pleasure to a source of pain. Seen from a higher perspective, both the negative and the positive polarities are faces of the same coin, are both part of the underlying pain that is inseparable from the mind-identified egoic state of consciousness.

There are two levels to your pain: the pain that you create now, and the pain from the past that still lives on in your mind and body. Ceasing to create pain in the present and dissolving past pain - this is what I want to talk about now.

You have come to know that it is the mind that causes you the greatest difficulty, the greatest challenge, the greatest grief – for it is the mind that holds you in the past and keeps you stuck in what you do not desire. It is the mind that creates the only living hell there is, and yet it is also the mind that can get you out. Because the big story of humanity is the evolution of consciousness, the mind is a primary participant in this transformation. And so if you all commit to being ardent stewards of your own minds, therein the great revolution occurs!

The most important thing to consider in relation to your mind is that you alone are its programmer and its pilot. What goes in and what perpetuates and what it generates is solely within your conscious control…no one or thing or higher command is in charge. This is the great gift of free will. The love that pulsates in your heart is the great Divine Gift – it is like the electricity, when your mind is the central processing unit of your body that is the computer. And so your ultimate ticket to freedom is governed by your own choice of what you allow your CPU to process. Make deliberate, conscious, strict, refined, aware decisions about what you allow into, within and out of your mind. This is the purpose of the spam filters! Do not even allow the effluvia past your fire wall. Do not download or run any program that does not serve your highest good or that of your family of consciousness. If ever a bug gets into your system, eradicate it immediately – just press the delete button and shift your focus to what you desire.

The critical importance of this self responsibility to the whole cannot be stressed enough at this time. Be airtight in your diligence and you will be doing the greatest service to yourself and your brothers and sisters on the planet. This is the separation of the wheat from the chaff…the conscious sorting that is creating The New Earth. You each have a key to the outcome, you each have an important role to play in its creation, and this is all governed by your mind.

The greatest rule is this: focus only on that which is imbued with love. If it is expansive and beautiful and uplifting and colourful and meaningful and joyous and rich and awe inspiring…these are all signs that you are on the right track. Many have experienced these attributes but imagine that they are occasional or sporadic…but these are the attributes of the paradise of The New Earth and you are creating them by what you choose to focus upon! Imagine that everything in your experience is magical and intricate and interconnected and peaceful and absolutely amazing…and it will be thus.

Remember above all else at this time that what is falling apart no longer serves, so do not focus for one moment on it or the power of your mind will recreate more…and there is no greater hell than the one that is created consciously, when freedom is just a thought away. Do not allow yourself to be a prisoner of your own mind when you can choose freedom in any now moment. Do whatever you can to support your mind…choose not to watch the news, choose to focus on love in every now moment, choose to release all unhappy thoughts of the past, surround yourself with life-inspiring people, focus on the sunshine and the miracles of nature, be in nature as much as possible, rejoice in the beauty of art and music, relish water, laugh as much as you can, dance, sing, breathe, celebrate, be at peace, do not judge, trust that all is well, focus on what you desire, know that you are never alone, and above all, that you are love at your core. Love always overcomes. Love always wins. Love always, always, rises to the top.

So if there is anything unlike love in your life, first throw as much love at it as possible. If it continues, then choose otherwise. In this way, you will always be traveling the right path at the right time and all will be well. For by the power of your mind, you ensure that all is always well for yourself, your home, your community, and your world.

When the majority of minds are focused on the awesome attributes of HOME (Heaven on Mother Earth) then it will be so.

And so it is!

Seven years ago, I began writing about the experiences of ascension. At that time, there were a rare few having these strange, seemingly unexplainable symptoms and experiences. Most individuals were still going about their lives as if nothing had changed. But as time went on, many, many more came on board. In this way, much to my surprise, my audience grew. It was thrilling to see this process in action, as a growing audience of readers was proof that we were indeed going through a miraculous process of spiritual evolution.

We have come so far. First, as a small group of way-showers guiding the way and forging new territory for many to follow, and now with so many rapidly climbing the rungs of the ascension ladder.

As a planet, we have made impressive progress. The more souls who are embraced by the ascension process, the more rapid our spiritual evolution will become. And this is occurring now.

 Recently, we crossed a pivotal threshold due to all the purging and releasing we had done so far. A critical mass was then reached because enough souls were now embodying enough light within them to hold the light here...to hold the light for this planet as never before. In this way, any guidance or surges of light coming from the outside, began to diminish. We had graduated to a new level indeed.

As the Hopi so eloquently put it, "We are the ones we have been waiting for."  And now it is our time. We hold now more than ever before, the answers within us. So in this way, it is time as well, for me to move on. I am no longer needed in this particular role. This role will now be filled by you.

We are each powerful in our own rite. We are such awesome souls! And we are moving into new roles. This is a good and miraculous thing. This means that much has transpired and we will now be needed in a new way. This is what the past few weeks and months of re-connecting has been all about.

Although I will no longer be writing "energy alerts," I will still be around, but in a different capacity. I am taking a short sabbatical (I have no idea how long) to complete my re-connection process, and then I will be launching a very new web site designed to assist those growing their angel wings and becoming the angels of the earth. Although all the pieces of my very new role have not all been formulated, know that the new site will be designed with you in mind. I hope you will join me there.

Energy alert archives will still be available, as will books and other new assists. And there will be new information posted on a regular basis as well....just like the energy alerts, but now containing things that are more appropriate to where we currently are on our ascension journey.

Everything on the What's Up On Planet Earth? web site will still be live and running, except that there will no longer be new energy alerts.

Thanking each and every one of you for your years of support and dedication seems trite, to say the least. I would not have been able to continue in my joy and passion if it were not for you. My gratitude to you is boundless. And even though I could never rationalize why so many of you kept coming back for more, I was delighted none-the-less. Thank you so much, you beautiful souls!

And now, onto the last energy alert:

October brought in some very new connections for some, and although things began to pick up a bit, the temperature was still not right for jumping in. It was hoped that the time would be ripe, as many of our ducks were now in a row, but as with much of everything, with personal choice involved, things can only progress according to where they are.

In many areas on the planet now, it suddenly becomes cold and nature pulls back thinking it is time. Then all of the sudden it is warm once again, and nature wants to bloom! Very confusing indeed. And this is how it is with the energies. It can be difficult to know what will come next, as any normal patterns have seemingly changed.

In this way, at higher levels we are being asked to wait a bit longer, to pull back, to stay out of the mainstream, and to sit tight until the masses are indeed ready for our services and assists. The natural inclination of the masses is to want things to be "fixed," to want some stability, and at times to want to go back to the familiar and to restore as much as possible. But this cannot be.

So until enough are ready to let go and embrace something very new, to become aware of their brothers and sisters that surround them, and to support each other as a team, another big and substantial shake-up will indeed occur.

Going into the masses now, before the time is right, will result in some fairly unpleasant scenarios. Much of the time we will feel invisible, invalidated, not heard, diminished, dis-respected, and basically as if we do not even exist. Lower vibrating energies cannot "see" higher vibrating energies, similar to angels existing in the non-physical plane, and this is what will indeed occur when we attempt to jump back into old energy. It will be enough to make one want to flee and never return.

So then, we can know that our needs will be met while we "wait." It can be a good time to enjoy ourselves and do fun things and simply laugh and play, as always.

The re-connecting process has been a long one. Many are having strange dreams and unusual visitations in their sleep. Hearing sounds, feeling a presence, and so forth are symptoms that another dimension is indeed now merging with us.

Coughing spells, intestinal distress, heart palpitations, and insomnia are also signs of preparation for the new as we release more of the older and denser energies within us. One interesting symptom of ascension is the inability to spell things correctly or write an appropriate sentence. It can be common to superimpose letters as well. As one with a history of perfect spelling and grammar, this has been an interesting experience for me, and has grown increasingly worse. I choose to believe that the message is what is truly important and have really let go of the perfection of it all, so I don't bother with an editor as well. It simply does not matter anymore and is a place I can no longer go.

This ties in as well with that old familiar memory loss when trying to have a conversation. We are moving into states where energy is all there is. Little details do not matter at this stage. It is the feeling and the energy of anything that is all that is left.

How in the world do we survive when our brains no longer function? We just do. There is a higher part of us, or our souls, who navigate through it all. We are simply losing much of our old 3D selves.

By trusting that our process is being divinely guided, and thus, allowing ourselves to leave the old behind and move forward into a very new space, will always place us in alignment with where we need to be.

If we can know that what is occurring on the outside has nothing to do with us, separate from the process of the fall as much as possible, and stay in our personal sanctuaries, then we can rest assured that our connection to something new and more aligned with Source and our true authentic selves will be ensured.
